Amazing spot, a spot to cherish your friends, family and food. We had Hugo! He’s an amazing server, I hope he keeps working there! Friendly, fast and memorized our whole order. Great service and answered all our foreign questions with great explanation. Hugo made the experience! 5/5

Great for Boxing Day football! The duty manager replied to my message immediately and reserved a table for us to watch our team. He tried so hard to get our game on the big screen and was most apologetic when he couldn't. We were made to feel so welcome on this our first visit. A proper local!

We were let down by another pub which we'd arranged to host drinks and food following a family funeral. There was a big group of us and the Queens Arms came to our rescue at short notice laying on great food and drinks . Nothing was too much trouble for them, absolutely fantastic service with a smile. Thank you for everything you did for us, you made it a very special day to remember.

I came here for the first time when England played France in the world cup and I can not praise the service enough :) Jamie the manager was exceptional, he made me feel really welcome and when i was waiting at the bar for a drink he served me even though he was trying to host and make sure other people were ok as well, he was always around to make sure that everyone was happy and that everything was OK. I'll definitely come back again especially if Arsenal get to a final :D thank you Jamie for your wonderful hospitality :) I will be back again for sure #Arsenal4Life

Large spacious pub and the staff,Nikki and Hugo were fantastic we definitely going again. Seating is comfortable and toilets clean.

On our visit to this pub after many years I found the change in the customer base was a little hostile to us. Perhaps it was just on that day but I wouldn’t return to see. It was football fans that made us feel this way as they pointed us out and just stared which makes anyone feel uncomfortable, on the plus side the staff were polite

I was also part of the campervan crew that visited The Queens, never felt more welcome in a pub! All the prices were incredibly reasonable, food was bang on and a great atmosphere. Jamie was an absolute lad who'd help however he could! I'm sure we will return again soon, but... hopefully not for a Play-Off Final (and i'll be staying away from the SkittleBombs too)

Everything about this place is class. The manager Jamie, the bar staff, the pub itself and the regulars. Jamie helped us out massively, we travelled from the North East in a large campervan for a cup final at wembley. Jamie allowed us to use his car park for a few days. He even arranged a taxi for us to get to Wembley. Great location, right next to the underground. We will be back. Thanks a lot

Nothing inspirational or original here. Standard pub food executed ok. Coleslaw was salty and nasty. Beef burger was chewy and I wasn’t even asked how I wanted the steak cooked in the mixed grill.

Have been there on many of the comedy nights, with a meal beforehand. Always a great atmosphere, the bar staff make this place great. Will be returning for their New Year's Eve party.

Chose The Queens Arms as it was very local for our Mens Group Christmas meal. Very well looked after by friendly staff who catered well for our group of 12. Excellent meal (maybe the roast were a bit overdone) but turkey & sprouts were excellent. Christmas pudding great followed by an unexpected hot mince pie and tea/coffee. OK it got a bit noisy with two football matches on separate screens in the pub but only from a good natured crowd! And hey both our English teams won! Yes, I think we would use the venue again!

Came in here with my family on the off chance - didn’t want to leave ...... the most amazing singer Jamie Callis and totally brilliant bar staff! The manager Jamie is the most welcoming landlord I’ve ever come across - will definitely be back without a doubt!

Amazing friendly pub a terrific atmosphere. Came all the way from Northamptonshire to meet up with the whole family. Had a fantastic evening and the entertainment brilliant. Jamie Callis was an absolutely brilliant Singer with an amazing voice kept us entertained all evening. We all had a really great time. The bar staff were really friendly and welcoming. We will all come again very soon.

Have been going to this pub for several years, always get good service from the friendly bar staff. Have eaten my way through the tasty menu and i would highly recommend the giant fish supper or the sea bass. There is always plenty to do at the pub, with live bands, the best pub quiz fortnightly, comedy show, pool tables and football shown on large TV screens. All in all a great local pub.

Best of both worlds! If your looking for a chilled night or a night out this pub has it all. Pool tables and beer for a chilled one and music, great company and great space to dance! For a night out.

Had the seafood platter with a friend. It was delicious and served with a smile! Also saw the seabass go out to another table from the calorie conscious section. It that looks fab. Cannot wait to try that next time!

Excellent pub with a great family friendly atmosphere, clean toilets, and good value, delicious food. The bar staff, particularly Saskia, were super friendly and helpful- recommending excellent wine (which is difficult to find these days). Would 100% suggest to a friend.

Visited this pub recently and was made to feel very welcome, had a great traditional pub atmosphere and the staff had time for everyone. Food was excellent and the service was better, will definitely be back.

Visited for the first time this week. Food very good, prices very reasonable, service excellent especially Kim who served the food and clear the table. Definitely going back next week as very convenient for the cinema.

I always visit this pub when I go down to London to see family and friends. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. It's a great place to get a decent price meal and I love the live music nights.

Arranged to meet friends that I have not seen in a long time. The welcome was very friendly by bar staff, and chatty. Explained I was meeting friends and they were very thoughtful and offered various tables, and carried drinks over. The menu had just been changed and I have to say what great value for money, food was hot and very good. Would definitely recommend and will definitely visit again.

Visited for Sunday lunch, they do 2-4-1 deals. The staff are very friendly and welcoming taking the lead from their manager. The food was good value and nice. Will definitely return.

Food is basic, generous servings and fine service. The breakfast/lunch plate is copious and there seems to be a solid group of regulars. Not spectacular- reasonably solid.

Pop in for some pre cinema drinks and food. Great service and the food was very good and very cheap for the quality . Shame we had tickets for the cinema because I would have stayed longer and had a game of pool.

Pleasant and comfortable interior, attentive service. The 2-4-1 (two mains for price of one main) deal is value for money. Tried the mixed grill, peri peri chicken, hunter’s chicken, cheeseburgers- all reasonable portions and standards except steak was abit tough.

Llegó en el último almuerzo con mi familia antes de dirigirse al aeropuerto para mi vuelo de regreso a Sudáfrica. La camarera que dice ser de gestión pidió a mi sobrina de 18 años porque ella quería para el Id. de una copa de vino con su comida. Cuando produjo su ID de Sudáfrica fue denegada y ella se negó a aceptar. Estamos hablando de un 18 (casi 19) niña de 16 años que tiene una licencia de conductores y unidades de un vehículo. En este país es legal para tomar una copa de vino con su padres si supervisadas en 16 y que nos han tratado como a delincuentes tratando de resultado una bebida mediana edad. Ella estaba acompañada por mi 70 años y sus padres me - años cuarenta. Dar un descanso, chicos dejen de ser un estado niñera y apreciar el cliente como un cliente real y no todo el mundo es una bebida después de un ilegal yobbo. Gracias por un recuerdo de lo que ha sido un gran dinero de vacaciones en su país.

El personal del bar era muy amable, los precios eran razonables y el pub estaba muy bonito por dentro. La comida era adorable. Nada negativo que decir.

I visit with family when in the area as much as I can, as the welcome is always warm, and the food is very good value for money, and I now have my favourites. The staff team are always friendly and chatty.

We've passed this pub a number of times, from the outside it does look welcoming. We didn't have much time but decided to give it a go, the large parking I think was a deciding factor.Inside, it's a pleasant large establishment, plenty of space and well kept, the staff were welcoming and friendly. There is a fair range of drinks.The menu is a 2 for price of 1, the prices were reasonable even without the offer. Most of the pub classics were available, two chose the gammon and two the burgers.The order arrived fairly promptly, and look well cooked and appetising. For my taste I found the burger on the dry side, the others in the party all enjoyed their meal. The general consensus was a basic reasonable meal, well priced.We didn't have time for dessert, but there appeared to be a good selection.The yardstick is would we return, yes we would. The premises are suitable for wheelchairs

Absolutely rubbish you have to buy 2 meals and then the food was crap both days I went there no good if you are on your own but even if you are a couple the food is rank

Arrived half an hour before the film to get a drink from the pub. I ordered a slimline tonic with gin. They had no slimline tonic. I asked for a slice of cucumber with my Hendricks. They had no cucumber. I asked for a straw. They had no straw. By this time we had pretty much given up on the pub. We slurped our drink as quickly as possible outside in the carpark - its a shame as they have space to make it into a decent beer garden. The barman was apologetic at least.

I bring my family here quite often for food which is always very good. My youngest daughter likes the 2 for 1 menu and has never been dissapointed with it .I like meeting my friends. There is always a friendlyface behind the bar who will make your visit more enjoyable. A must try in my book.

I have been visiting this pub for about 4 years now and every year we celabrate our birthdays and Christmas here. the boss man Jamie and all his staff are always so friendly and very accomodating nothing is ever to much trouble and cater for all walks of life. The food is very good and great value for money. And I am so looking forward to celebrating another birthday in there at the end of the month. For all you people who have not yet visited please do you won't be disappointed.

The Queens is decent size pub which is very welcoming even if you can't remember the last time you were standing at this bar.There is plenty of room outside to have that cool drink in the sun so you aren't too crowded.  Sitting at the back past car park, we could count the tubes going by!Food wise, although we didn't eat here, I have heard its actually decent so might be worth another visit just for that.The only part of the pub that didn't work for me was there wasn't anything for my six-year-old daughter to do.  Understandably, not every pub is catered for the kiddies and it may be the only factor that may stop parents from stopping by for a drink or two.Aside from putting the kids in the corner, it's definitely worth a visit, and you'll be greeted with a smile!

Jamie and his team are very friendly and welcoming. This is a large pub so if you want a quiet meal and chat, at less busy times, you can sit somewhere relatively isolated. The food is fantastic value for the price and there is usually a good offer on. I have also been here for quiz nights, karaoke and the occasional live music and the atmosphere is always friendly and warm. I really enjoy going to the Queens Arms and intend returning soon.

Well we shall start off with the good points; 2-4-1 offer is grand! It is the ideal meal to get if you are on a budget, the cheaper main meal comes free which is great. The insides of the pub itself is very spacious and felt warm and cosy when we came in. Floor Manager who was on this lunch time was great, always checking up on how our food was and of course checked us for ID when ordering alcohol which is good that he carried out his job properly. It's nice to see awards on display in the pub as well as different sized tv's showing the sports and 2 pool tables. The bar itself looked very snazzy being in the middle of the pub providing all drinks.I came for lunch and had the chicken plate to share, the garlic butter prawns, and a Rump steak whilst my friend had a burger.Garlic butter prawns were great, very nice golden batter surrounded them and the garlic butter inside was great. The salad that came along with it was great also, no bruised leaves but then again there was no french dressing/vinagrette with it. Chicken plate to share was heaped full of chicken popcorn, breaded fillets, wings, bbq sauce, salad, garlic mayo and was great to share inbetween 2 people for sure. Portion size was great but garlic mayo just tasted of standard mayo. Main meal came by and that is when it went downhill, my medium rare steak ended up being welldone/medium well and lacked taste but the peppercorn sauce that i ordered to come with was excellent! My friends burger was alright, his comment was that it tasted like a standard burger you'd get from a burger van at a market, but from my view the burger and bun were big so again good portioning sizes for value of money!

Food was really reasonable as they have '2 for 1' menu so the cheapest meal was free. The food was really tasty too and the staff friendly so overall impressed.

You could say that this was "a young people's" pub - especially on a Saturday night - but they put on lots of entertaining things on to keep everybody happy. The food is reasonable good for a pub like this and you can sit outside in the summer and enjoy the atmosphere.
