Super Sunday Lunch. The meal was very good, the star of the show you always hope is the beef, unfortunately it wasn’t. The accompanying veg etc was fabulous the beef was ok, if anything the most tasteless part of the meal. The beef was clearly out of a bag and not off a joint of meat cooked on the premises. I have to finish though with lovely place, staff were great.

On the weather of all weathers we arrived at our pre booked venue the Qube for a family members birthday as were visiting Tenby for the week. On researching nearby venues and food menus we decided to call and book weeks in advance. Advised to pre book due to 8 of us and asked to choose food choices before hand seemed like a good thing so we thought. On entering the venue we sat down and chatted for little while before a lady asked for our drink choices. These arrived to the table fairly promptly but no real interaction with us to make us feel welcome not even the typical conversation on how awful the weather is out outside like it wasn't just blowing a gale and hammering down mind. Before the starters arrived a lady came over to say unfortunately some changes to the starters order no mussels and no salmon pate was available even though this was pre ordered weeks before as requested. Not a good start and no real apology for this instead just choose another option or go basically go without. Those of us that had starters would say it was average nothing to shout about however portion sizes very generous. On finishing and waiting for the mains no waitress came over to check how everything was or to offer more drinks to the table instead a member of the family had to pop to counter to order more. Main course finally arrived again a pretty long wait, good portion sizes and food was good. No real effort was made to check on our table from any of the staff baring in mind it wasn’t busy at all. We had to ask for the bill again a visit to the bar was needed to do this. The lady come over with the bill read off that those that didn’t have a starter was removed from the bill. A pre amount to book was also included but this hadn’t been taken off so a visit to remove this was required. Finally we paid up. All in all no tip given due to the lack of service shown, what seemed unwillingness and uninterested on their behalf. Shame..!

Great food and great service too ! We were only in Tenby for a 2 day visit but managed to eat here both days. We were very impressed with the quality and presentation of the food keep up the good work guys! 👍

Had a fabulous meal here, lovely friendly staff and no problem with me asking to have the hake with the sea bass trimmings of tiger prawns and sapphire with crushed potatoes and spinach. I left a very clean plate!

We visited this place for dinner. We had the bass and a steak. The food was good but not excellent. However, you can not do anything wrong if you choose this place for a meal.

Nice surroundings but food has taken a turn for the worse since my last visit 2 years ago, all the fish we had, and the table next door who also complained was overcooked and dry, the medium rare fillet i ordered was delivered to table medium well, drinks took an age to arrive and the ambience was one of confusion of waiting staff, the place badly needs a captain of the ship, hopefully its a blip as usually its very good.

I had a terrible experience with the mussels I ordered. They were not cleaned properly, with dirty sea creatures clinging to the shells and slimy, hairy seaweed all over them. Honestly, the microwave mussels from Tesco are far better than these overpriced, unappetizing ones.

We always come here when we visit town have done for the past 4 years amazing 👏

I used to really Qube and have had some enjoyable dining experiences there, but the last two occasions have been seriously poor. We ate there as a family this week, and ended up sending back one bottle of wine (it tasted like vinegar) and both adult’s meals. My husband had seafood pasta and I had seabass fillet. Both meals were either under cooked or over cooked (the prawns on mine were like rubber whilst the bass was slimy and under cooked). For balance, I must say both our children had scampi and chips which they had no complaints about. The waitress was very apologetic and removed the cost of my meal and 50% of the cost of my husband’s from the bill, but still the evening had been ruined. I’m sad to say we won’t be going back to give Qube another chance. Thankfully there are plenty of really great eateries in Tenby to chose an alternative from, it’s just such a shame that standards have fallen so much here!

Ordered fish and chips for quickness , at £16.50 should have gone to the chip shop . Very friendly staff! While the meal was a good size , the chips were very poor ! And didn't think too much to the evening menu at all !!

After a soggy walk around Tenby and fancying some local fish we stumbled across Qube. 3 of us had lobster tail & prawn pasta in a lemony, creamy sauce and one had garlic prawns chips off the kids menu and the smell was heavenly and she thoroughly enjoyed them!

What a lovely ending to our weekend away (9-12 Aug 24) - we visited Sunday afternoon, and had lunch from the lunchtime menu (not a roast). Lovely choice of food (inc vege. and vegan options), fresh, delicious and, plentiful. Also good value. Our server was absolutely lovely, professional, attentive and super friendly. I wish we had taken her name, as she more than made up for our awful experience elsewhere the previous evening. Thanks, I highly recommend 👌 especially the sticky toffee pud with custard - yum!!!!!

Qube recently did the evening catering for our wedding, we had the hog roast for 100 people with a veggie option for a few guests. The hog roast was amazing, service was fantastic and we’d highly recommend Qube. The feedback from our guests was great, and we were told the veggie option was really tasty. They also provided a gluten free option. The set up looked great and was timed perfectly. The food was lovely and a great sized portion. The meat was really tender and juicy and the crackling was spot on! The 2 guys who set-up were great and we had a nice chat with them and they even put aside some extra crackling for me for after. Also really great value!

I agree with other reviews about food quality. You pay high prices here and the food was disappointing. Our problems began before we even arrived. Despite making our reservation weeks in advance, we were contacted on the day of our booking and asked to preorder our meals. This was apparently due to an oversight on their part in not requesting this information earlier, this wasn’t an issue, however we were told that preordering would "save time," but this proved not to be the case. Upon arrival, we found our table for eight set up in three separate parts, requiring us to rearrange it ourselves. More disappointingly, despite preordering, our starters took over an hour to arrive. We had to ask the waitress where our food was and by this point, we were so hungry that when she returned immediately (had it been sat out and forgotten?) with our food we ate it even though it was cold, as we couldn't bear the thought of waiting for replacements to be prepared. The quality and value of the food were also concerns. The Caesar salad lacked essential ingredients and was overloaded with sauce, the prawn sauce was excessively heavy and reminiscent of takeaway food, the rice was crunchy, and the mussels, while enjoyable were paired with soggy bread. 4 out of 8 of our party ended up with upset stomachs after dinner. Given the prices charged, we expected much higher quality.

Great meal at Qube last night. Staff were friendly and attentive, good was great and plenty of it. Lovely to see staff who enjoy being at work, together and it made for a lovely experience.

Excellent food and service on a Sunday afternoon. We would definitely recommend this restaurant in the buzzing town of Tenby.

Well ran establishment, stopped for a drink outside and decided to visit again for food another day. Couldn't fault the food and service one thing though if you are planning to eat either choose a seat that has cover or sit inside, seagulls are a nitemare and very intimidating if your outside and have food on show. Friendly staff and a pleasant place to stop and recharge , 😊

Dirty glasses Ended up with a cold sore (which I still have) after drinking from a dirty glass which was only apparent after finishing the beverage. Absolutely never again will we come here, ever. It won't let me upload video I took of the glass in question only the pics.

Tuna steak and Caesar salad were perfect. The service is also top. To recommend. The rating is more like 4.8.

Service was quick, even though it was busy. The food was lovely, although the orders were mixed up slightly and they put chese and bacon on the chicken burger not the beef burger. Not a huge issue for us though. The food is expensive but good quality.

Called in the past and been disappointed but decided to give it another chance….unfortunately. The staff are lovely and very attentive and made us very welcome. We decided to have the garlic bread as a shared starter which was literally a Tesco value one with cheese on it, which wasn’t cooked properly. I ordered the ‘cluster of scampi tails’ which was very appealing. Unfortunately it was frozen cheap scampi and not worth the near £15 I paid. My wife had the gormet burger which again was clearly frozen and bland. There is so much competition locally, avoid this place as it’s just lazy cooking for stupid ‘grockle’ prices. Plus £6.05 for a pint of Coors 😳😳😳😳

Visited here with my family for Sunday dinner for my birthday. We didn’t attend until 4pm and unfortunately they had sold out of most of the roast dinners, saying this there were 4 adults and 1 child and they had enough to do 4 pork dinners. We only wanted 3, my partner had the bass. The meals were very generous and delicious! Sunday dinners come with plenty of veg and potatoes, every element of the dinner was delicious. The gravy was a lovely consistency also. My daughter had the chicken curry and rice off the children’s menu, again a generous portion and very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant and toilets very clean and it had a lovely atmosphere. We would definitely eat here again and would recommend to others.

Had a very nice dinner here after calling in on spec! Unfortunately the pork special was no longer available so I had the burger which was very good. My wife had the cauliflower steak which she loved. All in all, very nice!

We tried to go over the bank holiday weekend and it was packed so we looking forward to it when we got a booking for the Monday. I asked about the gluten free options and the front of house said most things could be altered and that they had gluten free bread. We ordered a mixture of nibbles, olives, gluten free bread basket and garlic bread and one starter. The starter came. After some time we assumed the nibbles would come but then they turned up with our mains- I pointed out that we hadn't had the nibbles yet- she went away to get the bread basket that we had ordered gluten free for my wife who has coeliac disease. Luckily that I know enough about gluten free bread that when it arrived I was suspicious that this was indeed not gluten free bread- When I asked they apologised and took it away. We also never saw the garlic bread- just didn't arrive. The restaurant was pretty empty that night and our order was pretty simple- to mess up the gluten free bread- despite them telling us all about the gluten free bread they had and then to completely forget one of the started despite there only being 2 adults and 3 kids, then bringing the nibbles after the mains meant that the meal was a shambles really. They need to be very careful with allergies- most other places are super careful these days due to some disastrous cases that have been well publicised. I suggest some of the staff get further training on this and the potential consequences of not checking.

Food might be nice if we ever get it been here over a hour a only had a starter. People coming in and staff are saying they are fully booked but there is only ten people in here. Absolutely shocking. Might get my dinner for breakfast at this rate.

When we first walked in we weren’t acknowledged at all, we stood there for at least 5 minutes before we were even noticed by the staff. We have been coming to the Qube for a number of years but the service we received on Sunday has unfortunately meant we will not be returning as we have received much better service in other food venues in Tenby with a much lower cost for the same quality food. We had nearly an hour wait for our food and our food was then mistakenly given to other customers so our meals had to be taken back meaning our food was going cold. This was booked for a special anniversary so we were very disappointed when we were let down.

This place has a great friendly welcoming atmosphere. Quality of food is great. Had Lasagne with side salad. We will definitely return.

The team at The Qube ensured my Dad had the most amazing 80th Birthday celebrations. The food was outstanding and without doubt it is the best Sunday lunch I have had in Tenby. The staff were excellent and get attentive. I cannot rate this restaurant more highly. You will not be disappointed.

My friend and I visited last night , we both had the vegetable wellington which came with new potatoes and a selection of vegetables, it was delicious and filling, so much so we delayed dessert! I had chocolate fudge cake and my friend had sticky toffee pudding , both of which were beautiful. The staff are fantastic. I’m lucky enough to live locally so will be back soon

I was craving a cream tea - scone with jam and clotted cream, so husband and I settled on The Qube. When it arrived I was gutted! There was NO clotted cream, we were given runny cream. No joke, it was like single cream! It went everywhere! The scone was so thin it crumbled apart and we were given rock hard butter. It was really disappointing especially after looking all over Tenby for a decent cream tea. The Qube might serve other good food but avoid the scone, jam and cream.

Good service - Average food We ordered the shared sea food platter, it was fresh by not great deal of taste, it was served in some broth instead of a nice sauce.

Randomly called in without booking and immediately got seated for a table for 2 The restaurant was very cosy and spotlessly clean and the service very friendly My wife and I shared a starter of bread and olives which came within 5 minutes The wine list was good and decently priced We both had fish for main course which was excellent The meal cost £75 which I think was excellent value for a very pleasant evening We will be definitely returning on our next visit to Tenby …….

Booked this restaurant for Easter Sunday Lunch would highly recommend. Unfortunately it is non-dog friendly but very cosy and welcoming with a great variety of food but we picked a Sunday lunch and it did not disappoint lovely vegetables, all freshly prepared, great service and the desserts which we had a waffle was to die for Best Sunday lunch inTenby in our opinion

We arrived without a reservation and the friendly staff very quickly and kindly to fit us a table. We had one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Garlic mushrooms on bruschetta followed by the Fillet of Sea bass with king prawns on crushed new potatoes and garlic spinach. Fantastic attentive service. Excellent delicious food. The Qube is one of the best places to eat in Tenby I highly recommend it.

We come to Tenby every year and we always pre book a table at The Qube. We see the same lovely staff every year who are absolutely lovely. In all of the years we have been to The Qube we have never had a bad experience. The food is always delicious and nicely presented. We will definitely be back again next year.

Honestly it’s incredibly overpriced for what it is, we were expecting something quite special but every dish lacked its price point. The staff were great but I wouldn’t come here again. Also want to note the speakers were playing annoying hit tunes which clashes with the high end vibe they’re trying to sell.

Absolutely delicious food and large portions. It's rare that you can go for a meal out with 6+ people and have everyone be impressed with the quality of the food. We had two kids with us who benefitted from the kids eat free deal. When the kids meals are free you would be forgiven for expecting some microwaved nuggets or a cheese pizza, both kids loved their food and the kids lasagne was definitely home made. On top of great food the final bill came to around £150 with tip, for 7 people who all left full and happy. Absolute bargain. We will be back next time we're in Tenby.

The food was good and staff were friendly. Only thing to let them down was that once our main meal was cleared away the service stopped. We had no offer of a desert or further drinks.

This meal was the best we experienced in Tenby and surrounding area. Portion size was spot on and cooked to perfection. Served by helpful friendly staff who are a credit to the restaurant. We wish we'd eaten here at the beginning of our holiday instead of the last evening so we could have returned.

Excellent food and service. We were there for Burns evening. Scottish themed food that went down well with the whole restaurant. I had venison and it was perfectly cooked. My wife had the fish and that was a huge portion and very tasty. Dessert was delicious. Would recommend this restaurant and cannot understand the negative comments from others....each to their own. Would I go back, of course and cannot wait. Many thanks

APPALLING FOOD. DREADFUL SERVICE. SUPER EXPENSIVE. SMALL PORTIONS. I've been to this place a few times now, because others have wanted to go there. It is well situated on the high street in pretty Tenby, and the decor is lovely. The food is like school canteen food, and the dishes are inauthentic. The prices are absurd (veg curry and rice, side plate portion size £17), and the cookery is like basic school dinner cooking. I had soup (about 300ml) and a 'baguette with cheese'. This was approx third of a baguette with grated cheese, no butter. When we asked why the portions were so small, the staff did not apologise, they argued. Took ages to serve us. Such a shame this could be an amazing restaurant.

Lovely staff, accommodating and friendly. We went on a Thursday for the grill night, our meals were delicious, which also came with a bottle of wine. Highly recommend.

Very pleasantly surprised with our meals here. We took advantage of the Wednesday special of two meals and a bottle of wine for £40. We had the steak and the chicken, both great. The red wine was decent too. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Will be back for sure.

Nice coffee and service was friendly enough however the food was poor. I ordered smashed avocado with poached eggs and toast. What arrives was a dollop with of guacamole on soggy white toast topped with two poaches eggs, two small roses of v pale looking tasteless salmon and some cold spinach draped over it. After visiting the qube , with my husband. For a quiet evening meal, I felt I must leave a review. After having such a lovely time. From being served by Gill and her staff. Very impressed, we turned up around 2000hrs after a long 7.5 hour drive with 2 very tired children. The staff especially Ceri were very accommodating, the food was amazing for both adults and both children. I strongly recommend the Fillet steak rare (obviously) and they do an amazing Bloody Mary. We strongly recommend the Qube as a family environment and as a romantic venue without children. Big thank you to Ceri, we hope you got home ok in the floods.

Visited wilst on holiday for a family celebration meal. There were 14 of us, the food was great and the staff were lovely, in fact, it was that nice. We went back for breakfast later in the week.

Best place to eat in Tenby if you are looking for something a bit more classy than a normal pub,even put a birthday balloon on table

First time coming here, and the restaurant was so mesmerising and beautiful. We were sat by the fire and it was really romantic. My fiancé and I shared the baked cheese starter which was absolutely gorgeous and very filling. Our mains we both had the fillet with Stilton sauce which melted in the mouth, so so delicious! The staff were attentive, polite and very friendly, they were the best. Thank you for a lovely evening we would definitely return (but have just mains as we nearly had to be rolled out of the restaurant we were so full haha)

Having arrived in Tenby for a weeks family break we we’re struggling to find somewhere nice to eat that was reasonably priced with good quality food, this restaurant delivers on all those things. Lovely and relaxed atmosphere, really friendly service which is top draw and lovely food!! We ate here for an evening meal and breakfast and both were excellent.

A restaurant generally gets a good review for either serving great food, or large portions. It’s therefore a treat to find one that does both. A great varied menu and everything was executed very well, in very generous quantities. Lovely friendly and attentive service also.

Had a lovely meal last night and couldn’t fault anything-very friendly staff-restaurant was spotless and the food was delicious and served hot and with a smile -excellent sized portions ♥️definitely recommend Hubby had Moroccan tagine which was delicious and I had the sea bass which was beautiful 😍

We had a very nice meal here, the dover sole was huge and cooked perfectly! Very reasonably priced. Atmosphere was great on the Friday evening as they had a band playing. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Me and my partner were looking for somewhere to enjoy breakfast the morning after the great Ironman event and liked the look of this place in the Tenby town. It was clean and not busy once we had arrived and staff were very helpful. Food was so gorgeous and the price was very respectable. As a breakfast location, I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Tenby in future.
