Terrible restaurant! Sent overcooked chicken, when called to let them know they said they would refund chicken but not chips! They then came to the door and asked for the chiken back! Spent £4 on chips that weren’t eaten anyway and re-ordered from another restaurant! Avoid, not worth the hassle!!

I really don't understand all the negative reviews on here!!! I ordered on a Saturday night... terrible weather outside... and food was delivered fast and piping hot!! Had nothing but amazing customer service from the restaurant time and time again, and the food is 5 star quality!! There has been a price increase but to be honest it reflects the quality of food and service and is still cheaper than most takeouts!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Well no complaints from Saturday's food .. went to order the same again n shocked .... Rice up by £1.10 .. Chips 20P .. Pancake Rolls 60P .. Main Dish 20P Big steep rises .. was lovely but won't be back at those prices .. rip off ...

Order was over 40 minutes late & the phone number for the restaurant wasn't working. The salt & pepper chilli chicken appeared to be missing pepper and chilli.

ordered again on 15/07/18 order never arrived cancelled and refund issued but restaurant was not contactable had to deal through just eat will not use them again. went to the Golden Bell and received great service.

My food didn’t arrive and the phone number for the restaurant didn’t work, shambles from start to finish, what a joke. Still charged by just eat too

Would never order from here again. Placed my order at 8pm on a Saturday night and was due to arrive at 9:15, which was fine as it was a Saturday night so I appreciated they would be busy. However, 9:15pm came and went. I tried to call the restaurant various times and the phone went straight to voicemail “the restaurantismt taking calls at the moment” like it had been unplugged.. so I decided to drive to restaurant at 10pm to see where the delivery was. When I got there I was told it was on its way and would be with me when it was... no apology or anything. Delivery finally arrived at 10:15pm an hour late and over 2 hours after my order was placed! The attitude of staff was shocking and no apology or explanation was given will definitely never order from here again.

we ordered at 19:45 and it didn’t come until 21:45, when we tried to contact the restaurant they wouldn’t pick up the phone and when we contacted just eat they couldn’t get through to them either. When the food arrived it was below average, we won’t be ordering from here again

Shocking service never use again, hour and a half late

The food from Quay Garden was good. Arrived before the promised time. The only gripe I have is I was unable to contact them to provide instructions and they didn't provide cutlery or napkins. Apart from that, I had a delicious chowmein. 4.5/5 will order again.

Did not receive correct order, and was hung up on when I called the restaurant.

I placed an order at 6 oclock & its now 8.53 and my order still isnt here.. absolute joke.. not even a phone call to say why its extremely late.. phone been engaged for an hour so cant speak to any1.. will never order from here again.. 3 hours and still waiting

Amazing food and great service. I received a text to advise there was a delay in the food due to how busy they were but food arrived 30 mins before the updated delivery time (15 before the original time) I also had to call to add something on to my order and the person on the phone was very helpful. Just wish they had their juice on just eat to order but not a big issue. will definitely be ordering again. We got the starter for 2 (which has plenty in it), prawn toast, satay skewers and fried rice and a chicken chow mein. Had the starter and prawn toast and keeping the main meals for tomorrow. Great servings and quality!

The order was incorrect again leaving someone without food (not sure they've ever gotten a whole order right) and the box meal was just overcooked/reheated chips with a few wee bits of chicken and the wrong sauce. Definitely not worth the money. This was the last chance and we are not ordering again.

ordered from here before and liked it so I thought I would I would order again never again I ordered 2 chicken satays and two fried rices and chips and only one fried rice turned up so I phoned to be met with apoling service and refused to give me a fresh fried rice and said go through Just eat for a refund AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

delivery driver very ignorant so the woman who answered the phone when you phone is delivering it having to get food resent out cause driver refused to come round the back where my house is I stressed to him I was in a wheelchair and couldn’t get to the front of my flat depending on the food I won’t be coming back here again due to the argent delivery driver sorry for this review before I get my food I’m sure the food is nice please teach your delivery driver some manners or get rid of him

Have had long waits on deliveries in the past, but the last 2 times have been about 30mins. Keep it up China Garden as it makes a difference when it comes under an hour. :)

We were staying at a hotel in Glasgow for boyfriends birthday and his request for dinner was Chinese...after spa treatments we couldn't be bothered going out. Picked this place. Food was AMAZING, so tasty, large portions, not greasy in the slightest. And even delivered straight to room. Would recommend!!

Amazing food. Really tasty. Chicken in the chicken balls was moist and fresh. The beef was super tender and not tough like I've found a lot of other Chinese restaurants to have difficulty with. Didn't eat straight after delivery but found food was still piping hot when we went to it so really pleased over all. Will happily be purchasing from them again and definitely more regularly than other restaurants.

Probably my favourite Chinese place in Glasgow. Food is always amazing, large portion sizes and it's always delivered sooner than the given time. Driver is really friendly as well.

Livid. The opening time on Just Eat is clearly stated at 12:20am, we received a phone call as we were on our way from Motherwell saying that their closing time was 12am. We informed them we were roughly 10 minutes away and so arrived at bang on 12, only to discover that the place was closed! If I do not receive a full refund for my meal I 100% will be taking this further.

Sorry to have to leave a review like this but the food was truely aweful. I couldn't eat any of it. I ordered the crispy shredded chicken in honey chilli sauce and the chicken was soggy and undercooked and the sauce only tasted of grease with a hint of honey. Chips were stale and the rice just tasted a bit strange. Atleast they delivered on time I guess.

I had to wait almost an hour for my order and then when it arrived the chips were soggy and the chicken balls were only warm. In addition, the 2l bottle of irn bru that I bought was from a multipack. The label clearly said ‘£1.59 or 2 for £2’ yet I was charged £2 for one bottle. This is highly unethical and possibly illegal. Very poor experience overall I’m afraid

Thai food should only be done by those who know how to cook it. this was poor as was the fried rice. chicken and sweetcorn soup however was very tasty

would love if you did a chicken or prawn salad .. chicken breast , lettuce . onions , cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet corn, pineapple.. all in one dish with mayo .. or prawn salad .. same .. would def order this most nights as in a diet,

I absolutely loved it! Most of the time I get disappointed with Chinese takeaways but this was not the case! Definitely ordering again and my friend already has plans to order it in few days time for his kids! Well done team, hands down to the food quality and quick service.

Originally said 30 mins to deliver took over an hour as they changed the time the rice was cold and the curry sauce was sooooo spicey and full of oil wouldn’t recommend

really disappointed, crispy shredded beef was totally tasteless. not a bit of flavour. the sauce in the chicken curry was very dry and bitty. really bad all round

Missing water from Order and was told nothing they could do until driver comes back and would see if they can redelivet to after paying service for a late delivery and rubbish service complaining to me about the weather...never again!!!! Need refund for my water and service charge for a rubbish service!

Food is outstanding,only flaw is new delivery driver who can't read my address properly then tells me to come and get it.... Naw, I paid for a delivery, read the ticket, deliver my scran, and don't then say my address is wrong when it's clear as day on the ticket!

very disappointed, hot and spicy beef chowmein ordered, what I got was plain noodles with bean sprouts plain beef with a couple of green chillis thrown on, absolutely no sauce or even seasoning detected, I’ve ordered this before from here and it’s always been very tasty, prob won’t use again

forgot my rice, satay sauce was runny and the satay beef was bulked up with mushy onions

Ordered the spring rolls with sauce and king prawn chow mein. All in all the food was really bland. The sauce that came with the spring rolls tasted a bit off so I didn't eat it. The king prawns were just placed on top of some mediocre noodles and was sold as king prawn chow mein. They were tasteless and barely warm. Sorry, but first and last time to order here.

Food arrive early but was missing a rice which we had to reorder. Although they supplied a new rice and curry we had to wait for it so defeats the point of it arriving early.

Delicious Chinese food, fast delivery, and huge portions!

My meal arrived very quickly but was practically inedible. It was all overcooked. Ribs were dry and tough, chicken wings the same. However the rest was soggy - chips, anything with a batter on. We couldn't eat the meal it so it went in the bin. Waste of money on what was supposed to be a Friday night treat.

use the restaurant quite a lot and always been decent- big portions and good. however today's order was so bad we won't be using again. soggy chicken balls, watered down tasteless satay sauce, rubbery chicken. binned it. sorry guys . first time in my life I've actually thrown a delivery away.

Food was almost cold when it arrived. The salt and chilli chicken had hardly any chicken in it, tasted like gooey batter. The delivery driver was stood outside of the flat on the phone for about 10 minutes lost and was in front of the door but kept walking past it, felt like a bam up, it is not hard to find. Pretty annoyed I paid for that meal.
