I pass this many days on the way to work and yesterday I decided to stop by and get a caramel latte to go. Having never been in before, I didn’t know what to expect. I was very shocked and slightly appalled at the price and quality of the coffee. The latte was 3.75 and the caramel shot was 1.25 which I found out after ordering my drink and being shocked at the £5 charge. I waited nearly 10 minutes for the girl behind the counter to make my latte. She wasn’t in any rush. She then handed me the smallest cup of latte I have ever seen! For £5 this was absolutely ridiculous. In hindsight, I wish I’d have said something. Surely this tiny cup wasn’t £5?! Absolute rip off. I put the cup in my holder in the car and it was so small I couldn’t lift it out as it was so much smaller than the hole! 🤣 I will never be returning which is a shame as I thought I’d would be able to buy a decent sized coffee for a fair and decent price. Shockingly over priced! I could have got a larger latte for less than that from Costa or Starbucks!

Called here on our way to North Wales for take away sandwiches- We had coronation chicken and ham salad. There was only the coronation chicken on display, but they kindly made us up a ham salad one. Also had a sausage roll -with generous filling. Yet again unbeatable sandwiches here with very tasty bread

We had to drop some stuff off at the Mill Barns the day before our wedding and was told about this cafe from our event organiser. We stopped here for breakfast as we were up early and travelled an hour without any food. I have to say I'm quite fussy with food and my husband usually say I always have something to say wherever I eat but the food here was beautiful. One of the best cooked breakfasts I've ever had! There was a couple of items we didn't like which we asked the breakfast to be without but they allowed us to have an extra of something else. They also had non dairy milk options of Soya and Oat milk which is great for people with an intolerance. Shop had some lovely gifts and sold a variety of products which was great. Staff were friendly and polite too! Great place and highly recommended!

First visit walked in not knowing what to expect went to the counter all female staff just stood there and ignored us . We had to make the first move this is not what you call welcoming. We had a cafe for many years and people were made to feel welcome as soon as they walked in. We were made to feel awkward. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Travelling up to Ironbridge and looking for a decent breakfast stop. Not well advertised from roadside and doesn’t look much from the outside. We just love this cafe. we live in Telford and travel just for the amazing food this cafe offers. The ingredients are second to none, tasty and good portions. If you have the chance you must pop in and taste the food. Compliments to the chef, he certainly knows how to cook a mean breakfast. The cakes are delicious too. Staff are very friendly. Have visited a number of times in the past with no issues, however very disappointed this time. Ordered a tuna Mayo sandwich on brown and asked for two plates. Order delivered was on white bread with a horrible looking “ salad” . As we were in a hurry we ate the sandwich and left the rest . We used a serviette as a plate. The guy making the sandwiches appeared flustered and they were training new staff— sorry no excuse. The car park is now getting dangerous with big pot holes full of water.

Called in at this farm shop for breakfast with six hungry cyclists, they don't open till 10.00am so we arrived early - having been advised of possible queues, and they weren't wrong. A lovely sunny morning so we sat outside, and having chosen a variety of cooked breakfasts from the varied menu went inside to place our order. This is the system here and it works well, and yes it's card only, no cash, and that's not unusual these days - and certainly my preference. The staff here are very friendly, especially the girls, the hard working sole chef and his helper were delivering delicious food with minimum wait - obviously a carefully planned system. The poached eggs were excellent. Cant really fault our experience, but as there's always room to improve have rated it four stars - maybe taking orders at the table would have swung it. Would certainly call in again if passing, and would recommend others to do the same.

I like the fact that they don’t accept cash as this is a good way of stopping COVID, and who doesn’t bring there card? The food was good value for money. I also liked the fact that I could see it being cooked and served. 5 stars rating 10 out of 10.

I work occasionally nearby. I am kind of writing this review based on past and current experiences. Before yesterday I had not visited this place for a few years. Yesterday all I had was a bacon and egg sandwich and a tea. It was absolutely lovely and hit the spot. It is important to stress that the food here is of the highest quality and as good as two years ago. You get served proper quality farm food. It's a very clean cafe with a well stocked shop and the staff are lovely. Why can't all places be like this. I will be back soon for the full breakfast. Cannot wait.

Furthermore, hygiene didn't seem to be a top priority, a young lad making hot chocolate was using ungolved hands to reach into a tub of Marsh mallows and grab a handful to put them in hotchocolate, he had been carrying trays and handling other things in between without washing his hands....

We headed to Dee Dee's firstly because it is situated within The Range store, where we happened to be browsing, and secondly, because it advertised that it was serving Costa Coffee. We were killing time, waiting for a relative to undergo a hospital appointment, but we waited a LONG time to be served. I actually began to time it on my watch, silly I know, but I was beginning to think that we would have to ditch our idea of a coffee and head back to the hospital. In the end, we waited a little over 18 minutes to be served. Yes, the coffee was Costa, but not served Barista style, more of the kind of machine one finds in a buffet breakfast at a hotel, select your drink, press the appropriate button and the machine dispenses the drink. The staff seemed to be rushed off their feet, with one young lady taking orders and delivering coffees and another, older and more experienced lady putting together the food orders. One felt for them, as they were clearly understaffed and rushed off their feet. Yet, being British, we all stood there and queued! Costa coffee is okay, not nearly as special as it would like to think, but we got what we paid for. The seating area was nicely laid out, sufficient space between tables, but it was all rather canteen, rather than a coffee / cafe /bistro experience. The management should really look at their staffing levels and help out the current members, who are doing their best.
