Me and my husband just been in for lunch. Macaroni ,lasagne, cheesecake and roulade aboustley beautiful. Highly recommend will be making this our local eating place. Spotless beautiful decor and amazing staff. Highly Recommend. June Mackay

Went for breakfast with my partner who has a wheat/gluten intolerance Unfortunately they don't cater for gluten free hence my low score for the food I opted for the small breakfast which was spot on Service was also good seems a popular place as it was filling up as we left

Brilliant little cafe, decorated to a very high standard. The breakfast was excellent with good quality ingredients. Great value for money!! We were driving past and detoured back a week later for another breakfast.

Amazingly well run and beautiful establishment. Amazing food and service. The owner really cares and the long serving staff share the same passion. I am quite tight but will often tip the staff as they really do go above and beyond. The food is brilliant. Try the crispy beef.

Super full Scottish breakfast, lovely staff, very clean and tidy surroundings. Excellent value with big portions, really good coffee and the scones are top notch.

First time visit today what a lovely surprise walking in through the door beautifull in every way we had toasted tea cakes pot of tea and capachino a quick visit in between friends and shopping but will certainly make more time for full meal next visit friendly service well done .

The service I received on Easter Sunday was fantastic. The servers were welcoming and the food was lovely. My family and I were there as part of a surprise birthday party and The QCC went above and beyond.

Found the Quarter Cake Cafe accidentally when we detoured off the A75 into Annan looking for a breakfast. What a great piece of luck! Lovely food (I had the big breakfast) and coffee. The staff were a credit to the place. Well worth a visit if you are in Annan.

We arrived for lunch. The cafè looked filled but not jam-packed, so to speak. Still plenty of seats available. No one was present on the till when we arrived. After standing for a few minutes we decided to take seats without being prompted. Having been seated and staring at the menu for 10mins we decided to head back downstairs to place our order. An abrupt and torn face woman appeared and directed us back to our seats explaining that they were very busy and would be up when they were ready to take our order. We sat for a further 10mins until someone arrived. Food ordered, and we settled expecting to be served our lunch in a timely fashion - but, not so! We ended up sitting for a whole forty minutes without even being checked on by anyone. Eventually we managed to corner one of the flushed waitresses and asked how long our food would be: "your paninis are just off the press now!" the curt waitress snipped, before fleeing the room, conversation clearly over. Fifteen minutes later and our stomachs feeling as though our throats had been cut, we were finally served, hoorah! The food was bog-standard cafè fair. But the wait was far too long and the service was poor, to say the least. The combination of growling tummies, a ridiculously long food wait, a stressed atmosphere created by the staff and Christmas tunes chirping away in November, made for an unsavory lunch visit this time. We won't be back.

Great service and great food as always. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Definitely a family favourite of ours.

We had a family meal(26 people) the staff were great, coped well with everyones choices. Food was great. Great meal.

Tasty food, service was quite slow but they were busy. Decor was lovely, really nice atmosphere, lovely girls who served us. We sat upstairs which was a treat, I didn't even know they had an upstairs. We'd definitely go back for another lunch treat

Popped in for a snack while waiting for something to be fixed. I had the lemon roulade and as I couldn’t decide on cream or ice cream they gave me both. First time I’ve been in and won’t be the last. Great menu and very friendly staff.

What a lovely little cafe, the staff were friendly and the food excellent. I had a BLT Bagguett which was probably one of the best I have had, followed by vanilla and caramel cheesecake. (Shouldnt but did😄) The cheesecake I can only describe as superbly delicious. I highly recommend the Quarter Cake Cafe. Great food great staff.

We visited here whilst on holiday. The place is charming and the staff are lovely. We had a full Scottish breakfast which was tasty and filling. The only criticism I would give it is that the sausage and beans were a tad cold. Their cakes are also delicious and home made. Would recommend though.

Took over 50 minutes wait, ordered 2 breakfast, 1 was edable the other looked like rhey had thrown all of breakfast items in deep fat fryer!

Here for a 30th birthday on Saturday, great food, great service and very good prices on drinks. Half the price of Carlisle and yous have minimum alcohol pricing.

Absolutely adore this cafe I use it for my business meeting with clients, Steph and her team are always so friendly and go above and beyond to help and serve well anytime I visit. The best Latte/coffee in Annan in my opinion 🤩. Keep up the good work!

Have visited the cafe several times for breakfast. Really enjoyed the food and drinks. Can feel a little cramped when it’s busy, and then there is a delay for orders, but good stuff.

Me and my wife went here tonight, we not fromt round here but we found this little gem on the off chance. What a place really nice, very friendly people and the food was fantastic. Definitely be going back next time im up.

Lovely place, clean and comfortable, let down by a frosty welcome and couldn't care less attitude. The only time there was a vestige of interest was when a friend came in, we won't be back which is a shame because the menu is very good.

A very nice coffee stop off. The seating is very well presented and the outdoor seating was nice. Dogs would need to stay on a lead as there is a road very close, if you have a wandering child... Best keep them on a lead too ;)

This place is lovely inside and the boy serving was efficient and friendly. We went in for breakfast; I had the eggs benedict with avocado and black pudding which was lovely and my guests had breakfast rolls. The rolls were lovely big baps and each of them had 2 fillings. My kids had amazing waffles loaded with Nutella, cream and marshmallows (obviously a crazy treat for breakfast!). My only tiny niggle is that my coffee, a large latte, was very weak for me but when we go again I would just order an Americano instead so no big deal! Reasonable prices, highly recommended!

Just been for dinner at the Quarter Cake Cafe, Annan, had the sticky battered chicken in a sweet chilli sauce, with half chips and half rice - absolutely delicious. Super friendly staff. Thank you 😁

Stick to coffee and cakes, they were lovely but the main meals were covered in salt and there was butter (too much) on the burger.

Been a few times over the last couple of days and can't fault it. Food and staff are lovely and the place is spotlessly clean

Food was poor. Asked for drinks to be brought when the food was delivered. They were brought straight away. By the time the food arrived the drinks were cold. Food was not great nor was the service. More to running an eatery than just a smiley face.

1st time there, daughter took me for lunch, couldn't fault anything, food/drinks were delicious, service was excellent. What more could you ask for!!
