What a treat… stunning, decadent pastries and a delicious, rich flat white. Lovely helpful service and a wide range of both savoury and sweet pastry options.

I visited looking for Yemen coffee, and this is one of the few places in London where it's available. I am on a pilgrimage to explore the origins of coffee, and didn't mind paying £15 for a cup, but it wasn't worth it in the end. The servers have an attitude problem; we were blatantly ignored for 15 minutes by two waitresses who were chatting even though there were free tables outside (which is where we wanted to sit). When we eventually ordered, I was told the only option for those precious Yemen beans was a pour-over. What happened to the customer is always right? As someone who truly enjoys the rich complexities of espresso, I find pour-overs can be overly sour unless crafted with perfection. I took what I was offered and regretted it after the first sip (sour and lacking the delightful notes I had previously experienced from expresso prepared Yemen coffee). On a more positive note, they served a nearly perfect croissant—flaky and buttery, but I doubt it was baked in-house. Regardless, a nod to the baker (who is likely overworked and underappreciated) for a job well done! A few words of advice – drop the snobby attitude, prioritise service and give the customer what they really want.

I've been visiting Qima regularly since it opened. And I can see some of the last few negative reviews and it's hilarious. It's beautiful. It's also one of my go to places when I visit London. The pastries are made on site, and they are magnificent....try the Pistacio Croissant. Or the chocolate pillow. Then there is the Matcha Latte.....one of the best. And the coffee is smooth, sultry. The drinks are all served like art. As for the staff, they've always been friendly to me and other customers when I've been there. Is it expensive. Yes slightly but no more than other coffee shops. It is very busy now, but that's just how good places get. It's not for everyone and that's ok. But seriously try it out. It's very good.

The most expensive coffee and cake ever - £23!!! They think they're a trendy venue - no, just an expensive one with beggars for company!

Rude waiter making assumptions on our personal shopping. We had bought treats for the children. Waiter Assumed we were going to consume our own food from the bag logos. Won't be returning here again. So Rude

Excellence runs through everything at Qima. The staff are always attentive and helpful. Superb coffee, great choices, served in beautiful cups. The cakes looked amazing but I can’t vouch for their taste! Lovely seating area and a policy which means people don’t hog them for hours. An excellent venture!

The site is very close to Camden and a few minutes from Soho by bus. Recommended if you are interested in those areas for tourism. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired but in general it is a good place to spend a few days if you are going to be sightseeing all day.

One of the best Caffe Nero, I'm a regular customer and the baristas are so polite and always very good coffee. they keep the same baristas and they are really good. The place is also very Camden-town like. it has a lot good relaxing vibe to it.
