Purezza Brighton in Brighton and Hove

Shame as service great and able to recharge iphone as well but it's tge food that counts. Two pizzas ordered, as couple shared, 1 slight better than the otger but both had soggy base when needed crispy. The award parmigiana just left half of this as too soggy to eat. truffle pizza fared slightly better as did not need the crispy base but lacked truffle intensity.

We have been going to Purezza for years, loving it and appreciating the vegan, gluten-free options. Sadly, these last 2-3 months the gluten-free pizza has been getting worse and worse. This time it was again doughy, not well-risen, pale and undercooked to the point of melting in the mouth, not in a good way; plus, it was domed in the middle like they didn't even take the time to roll it out properly (not the first time); and the cheese was not melted. I ate just half and I am bloated and nauseous. It's a shame and we decided to write this review hoping someone might take notice and raise the standards back to the amazing vegan gluten-free pizza they used to make. As an Italian coeliac vegan, I need your pizza! Don't let us down, guys! PS: my husband says to tell you to please get napkins that don't disintegrate.

It was incredible! The pizzas are very generous, full of flavor, in an elegant setting and with a very warm welcome!

Oh my gosh! The truffle and camembert pizza was among the best pizzas I've ever tasted. It was sheer buttery goodness atop a perfectly rustic handmade crust.

Really good Vegan Sourdough Pizza. In my opinion a bit too much tomato sauce on the pizza and toppings could be better.

Love the pizza's here they're a fantastic option for anyone that is dairy free.

Outstanding pizza and small plates

I had been looking forward to Purezza all week, and while the food didn't disappoint, the overall experience was a mixed bag. We ordered a variety of pizzas, garlic potatoes, and meatballs, all of which were fantastic and well worth the wait. However, that’s where the positives end. The service was quite poor, and the staff didn’t seem to care much about the dining experience. My family received their food 10 minutes before mine because the two guys cooking forgot about my pizza. When it finally arrived, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay.The staff seemed more interested in chatting, eating, and engaging with a laptop at one of the tables than actually providing good service. It’s a real shame because the effort put into the dough, cheeses, and food is obvious, but it’s wasted on staff who don’t seem to care. To top it off, a 13% service charge was automatically added to the bill. I chose not to argue about it in front of my children, but it’s something others should be aware of if they're surprised by such charges.

Was expecting it to be amazing pizza after seeing all the review but was left unsatisfied. Pizza very sloppy and just flops over when you hold in your hand. No crunch when biting at the bottom or the crust. Also wasn’t as flavoursome as I thought it would taste

Everything VEGAN 🥹🤩 and super delicious! The best pizza crust I've ever eaten! Very thin and very very tasty! Pizzas we tried were excellent! Highly recommended! I also bought “cheese” there 🤤. I would love to take the restaurant with me to Germany 😅.

Heard of this at a vegan festival a little while ago and had the chance to try this fully vegan pizza place in Brighton and the pizzas are amazing, would definitely recommend.

Had a birthday meal here with my partner and honestly it deserves more than 5*. Food was amazing (cheesecake especially so), staff were friendly and attentive, and super affordable too. Will definitely be going back when I’m next in Brighton. I would recommend booking a table though if it’s a Friday/Saturday night or you’re in a group more than 2 or 3 - every table was taken whilst we were there and it’s no surprise 😋😋

Best Vegan Pizza in Brighton!!!

Lovely vegan pizzeria with an array of delicious options. I had the truffle pizza and it was amazing.

This was the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had!!!! I’m so sad we don’t have one of these in Leeds. Theo was lovely, so friendly and a great server. I would make the trip back down to Brighton for the pepperoni pizza alone :)

Beste Pizza, die wir je gegessen haben! Der Pizzaboden war ein Traum, einfach eine Perfektion dessen, wie ein Pizzaboden sein muss; Geschmack war eine Symphonie der Genüsse! Beinahe hätten wir unsere Zungen verschluckt :D Zucchini-Spaghetti mit Pesto waren auch sehr sehr sehr lecker! Preis top! Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Wir kommen sehr bald wieder!

I’ve had a lovely time at the place the food was amazing and the service by ANDY was so good was so attentive and whenever we needed help with any information when it came to the food ANDY explained it us so well and made us aware of all the allergies I highly recommend this place to anyone going out to eat

Searching for carbs to offset what would inevitably be a heavy session, Purezza’s styling invited us in. Friendly, efficient staff and we were served quickly, especially given it was a sunny Saturday evening. Five pizzas of various sort, sides of garlic bread and mac ‘n’ cheese and a bottle or two of Gavi. Absolutely delicious; all of it. We all commented on how great the pizza was - crispy base and tasty, oozy toppings. It wasn’t until we were leaving that I noticed the “100% vegan” sign… have to say we were in shock. Totally and utterly recommend this place.

Gorgeous food, nice and cool when the heat outside it's full on. One of the few places that do vegan tiramisu 😋. The service was prompt and friendly.

Food was incredible and so tasty but where it was busy was hard to hold a conversation with the tables so close together. Would 100% eat there again but may aim for a quieter time

Placed an order online to collect but had to wait a while still as wasn’t ready. The pizzas were amazing other than the fact the cheese texture is different you can’t tell it’s vegan/gluten free. Only thing is I paid £2 for olives as a topping and got whole olives on top I think having more but having sliced would be much better.

we ordered “the one that’s telling porkies”, “the one with truffle” and the dough balls. “the one that’s telling porkies” was exceptionally delicious, literally couldn’t tell it’s not actually bacon and the vegan cheese were oozing out from the dough balls 10/10!! this is still my favourite vegan pizza restaurant, everything is to my liking

Me and my friend have came here twice and we both loved it, very nice pizza, mac and cheese, potatoes and brownie ;) and courgetti spaghetti! Quick service and friendly waiters, theo was very accomodating! The only real critique is that there is a lack of vegtable toppings for the pizzas as well as for the sides, i think rocket or spinach would be a good addition as an extra!

This place is all good if you looked online and knew in advance it was vegan and you wanted vegan. If however, you happen to be walking by and decide to go in then there is absolutely nothing to let you know this is a vegan restaurant until your food arrives. Very annoying if you don’t want vegan food. Felt like we’d been scammed to be honest.

Nice pizzeria with gluten-free dough option. The „Four cheese pizza“ was very good, the gluten-free dough was close to perfect but the tomato sauce isn‘t spiced at all. The „Marinara“ of my wife was close to be „tast-free“.
