I had an awful experience at the Pure store in Canary Wharf, London. As a vegetarian, I specifically ordered a dish with halloumi cheese. However, when I received my order, I was shocked and appalled to find that they had given me chicken instead! This careless mistake is completely unacceptable, especially for a restaurant that claims to cater to various dietary preferences, including vegetarian and vegan options. The staff clearly did not pay attention to my order and failed to ensure that the correct ingredients were used. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and attention to detail at this Pure location. Serving meat to a vegetarian customer is a serious error that shows a disregard for individual dietary choices and restrictions. It makes me question the overall quality control and training of the staff. I will not be returning to this location and would strongly advise other vegetarians and vegans to be cautious when ordering from Pure in Canary Wharf. It is crucial for restaurants to respect and accommodate their customers' dietary needs, and Pure has failed miserably in this regard.

I am a big fan of Pure. Generally very good but some branches as per most chains vary by food quality and service. I ordered via the application. My order was ready upon arrival but the coffee they make when you are there which is understandable and I agree so it doesn't get cold. The Super Eggs were a good protein hit and healthy (normally have these). However, slightly too milky this time and salty. Good otherwise. The black americano was perfect. I was going to an afternoon theatre performance and wanted a light breakfast and this was perfect. One of the smaller branches. Clean. Limited seating and more takeaway. Grab a high seat stool by the window if you can. Great place to people watch and enjoy your meal!

Aparecí aquí para almorzar para aprovechar al máximo comer fuera para ayudar. Opté por la piel de celebridad, que era básicamente una ensalada de salmón ahumado. La comida estaba bien, nada especial, me hubiera decepcionado si hubiera pagado el precio completo

La tienda se ve limpia y la comida parece ser mejor que Pret. Compré algunas botellas y tazas en casa, pero no he probado ninguna. El gerente es amable y gentil.

Amo a Pure. Es una de las mejores 'cadenas'. Tienen una buena variedad de alimentos, el personal es amable y las sucursales normalmente están limpias, por lo que soy grande. Paré aquí en un sábado por la tarde para un "recogerme". Muy tranquilo pero menos de medio lleno. Muy limpio. Bonita rama con la comida caliente habitual, ensaladas, dulces, sándwiches y bebidas, así como otras cosas. Quería que el cerebro aumentara el batido y la galleta de chocolate que no tenían. Tuve el batido de bayas y batido de chocolate blanco entonces que era agradable. Sabroso y refrescante. El servicio era bueno. El personal era amable y trabajó duro para brindar un buen servicio y mantener limpia la sucursal. Wi-Fi gratis. Muchos estaban teniendo para llevar. Comí adentro. Relajante con buena música y buen ambiente. Hay algunos asientos en la parte delantera donde se puede ver pasar el mundo o más atrás. Mi único aspecto negativo es que, según la mayoría de las sucursales, no tienden a acumular tanto un sábado. Supongo que puedes aceptar esto ya que son más silenciosos y menos desperdicios. Las dos cosas que quería no estaban disponibles pero tenía alternativas. Recomendaría.

Buon ristorante se si è di passaggio a Londra e si ha poco tempo. Banco fornito e prezzi nella media. Consigliato!

Personnel attentionné. Repas pris sur le pouce de bonne qualité. Les jus sont excellents sans trop de sucres. Ambiance décontracté. Je le recommande!

Used to be great- with excellent choice at salad bar. Now boring pre-fab salad and nothing for vegetarians. Totally ruined the place for me.

We popped in for coffee and it was so hot we had to ask for some cold water - also what's with the no plates? Not classy.

I order lunches from Pure all the time - they're healthy, taste great and inexpensive. I just wish there were even more veggie options, and I also wish there were more soups on offer.

Ordered breakfast and lunch for 10 people. All the food was really fresh and the hot coffee concept is genius and saved a lot of messing about getting people coffee etc. For lunch we had a salad box and a selection of wraps and everything was really nice and a big hit with the team. We also had a veg crudités box which was a great healthy alternative to the crisps we normally order. I will definitely be ordering again.

For approx £7, you really can't go wrong! I opted for a salad and have also enjoyed their sandwiches. Fantastic, healthy and fresh! The dressing are fantastic. Here I opted for the halloumi super grain, but I'll definitely go back for the celebrity skin/salmon salad. Delicious and worth every penny. So much choice from pastas to salads to sandwiches. Will definitely go again. Only downside is the place is small and gets real crowded - a bit more seating wouldn't hurt! Loved it and will be back soon.

I love going to Pure for lunch. It has become v popular in the past few years. The food is great , if a little bit pricey.

We choose it because it was close to our hotel and had a vegan option. The breakfast was good. We had a vegan wrap, fruits and english breakfast tea. The negative incident 22/10/2016 was that when we wanted to have lunch around 5 pm and there was only one vegan wrap. I asked if they could prepare one. the lady behind the counter said because the would close in 30 min they will not prepare one...that was a bummer. That is especially bad when you have no other vegan snack options! Otherwise the service provided was excellent. I think she was not willing to give the customer full service. therefor only 3 points out of 5!

Went here since i love their salads. Was the first time that i went to this particular Pure. Their staff (2 European girls) was loud and rude to other customers. The place itself was loaded with flying insects. Had a really uncomfortable time here.

I used to love Pure - the salads, the hot pots. It was one of my favourite lunch spots. Then I changed jobs and there wasn't one near me anymore. I recently started going there as there is one closer to where I work, and I have been disappointed all 4-5 times. Too much chilli in salads, rather bland wraps, and today, I just ate an egg an avocado pot in which the avocado had gone bad. I had to throw it away. Overall, the quality is going down. Not impressed as it is not cheap.

Visit Pure often for a grab and go lunch. Fresh food and quick service. Love it! My favourites are the Pure Protein Salad and the Falafel Soldier wrap. So good!

Me dieron sopa de fideos de pollo ... sabía tan aburrido y no fresco, como si se tratara de un paquete. He probado mis amigos (que verduras tailandés sopa), y de nuevo, ¡parecía no recién hecho. Los dos estábamos de acuerdo en no volver, para sopa de todos modos. Las raciones eran muy pequeñas. Había una gran cola para la barra de ensaladas, quizás son mejores que componen ensalada sopa?

The employees didn't know anything about the ingredients or allergies. The whole place is a good idea with lots of different things but the taste of my salad wasn't good at all and know one felt like they have to care about me

I came here with my husband and my young niece and nephew. I can't believe how busy it was yet we managed to get a table as most people were getting a take-away. I thought my husband would be queuing for ages but he was so quick! We bought a soup, a wrap, crisps, drinks and two salad pots - all vegan. Everything was delicious and fresh tasting, we were very impressed. It was a shame there is no toilet there but luckily pizza express round the corner let us use theirs! This is a great place to stop for a quick bite to eat or takeaway lunch - don't be put off by the queue coming out the door - it's not a long wait and it's worth it!

Over the last 4 years I've worked around Soho and Pure has for most of that been my favourite place to go for lunch. Offering a make your own salad or pre-made salads, as well as hot food and coffees, etc. It's super healthy nutritious food and for someone like me, who is often going to the gym at lunch of being strict with my diet, it has the flexibility and choice that I so often need. In Soho? Popping out for lunch? Go to Pure.

Offering a selection of freshly made breakfasts and juices. The food is tasty and the service is equally good.

I come regularly for my lunches - ingredients are tasty and fresh - however i do think their set salads could do with refreshing as many of them are pretty uninspiring.

Delicious and lovely staff, very healthy place for a good lunch and I feel great afterwards, very popular, can be expensive if you load up on extras, but it's worth it for your health and wellbeing :-)

Another healthy lunch place that is slightly expensive, Especially when popping in for quick lunch.Staff are nice, seating is quick and practical, not somewhere to sit for a while as it's cafe not restaurant or somewhere to while away hours.That said, it's very nice setting.I always find the hot food far better than the cold food on show. The flat breads are dry and a little boring, but hot food is filling and tasty.It's a little on the expensive side, but beats Pret any day!

Got a delivery for an office meeting - excellent service and the food was great. Highly likely I'll become a more regular customer!

旅行中は野菜不足になりがちです。ここのサイドディッシュは　あまり想像つかない感じのものが多く味付けも優しく素材にもこだわっているようなので子供にもあげることができました。

ヘルシーな感じのものをたくさん取り扱っていました。サイドディッシュにあるビーツのサラダやグリルド野菜のクスクスのサラダなどがおいしかったです。

The staff are very friendly and chatty, you have to try the greek yoghurt with banana and honey and oats for breakfast! so yummy. good coffee too.. the sandwiches are a little lack luster but hey you cant be good at everything
