Honestly had the best experience eating food in london i was greeted with the most amazing customer service from muki and raheem such friendly people with a warm beautiful smile, I also got chatting to giorgry who is such a kind and genourous lady. Their customer service was amazing, it really made my day!!!!

Pure is healthy options for me i normally opt for gluten free porridge. With oat milk bananas and honey so tasty. They have a range the cherry option is also nice. A good seating area

Went there after weekday lunch hours. The lady taking orders was friendly and service was quick. Ordered curry rice bowl which had hard/dry rice and not much stuff in the curry, pricey for the quality you get. They have discount of 1£ if you bring your own cup for coffee.

I like PURE but I am not normally a fan of this branch. I find staff and food quality are not as good as other branches. Came today after a long time. A lot better today but still needs improvement. They closed the branch for a while to do renovations but I can't see any difference? Located in Waterloo Station, most people takeout. A lot of seating. I do like the atmosphere of the branch, cool music. Sit upstairs by the window that overlooks the busy station if you can. They have charging sockets too, so very useful if commuting. Good range of items from breakfast to soups, toasties, hot food, pastries, smoothies and more. They display calories which is useful. Good options for a vegan or vegetarian diet. I had the Chai Latte Extra Hot with Oat Milk. This was nice and hot as I wanted but lacked the sweetness and spice that it needed. The cacao, almond and ginger powerball was nice that I had with it. Not rich or too sweet. They don't appear to have WIFI which is strange as most of their branches do. I connected to the station one which worked on and off! Was slow and kept disconnecting. A good place to sit if your waiting for a train or need to do a bit of work on your laptop for a few hours! Also a good option to grab and go. Reasonably clean.

Bought a Mumbai toastie and a bottled drink here . Asked for a spare cup as my child finds it difficult to drink straight from bottle. Rudely refused by Daniel serving claiming it’s against company policy . If that is true then it’s beyond pathetic. As for the Mumbai toastie , It was a gooey lump of sweetened potato with no flavour. Abomination to Mumbai . I should know I am from there . Pure by name Impure by nature.

Just had the most appalling customer service at Pure Waterloo Station. Rude, slow and incompetent. In the end I was overcharged for a tiny hot chocolate that tasted basically like hot milk. Avoid.

I discovered Pure at Gatwick North, now you can get great coffee at Waterloo. Excellent Pain au Chocolat. Our preferred Cortado also good. And plenty of seating upstairs. Highly recommended. Hayling Seagoon

I have had another Falafa Soldier. It is a vegetarian feast. I also had a smoothie in s bottle and a coffee. It was all perfect, completely delicious. Pure is a really nice place selling excellent healthy food and drink.

I've not been to any other Pure restaurants but I wouldn't from my experience here. Today I got a halloumi & avocado 'Plant' 'toastie' ... I was going to get a coffee but the girl walked off after ordering my toastie and had already set up the card payment. Then just tossed the wrap on the counter and talked to her colleague. The toastie was tiny and crap to be frank. The only other experience here was trying the scrambled egg with avocado and smoked salmon, which was dry rubbery eggs with a couple of grams of salmon

I had a vegan breakfast wrap which was pre packaged and kept warm. It was 5 cm x 12 cm x 1 cm approximately and looked like it had been sat on. Spinach mushroom and avocado perhaps not the best choice for pre heated wrap as very slimy and brown! Definitely not value for money

I love Pure but I find this branch awful. The others are good. I came to get breakfast on a Saturday morning. Yes it was busy but there were more than enough staff! The girl who served me had the face of death and did not want to be there. There was only one guy preparing hot drinks with the rest standing around. Made no sense. My omelette was good however it was cold! I did say to the girl when she gave it to me (had been standing out) whether it was warm and she assured me it was! It was nice but cold. The upstairs area looked like a bomb hit it as the staff were not bothering to clean tables but had time to stand and chat! Fine if your quiet but not when there is work to do. On the plus, wifi is fast, they have a good range of breakfast items, salads, soups, wraps and more. They display calories and nutrition which is helpful. This branch needs to sort out the staff and cleanliness.

I am eating Falafalo Soldier. It is a vegetarian feast in a wrap. It is a falafel item with a long list of excellent ingredients such as beetroot, chicken pea powder and mushrooms. I also have an oat cookie, a container of blueberries and melons and a bottle of water. It's all terrific.

Used this outlet twice for tasty and healthy breakfast options during a stay at a nearby Premier Inn. The Bircher muesli pots in a few tasty options were a particular bonus, as were the freshly made bottled smoothie mixes. Also tried the vegetarian omelette on one of the visits. All in all a very tasty and nutritious start to the day.

After recently discovering Pure, I visited the Waterloo Station store. The shelves were fully replenished and the options for something warmer were also available. The menu is just a little bit expensive and there is no option for a meal deal. Fruit pots are very ofter priced. The options suit all dietary requirements and I really enjoyed the Vegan Work it out wrap!

I agree with some of the other reviewers on service. I am normally a big fan of Pure and what they offer but service was not great at this branch. The gentleman that served me appeared stressed and distant rather than focussing on customer service....

Ordered a wrap while awaiting a train, told it’ll be ready in two minutes. Ten minutes later have had to run to catch my train after my order was apparently given to someone else. Manager grudgingly gave me a refund, massively unimpressed.
