Pure for me has always been hit and miss. More hit then miss. First time to this branch and purely because I was in transit and needed a quick breakfast before heading to the airport. Nice branch. Saturday morning early it was quiet and I had the place to myself! The Super Eggs (plain), Iced Black Americano and Orange Juice were all fine. Americano was perfect and refreshing in the heat. Eggs were freshly made and a good protein hit. They serve breakfast till 11:30 which also includes porridge, pastries and more. For the rest of the day, there is a nice variety of salads, soups, wraps and other choices. Those who follow a vegan diet will have a lot of options here. Pure display nutritional information which is helpful. Nice branch with seating at the back, plus wifi and charging sockets which are useful. Clean but it was early! Staff were friendly and pleasant.

Very average. Staff seemed disinterested. Was told food would be brought to table but wasnt just sat getting cold! Food was tasty enough though

Incredibly tasty veggie wrap and English breakfast tea (gasping for one after Belgium; nobody can make tea properly outside England). Also prompt service, very reasonable prices, clean ambience and high quality produce. Recommended for sure

I really love the coffee, the salads and the amazing choco cookie with walnut.I really love the fact that this coffee shop has an area where customers can seat and enjoy the lovely meals. This company also cares about the environment with recycled cups. Finally, the customer service is really good, there is a lady with black hair, and wears her hair in a ponytail she is really friendly and very attentive.

First time to pure visiting from Hammersmith Bus Station. Lovely staff member called Elliott and one other on shift (so sorry I did not catch his name but working on 19/09/21 at 4:30). Delicious halloumi wrap and great staff who were smiling, polite and welcoming. Will return!

Very good vegetarian options. Problem post covid was tgat staff were behind screen and neither I nir my partner coukd hear. Maybe microphone or just asked staff ti speak clearly and liudly. 'A bit moorish was excellent but rather hot. No spicy ingredients lusted bur beliw in "contains' section mustard is listed making it quite hot to taste. Excellent eating place though.

I’m a regular morning customer at Pure and had no fault with it until today, my card declined (wrong card, had another) and a Male member of staff rolled his eyes and said in a bored voice, “try again for the third time...”. Small thing but very unnecessary, made me feel awful.

We had the best salad bowl & wrap here. They also have still & sparkling mineral water to refill your bottle or glasses to help yourself. Toasted seeds, chilli flakes & cinnamon you can also help yourself too. Very sustainable and so many things well thought out. An affordable, enjoyable meal.

It's getting there. Pure is a new(ish) outlet in the Broadway centre, Hammersmith, close to the District and Piccadilly tube platform entrance, and it has a lot of self-belief. I'd say it's currently hovering between three and four in the rating system, but it's a good place to grab a coffee (not that there's a shortage of takeaway coffee outlets around here), or a bottle of water, or a light snack. There's seating on different levels, but the main counter is completely accessible by all - almost a continuation of the concourse of the station. It also does deliveries, fruit, salads and light nibbles.

We waited half an hour for the worst cheese n tuna toastie I’ve ever had : soggy toast, a few flakes of tuna, a bit of tasteless cheese. And I got a dodgy tummy straight after. It reminded me of the last time I went - Dux months before - when I ordered sour dough toast and after 20 minutes was given some slightly crisped, non toasted bread. There’s a reason why this place is mostly empty, most of the time …..

. . ¡Volveremos! Gracias. Ronnie & Dee
