Pretty poor, just close by. Had food from there during lockdown as a convenience and was okay at best. Decided to give it a second chance recently and just a joke. Tried to rip me off on both occasions for a pathetic amount of food and overcharged. No customer service or care really

I came to punto pizza what an amazing pizza beautifully cooked thin crust with delicious peri peri fries. Friendly staff excellent service I would recommend this pizza place never ate anything like it. Truly recommend this place

I recently ordered takeaway from Ebi's Pizza and I have to say, it was hands down one of the best pizza experiences I've ever had. The owner, Ebi, truly goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are satisfied with their meal. The menu offered a wide variety of pizzas made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I decided to try the special mix pizza and I was blown away by how delicious it was. The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was flavorful, and the toppings were perfectly cooked. It was clear that only the freshest ingredients were used in making this pizza. The service was also exceptional. Ebi was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure that my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. The pizza was ready in no time and was still piping hot when I got home to enjoy it. I can't recommend Ebi's Pizza enough. If you're looking for a delicious takeaway pizza made with fresh ingredients and served with amazing service, look no further than Ebi's Pizza. Best food around good quality always fresh and hot when arrives, never let me down

I would order from you guys so much more if you didn't charge so much for extras. £2.50 for a stuff crust on a 12" pizza, plus £1.50 just to have a bbq base instead of tomato.

They have educated staff and the staff got no attitude and they provide good customer service all the time

Great Pizza Chicken and Kebab meat dishes so much choice and great value for money

Considering this is a peri peri specialised place, you would have thought they actually make their own authentic food. But no, they do not. Instead of making their own peri peri rice, they give microwaved Uncle Ben’s rice instead! Not only do they do this, but they charge you £3.99 for it! Even though it’s £1.25 In shops. If you want to serve a shop brought product, it would be nice to actually make your customers aware that it’s not yours, rather than advertise just peri peri rice. Of course any customer is going to think it has been made fresh considering it is is a peri peri shop. Appalled! Avoid the rice completely.

Would not take my order after months worth of custom, really enjoy the food from here was a shame, very rude over the phone said he was to busy to deliver to my area, hence I live a 5 min drive as way. Cheers pal

Used here for years, never had an issue until today. Rude staff and told us we couldn’t have what we usually have and have had for the past few years. Will not be using here again.

First visit, Ordered the Peri peri wrap.. was really tasty I arranged collection, paid cash when I got there and didn't realise I dropped a note on the floor and the guy serving me was honest to tell me.. Defo will be going back more often 👍🏼

Ordered for the first time tonight and I will never order from them again! Extortionate prices for what you get. I paid £8 for a slim bit of chicken and a tiny bit of rice…there was more salad than anything. Paid £25 for 3 tiny meals and £2 delivery charge, even though I live on the same road - 0.2 miles away! Don’t know how they can justify their prices! I called to complain and the guy was totally unhelpful. Horrendous customer service!

Have not tasted anything better in my life than the lemon and herb grilled chicken (we always buy Chicken full platter with spicy chips)! These guys are the absolute best! Pizza is yummy as well!

No care for customer service when requirements are involved or inconvienice. Poor service, they should open up to a bit of customer service then they might make a customer for life, instead they were rude and alienate us because they don't want to be flexible.

Delicious, fresh, hot pizza. Fast delivery, 25mins of ordering the pizza it. I have ordered from Punto Pizza a few times and always tastes delicious.

Their peri peri chicken wraps are possibly one of the best takeaways I've eaten. Chips are freshly cooked and their pizzas are brilliant. Bit more expensive than their competitors, but definitely worth it.

Puntopizza is a refreshing place to get your food from. It is cooked in your presence, fresh and cooked with care. The flavours are excellent. The staff are so friendly, but always busy, they make an effort to chat, regardless. I highly recommend this food place. Why? Because they have got it right.

Really liked the food although stingy toppings, no extra when added toppings as a paid extra either, but had from here many times. Then today I call up, after being rejected twice over the evening online saying they were too busy. The man mumbled something, put down the phone and went away somewhere, came back after about a minute, and told me they dont deliver here any more. I asked if I could pay more for delivery, to which he replied "even if you pay me five pounds I won't do it, find another shop please". Super abrupt and rude and then hung up. Just wow.

Always good, definitely recommend the app as it saves time and hassle. Just be careful as even the mild is spicy and in you don’t like hot food you’re best going for lemon and herb 🌿

Visited on Saturday, ordered over the phone before leaving from hagley, as had 3 of my friends children with me ( 4, 7 and 9) and was keen not to have to wait. Was told it would be 20mins for pick up. Arrived 20mins later, informed I called only ten minutes ago, checked on phone and 22 mins since call made. Pizzas were being prepared not yet in oven. Parked in front of shop as thought only picking up. Due to the wait children out of car with me. As pizzas coming out of oven asked by staff member acting as manager to move my car as he had delivery. Stated that i would in 1 min as the pizzas were coming out of oven, and to move the car I would need to get children back in the car, he yelled something at me about moving it now and I said I could not leave the children to move the car, although I said this calmly he yell at me in front of the children that I was rude and was banned. Given that we had patiently waited at this stage for over ten minutes. I was very surprised and confused by this type of inappropriate reaction and did not make any comment back. Hence, why I feel the need to place a review online. This kind of approach to customers is wrong. Apart from having to explain this to a 4, 7 and 9 year old In total I waited 35 mins from calling for the pizzas.
