Food arrived 2 and half hours later when I was told 45 minutes to an hour and burnt pizza not the same people own the shop and you can tell that from the pizza and service awful will never order again I recommend everyone not to waste there money because it is truly a waste of money

Value for money nicecsized pizza had half and half.. ordered by phone given a time and when we arrived it was ready piping hot can't complain

Small pizza for £8, tandoori chicken with hardly any chicken on it. Order a drink with it which driver forgot to bring. On the menu price off pizza is £7.50, but drive told me it’s £8... not impress at all,

TERRIBLE! Would've gave 0 if I could! Ordered 8 pieces chicken.. all 8 uncooked still red inside and don't even break.. and not but able.. tastes raw. And gave me a tummy ache! Used to love amigos years ago. Now the food is disgrace as well as the shop!

Don't even do stuffed crusts. Was ok. Not the best pizza I've had. 2024 Update - I heard they were under new management, so I thought to try it out again. Was even terrible then before! Ordered 16 inch pizza with one extra topping and stuffed cheese crust they said it would cost 15.99 (which is relatively very expensive). Then a few minutes later got a call saying they made a mistake and the cost for this pizza will be £17.99!!! That's absurd. The most expensive pizza price I've ever come across! Too much. It was their mistake in the first place they can't just change it a few minutes later after I've placed the order. Absolutely ridiculous service and pricing!! Never coming back here in my life!!!

Their fire cracker pizzas are delicious.

Have been ordering from here over the years but just not got round to a review until we had a really impressive home delivery experience where our Pizza arrived with the wrong toppings, quick call to the shop to let them know and they promised to send out another pizza on the next run. Within 20 mins, their driver was at the door, couldn't believe how quick and must say, Amigos really went the extra mile on this one! No doubt, will be ordering again!!

Pizzas arrived cold and overcooked. Burnt toppings and burnt around the edges, very disappointed will not use again!

I haven’t honestly indulged in a better-tasting pizza in the UK, in comparison to the slices of Italy, during my travels. The pizzas were delicious! Best pizza worth the drive to collect them

Im going to give it 3 stars purely because its the only takeaway pizza i will eat. I never normally have an issue but this is the 3rd time and today has really p*ssed me off. We order for collection as we live a good 25 minute drive. But im picky so it is what it is. I order for collection as usual and it says 40 minute wait i think they must have pressed the wrong button so i phone up to double check and nope 40 minute wait. I have already written in the notes well done and crispy. I then reminded the women on the phone. Well id been waiting 50 minutes at this point and reminded the women well done and crispy. So 3 times. The women then shows me this pale pizza. And asks is this enough i honestly wanted to crawl up my own a*se not only had i been waiting 50 minutes but 3 times id requested it a certain way to be brought out wrong. So now my side orders are going cold whilst they put the pizza back in. Now a one off i dont mind but im a regular (every friday) and they know me because i like it basically near burnt. But this is the 3rd time its happened and ive been ignored. Its just a pure joke. To be waiting that long for COLLECTION for the order to be wrong when reminded 3 times. I rate this pizza shop and it is genuinely the only pizza shop i eat from but 50 minutes and then have to wait further? Sort it out as your loosing customers! Sort it out.

Shocking service. Absolutely appalling. This was a take out which I used to frequently visit. In the last few months, I had stopped as the pizza was alway doughy and with very little toppings. I thought I’d give it another go and open my last fast with. They changed my timings of delivery from 8pm (just before iftari) to 9:20pm. When I called to enquire about this, the girl on the phone said she is also fasting and hasn’t eaten and it’s something I have to accept. Then as I was asking for a refund of my money, she cut the phone line off. I then redialled and another woman picked up who then passed it onto another lady. I asked for the manager, she said there wasn’t one and then later claimed she was a manger called Nosh. She wasn’t any help either, poor costumer service. The front desk have no mannerism or any sense of consumer service. Shocking

We received a leaflet from your establishment this week and decided to order 4 burger meals. The meals were exceptionally delicious and very satisfying. We will definitely be ordering again. The lady that took my order was very polite and helpful so was the man who served us.

Decided to give Amigo’s a try, never used them before, took 3 hours for food to turn up from uber eats, staff lied and said driver left ages ago, when I questioned the driver he showed the receipt of when food was done. Wont be ordering here again

I remember when Amigos first opened in Wednesbury town centre. There wasn't really a good choice for pizza places at the time, everyone was just a generic fast food shop that did pizzas on the side. We suddenly had a dedicated pizza shop so they had a lot of expectations to live up to and boy, they nailed it. Since it opened, Amigos quality has been consistently excellent, from the pizzas and chicken when it first started, to now, the burgers and nachos and fries. The prices are good, given that you are getting great quality food. Other pizza places can offer you cheaper alternatives but just can't live up to the quality that Amigos offer. My current favourites are the Amigos Special pizza, a tasty not spicy pizza thats just 👌🏻 The Big Bite burger is a tasty beef burger with loaded extras, a good burger and lastly the nachos with salsa and cheese dip, an excellent side to go with your pizza.

Very busy not the best I’ve ever had . Had to wait a while for my pizza onion rings were not good ok if you had a few . but I don’t drink

1 hour 15 minutes wait for 3 tepid aldi pizzas. Chicken under cooked and went in the bin. Oh. Also forgot my chilli sauce. Avoid. Waste of money. You could do it better yourself in 20 minutes for a fiver

We phoned up at 5:30pm didn’t get our food until 7:50pm had the food cold the chips were cold and wet, when we called up asking where our food was we then got screamed and shouted at by the staff

Tryed Amigos a few times burgers are very nice I generally go for the Big mac 🍔and Quarter pounder🍔 with fries 🍟all for 12 pound not bad looking forward to trying the pizzas at some stage 👍

Food is decent - Well Done! Disappointed they charge for dips were majority fast food places provide them as complimentary.

Ask for deep pan and you get thin crust the burger bun was hard didn't taste fresh pozzas and burgers are going down hill didn't have this issue before yet the last few times been exactly the same service and quality which I'd POOR

I chose to order from here the other day after seeing the level 5 food hygiene rating on uber eats... Ordered 2 medium pizzas and some wings. The wings were okay - a little on the dry side but the (expensive) pizza was delicious!!! Bigger than a usual medium so certainly plenty of food! Tasty and fresh with both pizzas being BBQ base - Delivery was quite long but fresh on arrival - would definitely try this place again!!

Worst customer service. They straight up lied to my face. Wanted to cancel my order and they sed some next stuff won’t ever be ordering from here ever again. They literally did anything and everything to stop me from cancelling my order but whose gonna wait 3 hours for one pizza. They told me to call the “website provider” and that they can’t cancel my order. When I called the website provider they told me amigos gave me the completely wrong information. Can’t stand this honestly what nonsense. Do not recommend!!!!!

We really enjoyed the food. Pizza is good. But the chicken burger and cheese fries stole the show. Will def be back as there are several menu items we want to try.

Had a delivery of a 12 piece chicken bucket,after waiting nearly an hour the food was delivered and looking inside the bag the chicken was in a box wasn't covered and was only like warm after putting the food out straight away the chips weren't even Luke warm,the chicken was nearly cold,we decided not to eat anymore and put everything back into the plastic bag it came in and call it a day .We normally order pizzas from them but tried this what a mistake ,be careful if ordering this bucket.

Pizza is good but need to trained the staffs . I order pizza every week from there. I’m a regular customer. When I asked for extra sauces they looked at me weirdly. Look like I’m stealing something. They asked extra money for the sauce which I paid. They could ask me nicely. I’m disappointed ☹️ .

Usually good quality food and have never had an issue with the food until today. Pizza was undercooked and there was hairs on the wedges. So lesson learnt today is to actually go there to get the food as I've never had an issue while doing that.

After waiting 1hour 30 minutes for food which was barely warm when I got it!! Some of my order was wrong... These guys have had this shop for many years and I love there pizzas when they arrive hot as they should but really 14.49 for small barely warm pizza and small bottle of coke and cold potato wedges which wasn't ordered is disgraceful really!! Guy on phone didn't seem to be bothered my order was wrong maybe staff need retraining in customer service skills.. Even if there busy food should always be 5star....I don't like giving bad reviews but the service is shocking... Come on guys ou can do better than this it's, a family business at end of the day

I have ordered from here a few times now and I am very impressed! The food is delicious and tastes fresh, prices are good and pizza is very tasty! Also, the food hygiene rating is 5 stars, which is extremely important to me. It's nice to order from a very clean takeaway, you can really taste the difference!

Ordered at around 18.15 via uber eats , at 20.15 still no food so called the shop for update , told really busy and loads of tickets !!! but will sort asap , off the list had a nice few rounds of chesse on toast, thanks Amigos

Spectacular. The burgers are some of the nicest I have ever had, both chicken, and beef. Chips, and Pizza are delicious too. You can't be disappointed with Amigos.

Awful experience paid for delivery and the driver wanted me to meet him down the street which is ridiculous then was rude and took our food and refused to deliver it will never order again

Personally, this is my number one pizza place. I only ever order over the phone but delivery is generally swiftly executed, I don't believe they take too long taking into account the fact that I only really order on weekends and the demand the shop must have (they take approx, 1 hour). Despite this, the food is always hot when it arrives, making you FEEL like it's just been made and presented before you. You can order pizzas that are either deep or thin pan (an option which isn't found among all stores these days) and the quality will still remain high. The side products are pretty good too, though options like burgers and the chicken wings aren't exactly perfect. However, I find it unlikely that anyone would go to a pizza joint for such products, so I find no need to deduct a star for such an irrelevant factor. The prices are pretty good, considering the quality of food. Obviously more expensive than your average pizza store but I'd say the quality is closer to establishments like Pizza Hut or Domino's, yet the price is still slightly below these, which is logical given the reputation of Amigo's in contrast to these two companies. So I think the prices are warranted. TL;DR - Amazing pizzas and good service all things considered. Would definitely recommend to all pizza lovers as a slightly cheaper alternative to larger chains for high quality pizza.

Brilliant pizza. You won't be disappointed! The Big mac was a massive hit in our home. Delivery times are excellent. The place is clean. The food is fresh. A clear example of how a fast food outlet is supposed to be run.

Delivery took a while but completely understand as they must be so busy as their food is amazing and definitely worth the wait!. Fantastic pizza and the best pizza shop in wednesbury as the dough they make is fresh everyday on top of that they have excellent customer service unlike some other pizza shop in town. Continue to go there and order pizza they never fail to impress and they always go the extra mile. I would even go to say they are the best pizza shop in sandwell. Worth the drive over from Walsall. Good fresh pizza with store baked dough (hard to find outside of the main franchises around here). Reasonably priced, not the cheapest but i guess quality is worth paying that slight extra for. The zinger chicken strips are phenomenal. Collected as they as they were, unsurprisingly, busy on deliveries. Will be returning!

Ordered online only to receive an email saying they've took the money but will not send the food because they're busy. Tried the online chat and got nothing and tried calling the store and it's off the hook

Orderd at 5.38 was told it would be delivered 1 to 1.5 hours still hadn't arrived at 7.27 so phoned agen and was told it would be delivered in 20 mins and it didn't arrive till nearly half past 8 so not only took nearly 3 hours but was cold and then the pizza was wrong what a shambles

I absolutely love amigos, There food is outstanding and delicious cant fault them, I recently moved out of there range for delivery though so hence why Ive given them 4 stars. You may ask why ? Well Aladdins down the road delivers to me and is where I have my pizza from now. Food and quality 5/5 Delivery is why I didnt rate 5 stars

Decent Pizzas. I usually frequent other pizza shops but gave it a go as had been a while. Two different pizzas tasted fairly similar even though we're different flavours. Hot wings were too small and not worth getting. Got to hear the boss and co arguing about UberEats and sounded like they were gonna sack them off because they don't print receipts or something. Don't mind it myself but seeing as they don't mind one customer hearing might as well let the rest know. Took about 30 mins so went for a walk in wonderful Wednesbury for 5 minutes to kill the time. Plenty of time for a pint in the pub opposite if your planning on going or order about 25 mins in advance for collection.

Only ever buy pizza from Amigos. Friendly staff, efficient service and and amazing pizza. FSA rating is perfect too and you can see ur pizza being prepared. I have slight OCD about hygiene but they are sooo clean! Massive thumbs up !
