Premier Inn West Bromwich hotel in Sandwell

It was ideally situated for my needs ,its a premier inn if you were blind folded and placed in a room anywhere in the UK you wouldn't know where you are as all rooms are the same

Room could had air conditioning. But there was a big fan in the room. So that helped. Bed was comfortable. Could had been a bigger tv. Food was OK.

I've been staying here for many years can not fault anything, staff both in the hotel and reception really friendly and helpful not any trouble. The only down side the restaurant is up for sale if it doesn't sell nothing close by to get food, I'm told the hotel is due to have a breakfast room and an extra 23 rooms doesn't make sense to sell the restaurant!

Had a great time last night the teeze were brilliant the place was buzzing then had a good night's sleep spot on

My stay in this premier was great, my room, food and service was amazing thanks to paige for all the effort and friendly service👌 would definitely stay again.

Average Premier Inn. Rooms not that clean. Hairs in the sink and bath. Caulking around the bath looking mouldy and had holes. Good job brought own cleaning kit. Fight broke out one night and tried ringing reception via public phone number as it was not safe to exit room but got no response. Sleep not great when it's that noisy or risky. Will be added to the unsafe for the team list

Ideal for the metro into both Wolverhampton and Birmingham

Staff are so friendly and helpful rooms are perfect just what you need for a few days away. Rooms are very clean good WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities The Premier Inn is next door to the Ridgeacre where there is a great restaurant great food and friendly staff. The location is also close to the tram station which is a walkable distance .Would highly recommend.

Best Premier Inn around. We travel all over the UK and stop in lots of Premier Inn’s and this one has got to be one of the best. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They can’t do enough for you, the rooms are always spotless as well as the communal areas. Von and the reception team are more like friends now and always have a welcome like no other. Location is ideal for motorists and public transport as well with a tram stop minutes walk away where you can get a tram into Birmingham.

Reasonable hotel in busy area of West Midlands. Friendly staff and good meals in Table Table across the carpark

Stayed here for work, no problems, staff are polite and helpful, specially Michelle. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again whether it be pleasure or work.

Special mention to Michelle for her outstanding service. Thank you so much for your help, you went above and beyond! Will definitely see you again when I am next working in the area.

I went to Premier Inn in West Brom New Gas street Branch. Their employee JASPREET was very helpful and friendly. All the staff was amazing and everybody has smile on their faces. The building is bit old but very clean and tidy for its age. Over all it was an amazing experience and whenever i will visit Birmingham i will book the same hotel again and again. 5 stars to you guys ✌🏼

Paige has been amazing. She works at reception. She made me feel so welcome and explained everything so clearly. The room was lovely and clean.

Stayed for a wedding in the area. It is a good Premier Inn and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Great room and service. Information about breakfast was wrong but corrected when I double checked.

Typical premier inn high standards and room layout. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy and nice restaurant for breakfast. Location was perfect for the tram in to Birmingham. With plenty of parking which you now need to validate your car on their system. Don't forget.

Room could've had fresh paint stains on walls along with holes in walls. Carpet didn't fit. The breakfast was lovely can't fault the staff in the Premier Inn or the pub where we had breakfast

Please do not waste your money....it is the pits ....the main waitress on Sunday morning was so rude and racist its unbelievable the fire alarm went off during our stay...no staff update....no heating or telephone in the room...unlimited breakfast ...that a lie ....would never go back ...the nicest person ...night concierge

Whilst staying in this hotel for 2 night for work. I did not ask for my room to be cleaned whilst out a staff member entered my room and stole my La vie est belle perfume. Fuming to say the least staff where dreadful when approached they wasn't interested. Spoke to the manager her reply was we can't do nothing about it you will have to report it to the police..
