Great burgers and fries but buns could be better.

Ordered nachos , there was just meat and cheese no nachos. Very confused

I tried the Super Man Burger and it was absolutely delicious! The fries were perfectly crispy, and the order was ready quickly. The customer service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Dead up shop, food quality is a disappointment. Old place was much better and going to where it is now, it’s like I’m going to pick up Indian curry from a takeout

My steak chips was plain not the chilly beef hot very disappointing

Really not what it used to be. Chips all stuck in metal tray. Hot dogs are jumbo sausages from chip shop not hotdogs at all and food was just a mess. Poor delivery driver was made to wait 40 mins in store as they were not ready. Delivery was late.

The chilli beef fries have changed and had doner on them, was not nice.

The burgers are great with good portion size. The service is excellent. It would be great if the restaurant replaced Pepsi, 7up and Fanta with alternatives to stop supporting companies that support the genocide in Palestine. This would help their commitment to social responsibility.

Have ordered from here before and it was nice, ordered last night and was very disappointed. Boss baby burgers are meant to have 4 patties on but they all had 3 and brown lettuce. Kids chicken burger was spicy. The chips were hard. Had the wrong drink given to me. Quality wasn't great at all.

There was no turkey 🦃 but made up for it by giving extra pepperoni 🍕.

The food came quick, delivered professionally by driver but the food itself I was not able go eat or was my daughter, I honestly don't think I've ever had such terrible food. the food all smelled very strange. The food over all was waste of money and time. The chips were stall and cold. The chicken burger - wrapped in ripped kitchen foil. Chicken was chewy, the Turkey rashers was over cooked. The hotdog! Well what can I say, basically a chip shop sausage in a tasteless bun smoothered in sauce. Worst experience of food ever. If I could mark it minus I honestly would. Spent over £20 on nothing as wasn’t even worth eating. Such a disgrace. Rate it minus 1. Would not recommend to anyone.

Not happy. It’s not the same place anymore. My messy Mexican came without jalapeños and with stale tortilla chips. The meat is like 3rd of what it used to be. The chips and chilli were okay-ish, but I’d make better at home. Won’t be ordering from here again. 30 quid for 2 burgers, chilli fries and stale nachos not worth it at all.

Food was later than expected however, the lovely delivery driver apologised and explained that they have just reopened after a refurb so were really busy. We couldn’t complain as the food was so good & we had extra chips and dips!! The burgers here are insane!!!

Burgers were phenomenonal and definitely the stars of the show, the sides were nice but the cheesy chips were burnt and practically inedible but didn't detract from the other good food. If possible, could do with labels on the food so its easier to distribute between people rather than having to crack open each thing to see what it is before handing over to someone Tldr: fantastic burgers, cheesy chips burnt, other sides good, add labels please

The burger was hot,juicy and well equipped with crispy fries. Good place for our regular meals. We will be ordering again.

The Mask Burger is a cheese lover's dream! It's overloaded with cheese and absolutely yummy. If you're a fan of cheesy goodness, this burger is a must-try!

Food is very tasty especially the Sultan Dish, atmosphere and service are good too. The time's I have been its been very quiet which make's no sense considering how good the food is.

Just got back from BMF and the food was excellent. I had the Beef Nachos Libre and the partner had Buffalo wings for starters. Both excellent. Nachos were the best nachos ive ever eaten. very spicy, but i love spicy food. For mains i had The Champ burger and the partner had the Bob Marley Burger. Both were excellent!, very filling. if i had to be hypercrital, the presentation wasnt amazing, BUT the taste of the food lets that slide. We both shared a Oreo Cookie Dough dessert to finish, and although it nearly burnt our insides out, it tasted very very good. Service was great, it was pretty empty when we was in there. Music in the background, nice deco on the walls (DC/marvel/cult movies) and it was an amazing experience. Price is cheap too. just a tad over £40 for a 3 coarse meal for me and my partner. Visited this place as I heard a lot about them. The place was decorated quite nicely. They had good photo's of famous celebrities. But the shop was empty. We were the only customers. Ordered the messy Mexican (something like that) with fries and drink. The food was nice, but it wasn't like "wow" or fresh smashed beef as I expected. It was more like frozen beef/cheese burgers style, and they just grilled it up and put some sauce inside it. Was a bit disappointed, to be honest.

Went here with my family for the first time and the food and service was excellent! Really liked the superhero pictures on the walls and the burger names on the menu.

This place has huge potential The Hulk smash burger was not bad,and not greasy like most places. I would have expected hand cut chips with the meal. Had to use knife and fork as burger fell apart on holding. The premises looked as if being refurbished, not a great look for dining in.

Decent burger place to visit. Restaurant is better to dine in since moving next door. Whilst their burger variety is good, they look crazier than they taste, they’re ok. I actually enjoy their loaded fries the most whilst the kids love their hotdogs.

I've used Uber eats numerous times for this place and the deals and rewards are always good and I've never been disappointed with the burgers. I had a late one at work tonight and drove home past Big Man's Food so decided to go in and get takeaway. Customer service is great! I was well looked after and it was good to chat to the people that I order from time to time. Highly recommend here. Unlike McDonalds next door, these burgers have great flavour to them and a wide range to choose from. Please do your best and support a local company who cooks from fresh instead of buying frozen reheated burgers next door

Great food, one of the best burgers that I have eaten. Just a shame that we were the only one's in there and the place was cold.

Got the Boss Burger which was really nice . Enjoyed the onion rings on top of the burger as well as how juicy the patty was . Great location and lovely decor . Would definitely dine in again.

Booked for Wednesday evening. Really pleased the restaurant was separate from the delivery section. Good selection and really helpful host. Explained menu and options, food served in decent time and REALLY good. Fairly priced and will definitely visit again.

Ordered today for delivery - first time using resturant. Ordered a hot dog, burger, fries and drinks. For the amount of food you get in the deal its reasonably priced. The hot dog was great - but be warned the mustard can take you by surprise if you don't have a spicy pallette. My partner wasn't keen on the beef pattie. Fries were nice- skin on and cooked well with decent portions. Bubblegum milkshake was lovely.

We had chicken wings for starters which were perfect, the burgers we had were some of the best ever and the service was very good! After not going back for a while we went back today, i tried a hotdog which was great and the burgers were also very good. Glad we came again!

Food was absolutely delicious, portions were big, burgers were tasty, fries were amazing, strawberry milkshake divine and the strawberry mojito was so refreshing, staff were helpful and very courteous, I honestly can't wait to go back again

Been here a few times now But the latest experience wasn't very nice at all. Got what we ordered but had to wait like 20 mins to give our order and then it took 40 mins for order to come. Food was cold. Chips were stale The only thing we enjoyed was the nachos rest of food wasn't very nice at all.

Was made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The menu was extensive. No alcohol but that wasn’t an issue for me. The service was 5 star. Even offered to go next door to get my mother in law a coffee. The food was simply superb. 2 different burger orders. 1 hotdog plus loaded nachos. Loved everything about this place.

Lovely place. A change of Menu since we last attended (Menu added as of 27/03/22). Used voucher so limited to what we could purchase within our price range. Was advised if we wanted anything more expensive we'd have to pay the extra. Four of us attended and we had three (3x) Boss Burgers and (1x) Kings Man (very nice). Doggie bag needed for the leftovers 😅 Would definitely go again, especially if a voucher could be put towards The Challenge.. 🙌🏼🤞🏼 and advised to do MORE Challenges like The Hot Wing, Hotdog, and Wrap Challenge. I have been a regular at this place for the past 4-5 years and that in itself is a testament on how good it is and has been. Must admit it was much better in the past (massive burgers), but still worth the trip across Birmingham for a cheat treat. They keep adding new items to the menu and the owners/workers are really humble - keep it up guys!

Good burgers, loaded fries definitely worth trying but most of all I really enjoyed the comic book decorations. All in all a good dining experience with good food. Would recommend for others to try the cheesy fries or loaded fries along with The Champ burger.

Came from London with a groupon didn't expect much but we were wrong. Chips amazing Rock Burger out of this world. Daughter demolished the kinsman Burger and an oreo shake!!! Overall a must for anyone visiting the area. Yummmm

I couldn’t believe how bland my husbands meal and mine were. We had the champ and terminator which were completely tasteless and waste of money! Not to mention the horrible quality of the chips and chicken nuggets. That’s the last time I’m ordering from here.

Chicken wings were huge and not tender at all with no sauce. The burger was big but he beef it self was not tasty nor the BBQ sauce.

Nice place to dine been a few times with other half and he is a lucky eater and he ate fr there so that is saying something. Parking is a little scarce with macdonalds being next door but apart from that nice venue

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in. I had the Kings Man, with a classic fries. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a big munch. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups. Nice playlist too. Parking available right outside.

today was my first time. i recommend this restaurant. hamburger 🍔 delicious fresh and lots of meat, delicious sauces. I recommend and will come back here again

very poor. not going here again. ordered three burgers one without mayonnaise and two with fried onions (extra charge).... Guess what? all burgers came with mayonnaise and none had fried onions. they knew the order was incorrect. tried to throw in a free drink (on the house) he said 7up sugar free. gave it back as I wouldn't drink it. called them back to complain he had the cheek to say we threw in free sauces. waste of time never going there again. avoid unless you like getting incorrect order which can be compensated for with a drink no one drinks.

First time ordering from BMF, I am not disappointed. The food is tasty and hot. The drink was ice cold. Ordered 'The Sultan' and cant wait to try a burger.

I've eaten there many times and it's always good and delivery hasn't been to bad but last night received cold hard fries no dips sauces or serviettes and burgers were cold and a mess looked like the chilli was old and reheated a completely waste of money and I called them wasn't offered a replacement or refund or discount off next time just we will call you back by tomorrow. I ain't holding my breath nor will order again and the worse thing was I'm less than a mile away so no excuses for cold food.
