Pumpkin Cafe in Blackpool

Jayne the manager was absolutely so full of life and joy and greeted me with a lovely smile and a hello. She was very vibrant and happy. The chai spice latte was outstanding and the croissant 🥐 I had so lovely and fresh. Keep up the great work lovely

Stopped in as we had an hour to wait for our train home. Cassie was great - she makes a spot on brew, and was brilliant with my young son. Prices not too bad for a station cafe, and it gave us somewhere warm and dry to wait.

Lady who served us was lovely and chatty and interested in where we were going and really friendly. Lovely atmosphere and happy to serve us. Very pleasant and made me smile.

Really nice staff, made us laugh and let us know how to go to the loo without using our ticket on the other side of the barriers. Great place to wait for a train!

Only came in as the Cafe was shut! Jayne has to be one of the most enthusiastic members of the Pumpkin team that I have ever seen. I had the £5 Breakfast Roll and Latte deal which was really nice and in the current climate was good value. All was explained very nicely as to my options, some pleasant conversation whilst at the counter and again whilst I was sitting at my table. I observed similar with the Customers that came in whilst I was eating. Absolutely first class service, please pass on my comments to her.

I didn't have any food on this occasion.but always pop in for a drink while I am here. I usually have a cold drink as its to hard to for me to ask for my coffee how I personally like it .so the young lad who helped me was absolutely brilliant nothing too much trouble.he made it for me and I failed to say I didn't like frothy milk but I said it would be OK then next minute he came over with a different coffee and said I think this might suit you he made me an americano half of one shot with milk it was perfect so now I know what to ask for. He was called Lewis really lovely nothing to much trouble so I will be back for hot drinks now I know what I'm asking for clean warm and coffee what more does a lady need 😀 thank you Lewis jakki x

Staff are friendly and helpful. Jayne especially. Very welcoming and makes a great half shot latte.

I don’t often visit Blackpool Train Station (purely because I don’t usually need to), but today I needed to catch the train so I popped in to Pumpkin Cafe to grab a coffee. The place was clean and tidy, and the displays were very neat. Jayne served me and she was really lovely. Great start to my day. Thanks Jayne!

Popped in this morning for a coffee and a bacon barm before my train, I didn't have a lot of time. The service was extremely efficient and served with a smile. Excellent customer service, I left smiling. Would recommend to anyone who's got an early morning train journey.
