Pumpkin Cafe in Blackpool

Friendly lady served us today! Helped bring our food and drinks to the table, even advised us on the warmest spot in the cafe to sit! Called Jayne, Thankyou :)

I don’t often visit Blackpool Train Station (purely because I don’t usually need to), but today I needed to catch the train so I popped in to Pumpkin Cafe to grab a coffee. The place was clean and tidy, and the displays were very neat. Jayne served me and she was really lovely. Great start to my day. Thanks Jayne!

Popped in this morning for a coffee and a bacon barm before my train, I didn't have a lot of time. The service was extremely efficient and served with a smile. Excellent customer service, I left smiling. Would recommend to anyone who's got an early morning train journey.

(review for 2024) Even after all these years; the atmosphere is still just as pleasant and welcoming. When I arrived there was a queue 10-people strong and the site was crewed by the manager and she served all 10 quickly and efficiently and I was able to be served in less than 5 minutes - certainly wouldn't get that in most Starbucks. (review from 2018) The staff member was really friendly and helpful and greatly appreciated after a few hours on the train from the Midlands - she was surprised when she saw my Bite Card dating back from 2012.

Fantastic service - my train was cancelled so I had to wait 3 hours for someone to come and pick me up. Cassie was very friendly and polite, made me feel comfortable and safe. The food was good too and the hot chocolate is to die for - I’m on my second already 😊 Good prices also. There is a few places to grab a coffee at the station but this one has more of a friendly atmosphere and the staff are much nicer. Thank you for making my wait bearable 😊

Friendly and welcoming little coffee shop at Blackpool North Station. Didn't have anything to eat, but the pastries looked fresh and was a good selection of breakfast rolls. Lovely coffee made by the effervescent Jayne brightened up my morning !!

Lovely, friendly welcome from Jayne (I think). Excellent service. Couldn’t ask for more. The place is just a little run down, but the server more than makes up for this.

Small cafe but great choice of food and drinks not to bad of a price for a train station not a lot of room in the cafe for setting in and wheelchairs uses would struggle to use the cafe
