Great coffee and excellent food staff very attentive

A decent enough coffee and a lite bite if not a little overpriced.

Some of the seating (like an old leather sofa they have) wants thrown out and replaced. Dishwasher was broken when we went, they were serving food on paper bags out of necessity but had i realised properly what she meant id have just got a coffee. I don't think they should of served food when it was broken. Theres no proper tables to sit and eat, theyre all mismatched heights. Would only order to take away next time.

Love this coffee shop especially sitting outside cus I smoke the only fault is the waiting time to get served and I struggled to open the door with my hands full but once sat down relaxing watching the world go by you can't beat it...keep up the good work

Great place to go if you ever want a nice hot cup of tea and there was this lovely lady named Kate who also recommended the new millionaire hot chocolate and I am glad she did as it was amazing

One of the female staff is a bit rude. She couldn't here what we ordered and shouted and urged us to repeat.

Nice new, clean and really quite tranquil Nero's in the new shopping centre. Very thoughtful service helping unload the tray etc when I spilled the coffee. Thanks

I usually always come here and usually no problems until today, one man that works there shouted at my daughter about her boba drink that she had whilst i was in the queue, waiting to buy drinks and food for the rest of my family. I came over to see what was going on as he did it twice and then he was getting quite aggressive with us even though i said we are buying drinks and food he still said she couldn't have her drink which is ridiculous, he was acting like be owned the whole company. Very aggressive man especially shouting at children it is unacceptable he could've spoken to her nicely but instead continued to be horrible towards her. We left as soon as i heard as he started getting angry for no reason. We always go to cafe nero especially this one and spend a lot of money there but now im not going again im not having some horrid man shouting at my child over a drink as she doesn't like their drinks.

Lovely choice of sandwiches/cakes. Cappuccino is fab here. Very comfortable seating. Could do with more staff though as service was a bit slow on each occasion we went here

Served by a really friendly man. He made a great mocha and chocolate milkshake. Place nice and clean. Not too busy but must be good as a constant stream of people coming in.

Popped in for a coffee with the family. Place was jumping. The 2 guys behind the counter and the lady clearing the tables were superb. Under pressure but never showed. Attitude and customer relations were superb. A real credit to Cafe Nero

Everytime I have been in in the last few months (after refusing to go in for atleast a year), there is a definite change, they actually know how to make a white chocolate mocha. They are friendly and welcoming. Definite improvement.

Vegan chikn sandwich out of stock :( Ordered a pistachio oat latte and the syrup was just thick at the bottom of the cup not mixed.

It's where you choose if you like a bit more of a grown up coffee shop. Coffee is very good, quiet and not as loud as the likes of Starbucks. Service can be a little slow and food is pricey but nice

Paid a visit, with a group, while I was in Blackpool. Ordered a Tiramisu, along with a Luxury Caramelatte (Including the Winter Blend). Both items were good, would recommend, if you are cool, with the atmosphere.

Massive queue so didn't stay and wait. Didn't look like there were enough staff but that could have just been a busy time when I walked in so this may be an unfair judgement, if so, many apologies.

I can recommend the fruit scones with clotted cream and the hot chocolate, it's my go to when I call in there.

First time trying cafe Nero just before Xmas, just thought will upload some reviews now I have some time on my hands and this place gets 5 stars , clean, friendly and the hot choc and toastie was 10/10, nice to see staff goin to tables when people leave to clean them an not just left.

Food is never great in any chain coffee shop but its OK. Coffee is my favourite, sadly not enough Cafe Nero's in Lancashire, that said this was a good example. Cleared tables (not cleaned) but nothing new in most places these days, friendly efficient staff, nice ambience and nice and warm inside.

Friendly staff but old and dirty furniture. Even a back street cafe would be better furnished. Joined by pigeons inside the cafe. Not a good experience!

Lovely coffee and relaxing atmosphere

Staff are always really friendly and chatty. The shop is always clean and the drinks are lovely.

This is my go to coffee shop, most of the staff are great and super helpful.their Christmas coffee menu is out and although a little sickly, the florentine mocha is an indulgent treat. Have had most of the baristas make me one but 10/10 to Kath for making the best. Perfect balance. Needs to be in a black t shirt now lol. Coffee is always great and cake a must. Wait times are a little annoying sometimes as a small venue and now doing take outs/delivery. That aside will always recommend this place.

Absolutely lovely, I managed spilt 4 bloody hot chocolates 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️they cleaned it all up bless, one lovely person in particular, Kat I think their name was?? Absolutely lovely, amazing customer service! :) 10/10 will be recommending and coming much more. Thank you, Kat!

Ok place only one toilet for far too many customers so it was not too clean cups weren't clean

Every Christmas I start my shopping with a delicious latte from Cafe Nero. Always sets me up and the seasonal flavours out you in a Christmassy mood

Coffee was great and cookie was rather dry, and the toilet was not very clean and needs an overhaul.

For me the best coffee shop around, a little more expensive, but a better class of coffee.

Great coffee, but needs a deep clean, the seats are ripped and stained. It looks like its not been touched since it opened.

Order 62791 Terrible delivery service. Placed a £28 order on Uber Eats. Ordered 3 x flavoured frappes and some pastries. They kindly delivered the wrong order - 2 tiny drinks including a coffee and fruit smoothie. Uber driver claimed he only picked up one order so it's not his fault. Nero not answering the phone and swiftly removed their delivery service off Uber Eats at 3pm. Thanks for charging me a £2.24 service fee and a £2.79 delivery fee for 2 tiny drinks that are now in the bin.

Took a while to be served but the staff were very pleasant. Central location and plenty of seating indoors and some outdoors.

Good friendly place relaxing good coffee at good price

Fab coffee, just one gripe. The seating is appalling. Chairs are torn showing the wood inside the arms. Many have big divits in the seat area where the support has gone. I know they haven't been upgraded in at least 7 to 8 years. They are totally unacceptable. Its a real pity because the staff and coffee are great. But who wants to risk ripping your clothes on bare wood with staples and stuffing exposed .

Customer service could be alot better. Baristas need more training with alternative milks and getting the temp right (it was so hot I burnt my tongue). Asked for textured milk with my latte and was presented with a "cappucino".

This coffee shop is a disgrace. The seats are ripped. Dirty . The toilets were un clean. The Staff who served me. Was unfriendly and unhelpful.

It was very good 👍🏻 drinks and food was very nice but we like Caffè Nero because they are pet friendly and it was a God send on bad days just to find somewhere to get out of it dry out and warm up, I know they don't have to provide toilets but the size of most Caffè Neros it would be nice if they had more than just One for Lady's Gents Children Disabled and baby changing room, just saying.

There was a long queue when we arrived which was even longer when we left. The staff were helpful at the point of sale and with keeping tables clear.

I asked for a large Latte I got a small cappuccino asked for a chocolate covered rice type cake and got a millionaire shortbread. The guy was in training and probably needed an hearing aid. I did not get what I wanted. Either shout loud to get the correct order or go somewhere else like Greggs. Bad experience.

Fresh food but breakfast not very big for the price , maybe add some hash brown an black pudding 🤔.
