Fantastic food!! Outstanding friendly service an amazing little cafe! Just phenomenal! Always coming here for brilliant food and coffee!

We had lasagne and the home made cheese and onion pie - gorgeous home made fayre - very reasonable price - would 100% recommend for anyone needing a lovely cheap n tasty meal

It was really nice the food I had. Jacket potato with tuna mayo the salad was perfect for me that came with it. Quite cheap as well with lots of seating. I will come back.

We stayed nearby and a staff member recommended it to us for good food. Don’t be put off by the look of the place as it is very clean inside and the food is lovely. We had breakfast there two days running and both times we enjoyed it. Staff were pleasant. try a scone - their tasty!

Saturday morning visit before watching the mighty Pool . First time I’ve been for breakfast but won’t be the last . Freshly made . . good service . . very impressed . Coffee was also spot on . Highly recommend 👍

Fantastic find yesterday. Myself and my husband had the medium breakfast. Delicious is the only way to describe it. Best breakfast on a long while. Top quality ingredients perfect presentation friendly staff and spotlessly clean. These guys prepare food with the door open so nothing to hide. Great place highly recommend

Usually come here once a month when visiting family.. normally this place is my favourite place for tea & scones. Today I decided to get a tuna Mayo barm, the tuna was cheap and extremely fishy.. I asked for more Mayo, the older lady behind the counter gave me one sachet like it was gold dust. I also asked for more napkins as she gave me ONE thin napkin to start with, she didn’t seem happy about this! Todays a Monday and the older later behind the counter I’ve not seen before but please let her know a smile wouldnt go a miss. On Saturday there was 2 different lady’s one with red hair and another older one, they was both present but this one is abit moody. Scones&clotted cream is definitely recommend though.

Customer service was appalling. Signs in the Café claim that staff members are happy to help with any allergen information, but the woman at the counter grumpily and rudely questioned us after we asked whether the chips were gluten free. She then asked the chef, who then came out and sarcastically said “Well, they’re done in a fryer,” before laughing at us. When the Chef brought out the chips we explained how chips are sometimes doused in flour & also used in a fryer that can involve cross contamination with non-gluten ingredients/food. He just grumpily said back to us, “Never heard of it in my life.” Well, I’ve been told by the certified dietitian that I was referred to after my Coeliac diagnosis that chips can oftentimes be not suitable for Coeliac’s/those on a Gluten Free diet. The continued to give us dirty looks whilst he was serving others in the Café and I’m convinced the woman behind the counter’s zygomaticus major‘s are broken.

Beautiful breakfast with quick service

The woman who owns the place and works there is so rude speaks to her customers like absolute dirt! Such a shame cause the food is ok but the service from her attitude is rude!!

If you want to enjoy a tasty, freshly made full English Breakfast then look no further. The Mega Breakfast is superb. 2 Sausages, 2 Bacon, 2 Egg, Black Pudding, Grilled Tomato, Baked Beans, Mushroom and toast with a pot of tea for one. All that for £8.00 I visited here when I was a child on Summer holiday and it was a delight to return. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. If you are in Blackpool (South) and are in need of good food. This is the place to go. Looking forward to returning!

Cheap quality breakfast, get the mega if you do.

Ordered the “Big Breakfast” & a pot of tea as this wasn’t included in the price. Arrived quickly (5 minutes). Cooked ok and tasted ok. Staff were pleasant. Now for the downside. Asked for ketchup and received 1 sachet. Why were the baked beans put in a eggcup sized ramekin, never seen anything so ridiculous. And as for “big breakfast”, I’ve had bigger small breakfasts

We visited for breakfast around lunchtime on a Monday and it wasn't very busy. We had the mega breakfast (and it was). It consisted of 2 eggs, 2 hash browns, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, a thick cut of black pudding, beans, mushrooms, half a fresh tomato and toast for £6.30. The bacon is some of the best bacon I have had in Blackpool and it's only let down by the flavourless and mushy sausages that are usually the weak link at around this price point. It doesn't include a hot drink. I had a cappuccino which is served in a huge cup for £2.15. tea is £1.70 and is served in a tea pot with extra water and there is enough for around three cups. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've marked it down to 4 stars because of the sausages but if I came again I would try to substitute the sausages with more of the lovely bacon.

Thought we would try the Snackery for a Breakfast, Very easy to Order, lots of choice of many meals on the menu, but we had already decided on a Breakfast. Breakfast didn’t take long to arrive Very nice with hardly any fats on the bacon, and wasn’t swimming in grease like you get at some other places. Sausage was perfect Was very nice to have the choice of mug or Cup when having a cuppa Would definitely recommend and will be back again to have another

I will not be hurrying back here soon, very small portions, over priced, and they won't change items on menu ie fried bread instead of toast, coffee was like milk and just warm,

Staff were friendly and helpful. My son said his milkshake was the best he'd ever had. Good cuppa and sausage sarnie was well filled. Will definitely try a breakfast next time we are staying in Blackpool.

Popped in for breakfast as the b&b we were staying at told us upon arrival that they were not able to serve us any food, so we had a look around and found this very clean welcoming cafe. The food was excellent and by the second day the staff remembered our order from the previous day and treated us like welcome friends. We ate here several times during our stay and if we return to Blackpool we would definitely visit this establishment again.

Walked in, no greeting. Member of staff looked at me and continued sitting at the staff table. After a few minutes he shouted across the room would I like a menu. I said it’s ok i know what i want. He got up and then wandered away through to the kitchen!I waited for my order to be taken but nobody came. Another member of staff behind the counter made drinks but failed to acknowledge me. To go to the counter I’d have had to stand less than even 1 meter away from two other customers seated at the table right next to the counter. It was not busy at all and no reason other than laziness not to come and take my order. Got up and walked out. I’d have given zero stars if I could.

Expensive for what it is, but breakfast was lovely.

We used to go here regularly when visiting Blackpool and the food was good and the service excellent. Not anymore, we walked in and was looking at the meal choices on the wall. after approx 30 seconds a woman barked at me "Let me know if you decide if you want anything". I should have walked out then but ordered 2 main meals which i must add was at full price on the last day of the eat at half price plan. The food was terrible, cold and slow to arrive. If you listen to any advice on eating places please let it be this and give it a wide berth.

Brilliant and the food was excellent

The food is actually very good! However, there are too many tables and seats crammed int the place leaving no place for movement so you really need to squeeze in between the table and seat which leaves you feeling uncomfortable and unable to enjoy your food. Plus the female who we think was one of the owners, she grudgingly served us, just grunted and bearly looked at us, she could really do with a personality transplant!!!!

My friend wanted to go for lunch as she had fond memories of when her Grandmother worked there. Huge mistake, the tables and seating were covered in crumbs, should have left then but thought no, it may get better. Wishful thinking I’m afraid. The woman serving was taciturn at best, cappuccino devoid of froth, on querying this was told that’s how it comes out of the machine. Cheap bought in beef burger, inedible, over cooked dry chicken, really, come on guys how are you still in business. Waitress very rude banged the plates down on the table, great customer service. Never have I experienced such awful food and service. Surprise surprise will not return.

Great cafe friendly staff great variety of food and drinks. You can sit inside and outside weather permitting.

The customer service is great, they could teach a few global businesss a thing or two. We watched as the staff greeted all regulars and what they liked to eat and drink take care to you all and used first name terms which is great customer service to start with, let alone engaging and talking about where they had been or were going, some people of the older generation don't have someone asking after them or what their day looks like so this is a very nice touch, oh and this is not something you teach some one to do this is in their nature. Chef thank you for A very hot freshly cooked breakfast, set us up for the day after a very long hot day the day before as my partner had done the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride of 66miles. We will return one day and all because you have got it right from the start . Wonderful people and great food. 👍

Been coming in here all my life. Love Maggie who works here in fact all but one member of staff here are friendly. My only moan is that your all day breakfast is highly priced compared to others in area and you do not get the amount of food that is pictured behind counter. Ended up almost 14 pound for 2 breakfasts and 2 coffees. The food was nicely presented although cheap sausages and extremely poor portion sizes.

The overall service was good, I ordered the Veggie Burger, Chips & a Pot of Tea. My observations are that the veggie burger could have been garnished with some form of sauce as it was somewhat dry without it. The presentation was very good otherwise. I was baffled but receiving two pots when the tea was given to me as one pot was just hot water where as the other one was tea. As shown in the picture the taller of the two pots only had water in it. Not sure what to make of that. The lady on the till taking orders albeit was polite seemed to lack warmth. The young slim lady whom came out with my food had warmth and was very pleasant. Overall the service was good,,just need to work on minor issues. Thank you for the service.

Really liked this Cafe apart from the Lasagne my Girlfriend had. It was absolutely smothered with way too much Cheese on top. I had the Scampi etc and was nice & tasty.

Nice food it is cooked on order so it is fresh food and not food that has been re heated ok you can have a 10 to 15 minutes wait for your food but I would recommend this cafe as one of the best in South shore Blackpool (But not the best that is the Potters Inn

The snackery, it a small cafe which is at south shore end on waterloo road, it is not a bad little place for food, like a morning breakfast, light meal a coffee or a tea, "the snackery has been at waterloo road a long time and like most places in Blackpool it is at the heart of things, and with out doubt the food is great, " the only thing I would like to see is a bit of money spend to up date and bright in the place up . in other words give it a face lift,, but the little cafe is worth a check out,

went for tea at this cafe altough it was3.45pm on a sunday and they were just about to close got good service and food hot and tasty i had lamb dinner wife had chicken dinner wasnt rushed by staff enjoyed meal as usual this cafe on wellington rd is well worth a visit closes 5pm monday to saturday 4pm on sunday good for breakfast also extensive menu with other dishes on
