Puffle Waffle in Liverpool

I highly recommend! This was my first experience trying this type of waffle and it was deliciously good. I love all the cute and creative designs for the waffles so had to go for the unicorn waffle, and my sweet tooth was not disappointed! I can’t wait to come back here again.

Didn't expected version like this of full English breakfast wrap, delicious piece of art, for lovers of sweets it's the place to please sweet tooth, but good place to kill hunger too, lots ir waffle with different toppings choices, easy 5 stars

My partner and I visited earlier today - absolutely stunning waffles! I love that you can create your own and there is so much choice. Would definitely recommend for a sugar fix. The service is fast and friendly too.

Very disappointed. Coffee, ice cream - really delicious. But Waffles ... Sorry, but dry, hard and extremely strong soda flavor. In Europe, I ate such waffles and they were soft, light, moist to dissolve in my mouth. You should improve the taste of the dough

That morning we ate at Puffle Waffle where my husband had the full English and I had a stuffed waffle.The goodThe portion sizes were larger than we figured from the look of the place. Both breakfasts were quite filling. My waffle was crispy and tender and I shared the bits untainted by egg or cheese with LB. She also stole my bacon. It comes with a side of maple (flavored?) syrup, also shared with LB. I have a particular liking for savory a d sweet, like most everyone else in the world, so this was a nice aside.The badThe space, though ‘nice’, isn’t terribly comfortable for eating an actual meal. The plates are paper, the cutlery wood. The whole thing gives one a gentle nudge out the door. Which, at these prices, seemed a bit off-putting. Not that it was expensive. It just wasn’t cheap.

Puffle waffle with berries was crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Like beautiful crafted pillowy mini toasted waffles. Good helping of berries and whipped cream on top made it the perfect treat that wasn't overly sweet. Flat white was a good accompaniment to it.

Visited early morning about an hour after opening on Saturday. Lovely cosy atmosphere inside, friendly staff and yummy food. We both had savory breakfast waffles, one standard All Day Breakfast and one with just cheese and bacon. Suuuper filling and worth the money! Realky recommend.

Whilst the coffees and waffle we had were good, the service was very poor. We did not feel welcome and the atmosphere was none existant. I definitely wouldn't go back

Amazing location, the local was pretty cozy and with a quite cool decoration. The staff was very nice and the food delicious!! Definetily the best waffles in Liverpool 💗💗

Visited today with my daughter for a "quick" bite to eat before an event at the Arena.Walked in at 10.20am. Had to be at the Arena at 11.15am sharp. I ordered a coffee, a toastie and a waffle. I was told that there would be a 15-20 minute wait for food. I looked around in incredulity as there was 7 people currently in the cafe. Ok, fine. I spent the next 40 minutes checking the food counter and my watch back and forth to see if any progress was being made. 11am came and my food still had not been prepared. .I had to leave, and did, with no refund. I paid £14 for an Americano effectively. The young couple serving were just oblivious to the world around them. There could have been a nuclear explosion in the Albert Dock and they would have still continued lumbering on at a pedestrian pace totally unaware that people have been waiting 40 minutes for a cheese and ham toastie. I dont wish to be mean to them personally, but this level of service is just not acceptable and needs to be called out. I'm sorry.As I left I informed them why I had to leave and that i was not happy. They both looked at me with glazed over complections as if I had asked them to explain Quantum Theory. I thought about asking for a refund but realised that I would have had to leave it to my daughter in my last will and testament as I would have definitely have died from old age by the time they would have even gotten to the till (I'm 39). All jokes aside. I'm out of pocket and not happy about it. The whole debacle was a joke. So please, if you have anywhere you have to be in the next 57 years give this place a miss. There are plenty of other places in the Albert Dock estate.

Firstly, I was impressed by what Liverpool's Planning Department are doing with its what were once neglected areas, and the Anchor Courtyard is a fine example of good design, with its other restaurants and an outlet devoted to its musical inheritance.Puffle Waffle is well worth a visit, not just for its Waffles, but for its coffee: adn an ideal place to await one of the City's Bus Tours..

If taking kids for waffles got to be the place to go. If you go got to have the savoury waffle with a full English on amazing. Oh always on Groupon amazing.

VEGAN WAFFLES and NON-VEGAN waffles for dairy lovers too! There are many sweet and savoury choices. They have a fab UNICORN version which kids would LOVE! The cafe is such a wonderful, cozy place at Albert Dock and the prices are incredibly reasonable. The owner is a lovely, incredibly friendly and kind guy. Lots of heart and soul in this space. Will definitely back with more friends! Pictured: Savory vegan waffle in the paper holder and a Banana and Nutella on a vegan waffle with vegan coconut sorbet. I’m not vegan so I couldn’t resist the Nutella but I wanted to give the vegan options a go to compare it with the standard and I couldn’t tell the difference. Oh and they use all recyclable and sustainable products to serve their tasty food!

Busy place, uncomfortable seating lets it down

The waffles were heavenly, light, fluffy and puffley,. Great selection of fillings. The service like the environment was chilli and the tea was very watery and weak.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. We ordered four hot drinks and four waffles and staff were very efficient in preparing and delivering. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. The waffles are very tasty, fresh ingredients and very well presented.

Wir sind beim Spaziergang im Dock auf dieses kleine Café aufmerksam geworden. Sitzplätze drinnen hat es nicht viele, draussen auch wenige Tische. Das reicht aber vollkommen.Bestellt wird direkt an der Theke und du bekommst eine Nummer, die dann aufgerufen wird zum Abholen. Ich habe mir das Special "Unicorn Waffle" bestellt. Die Waffeln getoppt mit Oreo, Sahne, wenig Erdbeeren und Süsskram, der dann ein Einhorn darstellt. Für den Spass lustig, die Portionen sind gross und man kann sich gut eine Waffel teilen. Ich mag war Süsses, das Einhorn war mir dann doch einen Tick zu süss. Ein netter Zwischenstopp, unbedingt bei Instagram reinschauen, da hat es tolle Fotos von den verschiedenen Waffeln.

Very dissapointed Staff very morose, no music, no enthusiasm, felt in the way as if the staff didnt want to serve us, waited ages for 2 waffles. It took 3 members of staff to make 2 waffles in 30 mins Wouldnt go back Worst waffle experience ever !!!!!

We visited with family, the place is tiny and is right next to the Beatles attraction with most of their tables being outside. Staff were very friendly and the waffles were massive and good quality. All made fresh on order.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat after visiting the Tate and before The Beatles Story. Really friendly staff who cannot do enough for you and the food was lovely and very reasonably priced to say it’s right on the docks!

My mum and I stopped here before catching our train, just looking for something quick and light. We both had the Banana and Nutella waffle, which was delicious. The waffle was so light and done perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I really liked that they served the waffles on recyclable paper/cardboard plates, the same with the cutlery. Would definitely come here again to try something else.

This is an interesting place to have a snack toasties, waffles and all sorts of coffee. Friendly relaxed staff, not a place if you are in a rush. The choices are quite extraordinary. The prices are very reasonable.

Unbelievable tasty waffles with huge servings of toppings will have you stuffed. Look at the pictures on trip advisor and think how good they look and double that on what they taste like. I am not a sweet person normally but this will convert me.

This Puffle Waffle was filled with goodness with a large variety of other items including not only sweet but savory also 😍 Coffees are also delicious of you looking for somewhere to wind down, I definitely recommend this place. Plus the staff were brilliant

Excellent service and food, visited twice in 2 days. Had a chocolate chip waffle with chocolate sauce the first day and then a waffle with strawberry sauce, marshmallows and whipped cream both of which was excellent. I found you guys last year when I visited for the Rock and roll running weekend which I returned to this year hence returning to you.

It was so good even though the menu seems expensive but it is so yummy and the staff were very friendly and nice. They were quite quick in making it and it was really good to have the Waffles together with my friends at just about the same time.

A great place to stop for breakfast - try sweet or savoury filled waffles with excellent coffee but make sure you give yourself plenty of time as they are prepared individually and you might have to wait for 10-15 minutes before they're ready.

Absolutely amazing ! I had the banana, Nutella and cream waffle, it was light fluffy and incredible. Take the time to search this place out - it does not look into the Albert Dock, so is easily missed. The coffee is pretty good too. Oh and the service is super friendly.

Went to this cosy place for breakfast with my 2 friends and nephew. We all had english breakfast and it was one of the best I've ever had. The service was excellent and they were very friendly. Would definitelly come back again😁😁

We visited here after working upa hunger in Escape Hunt and got the All Day Breakfast waffle- one with ketchup and the other with maple syrup- and they were both lovely- filled us up and very tasty!

Spotted this little cafe hidden in a courtyard and stopped for coffee. The decor is beautiful utilising the features already part of this historic building. While it is small, the bar stool layout and high ceilings prevent it from feeling cramped. Service was very friendly and quick, and the waffles are great. While I had a fairly simple waffle, there are many customisation options to really build your ideal waffle.

Don't come here often but when I do it's always a pleasure. Staff are super friendly and the food and drinks are exactly what you'd expect. Sometimes it's a bit of a wait, but given things are made to order it's expected - and it's never been longer than ten minutes for me personally. Would recommend folks give it a try!

From the cute pictures I expected the waffle to be presented in the same way (wrapped up in a cone) and it wasn't. That was disappointing.

Nice quiet little corner at the dock for a super coffee (which they do supply soy/oatmilk options). The puffles are the gentlemans grandfather original receipe straight out hong kong street food. I didnt have one as wasnt eating but they looked amazing! Such good choices and good price.
