Called in while my son was in The Royal hospital. Asked for the small breakfast but no mushrooms or tomatoes. The owner was very pleasant but after he served my coffee (I did ask for a latte but an ordinary coffee came) he carried on chatting with a bloke sat at a table. Then he went off to the kitchen. A few minutes later my breakfast came. It looked as though most of it had been deep fried. It came with mushrooms which I didn’t want, no baked beans. The egg made me heave, dirty brown white and a broken yolk undercooked centre floating in the white albumen. Bacon was a crisp and the sausage cut in half and deep fried. The toast came just buttered in the middle. Would never eat there again. I took pictures but can’t post them on here. Apart from the bloke sat at a table I was the only customer.

Before the 3rd national lockdown descended my twin brother Stephen and I decided to have a wander around town,we walked down London Road and decided to drop into Liverpool Palace on Monument Place and what a nice 1st time visit we had. A lovely interior, light and airy, nice decor and furnishings including a superb serving bar and plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe bar both inside and outside looking out onto the normally busy and bustling London Road. We were here on a Wednesday afternoon, greeted with a smile by a very pleasant member of the staff and after giving our details of name and phone number to assist with the governments track and trace system and then sanitising our hands we were allocated a table were we ordered a flat white coffee each, coffee was served steaming hot, we just kicked back, chilled out and planned out the day ahead while sipping our coffee's. My coffee was really good, from the first sip till the last sup you can tell they use quality ingredients in their coffee and take great pride in the coffee they serve, it was just so good being in such a lovely cafe bar enjoying a quality brew. We really enjoyed our coffee's in here and although our visit was only fleeting for a first time visit to here we had a very pleasant time. Liverpool Palace is easy to locate along London Road on Monument Place facing T.J Hughes. A wonderful cafe bar, when the 3rd and final lockdown is lifted a cafe bar I highly recommend you visit if you're in the area.

Liverpool Palace is a superb cafe/wine bar and bistro that offers an excellent menu of food and drinks at very affordable prices.A fantastic cafe on Monument Place with an emmaculate well kept interior with superb seating options throughout the whole cafe interior with lots of interesting fixtures and features adorning the walls. We had just been to the Bullring bar which is over the road and decided to have a few cups of coffee. On entry we gave our track and trace details and took a table and then ordered a flat white coffee which was well served and priced. This is a superb cafe in an area that I don't really visit as there are not many pubs and bars here but I would recommend this very good cafe as it is well priced and the staff in here are excellent and I would visit here again the next time we are in this area. Very easy to locate from Monument Place bus stop its a two minute walk.(This is my first review of Liverpool Palace cafe). Opening Hours. Monday-Sunday-Don't Know. Hours May Differ From Above. Nearest Train Station. Lime street train station. Nearest Bus Stop. Monument Place bus stop.

Best toasted bacon and cheese sandwich I have ever had. I can't try anything else on the menu, as I always just default to that.

Not had a pizza cooked nicer than this one yet. The chef is superb and friendly, I can only assume the pizza is made with the freshest ingredients as it always tastes fresh compared to other places in liverpool in which it takes like food has been left out for days and reheated. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area

We visited as a group of 3 on a busy lunchtime, we were lucky to get a table as it was so busy. It had a great buzz and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional- very tasty and lovely sized portions. I’d definitely love to come back next time I’m in Liverpool.

The one thing about Liverpool City Centre is there are many interesting old pub's and the Cornmarket is one of the oldest and it's one of the best.Located on Old Ropery'the Cornmarket has a fantastic interior with an old world look and feel. The pub dates from the 18th century and is full of character. The interior to this historic pub has many interesting fixture's and lot's of original feature's.There's wood panelling that was taken from a clipper ship that was called the Reina Del Pacifico and excellent seating options. If you enter from Moor street this pub looks completely different as up to the 1960s this was the Bulls Head pub. This pub was taken over by the Cornmarket and has thrived as a pub since then.We have been visiting this pub for many years and it's just as good as it's ever been. We went to here early in the afternoon and it was very busy which is how we like places as the atmosphere is better when pubs are busy. When we visited we had a few glasses of Carling brewery lagers which where first rate and were reasonably priced. Its an excellent old world pub in a fantastic area of the city centre and it's a pub that's well worth going to.(This is my fourth review of the Cornmarket). Opening Hours. Monday-Sunday-11.30-23.00. Public Transport. Bus Stop. James Street Train Station Bus Stop-10A-10Q-18-26-N1. Train Station. James Street Train Station.

Nice cup of coffee thanks! Greeted by Holly who was chatty and took my order with advice when asked for (type of milk used, how many shots). Not a regular at Starbucks but would return. Holly wished me a happy holiday too! This after the the smoothest transit trough the airport ever. Lots to like today at Liverpool JL airport.

Lovely surroundings, comfy sofas, very tasty local gins, and a tasting plate of 3 small beers. Perfect, couldn't wish for better.
