This morning I bought a hazelnut latte from lovely polite baristas on platform 1 and 2. Will definitely be coming back again!

What a nice café to visit when we were waiting for our train. The staff were genuinely friendly and will pop in an extra teabag if you prefer strong tea Nice selection of snacks on offer, and, as a previous traveller said, a delicious Danish pastry. Prices were very reasonable. Complementary biscuits are a nice touch. Good humour noted too, on the door - "We are so Open" (don't remember the equally amusing Closed sign).

Didnt stay long, just waiting for a train. But staff are impeccably polite and friendly. Complimentary biscuit to go with a reasonable priced coffee. Clean too. In comparison to other train station cafes... better than lots.

Lovely coffee, tasty pastries but little place was dirty and unkempt and freezing. When we asked the girls serving whether we could close the door, they told us they “weren’t allowed”

Quick pit stop and a small americano (£2.05) together with a really good cinnamon Danish (£1.50) really hit the spot.Very pleasant lady behind the counter and had no trouble in adding hot milk to the coffee.Good experience.

Very nice people working there and good variety of snacks. However, I'd suggest to NOT make it look like there's only "regular" and "large" when asking people what drink size they want. There's a "small" size for coffees and teas that should be offered too. I was not happy when it happened to me the first time I ordered a coffee, I was asked to choose between regular and large, and then I saw there was a small size on the menu -which I asked to be served instead -although I have to say the lady behind the counter was nice and happy to swap it.

Only had a couple of minutes before getting my train so nipped in here for a snack. The sausage roll was very tasty.

When ever I am travelling long distance by train I always go in for a cup of tea or a chai latte. The staff are always very friendly and very efficient at making your drink. Plus they always offer you a complimentary biscuit.

Great coffee shop on the station for coffee & croissant or muffins. Limited seating but ideal for what is needed. No obvious bins so empties can stack up

.. alight at Stevenage and have a warm sausage and egg sandwich at Puccino's with a good quality beverage. They are known for coffee but I am a tea drinker and was delighted with my cuppa. It is a shack on the platform and I appreciated the covered seating because it was rather nippy on the platform.

Kids ordered pizza for delivery, wrong sized pizzas turned up so kids sent them back. My 16 year old rung up again to order correct size pizza was asked if “is this is a fu**ing joke” and told to “fu** off” disgusting way to talk to a child. Husband then rung up to complain only to be told we can never order from them again?? What an absolute joke of a business with foul mouthed staff AVOID

We came to the Fisherman for a birthday celebration and our lunch was excellent. Our guest had been before but we hadn’t and Reanna went out of her way to look after us, giving us very good advice on our choices from the menu. We’ve already advised family and friends to book tables at the Fisherman and we look forward to our next visit.
