First time order was so good n delicious will defo order again thanks to them

Food not great. Burgers not good quality and chips smelled odd... not really happy with overall quality for £25 for 2 burgers and chips. Didn't even eat half of it, it was that bad. Disappointed

Only had to wait about 5 minutes after my collection time for the food to be ready, was really nice and kept hot for a while. Customer service was excellent. Would order from here again

Got food but had to wait another 30 minutes after the food to arrive for the drinks as they forgot the drinks. Chips was cold on arrival.

First thing you notice is the staff are so friendly and helpful, the decor is top notch as the drink selection ….Madri and Cold River on tap plus fantastic cocktails on tap too (as well as hand crafted cocktails) and the food is fantastic, particularly the BBQ chicken nuggets, well worth visit just for them!

Payed extra for cheese on my hot dog, none given, the meal looks slapped together of very low quality food, I waited an hour and half for it and it’s was cold!

Wasn’t impressed with the burger for the price was expecting something diffrent. Express in the menu setting it’s just burgers on top of cheese on top of cheese with normal burger toppings on top. It sounds like a challenge and was pretty much a normally burger with extra burgers inside

Delivery was fast, the food was hot, my only grumble is as a vegetarian that was excited to see they did a “veggie patty” and I could add extras to make it like my old favourite the “cab driver”, the “patty” is a vegetable burger. With all the meatless burgers available now, it was disappointing.

I love their hotdogs 🌭. Had a chillie dog with potato wedges and garlic mayo dip. Ive yet to find a place that cooks such perfect wedges. Good quality delicious food. Reasonable price.

We have had the proper burger experience before and we thought it was the best thing ever. Second time was abit of a let down. The bread was wet and soggy, burger was quite rare for a burger and the chips was cold. There was a lot of food though with helped.

Food wasn't cooked very dry wasn't at all what you would expect from a takeaway of the name the proper burger experience. Onions rings you would have thought would have been decent but they was the same ones you get from a standard take out for about 2.00 chips where over cooked and cold leaving them soggy. For the price you pay I was really looking faward to it been a really nice and abit of a treat when actually it turned out to be a complete waste of money. I would stick with beastie burger in the future far better value for money

Burger seemed to be quite dry. Had to put extra sauce on. Onion rings were soggy and floppy. Quite disappointed after all the good things I’ve heard.

Probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, I only had a chicken burger but the flavour was very tasty! The chips were just as good - definitely worth every penny!

I got catfished. If I knew I was ordering from chicken stop, I would’ve never bothered. Spent £30 on two burgers, the most dryest things I’ve ever eaten. The chips were bland. Me and my partner were really disappointed. Will never be ordering again

Food was great as always, very generous on the portion sizes for sides which is great when sharing, and they always read the comment in the restaurant notes box when paying which is good because they don’t have an option for taking things off the burgers on just eat and I’m a picky eater haha!

I love this place, literally my favourite takeaway by far, I order more than I should😂 food and milkshakes have always been spot on, delivery is usually always very quickly… boyfriend moans at me for always wanting to order the same meal from the same place but I could live on it😂😋

Food arrived on time but the chips were cold - they should be kept in a foil-lined container - with no vinegar or salt. Adding seasoning on top of the cheese was difficult and meant the chips weren't very pleasant to eat. Burger was cooked well but I misunderstood what they meant by chilli. I thought they meant Chilli con Carne, instead, I got a burger with 6-7 small chilli's on top! It was far too hot for me and I had to remove them. In future, they need to post a picture or a more detailed description.

Probably the most overpriced meal I have ever had, quality for the price is shocking. Its a bit above average burger.

Good quality food,would have been nice to have more salad and fresh onion. Also I didn't feel I could taste the 5 cheeses as it stated. I feel one slice of the different cheeses between the burgers would be better. And a extra slice of bun in the middle . Food came hot chips very fresh I would definitely order from here again.

Second time I’ve ordered from here and haven’t been disappointed on both occasions, very nice, well presented food, if anything I’d have preferred more of a kick in my jalapeño bites but still very enjoyable.

A little bit pricey for the meal options but definitely worth it, all food was delicious and felt really fresh and not greasy at all. Will definitely be getting again to try some other options on the menu.

Ordered The End of the World Burger (30oz) out of curiosity and wasn't disappointed. Absolutely beautiful. Although it's such a monster it took 3 of us to finish it.

Outstanding as always never fault this place. Delivery always on time or early, food always top quality. Not many places do a decent veggie burger but this is faultless, generous with cheese portions on top, sauce, salad always fresh and lovely buns. Chips always fresh too.

Food was all hot. Only downside were that the burger patties were dry, which is unusual as we've never had an issue before.
