Terrible service. Food came late, kids meals were only just warm, so I had to microwave them! Chicken shish was stone cold as was the chicken wrap. Called to try and sort it out, was offered 20% off my next meal. When I asked if I could have 20% back now in stead as this doesn't help me feed my family tonight, I was told the manager was too busy to deal with it right now and that I needed to call back in half an hour.

The fish and chips side of this place is a real let down. Chicken and pizza good. But the chips are hit and miss. The battered sausages stay away from unless you get them to cook fresh there and then. The battered on the last three visit on sausages has been un edible!! The batter is pale, flat and tough as hell. I think probably left from the lunch time and served at dinner time. Real real shame

Food took one and a half hours to arrive! And chips were fairly cold by the time they got to me. Rest of the food was nice but the delay is really disappointing. This place is definitely going down hill as the years go on..

Fantastic take away really impressive

We have just moved out here and tried a few takeaways but we couldn't find one that matched or beat the one where we used to live untill now!, best kebab I have had in such a long time, I would absolutely recommend, delivery was really quick aswell, lovely food definitely our new go to, thank you so much 😀

Arrived on time, but cold and soggy - suspect we weren’t the their first or only delivery which isn’t ideal. Very disappointed, we’ve been loyal customers since they opened but we’ve been disappointed last few occasions and have found ourselves ordering from here less and less.

Absolutely rubbish over 2 hours to deliver. And when I did get the food it was cold and all the meat was dry. It looked like it had been cooked the day before

Placed an order for delivery 2 hours ago and still nothing and no apologies given when I called, just got told to wait for order. Starving kids, had to cancel and order else. Service has gone down the toilet!! Lost another customer.

Not as good as they used to be. Kebab meat not hot and the chips were hard and crispy .

Only ever order fish and chips from here. Delicious. Mushy peas actually taste like mush peas, unlike a lot of places which taste very watery. The portion sizes for chips is ginormous too. Honestly a small is more than enough for one male adult and a large can easily serve three male adults. It is a bit pricy for fish and chips to be fair, but it is really nice.

Normally great but 2nite I ended up with a battered sausage - I ordered a UNBATTERED 1 and I ordered a spring roll - it came burnt to a crisp on the outside and freezing cold on the inside so couldn’t eat it at all - very disappointed with them tonight 🫣

Used to be really good but the quality has dropped and have just cancelled an order as it took far too long to arrive. Very disappointed.

Total inconvenience took 30 mins to get my food. I also realised it wasn’t cooked it was very cold and not good. And finally the oil has not been cleaned I can tell because the taste and look of the chips.

Fish not good value for the price of £7.50 for a large cod , it was actually quite small, feel a bit cheated 🤬

Doner kebab £7.50 for large, not worth the money, Small portions of meat and salad, average taste. Chips were OK, large portion too small, battered cod was good but again for a large I expected it to be a bigger serving. Wouldn't go again.

They should be called Slow Food no Fast Food. Ordered food more than 1 hour . 😡

Wow! Just wow! Ordered over 2 hours ago! Said it was delivered an hour later. Called to see where it was and was told it would be with me any second now. 20 minutes later I call again and got told the same. Then passed to another guy who said he personably made my order over 25 minutes ago. I said that’s not a great sign since it’s still not here. He said he’d call the driver and tell him to come here straight away. That was over another twenty minutes ago. That’s (from now) 45 minutes after being made and still not here. Considering only 3.4 miles down the road I won’t be eating this cold food when it arrives and won’t order there again.

Took 2 hours for food to arrive. Ordered at 6.50pm they said it would be 1 hour fair enough, got to 8.30, called them, they said it hadn't left yet, would arrive in 10mins ended up being 30mins...arrived at 9 which is crazy. Not very happy, why say an hour if we had known 2 hours we would have gone somewhere else. Food was ok. Hope this was just an off day.

Order taken down wrong by telephone order, was told after phoning again the order would be remade correctly, order turned up at my door 5 mins later as as instructed by the takeaway, turn this away and they would remake, order then arrived 30 mins later and was stone cold, chicken wings and chicken wraps all as cold as ice. Phoned to ask ask the order to be resent hot, was told it was cold because they had to change 1 wrap by exchanging the chicken inside it for fillet chicken instead of kebab chicken, which is why its all cold, didn't remake anything, instead tried to poison us, then they put us onto the manager where the customer service was non existent, was told they cannot send it again as the manager remade it himself yet somehow still managed to turn up cold as ice, tried to blame us for their mistake, then proceeded to swear down the phone being very argumentative and without any offer of hot food or a refund. Terrible customer service and terrible food have lost a regular customer based on this experience, and this was after speaking to 3 people the manager was the worst of them all, diabolical. UPDATE - THE OWNER COMES HERE TO LIE AS A REPLY, DOESNT ACKNOWLEDGE HIS MISTAKES OR HIS STAFF MISTAKES, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SOHAM POINT BLANK. NEVER EVEN TRIED TO KEEP US HAPPY, DIDNT WANT TO HELP AT ALL, WOULDNT DO ANYTHING JUST KEPT ASKING WHAT DO I WANT, WHAT DO I WANT, A HOT MEAL PLEASE, WAS TOLD NO, A REFUND PLEASE... WAS TOLD NO. ABSOLUTE JOKE. ALWAYS HAS BEEN 2 OK MEALS 1 BAD MEAL. LAST BAD MEAL, FINAL BAD EXPERIENCE. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN.

One of the best eating place in Soham. This cosy restaurant has left the best impressions! delicious dishes with hospitable hosts. Especially Savas abi (one of the owner) always put smile on your face. He has a big heart and when you meet him you see how much of a gentleman and a nice guy he is. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

We always order from here lovely bunch of people delivery is always super fast and food is fresh and hot. Really cannot praise them enough!!

Thought we could rely on Propacod for some decent fish & chips. Sadly this is not the case and not what I expected. Saturated in grease, batter on fish seemed uncooked or under cooked with substandard chips. Couldn't even finish what I had ordered and frankly feel ill having eaten what I did.

Proper cod like to deliver to our property in the week but at the weekend Fri to saturday they say there too busy lol monies good when there not busy but when they are busy they don't want to know. Shame we will take our business else where, not very good for local customers, food has also been delivered luke warm as well.and you pay for the delivery and it still isn't hot.

They said it would be around an hour and got here in 40 minutes, the kebab is really big and tasty.

It’s rare to find fish and chips tasty and fresh in this area. I’m from a coastal town, and this place does a great job of supplying quality food.

Ordered a 9-inch pizza which tasted better than most takeaways, plenty of toppings along with a crispy yet fluffy crust. Delicious.

Really disappointed with our order. Very small portions of chicken shish for the price paid compared to other takeaways in Soham. I requested they collect the food and refund which they did.

Ordered chips and mushy peas as i am a vegetarian and everything tasted strongly of fish. How can mushy peas and come to think of it chips taste of fish? Absolutely worst meal i have had though the birds seem to enjoy it!

Nohing wrong with the food. Some of the best fish and chips around, however ability to send the correct food and deliver it before its cold could use some work. Recommend phoning your order through and collecting it and double checking its right. Ordered tonight 1hr 15 minutes later it turned up with 2 pieces of cod we didn't order and no chips that we did order. 1 hour 15 minutes later and having eaten everything else I am still waiting for my chips to arrive! Their mistake that should have been rectified in a more timely fashion. now been in excess of 2.5 hours since we ordered, They need to hire more delivery drivers as sadly its the first time it taken an hour and a quarter for the food to arrive. Last order error was a battered sausage when a plain was ordered that I just ended up picking the batter off of as we had waited over an hour then for the food.

Really enjoy the food I have had from here so far. Very well cooked chips, fresh and crispy battered cod and very enjoyable kebabs (that are a good size). Lovely service!!
