Didn't have any food but it was a nice pub very friendly

Not been in there for about 20 years. Took car in to Alexander garage and thought 💭 we pop in there and wait for a taxi. Great friendly service also great massive garden.

Great old fashion family pub. Roast potatoes, and cheese, onions and crackers on the bar on Sundays and great entertainment. Very good selection of beers, ciders, spirits and wine at affordable prices.

Great traditional pub with live music 🎶, djs and fabulous staff. Good night out at the weekend

Proper pub, good beer, friendly staff. Opening hours vary during the week, twice I visited at different times and it was shut or closing about 10pm. Didn't bother after that.

Well-run and friendly pub with plenty going on, such as quizzes and darts

Very friendly old style pub. No television but still very popular. Landlord and landlady lovely characters very pleasant and inviting. Music events at weekends. Lovely garden out back with a stage for live acts. Very pleasant when the sun shines.

Loved friendly staff, outdoor seating in their own walled garden at the rear, also benched tables at the entrance which overlooks Tivoli park. Bus stops within a few metres.

It's fantastic the pub owner/landlord is there mostly everyday but he knows the regulars names which is nice to see but he sorta knows my order That is a coke with salt and vinegar chips
