Prima Pizza in Nottingham

Ordered 1 x 14" pizza & 1 10" pizza & potato surprise. Order took a hour & half to be delivered. Fair enough, it's busy, don't mind the wait for a good quality pizza...well that's not what we got. Both pizza were over cooked with the crusts completely black. Not what you expect for £33. We should of complained and asked for the pizzas to be redone/ delivered but the thought of another hour & half wait, we just cut the burnt crusts off and ate what we could before binning the rest. Won't be ordering again from Prima pizza!!

Came over to Nottingham to drop neice off at uni popped into this place recommended via a friend amazing food amazing service ordered quiet a few things on the menu

Was out with mates in Notts popped in to the shop ordered food from the menu had to say tasted nice and fresh staff were amazing and helpful

Not the best of places but decent ish Need more meal deals as portions aren’t the best for the price Plus the staff could smile a bit more There’s better places out there, but when your tired and hungry it does the job (kind of)

The worst food ive ever had delivered in my life it looked like a pile of wet mess that I wouldn't even feed a starving dog. The woman staff member was rude and refused a refund at first. Will never spend money there again go to shaks it's better

Over £25 for 2 small pizzas, shocking!! Should have been less than £20 but as we'd not given a name of the pizza, they added each item as an extra to a cheese and tomato one, so charged us £1.30 x 5 for each item 🍕 all we had was a Pepperoni, pepper and sweetcorn pizza and a Ham and Pineapple pizza I have given them 2 stars though as they do, do nice pizzas 👌 just make sure you know the name of what pizza you want, rather than saying can I have a pizza with ....

Potato surprise, possibly the best takeaway side in existence! We had wings last week and they were nicely cooked and a decent size. Tasty pizza and garlic bread. We always collect so the food is fresh and hot. No complaints here.

Can't even tell you how many times I've complained about food from here honestly woulddt even rate it a 3 that's how bad garlic bread and cheese in piece aswel 4.50 pizza is always greasy as anything and not jus that the toppings always falling of last time I am actually ordering again and they do nothing to solve it !!!

Order her regularly now, best takeaway pizza I have ever had, definitely gonna be my go to place from now on, thank you

Their burgers are my All time favorite. Absolutely love them. And considering the price, it's insane. The people running the plade are also generous and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The most tasteless burger I ever had the misfortune to eat. The order came with two pieces of buns and a patty. No salad, no sauces, even I though specifically asked for it. I'm never buying anything again.

The food and delivery was amazing. Food was delivered on time and was very fresh. Will order again.

Food is disgusting, pizza is uncooked and potatos are rock hard this place needs closing down never coming here again horrible.....

Used fo order from here over 10 years ago when the original owners were there .the potatoe suprise was amazing .now over the years new managment taken over and basically ruined the recipe .they just arnt like they used to be ..so gave them a chance twice this month .dissapointed .again tonighg pizza under oooked .didnt get the potatoes tonight as i already know they are lumpy and tasteless ..them potatoes are defintly a suprise ..and not a very good one ....

Excellent food, fast delivery freshly prepared. Cater for food Allergies (mine is Tomatoes) my food prepared separately. Kebab are big portions pizza good size lots of topping choices. Polite staff excellent communication over the phone & in person. We will ordering again in the future & recommend ing to our friends .

Recently moved near the university and have been eating pizzas and burgers from here. The service is great, people are super nice and the food is delicious. Love the place.

Come here almost every week. Pizza is amazing and the potatoes surprise are superb!

Good food very reasonable prices Excellent service

Had many pizza from this place. Always made fresh to order, home made dough+ sauce and always a good helping of toppings. Diary requirements have always been met withought compromise. Very busy towards the end of the week (not suprised) so sometimes a bit of a longer wait. Food when deliverd has always been hot and tasty. Would recommend, I like the pizza sauce used, the cheese is a good mix of cheddar and mozerella and I really like the dough for the pizza base... You can tell its made and not bought. Not had a bad pizza or wrong order yet (have been going to tho place for 30 years).

Ordered for the first time in years tonight 11/3/22. And the Pizza Was delicious, delivered warm and dough was nice and fresh. Also Had The Potato surpirse and again was warm, and tasty. Thankyou again!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Ordered using the app, got an email saying the food was being prepared. Called nearly 2hrs later to see if it was ready to collection only to be told no order had been received. Then told the shop don't send emails, tried to explain to a very rude person that the email is from the website. The member of staff again became rude. Would use again, wouldn't recommend anyone else use it either. Wish I hadn't tried somewhere new just for a change. Use CFC much better.

I wouldn't even give them a star... I wait 1.20 minutes for my pizza... phoned twice.. not even left the shop.. Pizza cancelled... very poor customer service I will not be ordering from them again.

there is just something about the potato surprises i wish i had the recipe for when i'm away from home.

Where do i start food looks like its been made by a 11year old never have right change for items you brought, food prep is the worst had a kebab, i would'nt rven feed to my dog, the people take your money for a half star rated place not worth it eat somewhere else
