WOW! Why we had not ordered from this place sooner... I have no idea. We tried Bella Bella for the first time and got two pizzas and two cannoli's delivered. They called to confirm our order which was received via their website and they accommodated to our chosen time (7pm) which was an hour and a half after we had ordered. Our order arrived bang on 7pm, piping hot and the deserts wrapped up well in a separate container. The pizzas were just incredible and being someone who visits family regularly in Italy, I have high expectations and this is the closest to Italian pizza I have ever had in the UK. The cannoli's were also delicious. Thank you for the extra drinks too, it is much appreciated. A massive thank you for brilliant service and wonderful food! We will be back.

Always remembers us and is so friendly and helpful. Is always careful with kid's orders, checking that the babycino is not too hot, or saying that the pepperoni might be too spicy for them. Great pizza and the special desserts are a real treat. The Arancini balls come hot with a sauce. So good! Also has a selection of Italian food bits you can buy for home. Absolute favourite place for coffee or pizza.

Brilliant pizza, super helpful guy. Even rang to check how hot we wanted the pepperoni and to check it wasn’t for a child. Super attentive and fab customer service. Best takeaway pizza we’ve had in a long time. My daughter really enjoyed her GF base, really tasty. Real Italian ham was delicious . Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be returning.

Lovely guy, lovely food and lovely service! Good value for money, didn’t wait long at all and I even got a complimentary drink and extra cheese for free! The chap in the shop really made my day just by being so kind and nice - can’t wait to get my next takeaway bolognese (which is honestly the best takeaway lunch in town). Thanks!

‘Exceptional’ This little Italian take-out deserves all the praise it gets. You don’t need Dominoes/pizza hut/Costa/Starbucks etc when this place exists. This tiny little shop absolutely destroys everything these chains try so hard to mimic. Well done Bella Bella. An absolute gem of a place. P.S - The Cannoli is dangerously good.

A slice of heaven in saffron Walden. A staple in the community. Places like Bella Bella give a town like saffron Walden such a warming heart and community feel. If we had more people like Alex and places like Bella Bella the world would be a better and slightly less hungry place. The food is incredible and the team are very diligent and cautious about food allergies and intolerance. They can accommodate most things. Alex, Danielle and Fred are always SO lovely! The customer service alone deserves a 10*. The pizza is incredible, lovely crust that isn’t floppy or soggy and it holds all the delicious toppings. Also if you’re looking for a good dessert in town, the tiramisu is amazing!

This spring I spent a wonderful weekend in Italy, tried pizza and when I miss Italy, I go to Bela-Bela, where a friendly and highly professional chef creates delicious pizza, tasting which I plunge again into the memories of the amazing time spent in Italy. So 5 stars for everything.

We had a wonderful meal delivered by Bella Bella this evening. The food was superb; flavourful pizza with tender but crisp crust (spinach arancini and salted caramel cheesecake also highly recommended) Service and communication was, if it is possible, even better. Saw the cannoli and arancini in the window and they looked good. Asked to just take the arancini away cold but was told it would be better warmed - it was delicious and worth waiting for it to be heated! Went on a busy tuesday in the Easter Holidays but service was still friendly despite the queue out the door. Must go back to try pizza and the tiramisu!

Bella Bella is lovely pizza take away. Firstly, it is very tasty, secondly, the service is perfectly, Alex is always friendly. Thirdly, it is quick to prepare, and you can easily choose your toppings. I definitely recommend it, because it is very tasty.

Authentically Italian. Bella Bella is stuffed with wonderful Italian foods. Great pizza to collect or have delivered, including excellent gluten free. Wonderful ice cream gelato, and lots of real Italian ingredients for your own cooking. A great little place.

We asked Bella Bella if they could cater for a corporate event to deliver 17 pizzas for us, 6 different types including Gluten and Lactose Free. The whole order was delivered on time, together, and hot. Everyone without exception said the pizzas were great, comments included 'the best pizza ever', 'fantastic pizza' (gluten free), 'can i have their details', 'will they deliver to my home', 'lots of toppings', 'so fresh' and many more. Absolutely fantastic service from this small independent pizzeria, the chef and manager are so helpful as well. If you want a great pizza to takeaway in the Saffron Walden area, then look no further. And they do superb coffee in the pizzeria as well.

Excellent gluten free pizzas! Pizzas are cooked in a tin foil tray to avoid cross contamination, they also use a separate pizza cutter. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable regarding GF. Gluten free desserts and ingredients available too. I cannot recommend highly enough!

The pizza at Bella Bella is delicious. They use high quality cheese and toppings and the proof is in the great flavours and combinations. That’s the Bella Bella Special pizza in the picture! Bella Bella is the best Italian place in the area. The staff are absolutely lovely, helpful & always take the time to have a conversation with me when I go in. The pizza and pasta are both incredible, I get the gluten free option and you would never believe it was GF. Its the best I've ever had. They even have a selection of GF cakes. The food is very reasonably priced & you get a lot for what you spend. I really recommend Bella Bella to everyone, it's amazing to have authentic italian food in Saffron Walden.

Loved this independent Pizza and sweet treats! The gluten free pizza was excellent and although Alex in the shop said we would taste the difference to a regular pizza, we couldn't. It was lush, freshly made, hot and perfectly cooked. The cakes are equally tempting and very good. Highly recommend trying this friendly independent Pizza take away.

One thing Saffron Walden is not short of is pizza, most of it is underwhelming at best. Bella Bella has come along and bucked that trend by offering the most delicious fresh hand-stretched Italian masterpieces that are delivered on time (and hot!) with a smile and often a freebie Italian treat thrown in too. Top tip: It sounds weird but their Bolognese (home made ragu) pizza is outstanding!

Brilliant to have a family run Italian in Saffron Walden. The service was exceptional. They cater for wheat and dairy free and the kids really enjoyed the food. I shall be returning, regularly!

Amazing pizza night !! great quality pizzas. We had a Hawaiian, Margherita, garlic pizza and a crispy hot tomato and jalapeños with extra cheese. So delicious. Also a very fast home delivery. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic pizza!! We’ve been getting this weekly since moving to the area a few months ago, and it has been consistently delicious. All the toppings we’ve tried use fresh high quality ingredients - and have been genuinely super tasty. Recommend the Bella Bella special in particular :-) My wife has the gluten free pizza base (due to dietary requirement) and reports they are really nice, which (sadly) at other places is often not the case. On that note we’ve tried the gluten free pasta a few times too, which was also really nice. Customer service is spot on too - a few times we’ve made a mistake on our regular online order, which they’ve spotted and got in touch to correct — really thoughtful. And a shout out to the nice guy who delivers, who my son always like to greet!

Amazing. First time and we had a cheese garlic bread and a Bella Bella special. Served with a smile and tasted so good.

Once again a fantastic meal from these guys, I took advantage of their Monday-Thursday special offer 🤗 I was also extremely excited to see they have their authentic Italian gelato back and couldn’t resist a tub of salted caramel for dessert 😋 as always these guys delivered the most friendly service and the best pizza’s around.

I brought two brilliant margarita pizzas from your establishment. The crusts were lovely and the pizza was top tier. I was originally met with what I can only assume was the owner [Italian] who mentioned their would be a 30 minute wait. Came back and picked up that pizzas and walked to the common. Overall contributed to a lovely date. Would recommend to anyone!

Nice main courses and very friendly staff nice and covid save restaurant,shame meal let down by the smallest dessert slice of honeycomb cheesecake ,coming in at huge price tag of £7.00.please stay clear of puddings.

Stunned by the attention to the detail. We've been here several times and I must mention it's on a different level now. We felt safe here, C-19 rules followed and the staff was very attentive and made us feel welcome. Food was as usual very tasty and well presented. Very satisfied. Thank you

Went with some friends and very good awareness of Covid and quite strict about this which was excellent. The food was okay but my king Prawns were all tomato and chilli flavour and the lasagne was okay ( very hot) but just missed the taste test. We were on the two course for £10 menu so get what you pay for I suppose but the three course £16 was not available until the weekend and they were not exactly busy BUT very attentive

Incredible arancini. Absolutely melt in your mouth, perfectly filled and a very generous size! The pizza we had was perfect. My wife has said it’s the most authentic Italian pizza she’s had since coming back from Naples. Very friendly, very good! Will become a regular treat for us! Would’ve included some pictures but was too good not to devour straight away!
