Prezzo - Ringwood in New Forest

Food excellent, but the menu choices seem to seems to have shrunk somewhat. The service, hitherto good, was on this occasion rather curt and impersonal, and did not merit a gratuity. Not the usual Prezzo style. Good to see the place busy, although we usually choose an earlier time.

With out a doubt the best restaurants to dine in with your family. starting from the entrance of the restaurant which it looks fantastic and very welcoming, The manager Lorraine and all the staff was super welcoming from the front desk and through out the hall time we were there the service AMAZING there is nothing to complain about only to be graceful to have such a wonderful staff 😁😁. Also what a great selection of food do they have from starters , main , dessert with its hard to choose from because they all are described very fantastically ( spaghetti carbonara al forno ) if you like pasta I would definitely recommend it big time. THANK YOU Lorraine and all staff for having us and we’ll be back soon 😉

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Prezzo Ringwood last Wednesday , and I must say, it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic evening. Our server, Lorraine , was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, taking the time to explain the menu and make excellent recommendations. The food was simply outstanding - I ordered the Gorgonzola burguer, and it was cooked to perfection. The flavors were bold and exciting, and the presentation was stunning. But what really impressed me was the attention to detail and the clear passion that the entire team has for delivering an exceptional dining experience. From the chef's creative touches to the thoughtful touches throughout the restaurant, it's clear that Prezzo is a labor of love. I've been to many restaurants, but Prezzo Ringwood stands out as one of the best. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and delicious dining experience. We can't wait to come back!

I had the pleasure of eating at Prezzo with my family. We were all very impressed with the service, the food, and the atmosphere. The restaurant was very busy, but the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our waiter, Lorraine, was very knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. She also made sure that our drinks were always full and that our food was cooked to perfection. The food was absolutely delicious. We all ordered different dishes, and each one was better than the last. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauces were flavorful, and the desserts were decadent. The atmosphere at Prezzo is warm and inviting. The restaurant is decorated in a rustic Italian style, and the lighting is dim and romantic. We felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout our meal. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Prezzo. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal with excellent service. Special mention to Lorraine for handling us with such grace and professionalism. They made our visit truly special.

Stopped here for dinner on our way through to Devon. Staff were outstanding, great service and came over with a take away box for our pizza before we even had to ask! We had a really love dinner, thank you.

Food and Drink. The food was good except that when the affogato arrived the ice cream had melted into the coffee which by then was cold and diluted by the ice cream. My wife ordered an Aperol Spritz and when it arrived it was flat and had a slice of dried orange in it. I mentioned it to the staff and it was replaced with a fresh one which had sparking Prosecco and a slice of fresh orange. Service: the staff were attentive but when I presented my voucher only took the saving off one meal when the voucher states that it’s up to 12 people. Atmosphere: the restaurant was not busy and had no atmosphere at all it was soulless and we left as soon as we had finished our desert. Regrettably we will not be going to Prezzo again.

The food is overpriced for what it is. It’s bland with no flavour. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Chicken Milanese is ALWAYS unavailable when we go, which ever branch! Partner ordered a burger last night, and it was literally a burger. No chips no salad nothing, for £15!!!!. Really poor!!

As per my complaint that I sent on Monday evening to which I am yet to receive an acknowledgement! We booked over two weeks ago for 730 at Ringwood. When we arrived, there was a queue of some 50 or 60 people outside the restaurant all with bookings and it appeared that the restaurant was already full. Accordingly, we decided not to waste any more time waiting and went elsewhere. Clearly, the restaurant had been overbooked - not impressed. Very disappointing. I would of course give marks For food, service and atmosphere we actually managed to experience any of it.

Absolutely terrible experience at Ringwood Prezzo. My partner and her daughter booked a table at 7pm so arrived at 6.50pm. They weren't seated till 7.30pm and waited another 10 minutes to get a waiters attention to order drinks. The coffee arrived which tasted like used coffee grounds. They ordered there mains and only received a side of garlic bread and nothing else by 9pm. They asked several more times where were the mains but no reply. At 9.10pm they left. Dreadful experience and our whole family will never dine here again.

Disaster! We went for the 99p mains night. Took and hour to get seated (we’d booked a table!). Eventually were seated near an open door and so it was chilly after the sun set. Took another hour for food to arrive. When it did mains arrived before started and the pizza bases were cold and hard. The margherita pizza had barely a sprinkle of cheese on it. Diabolical. A small Diet Coke was £5 so they clearly made up for the cheap mains by scrimping on cheese and bumping up the price of the drinks. It felt a scam and I don’t think we’ll ever risk going back. An absolute disaster and my daughter wasn’t in bed until nearly 11pm on a school night despite having booked the table for 7.15pm. Just awful

This was an incredibly busy evening for the restaurant with the £1 pizza promotion. The staff were amazing and coped really well with the high volume of customers. The food was very good as usual. Keep going with these amazing promotions.

The Blue Monday 99p deal I'd booked for was a total shambles. Turned up for 7.30 booking to find a big queue of people who'd also booked for the same time. Waited about 20 mins and queue hadn't moved. After enquiring how long we might have to wait we gave up as even if we'd got a table it was about an hours wait for food. Obviously someone had messed up with the booking system and disappointed a lot of people.

Promotion evening so they did so well. We were the last sitting. Must have been so stressful for them. Went large on the pizza's, a different shape but didn't appear any bigger than the standard size so not worth the extra £3 per pizza. Lacking in cheese & knives so blunt you ended up ripping the pizza apart which was a shame. Extremely thin bases on pizza's and Garlic Bread with cheese. Lovely staff.

For a restaurant that specialises in pizza, it is very average. But the worst aspect is the price of beer. £6.95 for a 330ml zero alcohol beer, and £6.95 for 330ml of Neck Oil is frankly outrageous.

Wrong drink bought to table, wrong main bought to table, very long wait for dessert over 25mins had to ask waiter for them.

There are a couple of closer Prezzos to us in Bournemouth but we have always preferred to go to the Ringwood branch. The same manager for well over a decade, and the same high levels of service and food.

My daughter & I love the Prezzo burgers - we arrived after 2pm for a late lunch. Very tasty meat with separate sauce. 2 delicious burgers prepared perfectly with a generous portion of French fries. Lorraine was a friendly, efficient waitress. Prezzo in Ringwood is great & can get really busy in the evenings. Best to book a table for special occasions. It's worth checking their special seasonal offers. If you have a diner's card like Tastecard or Gourmet card on your phone, tell them when you arrive. Non-alcoholic drinks available are limited. Could do with Ginger Beer, sparkling Elderflower, Pelligrino's full range of flavours - my favourite is Blood Orsnge, or a variety of flavoured Slimline Tonic waters like Slimline Elderflower Tonic Water .

Shown to table and ignored for sometime although not overly busy. Had to attract servers attention to get drinks and place order. Cold plates making food cool quickly.

First time in prezzo. It was amazing, the choice the kids menus were affordable and perfect. The started meatballs were incredible. We would love to definitely go back.

Lovely restaurant. A little slow to take our food order, however this was more than made up for by how quickly the food came out. Food was well presented and tasted delicious.

I have experienced more enthusiastic welcomes on arrival. A smile goes a long way. The table service was alright though. Food expensive and passable. Had a 50% off voucher otherwise would have gone elsewhere. Won’t be rushing back.

My friend and I met for a catch up. The atmosphere here is lovely, relaxed and friendly. The food was delicious , came out promptly and really tasty.

Usual good Prezzo menu. Service was fast and efficient. Good choice of wine I thought. Some parking outside if you are lucky.

My usual dish of Chicken, bacon and avocado salad has completely changed beyond recognition. The chicken is no longer grilled but just pulled bits (cold), the bacon is no longer real bacon but just dried flakes, the dressing is put on before serving instead of in side dish you decide how much - it was so saturated I couldn't eat it. It wasn't even the same dressing as before. There was no garlic bread served with is as before. I had to pay extra for that and it wasn't very hot when it did arrive. A DISASTER! Expensive waste The waitress had said that the chicken was no longer grilled but she didn't warn me that this was a completely different dish under the same name. This was misrepresentation at its worst. At least give it a different name if you're changing it so drastically. It's the only reason I go there as I don't eat pizza or pasta. Unfortunately I won't be returning which is a shame as it had been a regular meeting place for myself and a friend and others. We were both shocked as this was so deceitful and unpleasant. I feel I was conned. This is not the way to increase profits. They've misunderstood their clientele. It just signals to me that they're on their way down.

Disappointing visit here with friends for a birthday. One meal had warm mashed potatoes but cold beef and had to be returned to the kitchen to be reheated. Lasagne was underwhelming and not served with a salad or garlic bread. A £15 sharing platter looked very sorry for charging us so much! Overall Prezzo is overpriced for what you get. Service was good. Won't be rushing back and don't recommend.

Sergio is exceptional at his job, a true customer service expert! An amazing meal and plenty for my Gluten Intolerant and Vegetarian partner. Highly recommend!!

Came here for an early evening meal last Thursday. Even for a weekday, it was a little busier than expected, but we were still offered a table without having booked. Very elegant restaurant. I ordered the Ham and Mascarpone Pizza. I had this before, and it was very good, however, I found it a little too heavy with the Mascarpone as well as the Mozzerella cheese, so this time I requested to have the pizza without the Macarpone and it was very tasty and crispy and not quite as heavy as before. I was given the option of having additional olives instead of the cheese, which was very good. The pizza was a generous size, so therefore very good value for money, and was cooked to perfection. The man who greeted us at the front desk and whom also took our orders, was very polite and welcoming throughout. The other waiter was also very pleasant with us as well.

Easy access in Ringwood town centre with close parking. Pleasant reception and service with excelent food. I never feel that I am in a chain as service is individual and personal with good food. It would be nice to se a return to your excellent Risottos. Will call again.

Ringwood Prezzo is fantastic- staff always smiling - food excellent lovely atmosphere.

This was buy one main get the other for a pound. Starter, Garlic Bread. Piece of pizza dough not cooked enough so doughy and not particularly garlic.. Main course meat lovers pizza, cold, not cooked well and doughy. 5/10 at best. Not nice Main course Knocki with sausage was very good Desert, vastly overpriced for two small bits of ice cream a bit of cream. £8.75!! So overall not going back and will go to Pizza Express where we should have gone, 100 times better.

Prezzo as we like it ! Very polite and welcoming staff. In spite of being overworked...only 2 of them to man the seating, the orders , the service etc ... These 2 men were really trying their best for a pretty busy sitting ! Our food arrived quite quickly, hot and delicious. The place itself is a bit ...squashed and dark but the atmosphere was good and jolly !

Waited a while to be seen at the entrance and for a table, despite booking. Not overly friendly from the older gentleman serving. The ladies were fine. Food was quickly delivered to the table. When we came to the pay the bill, I was using the blue light card discounts/voucher and they clearly didn’t like this. I had everything I needed and yet they made me log into my account in front of them to see it for themselves. Their attitude to this was not good at all. I was just an inconvenience to them. Not professional and very abrupt. Ruined the evening actually.

Very good service ,we were asked several times by staff if everything was to our satisfaction. The food was excellent and the restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere.

Really enjoyed tonight's meal , full of flavour and such amazing staff. Really welcoming. But most importantly the price paid for food was well worth it. Very busy on a Saturday and waited a long time tomordwr and foos to come about 45 mins before food came. I think fully booked and short on staff . Wait 10.mins for dessert menu by which time we got the bill and left. Pity and the new food was very good and they were just so busy. They worked very hard that night

Visited Prezzo, Ringwood, we had vouchers for 2 for 1 and free bootle of presecco , we were told we could use only one?. We decided on 2 for 1 , we wanted 2 X Tre carne calzones, we wanted to change one from side salad to fries, we were told that we cannot change, we have eatan at Prezzo all over the country and it's the first time in 10+ years this request has been refused, we feel it is" VERY MEAN SPIRITED " of the waiter, We won't be eating in future at PREZZO !!!! We have given 1 star as we think this is appalling service

Very poor service tonight , booked for 7 pm got our starters at approx 7-45 pm .When our starters were taken away we were told it would be a wait for our main meal it arrived at 9 pm . Restaurant was very cold we moved table as was by the door . Had the crab pasta ,had to hunt for the crab and it was very watery .The lasagna however was very good

Pleasant quiet stop off from our journey. Our meal was the best we’d had in a Prezzo (and we’ve had many). Service was friendly & efficient and our food was served promptly. Highly recommended.

Diabolical customer service. Booked bottomless aperitivo on Thursday at 8pm and it allowed me to book. On arrival we were told it’s available to 5pm. Waitress was ever so polite but manager didn’t bother to speak to us or apologise. We showed them terms&cons to prove on website it was listed as Thursday all day. Not listened so just stood up and left. Will never return. Disappointed and disrespected is an understatement. It was my friends birthday….what a shame!

We've been to several Prezzo restaurants over the years. This is by far the best one we've been to. The service was attentive and friendly, and very accommodating to our 2 year old. The food was so tasty and as a result, for the first time at ones of their restaurants, we managed to finish both of our mains. Cannot fault this restaurants and it's staff. Highly recommended

From free parking directly outside, with a friendly genuine Italian welcome, to delicious hot food, I sincerely recommend this restaurant in a lovely old town with interesting independent shops. Recommend the Antipasto sharing starter, Spaghetti Carbonara and Crab/Lobster Ravioli, all excellent tasty dishes, plus Italian Lemonade drinks. Well done Prezzo. 👏🥂

Upmarket pasta and pizza restaurant, nice meal selection, smartly decorated and surprisingly large capacity. We had a great meal here.

Beware if you have any special dietary requirements!! It took over 20 minutes of going back & forth to the kitchen to keep checking what I could eat. 3 times I was told a dish would be ok to be told 5 minutes later that it did in fact contain an ingredient I was allergic to!! Finally I settled on grilled chicken, chips & salad. To say the chicken was dry was an understatement, had to ask for a sauce so that it was easier to chew. The final nail in the coffin was a £30 bill, an unappetising meal & 2 pepsi’s (£4.25 each)!! Come on Prezzo, you can do better than this 😡

Was given a complimentary voucher for a bottle of prosecco by Prezzo for my birthday and was able to use Tesco vouchers for our meals so it was win-win

Food was all delicious and piping hot, no negatives at all from our table of 9. The lemon meringue pie and biscoff cheesecake were the perfect ending and pleasant and efficient service too, thank you.

This is the prezzo I would go to in the area. Nice food and staff.

It's good, been a couple times, starters always very good. Drinks are expensive but nice.
