Prezzo Italian Restaurant Milton Keynes Stadium in Milton Keynes

We went for an early dinner around 4:30 yesterday. Order was taken quite quickly but unfortunately the food was ready but lying to be picked up so by the time we got it it was not hot anymore. My pepperoni pizza tasted good despite not being hot but my wife's Chicken Alfredo Rigatoni also being just warm only had 4 pieces of boiled chicken and 2 pieces of sun dried tomato's. Need some work on the quality of food and service.

Waitress was really lovely. We hadn't booked but as we were eating early she sorted a table that had a later booking. We knew we had a limited time so she sorted our food promptly but never made us feel rushed. A lovely lovely friendly lady.

Noisy. Poor service. Greeted at the door by a lady who asked my friend if I was able to get out of my wheelchair. Just because my legs don't work doesn't mean I can't speak for myself. Food was OK, nothing special.

When we arrived 5 minutes prior to our pre-booked time, we did not expect to have to wait further 20 minutes past our reservation in order to be seated. We were instructed to wait at the bar, where we would be served drinks, however, again, we we found ourselves waiting with no hurry to be served. Neither the bar staff nor our server took a drinks order. When the server finally did come over, we had to then ask for a drinks menu to which they replied 'oh, yeah', and disappeared to grab one, then they proceeded to take even more time to take our drinks order. When we were eventually seated (outside because there was no space within the interior of the restaurant... even though we'd booked an inside table), we were made to wait another 30 minutes to have our order taken, which probably would have taken longer had I not walked up to our server to ask if we could actually order our food. I have to say, the starters were really good quality, but the mains were lukewarm at best, and we were very disappointed with the quality of them. We will not be rushing back to this particular restaurant any time soon, as the overall service was not good and the quality of our main courses left a lot to be desired.

Very expensive for the items of food. Service was slow. Food was very poor quality. The pasta had no filling and very watery sauce. The shepherds pie tasteless. We will not be going back to this Prezzos.

Pretty good for a chain…had the gnocchi w/ sea bass was ok with a 2 for 1 voucher 😝. Small-ish portion so eat it all up before I took a photo 😤

Had to wait a while to be seated. Waitress was rather abrupt and rude. Was told to seat by the toilets where the seats were all sunken in. When I asked to be moved, she was rude yet again saying will have to wait 15mins but clearly I could see there were free seating in the booth area. Left after 10mins with no service.

All as per usual very good but on this occasion waitress seemed preoccupied.

We had another great meal at Prezzo at the Stadium in Milton Keynes served by our favourite lady Penelope. The food was sooooo good, I had Lobster and Crab Raviola with a garlic bread side and my hubby had the chicken and pancetta Rigattoni with deep fried mozzarella as a side. It was, as usual, excellent. Penelope is a real asset to Prezzo. She is bubbly, smiley and always has a chat with us whilst buzzing around keeping everyone happy. We’ll never stop eating at Prezzo, we know we get a good meal for a very reasonable price in a great atmosphere.

I visited Prezzo MK Stadium last Friday with my two young kids and was attended to by a very lovely Penelope. The service was amazing. The food was lovely and well presented. Penelope was very attentive and made our whole lunch experience wonderful and stress-free. I highly recommend the strawberry lemonade drink they offer

Came here back in october for a birthday celebration. Had the chicken Alfredo and the pizza. It was my first time having alfredo ever and it was a very good experience. The value was good for the dish and the wait time was short for a table of 5. It was quiet and moderatly filled. They cut the the cake for us and sang happy birthday. I hope to visit here in the near future again!

We had a table booked for a family get together. After getting the menus, it took over 20 mins to get our drinks. It took just over 30 mins for the food orders to be taken from when we arrived, and then another 30 mins to get the food. There were only 3 other tables other than us for most of this time so there is no excuse for such bad service. The food was good when we got it, although there were noticeable differences in the portion size of some pasta dishes. We would not be in a hurry to return here.

What's to say? Chain restaurant food, quite pricey considering, but good enough. Not for gourmets 🤪. Not a cheap night unless you have vouchers or a discount. Quite enjoyed it though - good service and atmosphere.

Good location with plenty of parking and cinema near by Armosphere is nice but quite noisy and echoey (?spelling) We had blue light discount of 20% off bill and free dessert each so that's the reason we chose here Each had a pizza - we opted for the large but It did not feel larger lol just thinner than the smalls pizza but was very tasty Fave dessert Was the lemon meringue Nice place and a nice meal

Had a great Monday night visit for a birthday treat, food was lovely, served at a nice pace, we didn't feel rushed , the staff were very attentive and made the night special with our desert

I have ordered Chicken, Prosciutto & Sage Saltimbocca which should be with roasted potato and I have received with fries.My daughter ordered pasta Bolognese and waiter asked what kind of pasta would she like to have.She choose penne and received spaghetti.The portions are too small for that price.I would not pop in again.

Came here for my anniversary, food was lovely couldnt be faulted. However waited a while for our drinks, we told our waitress Penelope and she was incredibly rude ! Such a shame as the food and atmosphere was great.

Agika, the supervisor is makes me always happy if I am going to Prezzo next to Stadium in Milton Keynes. The food is always delicious, drinks and dessert are great.

I'm not sure if I visited on a bad night, but I was unimpressed this evening. There is another national chain of Italian restaurants just a few doors down, which offers better value for money. All of the staff were pleasant and appeared to be working hard. There was a large table upon entering which needed cleaning. This was still not cleaned or cleared after more than 30 minutes into our meal. There was quite a long wait for our order to be taken too, although after that the turnaround was fairly swift. With the exception of the pizzas, the quality of the food did not match the price. My pasta dish was £18 for a small portion and I'm not sure if it was freshly made. The chicken in the burger was overcooked. There was also what appeared to be a hair, in the pot of BBQ sauce!

Great all round experience, made even better by having a tastecard! 241 is always a winner. Pizzas and Calzone are top notch!

We visted at 3pm so not busy If the pizza was freshly cooked which it should be we cannot workout why it was dry and luke warm? Same with the house fries Side salad was very poor quality Beer was good Service friendly Health and safety very questionable based on what we saw. Let down by very poor food …sadly the whole point of going to a restaurant!

2023: I ordered the burger, which was not available. They should have said this when they gave me the menu. The restaurant was not very busy, but the service was very slow and many tables were left uncleaned for a long time. I had eaten a third of my pizza before the waitress returned with the chilli oil (she asked if I wanted it when she handed me my pizza). They gave us 2 glasses of apple juice (10 minutes apart) when we had only ordered 1. A 330ml bottle of diet Pepsi is now £3.75 and most pizzas are now around £16. 2022: They made a mistake on our order, so gave us the dish for free. 2021 : Terrible service - a mostly empty restaurant and they forgot our mains course. After waiting for 40 minutes I asked for an update and the waitress said it would be 2-3 minutes - 15 minutes later the mains arrived. No apology and no discount was offered 👎

We were here on August Bank Holiday Monday afternoon, there were enough people to create an atmosphere but not overly busy. The food was good but what I would like to concentrate on is the lady that was serving us. Sadly I didn't get her name. She seemed to be serving the whole restaurant by herself, no additional help that we saw. She took note of our conversations and realised it was my Mum's birthday, only because of the dessert, no dessert debate! She surprised my Mum with a dessert and candle whilst singing 'happy birthday!' What a lovely lady! She didn't have to do that at all but it certainly made my Mum's day. Thank you very much! 😊

Service was alright but we were waiting a while for the food to arrive, however the kids pizza was chewy and spaghetti chicken carbonara was bland, wouldn’t go again

The food was absolutely awful! My son had the Rissoto and it tasted more like rice pudding. We didnt like the pizza either. Avoid this restaurant until it improves the quality of food

Lovely restaurant We were in a rush as going to watch a film the waitress was really helpful and friendly and made sure we didn't miss the film 😀

No glass served with drink so had to ask. When it was put on the table it arrived with green bits that looked dried herbs stuck to the inside. Food was served quickly a little on the cool side but ok. Some of the cutlery was missing and had to ask for that as well. Throughout the meal The kitchen door was propped open and lots of banging could be heard which was then followed by raised voices and finally loud singing. Ordered coffee to finish off our meal at just before 9pm only to be told they’d turned off the coffee machine for the night. Waitress was pleasant enough. Standards here have dropped since I last visited a while ago. I won’t be back as the apathy of the staff was clear.

food was awful. food was cold, pasta sauce was just water. the handmade £4 lemonade was just water with a singular mint leaf in it, absolutely no difference to tap water from a rusty sink. pizza was ok but would never get again. service was awful, woman walked us to our table and zoomed straight off before we even got to sit down. the whole experience was laughable.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied. The food quality was very poor.and specially kids meal was terrible.The worst restaurant I have ever visited. Not recommended.please don't waste your money on this restaurant

This restaurant wants to be Italian, but it's not even close. They have about 4-5 types of pizza on the menu, some pastas and that's about it. I've asked for three cheese calzone instead of three meat, and they said they only have 2 cheese: mozzarella and parmesan, that's what I always have at home, I am expecting an Italian restaurant to have more? And neither the waiter nor the store manager didn't know what focaccia is? I had to explain to them, and they didn't have it on the menu.. It was a garlic bread on a pizza base, but instead of olive oil they put butter on it! This is a joke. If you are looking for an Italian restaurant this is NOT it!

We were looked after by Victoria and Panna, who were so welcoming and friendly throughout. A very good table, attentive service, really good food, decent atmosphere. I'd go back again just for the service. Avoid the toilets. They're mingin...

Pleasant atmosphere and friendly waitress. Disappointing food. My chicken marsala dish was overcooked so the chicken was very dry not tender and juicy as advertised. No mocktails on the menu so I had the alcohol free beer which was OK but other restaurants offer so much more choice for non-drinkers looking forward to a celebration meal.

Food really over priced and poor quality, toilets were absolutely disgusting unhygienic smelled of urine and hope it was just water on the floor. Note another cash only place with a tiny see through sticker on the door.

Absolutely terrible service tonight, left us waiting with dirty starter plates on the table for half an hour, took an hour and a half for our mains to arrive (only after we chased). Food had been left under the lights for ages so the burger and pasta were both really dry. Very disappointing.

Service was friendly and efficient, but food was very slow to arrive, likely because it was a football match day, so probably busier than usual. The vegan margherita although nice and crispy, had very dry toppings. There were lots of meat alternative options but they aren't often desirable to a vegan. I wouldn't recommend the vegan margherita, I wouldn't pay for that again, I think Prezzo needs to reassess their vegan range, the other chains are far tastier. Prior to being vegan, I did like Prezzo, so their vegan pizza range doesn't do them justice.

My wife and I popped in for lunch in the Milton Keynes Prezzo. The food was disappointing, over cooked and in some parts burnt. We asked to speak to the manager, unfortunately he did not really seem to listen, care or even offer an apology. The manager in question was very blunt and rude to us both. Not to cause a scene I payed our bill and contacted head office. Regardless to any out come from customer services, my wife and I will never be returning.

Took mum for a birthday treat on 13.09. It's her favourite restaurant! Food was amazing, the starter was a burratta (never tasted mozzarella like this)with tomatoes & pesto. Main we had king prawn spaghetti with the Prezzo burger. Service and atmosphere was great, disabled access was good too. 5* outing 😊

You know what you are going to get with Prezzo, tasty simple Italian style food. This visit was no exception, good food and friendly efficient service.

Shame I didn't take a photo to show how pathetic was the amount of beef in my child's penne "Bolognese". It's bad enough that pasta itself provides mere empty calories. At least with a decent portion of beef kids won't go hungry an hour after eating.

This was a great experience. We went on a Saturday, and it wasn’t too crowded and the staff were pleasant. The food arrived promptly and was delicious, nicely presented and reasonably priced. I’d particularly recommend the hummus, which was fresh. I would come back here.

Friendly staff, very busy so they struggled to serve but did so well when they did. Loss of meatballs as starter and main is a shame. Prawn starter only a few limited prawns with a lot of bread. It's ok, getting pricey for what it is. Mens toilet very dirty which was unpleasant.

Terrible! This is the second time we have been to Prezzo at MK1 in the last 12 months. First time we waiting almost 2 hours for our main, and last night we waited over an hour for our mains. Extremely short staffed, limited menu option, no acknowledgement of the wait, stifled apologies. Extremely poor and dissatisfied.

Oderred for delivery and got a Penne Alla Rusticana. It came with no chicken, no pancetta, no crispy prosciutto and no peppers. Just a cream sauce. Previous times I've ordered it and it's had a whole rosemary bush dumped on it, which is a shame because otherwise it's a nice dish. Really disappointing to see that they're removing any interesting starters and substituting them with starters that can only be there to try and drive more profit. Basic starters that aren't worth ordering. Overall, it's incredibly overpriced.

Probably the worst meal I have ever had. If you can't do a simple Caesar salad you should give up now.

Very disappointed, never/ever again. Did this for you mean comestibile food for almost £17 /portion (2 frozen piece of chicken and 3 sliced mushrooms and frozen chips ? Did you consider this frozen chips homemade potatoes and frozen piece of chicken ? It looks like a vomit and smells like a smoke. Do you think people are stupid or what is going wrong with the food you serve compare with the food you advertise in the menu? This is the worst experience I ever have in a "restaurant". I will never coming back again. People please try to avoid going there if you care about your pocket.

Pretty abysmal restaurant. The quality of the food has signifcantly decreased over the past few years, and I found hair in my pasta. The manager lacks accountability for mistakes made. Don't bother coming here, zizzi is much better if you want Italian food.

A mixture of good and bland food.... Some of the food was delicious (the pizzas) but stay away from the mushroom tagliatelle, which was flavourless and bland. The customer service was also patchy with some of the waiters being quick and attentive but other waiters looked bored and didn't respond, even though the restaurant was quiet.

Good food and decent service. However couldn't understand why the sea bass wasnt available for me when ordering, when the table next to me arrived later and ordered later, they could get sea bass. Not too impressed by this...

Had an awful experience with food at this place was it was bland and tried to get a waiter to replace but service took so long so gave up.

Food was OK however soft drink prices were frankly extortionate £5.70 for a J2O 3.95 for a fruit juice? Also disappointed over a refusal to take cash as payment for the meal

Had a lovely meal in here for my daughter's birthday. Service was a little slow, but I think they were short staffed, like most places at the moment. Prices are reasonable and food was good. Only downside was my spaghetti Bolognese was quite watery and didn't coat my spaghetti like "mumma" would have made!

Food was good, pepperoni pizza was nice and cheesy, a little bit greasy. Friend had the roasted pepper pizza which was very nice, it included caramelised onion which added a nice flavour. Citrus cooler was tasty, although served with ice was actually quite warm and needed to be left a while to cool, the orange and pomegranate cooler was mediocre at best. So why only 1 star right? Well the service was awful, we waited quite a while to be asked what drinks we wanted. Then I asked the server if it was ok to use my discount card and immediately I was interrupted by another server who abruptly said "no, Prezzo don't have any discounts", obviously I was shocked, having used it previously in a different branch with no problems. They went to check with the manager and of course it was fine, but then the interrupting server came back to the table to tell me off! I should not have shown them the web page apparently 🤨 this rude and somewhat offensive experience put a damper on the whole dinner. The staff here didn't look very cheery in general, maybe it's because Penelope keeps ruining their service 🤷
