Very, very noisy and cold. Then after a long wait we were told pizza bases had ran out. We could have gluten free or something else other than pizza. Also salad came with gluten free garlic bread, which had no taste/ garlic and looked really unappetising. They gave us the pizzas FOC. So, the gluten-free pizzas were like polystyrene and sweet. Also I ordered a grande and got a regular size. The Margherita also didn't come with basil. When asked she said it didn't come with it. We checked menu and it did state it. When we said that, she said 'oh yes. It is only a little piece of garnish'. Still, she didn't bring it. Also not offered parmesan, although the salad was covered in it. Drinks are over priced. £2 cheaper in infinitely better Italian restaurants. Haven't been to Prezzo since they closed Rugby and found better TBH. So, returned with the 50% voucher to get us back and we won't be returning. Overall, the evening was awful and left a bad taste in the mouth. Literally and metaphorically.

Love the food there ! The only thing is that I deplore that it seems there is less and less toppings on the pizzas which is a pity cause there are so good!

Went here for lunch with a friend. We enjoyed what we had to eat from the gluten-free menu. The portion size was a bit small, considering the price, but enjoyed it. Would go again. Nice service 👌

Fast friendly service, Prefer pasta al dente but here was a little soft and the sauce lacked flavour. Salad was light and tasty though.

My daughter has mental health issues like ADHD, and anxiety, the common issues. So she finds it hard to go out and about, but whenever we go to Prezzo, she suddenly becomes all happy and extroverted. She says she loves the food and the waiters and lovely, there's one waiter who she loves! We love coming here and can't wait to come again!

First time at this restaurant and it was wonderful. Great food, lovely and friendly staff. Will be going back soon.

Sadly the food came completely cold. The truffle chips had no flavour and were soggy from the bag they'd been put in, and the mozzarella bites were rock hard. Prezzo used to be a firm favourite for me but the last few deliveries I've had have been disppointing. I ended up throwing most of the food away which was a waste of money and I probably won't be ordering again unfortunately.

Myself and my wife have just visited Prezzo in Hinckley. I had the new pinsa pizza, chicken and roasted peppers, can't remember what pizza she had 🤣 but it was bloody lovely 😍 I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that fancies giving it a try 👍

It was our first trip to Hinckley, the place is exactly you would expect from Prezzo.. A nice welcome, nicely organised seating area complimented by a busy yet good service. Indeed, the food quality and tastes are brilliant too.

Our food was cold by the time it arrived, might have been ok if the driver didn’t go past us with our order, to do a pick up from KFC, then deliver that BEFORE coming back to us!

The food was ok. Not overly special for the price. Not very large portions either compared to other places. Not sure I would order again.

The food and staff are always good here. I would have rated 5* but for the fact that we came with disabled friends and because it was so packed she was unable to get to the toilet as the tables blocked the passage through.

Came to this prezzo for a second time. Our usual restaurant in Mere Green has closed down sadly. The food quality was not great however the staff certainly make up for it which of course is not what you pay to eat out for. The service from tonight Megan & the team celebrating mothers day was amazing and an extra special touch of handing out daffodil's to the mother's, turns out to be an extra special meaning today for me & my girl's on mother's day so thankyou for making it special.

Although the staff were very friendly, the service was very slow. The food was less than average in taste and therefore overpriced. I had the oak smoked salmon with dill salad. The salmon was not oak smoked it was in fact tinned salmon. The two spaggetti dishes were somewhat tasteless and bland. The spaggetti in both cases was overcooked, and there was little sign of any bolognese sauce. Overall, not impressed and doubt I'll be visiting again.

It's a chain restaurant, so the food isn't spectacular but it's a safe option. The service is great and the place is clean.

Received order confirmation at 18:55 with delivery time estimation of 40-55 mins, my order was eventually delivered at 20:22. The fries and pizza were both cold and sweaty when they arrived, presumably from sitting in the box for so long at the restaurant and the pizza was also missing a topping I had paid extra for.

One of my favourite restaurants in Hinckley! I took my beautiful niece, Anna, and her partner, Adam, for a meal to celebrate Adam's birthday and Christmas with them both❣️

Didn’t arrive, prezzo isn’t bothered about it. Spoken to a Hinckley’s manager who told me I have to speak to JustEat, this is after few days ago I’ve gotten a wrong order and still haven’t received a refund. My fault I wanted to give them a second chance, won’t be doing that again.

Order was incorrect and it took nearly 2 hours to reach us! Burger was burnt! Very disappointing!

It’s a chain so you know what you’re getting but as far as Prezzo’s go this is a nice one. The dining space is small but well laid out with nice ambient lighting, though some of the chairs look like they’ve seen better days. Staff are really friendly and competent, only let down is the food specifically the gluten free pizza - the base was just gross, thin and soggy but their normal pizzas are much better.

Order took an hour to arrive and we got completely the wrong food. Rubbish service from Just Eat!

Had a wonderful meal, typical Italian dishes served hot and full of flavour. Service was great.

Booked to eat early for a birthday, lovely atmosphere and birthday last recieved a free pudding, it was a really enjoyable meal for the 3 of us, food was gorgeous and served really hot and to your liking though sadly the calamari was a bit overdone, we said at the end as it was tasty just a bit chewy but was told that we should have said immediately and it would have been redone but it was really flavoursome. Main courses really hot and tasty puddings lovely. Atmosphere relaxing bit got busy as evening went on and the staff for very busy, seemed that they could have done with a couple of extra staff but on the whole a really lovely evening

Pizza was awful, not cheap either. Not very warm and chewy. Also can’t you at least cut the pizza before you send it out for delivery?

Delivery driver insisted he deliver my food to my garden gate, I asked him to come to the front as usual as the back gate requires a key and is unlit and he had an argument with me and ended up saying he'd left my food outside at the back. I can "get it if I want" extraordinarily unprofessional and rude and frankly I felt very uncomfortable with his insistence I meet him at the unlit back of my house. He also complained I had wasted his time. I am extremely unhappy and will be making an official complaint

Driver left Prezzo on time not sure where he was we ordered i beef burger and we got a chicken burger the garlic bread was undercooked. All the hot food had to be reheated!

An absolutely superb evening with friends and family. Ellie was so helpful and kind, taking me through the allergen menu and making sure I could eat what I’d selected. She and Miss were very attentive, the food delicious, and the puddings! Yum! I’m looking forward to eating here again and will recommend.

Paid 2.50 for extra pepperoni on the pizza but I didn't get it. Rest of the food was lovely though.

Customer service was fantastic. I called with an issue and a solution was given to me. Food arrived with an apology letter attached plus free cake.

The food was good but overpriced, no sides as you are expected to order these as extras which makes it an expensive take away.

Quite unhappy about that pizza boy who pretend that he is the manager and treating me with an superiority attitude and during my stay in he was looking funny at me every time when I have seen him looking at me. I've had some issues with the food because the salad was nearly my ages(if you zoom in the picture with food you can see the salad and understand what I'm talking about). All what the kitchen stuff done was to take out the dodgy salad and leave it the rest of it and not to replace it with new one. Overall I haven't eaten that good as it should be for an Italian restaurant and definitely I'm not going to go again.

Ravioli was very undercooked and we had to wait an extra 15 minutes longer than the collection time for it to be ready. Sauce was nice but generally quite average really for the price.

Best Margherita I've had in a long, long time, if not ever. The fries were back to perfection too, which is great news. The delivery driver was a lovely lady too, and was pleasantly early. All in all it was a perfect 10, above and beyond! Thank You to all involved.

We have visited Prezzo at Hinckley many times now and have NEVER been disappointed. The food has always been delicious, served hot and promptly with all the table being served at the same time (and we always tend to visit in groups larger than 8). Emma and her team are always very attentive, warm and sociable and professional. It is refreshing to see good old customer service still exists. This is why we keep coming back! Hello! My order was not good. I’ve ordered a calamari, and got a box of green olives instead. It was such a disappointment!

My daughter Bella went for lunch with a group of 8 friends on bank holiday Monday for her 18th, the staff were brilliant when I booked and came in to set the table up, the food was fantastic the staff so attentive and accomadating and she had a fantastic day 10/10

Prezzo Hinckley offers a great dining experience with excellent service and quality food. As a vegetarian, I was pleased with the variety of options on the menu, and I particularly enjoyed the vegan chicken Alfredo pasta, which I highly recommend. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, making it a great place for a casual lunch out with friends or family. I would suggest adding more staff on weekends to ensure faster service. Overall, Prezzo Hinckley is a great choice for anyone looking for delicious food and a welcoming ambiance.

Nice food and speaking to the restaurant while we were waiting for the late delivery was good as they were super supportive and offered good advice. Food was at least reasonably warm when it did arrive.

We've visited Hinckley Prezzo many times, and consistently receive great personalised service and food to match. Starters, pasta's and pizza are fantastic and I'd fully recommend the restaurant. In particular, our most recent encounter had Moss helping us with our take away order, providing a friendly and helpful service throughout - so a massive thank you to Moss and the team.

The first time I came I was very disappointed, the pasta had no flavour, no seasoning and I wasn't satirised with the food. However I came again a second time and got another pasta dish to see if it was a bad day, and the food tasted amazing. So much flavour and felt like someone had taken a lot of time to make the dish taste great. I found out the chef who made my dish was called Corey. If you ever go to prezzo and he is the chef you are in for a treat. Me and my party enjoyed all the food a lot and made up for the bad experience we had a few weeks prior. Corey is an asset to the team at Prezzo!

Popped in for lunch last Tuesday afternoon. Always has a good vibe, and has become somewhat of a favourite of ours on the Crescent. Great work Prezzo! 👏

Lovely as usual. Map is still wrong, so the poor delivery drivers have to mess around. The driver tonight was very polite, and kind, which always adds to the service. Not sure how many times I have to report the incorrecty map before it is fixed! Thanks Prezzo and pleasant delivery man.

The food here is always gorgeous however, we ordered the crab and lobster ravioli which was beautiful food however, there was maybe 4 ravioli pasta cases which barely covered the bottom of the box. Not really fair to pay £17.50 on a pasta dish that was gone in 3 minutes. We had to order from somewhere else for more food. Quality of the food is good, take nothing away from that but portion sizes needs to be addressed

Pizza was good, smallish portions of everything else, pasta was average for £16, bruschetta was put on half a pizza garlic bread! Didn’t feel good value unfortunately.

For what they charge the food comes sub standard for delivery. Feel a bit robbed after paying 30 quid to get 4 baby prawns in a king prawns dish that’s almost 17 quid. Not the first but definitely the last

Been here a couple of times now and it is one of the best places in Hinckley to eat, staff are lovely and always on hand to help. Food is delicious and the Rosé is very nice, always a pleasant evening there

Up on arrival was even taken to the table just pointed at it and told that it was there. Servers took ages to come and get a drinks order and by that point we wanted to order food as well which appeared to take the man by surprise. Ordered everything I wanted to have a few things changed on my dish the server didn’t even communicate that this was possible just moved on to the next person. We received our starters after a 25 minute wait, which is absolutely ridiculous for a table of 3. We then attempted to get more drinks as we had several staff members look at us but not come over. These drinks then took ages to arrive. Our mains then took a further 30 minutes after having finished our starters. During this time members of staff repeatedly walked into the back of my dads chair making him feel incredibly uncomfortable and annoyed. At not one time did any one apologise. Even when paying it still happened. We were pretty much rushed out of the restaurant. When people repeatedly asked could I get you anything else and cleared drinks off the table we hadn’t finished with and they then hovered whilst I ate my dessert. I’ve never been more uncomfortable in my life. I hadn’t even put my spoon down for 30 seconds before we were presented with the bill. It was only 9:30pm on a Saturday. The restaurant opens much later and people were only just on there starters around us. We were pretty much kicked out of the door.
