Amazing service and the staff are so wonderful and friendly. We sat outside and it was so nice by the river with the sun on us, we will be coming again.

Myself and my sisters were not very happy with our meal. Two of us had the chicken millanese, the chicken was completely over cooked and dry, and the spaghetti was very minimal amount with hardly and sauce. The other meal was very good either. This was not your usual standard and we were all very disappointed.

Prezzo has been a favourite for some years now. Monday was no exception with our 99p mains (which I wasn't expecting) I thought it was only for one of us. Had a lovely lunch with my friend who I meet up with every month. A main, drink and a dessert for under £10 each, you can't get better than that.

Chris was an excellent server! He was so lovely, chatty and very attentive. Me and my friend really enjoyed the food and had a good laugh with him. Would recommend!

Hadn't booked but on the off chance, decided to see if we could get a table. Even though they were busy the staff managed to seat us. Can't fault the food and service.. very friendly staff.

Staff very pleasant, happy, attentive without being too much

Visited on Monday, 28 April as part of Prezzo's 99p mains deal. We had a wonderful visit - our drinks arrived promptly and our pizzas were hot and fresh. Desserts were very generous and we left very full! Our waitress was Millie and she was absolutely lovely, as was every other member of staff who served us. The restaurant was busy due to the promotion but we didn't have to wait at all and there was a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Always a pleasure to dine in Bond Street and indulge in the new seasonal menus. As vegetarians wew appreciate something a little different and the calzone never disappoints. A varied assortment of desserts from the humble ice cream to the rich chocolate cookie dough with everything in between crowns the evening. Some refreshing non alcoholic cocktails to boot. Service is prompt unobtrusive and professional.

My family had a lovely time in Prezzo for my sons birthday! They were very attentive, fast and helpful. My son had a lovely meal and we even got to bring in our own cake which they brought out so we could sing happy birthday! Lovely experience, thank you.

We had to have an early meal as we were going to the theatre so it was rather noisy due to the number of children in the restaurant. The meal was excellent though & good value as we had a half price deal and a giftcard to spend.

Good food, freshly cooked at competitive prices. Nice atmosphere, we love bringing the grandchildren here and have never had a bad meal.

Carolina was s the most attentive and professional server we have had in a very, very long time. Fabulous food and service.

The restaurant was so busy and noisy but our waitress was lovely. Service was not as quick as normal but that was to expected. Food was good and tasty.

What a fantastic evening. We booked a table for four, our table was in the centre of the restaurant which our autistic son found too loud. I explained this to a member of staff who happily and promptly moved us to another table. Our server was Chris, he was fantastic. Chris was polite, happy and smiling. He made our meal so special by his speed of service, knowledge of the menu and food as well as the set meals available. For us as parents of an autistic child it can be difficult at times in social situations but this has got to be our best evening out. Thankyou so much.

Calzone came out burnt to a crisp. I raised this with a different waitress and she commented that it was very black.

Super salad and pizzas full of toppings. Very busy but service was great. Only improvement would be carafes of tap water to save constant refilling by staff

Our order took 1 hour and 25 minutes to arrive, when it arrived everything was cold and we had to put it all in the oven to reheat it. We also received about 12 chips which we were charged nearly £5 for!

Good choice of dishes to choose from, restaurant clean and busy with a cosy, friendly atmosphere. Wait staff helpful and attentive. Will definitely be returning. Used a discount voucher so got a few quid off too, which was a bonus!

Great restaurant with friendly stuff and tasty food. They have choice for everyone. I had there amazing Bday party and I was surprised when I got dessert for free with candle and Bday song. It was such nice surprise. 💕

It was on Saturday 8/03 at 6pm and we had my friend Birthday, The waitress was very nice I think her name was Lucia I hope I spelt write, she did help me with my meaun and chosen the dessert. So I would like to thank her because she was so patient with me. The food was good and the drink is the best 👌

The driest pasta in town! Charging £13 for overcooked pasta with little drop of Tabasco sauce, absolute rip-off. How can businesses like this still exist? Disgusting greedy owners should be ashamed of themselves👎

We had a late night, last minute dinner her a couple of weeks ago. We were served by Lwandile and he made our experience. He was so polite, so efficient, so friendly and oh so tolerant. Thank you Lwandile. The food was lovely too.

I was in Chelmsford Prezzo yesterday evening with my family. We had a great time, food was excellent, and our waitress Anna Anna was so professional and fast. She recommended meals, was smilly and friendy. We used the kids special menu and were very pleased with options. We will be back soon! 😊

Chris served us this evening, when we were out celebrating my Mum's birthday. We had a lovely evening, really enjoyed the food and Chris made it extra special by bringing my Mum over dessert with a candle.

We had a lovely birthday dinner in Prezzo me and my son. The meals were delicious and the atmosphere and the service minded staff and cleanliness of restaurant are fantastic. I had meat lasagne and my son has children three course meal. We even had a lovely chocolate cake from lovely Caroline Assistant General Manager, who is always so lovely and friendly to us when we come to visit and eat in Prezzo Bond Street in Chelmsford. Had a brilliant waiter this evening! Wanted to comment on it because he was fantastic. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name but hoping with some information, you’ll be able to pass on my thanks. I believe we were sat on table 2, it was 18:00 on Sunday 9th Feb. Our waiter was simply fantastic. Very bubbly and friendly, very attentive and kept checking we were okay. Offered us everything we could have wanted. Food was very nice, but for certain things portions could’ve been bigger for the price, but it’s quite easy to get good deals online for Prezzo, so using one of these made it good value!

Recently visited this restaurant with my family for a celebration dinner. We were warmly welcomed by a friendly lady who showed us to our table. The staff were very attentive, especially with my children, and they went the extra mile by recognizing my wife’s birthday with a surprise cake. The food was absolutely delicious, and we will definitely be back

The food was good and what was expected at this particular branch of prezzo

Driver drove in the opposite direction to my house clearly doing multiple deliveries. Waited for over an hour for my food nearly half of which it was out for delivery. My food was stone cold by time it got to me and I had to reheat everything.

The food was amazing. The experience was spoilt by having everything whipped away the very second it was empty. I don't mean it was cleared quickly I don't think the handle of my fork touched the plate before it was whipped away. Same with all the drinks. I had just a glass of wine left to go and the staff were hovering waiting for me to finish. Decided to time how long it would take to remove it. Seven seconds to get to our table, ask if I had finished, remove the glass and ask if I wanted anything else. Never felt so rushed and uncomfortable. The restaurant was in no way full at all. Loads of empty tables.

Order not delivered. At all. Will not use this app in the future.

Order took two hours to turn up! The pizzas and garlic breads were tough as old boots!

Prezzo is pretty much the same everywhere you go but this is a nice restaurant

First time at any Prezzo and I was extremely happy. The food was delicious.. My Tuscan beef was soo yummy 👏🏼 and the customer service by GORAN was second to none .. he made us feel as if we were at a high end restaurant in London.. Great Service . We will be back for sure and recommend to others . Thanks 🙏🏽

Booked a bottomless brunch via telephone, was told upon arrival that I wouldn’t be able to have brunch with a 14 year old child present and mother wasn’t part of the bottomless. Even though I could order bottles of wine with no problem. Wasn’t able to pay cash, was told they were cashless. This wasn’t advertised anywhere. Manager was rude, wouldn’t recommend.

My complaint is for just eat rather than the restaurant. My order took two hours and ten minutes to be delivered due to ‘lack of drivers’ and the food was cold when it arrived. If there are a lack of drivers and I’m being quoted a 45 minute wait, maybe just eat shouldn’t be accepting any orders. I am requesting compensation as this service was just terrible - especially when I am spending that much money on food and delivery and service charge.

I went here on Thursday 24/10/2024. I had a pepperoni pizza and garlic bread with a Coca Cola, which was delicious. I also had a chocolate cake for desert, (contains nuts), which was delicious. 🤤 The service was highly good. (Amazing).

We don't always have the best Prezzo experiences but we came yesterday for early dinner with friends and kids and it was the best experience we've had with a group Inc small kids, the staff were so kind, friendly, attentive. The food was nice. Overall a great dinner.
