The food took over an hour to arrive and was cold when it arrived

Mediocre at best. Staff were uninterested. Food came within 5 mins, before drinks. Pre- cooked pasta reheated & ready made sauces. Salmon/ shrimp dish was over salty. No one bothered to check with us. Chef needs to taste this. Very disappointed for a birthday meal.

Came for an early dinner with my partner. The food came out super quickly and was really nice. Our server, a tall man with dark hair and a beard, was really lovely and gave some great recommendations. He was great!

First time eating here and was amazed with the whole experience. Food and portion sizes were amazing and staff extremely knowledgeable with allergies etc. our waiter Josh W was incredible throughout as was his manager. Will definitely be back.

Rushed service, only a few mins from order to service (must be microwaved / deep fried) with oily and poorly seasoned food. Huge space with high ceilings so would feel dead unless 70% full Far too expensive for the quality of the food provided. Felt more like fast food but at £20ea

I can only give you guys 3 stars for food today. As although both dishes came boiling hot the calamari was yet again, over cooked. This time to the point of being bouncy . Yet the batter on the calamari was soggy, so I don’t know how you managed that. But as that was half my order I couldn’t give you any more stars. Although the loaded fries were delicious though! It was good value for the £15.20 I paid but I had £5 of credit which I used. I wouldn’t have been happy paying full price!

Lovely meal in the Bath city centre Prezzo. It was quiet when we arrived as we were eating early but filling up when we left. Our one gripe usually is the noise level as it is often too loud to enjoythe great pizzas. Also I'm always too early to enjoy two for one cocktails as it's too loud at 8pm. A 5-6pm happy hour would be fab!

This was a difficult review to write. I thought the service was excellent, all the staff really did their best and were so friendly and welcoming, and we were served really quickly and got the bill quickly as well. The drinks were fantastic, sour cherry and strawberry and apple coolers were full of flavour. We were here for the 99p Monday meal offer. The spaghetti bolognese was the worst I'd ever had. It was all mixed up- and was very watery, and had barely any flavour at all. It was just plain overcooked spaghetti with some very watery tomato sauce, a miniscule amount of beef and garnish it was the blandest most tasteless thing I've ever eaten. Economy brand frozen microwave spaghetti bolognese from discount supermarkets is far superior in taste and quality, such a shame. (Please see pic, you can see how watery it is!) The spaghetti carbonara was better, but still very bland. There was quite a lot of pepper in the sauce which wasn't very authentic, after coming back from Italy the carbonara we had there didn't have any pepper in it, and apart from that it didn't have much flavour- very milky and too mild - but the consistency was way better and we enjoyed the crispy ham. Still nothing like what we had in Italy. We did really like the biscoff cheesecake though. I think if this restaurant improved the pasta dishes it could be a winner, but I'd feel robbed if I paid £10 for either of those pasta meals we had today! 3 stars is for the cheesecake the service and the really nice atmosphere of the restaurant. We still enjoyed our evening.

Exceptional service, particularly courtesy of Amin. A real character who tried dilligently to find us some anchovies to adorn the Caesar Salads but to no avail. He made our evening great fun. Shame he couldnt find any...apparently they just don't have any in Prezzos any longer! Please management....its not too much to ask to have anchovies in a would be Italian restaurant???

Awful Rude and lazy Chef!! Beef and mash was nice. Burger was nothing special. Carbonara fries awful!! Ordered loaded fries instead of the normal house fries. They came and they had no cheese on it , had the crispy ham, BUT next to no Carbonara sauce. Asked waitress of it was right , she said no and I offered her the plate back and she said no I will bring you some sauce. A few minutes later I see a moody young chef slam a pot of sauce on the pass, the waitress then brought it over and says here the sauce, its cold. I told her when she cleared the plates I was not happy and asked whether the sauce should be cold , she said no. I said I thought not , I told her the chef was moody and lazy. The chef was just laughing at us when he was told and seen laughing and looking at us and discussing it with a taller chef in the kitchen. On the way out I asked if the Manager was in , to chat about this , but thought better of it as clearly the culture here is they don't care. Will not use Prezzo again , anywhere !!! Didn't eat the cold sauce as pretty sure not safe to eat cold Carbonara sauce, sure legally should be above a certain temperature!! Guessing it's bought in sauce then at Prezzo ! May speak to environmental health actually !!

Upset. Wanted Easter meal , not available on taste card, then wanted burgers , menu now sells chips as extra cost ,burger is cheaper. I would prefer price to be burger,chips and small salad garnish as before as inclusive price ,especially when I found out chips are not included on taste card deal. It feels like a poor value change of menu to taste card holders. Very upset at menu changes. Waiter persuaded us to go with chips with cheese as they were 2x sides for £8 , they were lovely .

Greeted by a very friendly waiter who showed us to our table. Our orders were brought out efficiently and they were of a good size. The food was of excellent quality and very tasty. Bill was presented as soon as we asked for it and it was excellent value for money using our promotional code.

Our experience involved 70+ guests. My daughter got married on the 8 April and Prezzo Bath allowed us to celebrate at their restaurant. Their hospitality was second to none, it was outstanding. The service was outstanding. The friendliness of all the staff was outstanding. The food was outstanding, the drinks were outstanding. It was a perfect day. I cannot thank Viktorija Miksto and her team enough. Thank you so much!

Should have ordered a pizza… we all ordered pasta dishes and we all said how basic and dry they were. I ordered a prawn and salmon pasta dish, and for over £20 I was really expecting better. It was supposed to be in a creamy sauce but instead it was pretty dry and basic. It’s a real shame about the food because the location is convenient, and the exposed arched wall interior brings charm.

Won’t order again, half the food was missing and what got ordered was freezing cold

I am sorry that I can only give you guys 3 stars tonight. As the carbonara fries were amazing! It was the calamari that let the whole meal down. Somehow they were both overcooked and soggy, not nice to eat at all. Definately not worth £9.25. This is not the first time I have had issues with the calamari. If your chef cant make calamari for takeout then please take it off the takeout menu. Also it shouldn’t take 40 minutes for a delivery if someones order is confirmed at 5:26pm on a Sunday 😔.

Overpriced, cold and uncooked pizzas, it’s more expensive than going to the actual restaurant, disappointing

One of the worst experiences. No one took drinks order for 25min. We got drinks comp. That’s was nice. Pizza undercooked. Over charged for set kids food. We paid for an adult portions. Little one is 4 years old. Manager refused to adjust the bill. Very disappointing. Quality of product not as many previous visits. Probably will do not dine there for a long time.

Great Italian food at good prices

This order was only early because you had a 45 minute maximum delivery time when I ordered 5:27pm. Yet for some reason my order wasn’t accepted until 5:42pm. Both dishes were delivered barely warm. Also £1.50 per Mac & cheese bite is a “rip off”. For £8 I was expecting more Mac & cheese bites. This order cost me £18.48 with a £5.38 discount and no delivery fee . Far too expensive for 2 starters!!!! The quality doesn’t match the price at all!!

Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit to Prezzo. If you're a fan of authentic Italian food and know the real taste from Italy or a genuine Italian restaurant, this place will not meet your expectations. The pasta was overcooked, and even the tiramisu was disappointing. Additionally, if you have a Buyagift voucher and plan to use it, be aware that you will receive a different, limited menu, which is quite disappointing. For comparison, Marco Pierre White, also a chain restaurant accepting Buyagift, offers the full menu, and the food is of much higher quality. The only positive aspect was the staff – friendly and helpful.

Friendly and polite staff, plenty of spacious seating, overpriced food, and not a great deal of choice, but what we did get was tasty.

Such a lovely venue. Perfect location for a meal after going to the cinema. We were welcomed by a charming lady called Ivana who had a great knowledge of wines and all food items on the menu, she definitely added that extra quality to our visit. We started off with olives, brioche and calamari which were all fresh very tasty, hot and perfectly sized portions. For our main course we had a lasagne with side of fondue chips and a very meaty calzone, again all the food was delicious, perfectly sized and piping hot. We had a bottle of merlot and pint of beer which were the perfect drinks for our meal. Sadly we didn’t have room for dessert but am sure they would have been equally delicious

I have just been to Prezzo Bath as part of a group of 54 people on youth rugby tour. I cannot fault the service we were given by the manager, Milan, and the team. He helped me with lots of queries on the phone and on the actual evening the service was friendly and efficient. Thank you very much.

The food was cold and delivered nearly 2 hours late. When it was delivered the pizzas were inedible. The spaghetti had to be microwaved to be eaten

Takeaway , didn’t even have wooden cutlery. Then how are we going to eat ?? They let me take one in Salisbury, but I’m going to catch my train soon, how would I go to the nearby store to take theirs ?

Was very quiet, the staff were friendly, and the service was quick, however the food was a big let down. I ordered bruschetta to start (if you can even call it that) and it was literally cold tomatoes on a piece of bread- criminal to charge £8 for it! The main was better but still quite basic, nothing special and overpriced.

Adi was amazing, very attentive and so much better experience than our last visit, he has restored our faith in this restaurant.

It’s a pity that the calamari came freezing cold! I know it’s nothing to do with the delivery person though as the pasta came boiling hot. Luckily the 30% off helped with dealing with the cold food. + just it gave me a bit of money back for the cold food as well. I now know why you guys have to off 30% off though.

We walked in by chance yet we left with the best experience. The service was delightful, the restaurant spacious and relaxed and the food we each ordered was amazing. Could not find any faults. When back in Bath, this is where we’ll end up.

My children absolutely love Prezzo Bath kids menu. We go there very often as a family and enjoy the lovely food. Beef burgers are my and my husband's favorite. Wherever I tried a beef burger is nowehere as good as it is at Prezzo! The staff works hard and are very friendly.

Even though it was 7 minutes early neither of the 2 dishes were delivered hot enough. + the pasta didn’t have enough sauce on it. I see why you have to give 20% off everything over £15. The food quality is rubbish !!!

I have no idea how the whole order can be freezing cold yet it was delivered early! Your service charge is laughable, especially as I’m not getting a service from you. I’m getting it delivered! £18.72 is far too expensive for a 2 item delivery!
