Won’t order again, half the food was missing and what got ordered was freezing cold

I am sorry that I can only give you guys 3 stars tonight. As the carbonara fries were amazing! It was the calamari that let the whole meal down. Somehow they were both overcooked and soggy, not nice to eat at all. Definately not worth £9.25. This is not the first time I have had issues with the calamari. If your chef cant make calamari for takeout then please take it off the takeout menu. Also it shouldn’t take 40 minutes for a delivery if someones order is confirmed at 5:26pm on a Sunday 😔.

Overpriced, cold and uncooked pizzas, it’s more expensive than going to the actual restaurant, disappointing

One of the worst experiences. No one took drinks order for 25min. We got drinks comp. That’s was nice. Pizza undercooked. Over charged for set kids food. We paid for an adult portions. Little one is 4 years old. Manager refused to adjust the bill. Very disappointing. Quality of product not as many previous visits. Probably will do not dine there for a long time.

Great Italian food at good prices

This order was only early because you had a 45 minute maximum delivery time when I ordered 5:27pm. Yet for some reason my order wasn’t accepted until 5:42pm. Both dishes were delivered barely warm. Also £1.50 per Mac & cheese bite is a “rip off”. For £8 I was expecting more Mac & cheese bites. This order cost me £18.48 with a £5.38 discount and no delivery fee . Far too expensive for 2 starters!!!! The quality doesn’t match the price at all!!

Would definitely give a visit it’s such a nice atmosphere and very friendly and attentive staff.

Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit to Prezzo. If you're a fan of authentic Italian food and know the real taste from Italy or a genuine Italian restaurant, this place will not meet your expectations. The pasta was overcooked, and even the tiramisu was disappointing. Additionally, if you have a Buyagift voucher and plan to use it, be aware that you will receive a different, limited menu, which is quite disappointing. For comparison, Marco Pierre White, also a chain restaurant accepting Buyagift, offers the full menu, and the food is of much higher quality. The only positive aspect was the staff – friendly and helpful.

Friendly and polite staff, plenty of spacious seating, overpriced food, and not a great deal of choice, but what we did get was tasty.

Such a lovely venue. Perfect location for a meal after going to the cinema. We were welcomed by a charming lady called Ivana who had a great knowledge of wines and all food items on the menu, she definitely added that extra quality to our visit. We started off with olives, brioche and calamari which were all fresh very tasty, hot and perfectly sized portions. For our main course we had a lasagne with side of fondue chips and a very meaty calzone, again all the food was delicious, perfectly sized and piping hot. We had a bottle of merlot and pint of beer which were the perfect drinks for our meal. Sadly we didn’t have room for dessert but am sure they would have been equally delicious

I have just been to Prezzo Bath as part of a group of 54 people on youth rugby tour. I cannot fault the service we were given by the manager, Milan, and the team. He helped me with lots of queries on the phone and on the actual evening the service was friendly and efficient. Thank you very much.

The food was cold and delivered nearly 2 hours late. When it was delivered the pizzas were inedible. The spaghetti had to be microwaved to be eaten

Great resturant and ideal if seeing a show or gig in town

Takeaway , didn’t even have wooden cutlery. Then how are we going to eat ?? They let me take one in Salisbury, but I’m going to catch my train soon, how would I go to the nearby store to take theirs ?

Pizzas we're a bit short on toppings which made them a bit dry and bland.

Went for a family pizza, very nice surroundings and super helpful staff

Was very quiet, the staff were friendly, and the service was quick, however the food was a big let down. I ordered bruschetta to start (if you can even call it that) and it was literally cold tomatoes on a piece of bread- criminal to charge £8 for it! The main was better but still quite basic, nothing special and overpriced.

Adi was amazing, very attentive and so much better experience than our last visit, he has restored our faith in this restaurant.

It’s a pity that the calamari came freezing cold! I know it’s nothing to do with the delivery person though as the pasta came boiling hot. Luckily the 30% off helped with dealing with the cold food. + just it gave me a bit of money back for the cold food as well. I now know why you guys have to off 30% off though.

We walked in by chance yet we left with the best experience. The service was delightful, the restaurant spacious and relaxed and the food we each ordered was amazing. Could not find any faults. When back in Bath, this is where we’ll end up.

My children absolutely love Prezzo Bath kids menu. We go there very often as a family and enjoy the lovely food. Beef burgers are my and my husband's favorite. Wherever I tried a beef burger is nowehere as good as it is at Prezzo! The staff works hard and are very friendly.

Even though it was 7 minutes early neither of the 2 dishes were delivered hot enough. + the pasta didn’t have enough sauce on it. I see why you have to give 20% off everything over £15. The food quality is rubbish !!!

I have no idea how the whole order can be freezing cold yet it was delivered early! Your service charge is laughable, especially as I’m not getting a service from you. I’m getting it delivered! £18.72 is far too expensive for a 2 item delivery!

The desserts were delicious. The staff was unbeatable, very friendly. The problem they have is that they call themselves an "Italian" restaurant when they are not. The Italian margherita pizza has two bases: Tomato San Marzano Fior di latte mozzarella Neither of these two ingredients carried the pizza, not to mention the dough, which did not have enough hydration and fermentation. They can be called a pizzeria but they cannot be called an Italian pizzeria because there was nothing Italian about it.

Needed a place for a meal after trudging around Bath xmas shopping. Lots of seats, good friendly service and food was good, just what we needed and relaxing before journeying home.

Poor communication, ordered from festive menu 2 course £24, when we had bill we realise they charged us too much, queried it and they said our main was £3 extra , wasn't very clear on menu, but why is it on the festive menu price of £24??? Went to pay bill in cash , then told us it was a cashless restaurant, what if I was an elderly person and only had cash on me, this wasn't told on arrival! Member of staff not at all helpful , we should of been told when we chose that meal it was extra, not "oooh that's a great choice , that would be my choice". Poor experience

it shouldn’t take more than 50 minutes to deliver an order on a Sunday, when it’s ordered at 5:30pm. It took 57 minutes to arrive. Also yet again there was not nearly enough sauce on the pasta. At least everything was delivered hot this time though.

I don’t know what’s worse! Freezing cold fried mozzarella or the fact that there was nowhere near enough sauce on the pasta which was also cold! So £3.16 I got off this order still didn’t make it good value! A total waste of money!

It was delivered 11 minutes early and boiling hot. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is there was FAR TOO LITTLE sauce for the amount of pasta! £8 for 4 crispy mozzarella is EXTORTIONATE at £2 per piece! Very expensive for what you get!

Outstanding Italian food. I had a massive authentic pepperoni pizza for the reasonable price of £14 with a shared large garlic bread. The service was great too, it was November 1st so all of the staff were in halloween costumes and the whole building was decorated. I had a great first time at Prezzo's!! Not too much choice of desert but you are too pleasantly full from the main course for it to matter much.

Although it was 12 minutes early it shouldn’t take 38 minutes to deliver on a Sunday! The fried mozzarella was cold.£1.26, service charge is way too high as it’s a delivery and I’m not sitting in. So you’re not serving me! Overall, too expensive.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this meal. The stand out though has to be the “truffle mayo”, which was totally amazing! I’ve found my “ultimate” order! + it is very much worth the money!

Excellent experience, The man at the front desk was very accommodating, we turned up last minute on a very busy saturday night, they fitted us, and the service was brilliant, food was amazing, overall would definitely visit again. Top marks 👌

Absolutely fabulous. We arrived without a booking and only waited 5/10minutes for a table as the man who we spoke to found the room. Me and parents ordered our food and it was out in less than 10 minutes, the women who took and served our meal was also absolutely lovely and so was the man who helped us with the table! 10/10 on the service and the food was delicious. Definitely worth the visit.

Super cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and great customer service. My experience with food wasn't that great, however. It turned out to be too salty or too oily and neither of us could finish it off.

BEST CARBONARA AND TIRAMISU EVER! Waitress was lovely!

Went here with my mum on a day trip to bath, the service is very quick and wide range of food! Would visit again! I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and my mum ordered a chicken salad!

I ordered the oven baked arrabiatta, the one with the melted mozzarella baked into it (and I was clear when ordering - pointed at the item on the menu and mentioned the mozzarella). The waitress bought me the regular arrabiatta with no mozzarella. I told her that I'd ordered the other one and she said that there wasn't one with mozzarella but eventually went in to ask the chef. She came out to say that there was one but that it'd cost extra, did I want that? Yes, I still wanted the item I originally ordered. She then brought me out my same dish but with a cold burrata on top. At this point I gave up because it was half cold and the waitress clearly had no idea what was going on. Very disappointing.

Arrived today at 18:20 to a moderately busy restaurant and was shown to our seats. 20 minutes later I had to ask if we could be served, at least a drink, and was told to sit and will be served “in a minute”. A further 10 minutes later we got up and left, spoke to the staff on the way out and was just told “thank you”. Could not recommend at all.

A disappointing visit to this place. It started off OK, I was given a table outside (it was not busy) and my order was quickly taken. I ordered a spaghetti carbonara and asked for a jug of water. My partner arrived after I had ordered and asked for a bruschetta and a coke. The water which I still hadn't got, I reminded the waiter about. A few minutes later my carbonara was brought to the table by a waitress (different person who had taken the order). She came with no cutlery so had to go back for that. Again I asked for the water, which eventually came. I was not offered Parmesan so had to ask for that too. The food was tasty enough, but the service left a lot to be desired. I did scan Prezzos review card to give my feedback there, but when I tried to do it, it asked for my till receipt number and how much I spent, so I couldn't do it that way as I had declined a receipt when asked.

Just got my pizza It was flip upside down an it’s Stone cold. So was the meatball Time period was too long. The driver was careless with my food

Location - very good, but in the end just your standard pizza from chain restaurants. Staff were very friendly and approachable and our food came in very good time.

Great food. Busy when we arrived which was towards the end of the lunchtime rush. Seemed a bit light on staff. Had one waiter offer us someone else's food. When our friends arrived shortly after us, they were placed on a different table to us. All worked out in the end 👍

Decent food with very good service

Never had a bad meal here, always really fresh and tasty. Kids love it. Always good service too. I'd say Prezzo is one of the better chain restaurants, and this particular one is very good.

Good lunch, prices, atmosphere and service

Lovely feel to the building, great food, excellent customer service, but gets very loud when busy due to the building's acoustics.

We were extremely happy woth our lunch. Food was excellent, service accurate and prompt and the atmosphere in the restaurant just what I wanted. Overall, very pleased and worth a return visit

food arrived ice cold as it was 2.5 hours late.

Treated myself to a lunchtime roasted vegetable focaccia. Considering there was only 3 tables in use & mine was one of them, plus the other tables already had their food, it still took 5 minutes for anyone to come & take my order. It was advertised as having aubergine, slow roasted tomatoes, olives, rocket etc… you might as well call it an olive focaccia, as apart from 1 tiny thin piece of aubergine & 2 bits of tomato, the rest was just olives, olives & yes, more olives. Not a pleasant experience. I spoke to the waitress, who when I first arrived was very nice, but she was obviously not impressed with my thoughts on said food, it felt like she wanted to argue the point, but she eventually said a not really meant ‘sorry’ & walked off. A couple of minutes later the barman showed up with my bill, which I hadn’t asked for & it was obvious to me that the waitress didn’t want to deal with me & wanted me gone. To be honest that amused me no end. Needless to say I won’t be returning & I certainly wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone.

She still came to confront our order, and she was the wrong one. We spent an excessive amount of time waiting for the correct dishes to be brought. Furthermore, one of the forks was dirty when we sat down at the table, another serious flaw. We ordered the garlic bread as a starter, it was very good! Tasty food but takes an irreparable time (50 minutes). The manager confirmed the error and did not apologize (serious error). The staff were fine. The toilets were dirty and their was.issie with the general maintenance. The taps were rusted and theornwas a lock missing on the door. The portion size is tiny. The quality is fine but it is expensive. The size of my pizza was small and my wife stated her Bolognese was cold. We eat a mainnand went somewhere else.

Nice restaurant in the Railway Arches next to the Station. Has a nice feel and good atmosphere with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Alfredo Rigatoni Chicken at £15.95 was nice, Garlic Bread at £5.50 was also nice Lemonade £3.95. Service was friendly and efficient. I was grabbing something to eat with family who chose pizza, which was huge and looked nice 😋

Im sorry but this restaurant is awful I wasted my money I ordered chicken alferedo pasta but they bring me pasta with tomato and sweet paper the chicken had very bad smell , also husband ordered peperoni and they bring one of the worst pizza i ever see in my life we came from therma bath and we was hungry other way we didn’t eat it. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Great food fantastic atmosphere the only problem was the time it took it took 45:00 minutes to bring the 4 pizza out and 20:00 minutes to bring the drinks out but over than that fantastic

Poor quality food, I ordered 3 meals yesterday, two of them were Spaghetti carbonara, no thought or care had been put into the food, the two Spaghetti carbonara consisted of cooked Spaghetti with a very small amount of flavour at the bottom of the dish, its an easy meal to get right and I was very disappointed to be served with tasteless cooked pasta with a little bit of sauce at the bottom - Not worth the money!

Absolutely love the railway arches and all the architecture. Was served by a very lovely waitress, I think her name was Katie. She was so polite and answered all the questions I had. Had a great time and will be back soon.

Restaurant is in a beautiful building, really lovely setting. Food was delicious, as normal for Prezzo. Good value and great service.

Food was horrendous. My Italian friend always told me to never eat at italian chain restaurants. I had no idea prezzo was a chain. We ordered some starters like fries and a beef ravioli dish. The table that came 15 minutes after us were served before us. We had to wait an hour for our starters to be served. Severely understaffed for a Saturday night, that I wont blame them. But I think for £17?!!!? And getting undercooked ravioli is just ridiculous?!?? Manager came to speak to me, offered new dish. Ate this chicken Alfredo. Also £17. But it was so flavourless. Like as if they just smother it with bechamel and creme. Either way lesson learnt, want to eat good Italian? Go to a family owned Italian restaurant.

The worst! I used to go to Prezzo quite a lot before but recently it has gotten worse? Ordered truffle fries and the burrata burger yesterday which took ages to come. They forgot about the side dish, my burger came out wrong three times. I do not eat red meat so I had asked for a chicken burger specifying no red meat - the first burger came out as a beef burger. We told the manager that my friend could have it as we did not want to waste food but he refused to do it and threw it instead as ‘it is not free.’ Having told the chef about the mistake, he got angry behind the kitchen and threw the receipt like it was my fault he messed up the burger??? On arrival of the second burger, I realized it had bacon after biting into it and had to spit the rest out. The chef got angry again and said he will not make it which is questionable as it not my fault?? The truffle fries tasted like normal fries and we were told we coukd use more truffle oil as the oil has been soaked ???? like what. Anyway, staff is rude, food is below average. Never again.
