Outstanding Italian food. I had a massive authentic pepperoni pizza for the reasonable price of £14 with a shared large garlic bread. The service was great too, it was November 1st so all of the staff were in halloween costumes and the whole building was decorated. I had a great first time at Prezzo's!! Not too much choice of desert but you are too pleasantly full from the main course for it to matter much.

Absolutely fabulous. We arrived without a booking and only waited 5/10minutes for a table as the man who we spoke to found the room. Me and parents ordered our food and it was out in less than 10 minutes, the women who took and served our meal was also absolutely lovely and so was the man who helped us with the table! 10/10 on the service and the food was delicious. Definitely worth the visit.

Excellent experience, The man at the front desk was very accommodating, we turned up last minute on a very busy saturday night, they fitted us, and the service was brilliant, food was amazing, overall would definitely visit again. Top marks 👌

Super cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and great customer service. My experience with food wasn't that great, however. It turned out to be too salty or too oily and neither of us could finish it off.

Went here with my mum on a day trip to bath, the service is very quick and wide range of food! Would visit again! I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and my mum ordered a chicken salad!

I ordered the oven baked arrabiatta, the one with the melted mozzarella baked into it (and I was clear when ordering - pointed at the item on the menu and mentioned the mozzarella). The waitress bought me the regular arrabiatta with no mozzarella. I told her that I'd ordered the other one and she said that there wasn't one with mozzarella but eventually went in to ask the chef. She came out to say that there was one but that it'd cost extra, did I want that? Yes, I still wanted the item I originally ordered. She then brought me out my same dish but with a cold burrata on top. At this point I gave up because it was half cold and the waitress clearly had no idea what was going on. Very disappointing.

Arrived today at 18:20 to a moderately busy restaurant and was shown to our seats. 20 minutes later I had to ask if we could be served, at least a drink, and was told to sit and will be served “in a minute”. A further 10 minutes later we got up and left, spoke to the staff on the way out and was just told “thank you”. Could not recommend at all.

A disappointing visit to this place. It started off OK, I was given a table outside (it was not busy) and my order was quickly taken. I ordered a spaghetti carbonara and asked for a jug of water. My partner arrived after I had ordered and asked for a bruschetta and a coke. The water which I still hadn't got, I reminded the waiter about. A few minutes later my carbonara was brought to the table by a waitress (different person who had taken the order). She came with no cutlery so had to go back for that. Again I asked for the water, which eventually came. I was not offered Parmesan so had to ask for that too. The food was tasty enough, but the service left a lot to be desired. I did scan Prezzos review card to give my feedback there, but when I tried to do it, it asked for my till receipt number and how much I spent, so I couldn't do it that way as I had declined a receipt when asked.

Just got my pizza It was flip upside down an it’s Stone cold. So was the meatball Time period was too long. The driver was careless with my food

Location - very good, but in the end just your standard pizza from chain restaurants. Staff were very friendly and approachable and our food came in very good time.

Nice food, good service, it's just a shame there wasn't enough staff for anyone to sit outside on one of the nicest days of the year so far.

Great food. Busy when we arrived which was towards the end of the lunchtime rush. Seemed a bit light on staff. Had one waiter offer us someone else's food. When our friends arrived shortly after us, they were placed on a different table to us. All worked out in the end 👍

Decent food with very good service

Never had a bad meal here, always really fresh and tasty. Kids love it. Always good service too. I'd say Prezzo is one of the better chain restaurants, and this particular one is very good.

Good lunch, prices, atmosphere and service

Lovely feel to the building, great food, excellent customer service, but gets very loud when busy due to the building's acoustics.

We were extremely happy woth our lunch. Food was excellent, service accurate and prompt and the atmosphere in the restaurant just what I wanted. Overall, very pleased and worth a return visit

food arrived ice cold as it was 2.5 hours late.

Treated myself to a lunchtime roasted vegetable focaccia. Considering there was only 3 tables in use & mine was one of them, plus the other tables already had their food, it still took 5 minutes for anyone to come & take my order. It was advertised as having aubergine, slow roasted tomatoes, olives, rocket etc… you might as well call it an olive focaccia, as apart from 1 tiny thin piece of aubergine & 2 bits of tomato, the rest was just olives, olives & yes, more olives. Not a pleasant experience. I spoke to the waitress, who when I first arrived was very nice, but she was obviously not impressed with my thoughts on said food, it felt like she wanted to argue the point, but she eventually said a not really meant ‘sorry’ & walked off. A couple of minutes later the barman showed up with my bill, which I hadn’t asked for & it was obvious to me that the waitress didn’t want to deal with me & wanted me gone. To be honest that amused me no end. Needless to say I won’t be returning & I certainly wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone.

The place is very interesting, old atmosphere mixed with modern. The attendant changed the dishes for the 2 orders, getting the order wrong. She still came to confront our order, and she was the wrong one. We spent an excessive amount of time waiting for the correct dishes to be brought. Furthermore, one of the forks was dirty when we sat down at the table, another serious flaw. We ordered the garlic bread as a starter, it was very good! Tasty food but takes an irreparable time (50 minutes). The manager confirmed the error and did not apologize (serious error). The place is very interesting, old atmosphere mixed with modern furniture. The attendant changed the two dishes ordered. She still came to confront our order, and she was the wrong one. The staff were fine. The toilets were dirty and their was.issie with the general maintenance. The taps were rusted and theornwas a lock missing on the door. The portion size is tiny. The quality is fine but it is expensive. The size of my pizza was small and my wife stated her Bolognese was cold. We eat a mainnand went somewhere else.

Nice restaurant in the Railway Arches next to the Station. Has a nice feel and good atmosphere with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Alfredo Rigatoni Chicken at £15.95 was nice, Garlic Bread at £5.50 was also nice Lemonade £3.95. Service was friendly and efficient. I was grabbing something to eat with family who chose pizza, which was huge and looked nice 😋

Im sorry but this restaurant is awful I wasted my money I ordered chicken alferedo pasta but they bring me pasta with tomato and sweet paper the chicken had very bad smell , also husband ordered peperoni and they bring one of the worst pizza i ever see in my life we came from therma bath and we was hungry other way we didn’t eat it. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Great food fantastic atmosphere the only problem was the time it took it took 45:00 minutes to bring the 4 pizza out and 20:00 minutes to bring the drinks out but over than that fantastic

Poor quality food, I ordered 3 meals yesterday, two of them were Spaghetti carbonara, no thought or care had been put into the food, the two Spaghetti carbonara consisted of cooked Spaghetti with a very small amount of flavour at the bottom of the dish, its an easy meal to get right and I was very disappointed to be served with tasteless cooked pasta with a little bit of sauce at the bottom - Not worth the money!

Absolutely love the railway arches and all the architecture. Was served by a very lovely waitress, I think her name was Katie. She was so polite and answered all the questions I had. Had a great time and will be back soon.

Food was horrendous. My Italian friend always told me to never eat at italian chain restaurants. I had no idea prezzo was a chain. We ordered some starters like fries and a beef ravioli dish. The table that came 15 minutes after us were served before us. We had to wait an hour for our starters to be served. Severely understaffed for a Saturday night, that I wont blame them. But I think for £17?!!!? And getting undercooked ravioli is just ridiculous?!?? Manager came to speak to me, offered new dish. Ate this chicken Alfredo. Also £17. But it was so flavourless. Like as if they just smother it with bechamel and creme. Either way lesson learnt, want to eat good Italian? Go to a family owned Italian restaurant.

The worst! I used to go to Prezzo quite a lot before but recently it has gotten worse? Ordered truffle fries and the burrata burger yesterday which took ages to come. They forgot about the side dish, my burger came out wrong three times. I do not eat red meat so I had asked for a chicken burger specifying no red meat - the first burger came out as a beef burger. We told the manager that my friend could have it as we did not want to waste food but he refused to do it and threw it instead as ‘it is not free.’ Having told the chef about the mistake, he got angry behind the kitchen and threw the receipt like it was my fault he messed up the burger??? On arrival of the second burger, I realized it had bacon after biting into it and had to spit the rest out. The chef got angry again and said he will not make it which is questionable as it not my fault?? The truffle fries tasted like normal fries and we were told we coukd use more truffle oil as the oil has been soaked ???? like what. Anyway, staff is rude, food is below average. Never again.

We walked in and had a miserable employee who said what your name she said rudely. We waited and they finally got to us and we ordered. About 40 minutes later the food was here and we ordered pizza. The pizza cutter was about to collapse. The food was nice but really slow service. WONT BE COMING BACK!

We arrived for my daughters 10th b day. Waited ages to have our orders taken. Then they brought me the wrong dish. When I explained I thought it was the wrong dish I was told I must be mistaken as it’s looks the same. I had ordered sausage and fennel Ragu. What I had was lasagne. My food finally arrived whilst we were ordering dessert for the children and I finally got an apology. The. We watched as the table next to use was delivered the wrong pizza and they had a similar experience. I felt sorry for the waitress as she didn’t stop. The manager didn’t once look to help. He seemed more interested in getting take away orders ready. Still there were 4/5 people working the floor and about 20 tables. So really it shouldn’t have been an issue. I’d have thought a gesture of goodwill would have been appropriate e.g. sorry we’ve got your meal wrong and made u wait. Would you like another drink? Basics really. But nothing was forthcoming and we paid £87 for 3 pasta dishes, a garlic bread, a kids meal and 1 dessert. With 4 soft drinks. Felt the whole experience was a little poor and won’t be going there again. I will say once the food arrived it was good.

Was very impressed by the look and feel of this restraint. To begin the staff were helpful and polite however, afte the main course was served, we were forgotten about. I was going to order a pudding and coffee. However, in the end, I gave up, went to the bar, and paid NOT IMPRESSED.

Appaling service despite it not being too busy. Had to ask numerous times for one of the drinks amd was given a multitude of excuses as to why we never received it. Despite our booking giving us 1.5 hours, an hour in we were still waiting for food. Staff looked like deer in the headlights and the manager himself was a bit dense.

We visited “Prezzo” last night and had a super meal – creamy risottos. The service was great, as was the cocktails, we would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting bath. ,

Excellent customer service and excellent food. Love the quirkiness of the venue, built into some sort of tunnel or vaults or something!!! The manager on the night we visited was particularly helpful when there was an issue with our payment (thanks Tesco voucher!!!!!)

Tried the pasta with pesto and spinach, the pasta was over cooked and quite chewy, prawn risotto had a strong fishy taste to it. And the buratta was more like big ball of mozzarella. However the service was nice.

Overpriced. Also requested a candle or some token to mark the birthday of one of our party when it came round to desserts, and they didn't bother. If a dessert costs £8 and a candle costs 10p would it have killed them to stick one on the cake? The service wasn't great either.

The new name seems to be Nando's. As a South African where Nando's started back in the 80's, I was not impressed with what they had to offer (or weren't able to offer). I was put off when I tasted onion chutney instead of caramelised onions in my peta. Chips didn't seem fresh and one customer sent his chips back twice, bu the third time they eventually made him some fresh chips - now everyone knows that old chips are simply yuk!!

I had a large "posh pepperami" pizza which was really good. My booking was at 5pm, so not too busy, good service, and was very happy with everything.

Despite our booking not being found on the system (even showing them my email and the booking reference didn't help), the staff were able to seat us and serve us this evening. 🙏🏼 The food was brilliant and the service was great! We were especially happy with it waitress: Roisin. We had the calamari and beef ragy arancini starters which were great although we'd have appreciated the calamari to be a little more cooked and crispy. However, flavour was amazing! We both had the Beef in Chianti with Porcini Mash for the main which was full of flavour and to top it off, we had a dessert each! We had the chocolate cake and asked for it warm which made Mum super happy and I couldn't decide what to have before our waitress recommended the buscoss cheesecake - wowzer!! Just wish it wasn't with banana! I like it but it was odd. 🤣

The ambiance, the serving proportion, the taste, the staff- simple everything was amazing!

Kinda there but not quite. We’ve been here 2 days ago and never tried Prezzo restaurant before. We opted for the 2 small and one main course menu (22.50£ per each excluded drinks). You basically choose 2 small starters and one main course (pasta or salads or one cold platter). We both chose the burrata and it came cut in half which means a whole burrata split in 2 portion. Bland anyway. Caesar salad lack in taste as well. Calamari, arancini and pumpkin ravioli passed the test. Ordered a spritz supposed to be blended with gin but I didn’t taste it at all. Waiting staff very nice though, he suggested to add some more gin to the cocktail (still not quite drinkable).
