Prezzo - Euston in Camden

Very accommodating for 10 hungry ladies who hadn't pre-booked for an afternoon meal before catching a train back to Lancashire. We had a lovely friendly waitress from the Ukraine who somehow remembered all of our drinks order without writing anything down. Food was excellent and we didn't have to wait too long. Excellent choice on GF menu and I had a very tasty GF pizza. Couldn't fault the meal or service. It was a good way to end our weekend in London 👍

Goat Cheese pizza was ok ok ( Missing toppings)..but veg pasta is not very tasty...it contains tomato curry and that's it from my end.

Quick service and pretty good truffle fries, thank you. However, don't use the term Caesar salad on your menu because £16 for salad, 4 chicken strips and 3 pieces of stale garlic foccacia is excessive.

If you want ripping of use this restaurant. Children's drinks fruit shoot £4 small portions of spaghetti hardly any sauce expensive poor quality food. The staff to be fair were fairly good considering the rubbish they were having to serve. Brushetta what a joke a little bit of cold garlic pizza with a few tomatoes worst Brushetta ever my seafood spaghetti had 4 prawns in that's it .I know hospitality is having hard times but this not the way to keep customers even with money of promotions it is still poor value for money.

Visited this restaurant with my husband for dinner. We had Lobster and Prawn Ravioli, spinach and Ricotta cannelloni, some garlic. Bread and drinks. Service was excellent and the food we ate was very tasty. Would highly recommend.

The food and services were great, but omg, please don't polish the knife and forks and drop them onto top of each other. Do it at the back, please. Everyone was looking at you, my guy. It's not a nice thing to hear whilst trying to have a lovely dinner. Your entire staff should try to sit and eat whilst someone is polishing the knife and forks next to the bar and dropping into the tray. Do it at the back or have enough for an entire service.

My sister and I were on a day out in London and we decided to have our lunch at Prezzo Euston as it came highly recommend. We had a lovely meal which we really enjoyed served by the friendly staff, as we were about to leave my sister felt very unwell and started to faint, at this point I was amazed by the attention all the staff present that was given to us but above all by the manager who stayed by my sister side constantly while I went to get help. My sister and I will be eternally grateful for all your kindness.

This is a great Italian restaurant with fantastic pasta and pizza. Though it is a bit far from the city centre, there are some other places nearby in Euston. Here is a list of pros (and some other factors you might want to consider beforehand) of going to Prezzo for lunch (I visited this restaurant on Thursday so there wasn't a lot of people. Had lunch here before going back to Kings Cross Station to get train home

We came here after visiting Highgate Cemetery before catching our evening train. The hostess was very friendly and smiled. The server was efficient but no smile. That's fine with us as the food was very good. My husband ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara With Chicken and a side of garlic bread...so good. I usually order a hamburger or chicken sandwich. But I would definitely get the chicken carbonara next time. My husband got dessert which he liked. They no longer have the desserts that they had years ago....they used to have the best desserts. I no longer get dessert due to the change. Is the food expensive? Yes. But we enjoyed our meal and would come back.

Fast and friendly service. Our meal for four was hot and well cooked. Our children’s meals were brought out first, which is always appreciated.

The girl who was at the reception had a beautiful manner, so we entered the restaurant, but the staff inside do not smile and their behavior is dry. The prices are expensive without real value for the food, and there is no flexibility in dealing.

I have been to this particular restaurant several times without any issues. However, I ordered the seabass gnocchi, mixed salad, orange cheesecake and a pint of poretti. I got back home and now suffering from diarrhea and vomiting. I am not sure if the fish was properly cooked or if the milk that came with the orange cheesecake was off. I will not be dinning in this restaurant anymore.

Super pizzas, not-so-good lasagne (didn't seem to have any layers of pasta in it at all!!). Smiling and genuinely friendly staff. Nice to pop into if you have a train to catch via Euston Station just opposite. Also easy walking distance from here to Tottenham Court Road, Goodge Street, Kings Cross etc.

Food was good I have never seen a Carbonara pasta with chicken but it is not too bad The restaurant indicates it closes at 11pm but the kitchen closes at 10pm ! The price is very far too much expensive ! 20£ for a plate of a carbonara it’s huge First table propose by the waiter was a table for 2 people dressed for 4 ! Luckily the restaurant was empty and we were able to choose another table more adapted for 4 people

We came to London for a day’s sightseeing and a theatre trip and ended our day at Prezzo on Euston Road where we had a delicious meal, as always. The food was excellent and the service great, as we were served quickly in time to catch our train home. Once on the train however when driving out of London, we realised we had left a bag of shopping under the table in Prezzo. I telephoned the restaurant and spoke to a waitress, Yuliia, who confirmed they had found the bag under the table. I explained that we had no plans to return to London in the next few months and asked if it would be possible to post the bag to my home address. Yuliia very kindly agreed and posted the bag to me the very next day. I have obviously reimbursed Yuliia for the postage cost and cannot thank her enough for her kindness in returning the bag to me so quickly. She definitely went the extra mile to help a customer!

Great welcome and great meal. We had dinner and breakfast the next day. I recommend!!!!! A wide vegetarian choice.

Visited Prezzo Italian in London and left feeling a bit underwhelmed. The food was decent, but nothing to write home about. The real letdown was the service; the staff seemed tired and lacked enthusiasm, and the service was slow, showing no real commitment to providing a good dining experience. Wouldn't rush back.

A stop before our train on our way home. Food was quick (important with a hangry 7 year old!) and delicious. Service following our mains was a bit slow as they'd got quite busy, however gave us time to chill. Waitress was lovely & did apologise but it wasn't an issue. Shame I can't say the same about our train trip 🤣

Enjoyed mh chicken salad, others enjoyed pizza and pasta

The food was below average. I had the antipasti starter and although it was a good sized portion, the meat wasn’t great, bread was lovely. My crab spaghetti was tasteless and watery. My friend had the Caesar salad and didn’t enjoy either. Wouldn’t return or recommend.

We stopped by here on our way to St Pancreas and found it to be a good restaurant with good Italian seasoning. The pizza is offered in three different presentations, which is good and the pasta is well served. Overall the food is good but we didn't find it exceptional.

11 of us descended on Prezzo at Euston on a Wednesday evening. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were amazingly tolerant of our indecision over menu choices and the fact that we forgot to tell them we wanted separate bills. The food was good - my spaghetti with Devon crab was perfectly cooked and the other pasta dishes all looked great as well. The staff were the stars of the show though - helpful, good natured and chatty.

Prezzo at euston 4* - good but overpriced. Came here during a business trip & ate as a solo diner. Had sea bass Gnocci, which was delicious. It was a nice sized portion & very tasty but possibly slightly overpriced at £19. Then had the lotus biscoff cheesecake, again this was lovely and a decent sized portion but again overpriced at £9. Total bill - glass of white wine, glass of tap water, main and desert - cost £45.38 including an added service charge. Service was good, able to book online ahead of dining, good location near King’s Cross and Euston train stations.

Regularly eat in Prezzo Euston for convenience on my way home from work. It’s situated very close to Euston station (just across the road) and the food is some of the best I’ve tasted. Staff are always welcoming too

Lovely restaurant with a beautiful ambience. The staff were very helpful and caring. The pizza was not that tasty however so I would try something else next time.

The only good thing about this restaurant was the food. Otherwise the desserts were not very good and one of the waiters should change jobs (It's up to us to do the service: Put the plates on the table, it's up to us to manage. Don't give us the dessert menu. Not smiling. ) Pay the service extra for that… Too expensive for what it was.

Prezzo did a good job of being absolutely average in every respect and being a great baseline for a 3* review. Food was okay, but nothing great. The sauces were too sweet for my personal taste, the spices too weak, but in general it was all the definition of okay. Service again was mediocre- a bit slow and forgetful, but not terrible and courteous if not friendly.

My husband and I are Black. We walked in. The place was empty. We were sat at a nice table. All is well. I asked for a glass of water. The waiter brings a big bottle. I assumed this was one of those places that charged for water. That's fine. We order our food. We got the most expensive things in the menu. They brought out food. We started to eat, no problem. A white American couple come in. They sit relatively close to us. They were brought a caraf of water, not the big bottle that we were charged £5.50 for. They ordered their food. Shortly after, they were brought over their food. The waiter brought out a big triangle of cheese to grate over their food. I didn't even know that was an option. We ordered dessert. The waiter brought the wrong dessert. When I pointed it out, very politely, he said he'd switch it. That's great. He brought out a frozen piece of old cake. He didn't even put it in the microwave for a second to thaw it out. Needless to say, it was a terrible experience. The bill was too much for such a terrible experience.

Ordered the vegan spaghetti Bolognese and the spaghetti carbonara. Both dishes were fantastic. Fresh Italian parsley made it even better. Highly recommend.

Decent branch, food came fairly quickly and service was prompt. Nice atmosphere and wasn't overly busy. I'd say a little overpriced, our pizza's arrived on cold plates so the base of the pizza was fairly tough to eat soon after they arrived. I would always recommend serving on hot plates, but tasty non the less.

Food was served too quickly after ordering. There was no way it could have been freshly prepared in that time so it was likely reheated in the microwave. I also object to a service charge being automatically added to the bill.

Delicious food. Very helpful and polite waitress. Service was swift and staff were very attentive. We were seated immediately. Cannot complain at all.

We ate there twice and the truth is that we really liked it. They have a specific gluten-free menu and another vegan one. We tried several pizzas and the truth is that they were very good. The waiter who served us was very pleasant and the place is very good for family dining. We will repeat if we return to London.

This Prezzo is very conveniently located near Euston station. If you're hungry and want to get out of the station's hustle & bustle, this is the place. The food is made well even when the menu offers little surprise for those who've been to a Prezzo before. It gets very busy over lunch and after 5h pm, so reserve if you want to come around those times. The rest of the time, you can just walk in. I quite like the Prezzo menu, the Calzone and lasagna here are very good.

Food was OK but wouldn't hurry back or recommend it

Lovely meals on March 7th. Very prompt and efficient service. Katyrina , the waitress, was very friendly and helpful. Amazing experience. We look forward to returning when we are next staying in the Euston Station area. Thank you so much.

Food was okay but expensive. The staff was rushing us a lot to finish. We really felt unwelcome and pushed to paid and move. It was only 9:40pm and we arrived around 8:35pm.. really disappointed.

I had a truffle Gorgonzola burger. For the price (that one would justify through the truffle) I found the burger small, not tasting enough like truffle (almost at all) and made with a disappointing bun. The location and atmosphere are great and maybe I was only a bit unlucky. But still...

I know Prezzo is a chain restaurant, however this eve I had Gorgonzola and Mushrooms as a starter and Carbonara as a main course and couldn't fault either. Simple food cooked well. Service was good, prices were Ok for London. What's not to like?

After a very rainy walk fro Camden to Euston Station with a while before our train we popped into Prezzo on the off chance. They had plenty of space which was great. The food and drinks were reasonably priced for London and the service good. No complaints.

As tourist pensioners and lost in the vicinity on a dark and dismal night we phoned to say and were talked in where we were greeted and felt like family. The meals were very flavoursome and service prompt. A big shout out goes to ErgyS for his help.

Had chicken caesar salad with fries. Salad was OK, small portion size and chunky cucumber slices were out of place. Needed more dressing in my opinion. Carbonara has extremely thin sauce, almost watery. Good location, 2 mins from Euston Station.

5 for the most amazing Tre Gusti Calzone. Our starter garlic bread with balsamic onions and mozzarella was light and full of flavour. 4 for the service. However, this was only because it was so busy. What an experience for the taste buds. 👏

A meal before catching the Caledonian Sleeper. A noisy restaurant. A server who was efficient but offered no real interaction. The shared starter platter was OK but needed some greenery, rocket is hood. The pumpkin ravioli is disgusting it tastes like a roux if flour and water with no seasoning and no hint of oumpkin. They'd do better to pop round to waitrose who do s lovely balanced pumpkin ravioli!!

Came before getting my train home. The prices have shot up here. £8 for a small bread and £18 for pasta. Expensive for a chain restaurant. However the food was good and good service

At best mediocre pasta dish...had to ask for parmessan (imagine an Italian restaurant where it isn't offered), no one asked how my food was, if I wanted another drink (even though my glass was empty) ... the speedy attention only came when I asked for the bill. Wish I had used the hotel bistro instead

Our pastas initially arrived at the table quite cold but after pointing this out to the staff it was promptly heated up and returned to us, and was delicious. The young brunette waitress with glasses is a real star, and provided terrific service to us on New Years Eve 2023. The blonde waitress can learn from her.

Calamari Starters were simple okay But Bredrin, Don’t try the grill lol The tomato sauce is not fresh! So you know what to avoid. Tomato Sauce beyond repair.. had Sea Bass main and the sauce was dead! So acidic and tasted like fermentation mouthfuls.. Upon paying without complaints and just asking the server to pass the message to the chefs that the tomato sauce is beyond edible My man said “ it comes pre- prepared” Fast food , nothing more

We have a table booked for 9 pm, booked days in advance They called around 04.30 pm, to say that they kitchen closes at 9 pm and the restaurant 09:30 pm. Leaving us without options on the same day. Why the system allows to book a table at the same time the kitchen closes? Terrible customer service

Typical pizza place with a wide choice of pizzas. service good and efficient and fare tasty. Would eat there again. Pricey- but that is London all over.

Stopped by to grab a bite to eat before going to a show - super fast and friendly service, really enjoyed the chilled atmosphere. Noticed the surfaces around the top of the seating areas were super dusty and eye level whilst eating.

Someone in marketing has earnt his money! Prezzo sent me a birthday offer - either a free bottle of Prosecco or two free desserts. We were visiting in the area and, due to the offer, decided to find the nearest Prezzo. So, yes, we had two free desserts - but there were three of us and we had meals and drinks too (plus a third dessert)! Two of us had Chicken Saltimbocca whilst my daughter had a Chicken Burger. Then other two had Chocolate Cake while I had Chocolate and Cherry Sundae. I think that I had the better choices but they were all very good! The Euston Prezzo on a Wednesday afternoon was not very busy so we were served quickly and it was worth it. The only downside was that it would have been better to sit further from the front door as it could be a bit draughty. Also, very convenient for Euston Station across the road.

Makes you feel like grist in the corporate machine. £75 meal for two with one drink. Part of order arrived, part didn't, difficult to find anyone except when selling more. Ended up eating at separate times. Tap water never arrived. Service charge "optional" but included in total and card reader brusquely presented... Basically charging a different price than the menu.

After reading the menu and opting for spaghetti with a ‘generous portion of Cornish Crab’ I ended up with a bowl of spaghetti! After hunting around my plate for sight of anything resembling crab, I was told by the waitress that it’s mushed up in the sauce! There was a liquid in the bottom of the bowl that was definitely not a sauce and the spaghetti tasted completely bland. As I was not prepared to pay £18 for a bowl of plain spaghetti, the Manager asked if I wanted something else, so I ended up with pizza. Overpriced and a complete rip off.

Service was very good our waitress was very polite and courteous the food was amazing portions we're massive definitely worth the money we had dessert another massive portion but I did manage to finish it 🤣two glasses of prosecco 🥂 a little on the dear side for the size of glass but it was very nice for an afternoon treat with friends it was definitely worth it would visit again if I'm in the area

We had a catch-up with work colleagues, and the area was the most convenient. We were spoilt for choice on which restaurant to have our lunch. We ended up here. We were accommodated and were not disappointed. Staff were all nice and helpful. We had a fantastic time. We paid very reasonable prices and will certainly be back.

Very, very good Italian food. Biggest gripe with London outside of prices was that food really had no taste, everything was bland. This place was not. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. Which is surprising considering its a chain. We highly recommend.

3 adults and a child. Started well (greeted us with a smile, drink orders ok) but we had to ask for the kids menu (not important but the waitress was realy not attentive to us all along) waiters did not check on us, did take empty starters plate off the table. We Said yes for desert menu but the waitress never came back. She was at the bar with other members of staff, talking… we had to ask another waitress for the menu and our deserts. Got the feeling we were bothering them.

De ontvangst was hartelijk en de service vriendelijk, efficiënt en snel. De kwaliteit van twee van de vier gerechten was echter beneden alle peil. Nog nooit zo een fletse spaghetti carbonara gegeten. Saus zonder smaak en de stukjes vlees waren op 2 handen te tellen. Zelfde probleem bij de garnalen met gnocchi: niets van smaak te bespeuren. De andere schotels ( een salade en een hamburger) waren OK. Alles bij elkaar een spijtige, te dure ervaring.

Popped in here after train delays as hungry, we're fans of Prezzo never had a bad experience until now.. seated quickly, everything (inc toilets) very clean. Quick and polite service throughout impressive considering full restaurant and turnover (many people catching trains etc I guess). Now the food... I understand the holding company had closed many sites (inc our local) but seems as if they are cutting back on the quality of food? it was poor... very poor. Calamari was more crispy than content, mains salmon tasted like it was fresh out of a tin and the veg was not the greatest., the sea bass tasted old and was chewy, the tomato sauce with seabass was sharp and vinegary to the point it was inedible so left it. Then the bill... crikey... even allowing for the position of the restaurant wow.. yes we had a bottle of white wine, two starters, two mains (mostly left) and I know it all priced up before ordering but we were shocked... £100.54!!! This is Prezzo not Cote Brasserie (excellent food btw)... its a pizza / pasta joint. I know the holding company has it tough but closing sites, dumbing down the food, pushing prices up??? nah... you are just alienating loyal customers. No, I didn't complain (typically British) as the waiting staff worked so incredibly hard and consciously is wouldn't be fair, we just won't go back again here or maybe any site... sorry. Sad state of affairs..

I ordered vegan pasta, as I am vegan, whilst others at our table were not. Soon the waiter arrived announcing the pasta dish he brought as vegan and it was passed on to me. However, after trying it a bit I realised it actually tastes suspicios and recalled that my pasta was supposed to be with chilli which was not the case. Shortly after my realisation the actually vegan pasta dish arrived. We returned the pasta I started eating and my collegue whose pasta it was received her dish. Personally I found this experience quite distressing and on the border of being offensive, while I understand that it was just a mistake by the waiter who didn't think much of it. However, I am never going back to this place and do not recommend others to go if you are a vegan/ veggie or have an allergy, you meal can be swapped.

This restaurant is in a brilliant location, only a minute’s walk from the bustle of Euston Station. We visited three times during our recent stay in London. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and there is a much more relaxed atmosphere than in the eating places inside the nearby station. The food and service were excellent- a special mention to our fantastic waitress Angela who was friendly, efficient and attentive. Highly recommended.
