Prezzo - Euston in Camden

Excellent food, wine, hot choc, and lemon meringue pie. Great service. Not massive on atmosphere, but never mind. ❤️

We ate there twice and the truth is that we really liked it. They have a specific gluten-free menu and another vegan one. We tried several pizzas and the truth is that they were very good. The waiter who served us was very pleasant and the place is very good for family dining. We will repeat if we return to London.

This Prezzo is very conveniently located near Euston station. If you're hungry and want to get out of the station's hustle & bustle, this is the place. The food is made well even when the menu offers little surprise for those who've been to a Prezzo before. It gets very busy over lunch and after 5h pm, so reserve if you want to come around those times. The rest of the time, you can just walk in. I quite like the Prezzo menu, the Calzone and lasagna here are very good.

Food was OK but wouldn't hurry back or recommend it

Food was okay but expensive. The staff was rushing us a lot to finish. We really felt unwelcome and pushed to paid and move. It was only 9:40pm and we arrived around 8:35pm.. really disappointed.

Lovely meals on March 7th. Very prompt and efficient service. Katyrina , the waitress, was very friendly and helpful. Amazing experience. We look forward to returning when we are next staying in the Euston Station area. Thank you so much.

I had a truffle Gorgonzola burger. For the price (that one would justify through the truffle) I found the burger small, not tasting enough like truffle (almost at all) and made with a disappointing bun. The location and atmosphere are great and maybe I was only a bit unlucky. But still...

I know Prezzo is a chain restaurant, however this eve I had Gorgonzola and Mushrooms as a starter and Carbonara as a main course and couldn't fault either. Simple food cooked well. Service was good, prices were Ok for London. What's not to like?

After a very rainy walk fro Camden to Euston Station with a while before our train we popped into Prezzo on the off chance. They had plenty of space which was great. The food and drinks were reasonably priced for London and the service good. No complaints.

As tourist pensioners and lost in the vicinity on a dark and dismal night we phoned to say and were talked in where we were greeted and felt like family. The meals were very flavoursome and service prompt. A big shout out goes to ErgyS for his help.

Had chicken caesar salad with fries. Salad was OK, small portion size and chunky cucumber slices were out of place. Needed more dressing in my opinion. Carbonara has extremely thin sauce, almost watery. Good location, 2 mins from Euston Station.

5 for the most amazing Tre Gusti Calzone. Our starter garlic bread with balsamic onions and mozzarella was light and full of flavour. 4 for the service. However, this was only because it was so busy. What an experience for the taste buds. 👏

A meal before catching the Caledonian Sleeper. A noisy restaurant. A server who was efficient but offered no real interaction. The shared starter platter was OK but needed some greenery, rocket is hood. The pumpkin ravioli is disgusting it tastes like a roux if flour and water with no seasoning and no hint of oumpkin. They'd do better to pop round to waitrose who do s lovely balanced pumpkin ravioli!!

Came before getting my train home. The prices have shot up here. £8 for a small bread and £18 for pasta. Expensive for a chain restaurant. However the food was good and good service

At best mediocre pasta dish...had to ask for parmessan (imagine an Italian restaurant where it isn't offered), no one asked how my food was, if I wanted another drink (even though my glass was empty) ... the speedy attention only came when I asked for the bill. Wish I had used the hotel bistro instead

Our pastas initially arrived at the table quite cold but after pointing this out to the staff it was promptly heated up and returned to us, and was delicious. The young brunette waitress with glasses is a real star, and provided terrific service to us on New Years Eve 2023. The blonde waitress can learn from her.

Calamari Starters were simple okay But Bredrin, Don’t try the grill lol The tomato sauce is not fresh! So you know what to avoid. Tomato Sauce beyond repair.. had Sea Bass main and the sauce was dead! So acidic and tasted like fermentation mouthfuls.. Upon paying without complaints and just asking the server to pass the message to the chefs that the tomato sauce is beyond edible My man said “ it comes pre- prepared” Fast food , nothing more

We have a table booked for 9 pm, booked days in advance They called around 04.30 pm, to say that they kitchen closes at 9 pm and the restaurant 09:30 pm. Leaving us without options on the same day. Why the system allows to book a table at the same time the kitchen closes? Terrible customer service

Typical pizza place with a wide choice of pizzas. service good and efficient and fare tasty. Would eat there again. Pricey- but that is London all over.

Either the hours are incorrect or they felt like leaving early. Booted out at 9 pm when the hours online said 11 pm.

Stopped by to grab a bite to eat before going to a show - super fast and friendly service, really enjoyed the chilled atmosphere. Noticed the surfaces around the top of the seating areas were super dusty and eye level whilst eating.

Someone in marketing has earnt his money! Prezzo sent me a birthday offer - either a free bottle of Prosecco or two free desserts. We were visiting in the area and, due to the offer, decided to find the nearest Prezzo. So, yes, we had two free desserts - but there were three of us and we had meals and drinks too (plus a third dessert)! Two of us had Chicken Saltimbocca whilst my daughter had a Chicken Burger. Then other two had Chocolate Cake while I had Chocolate and Cherry Sundae. I think that I had the better choices but they were all very good! The Euston Prezzo on a Wednesday afternoon was not very busy so we were served quickly and it was worth it. The only downside was that it would have been better to sit further from the front door as it could be a bit draughty. Also, very convenient for Euston Station across the road.

Makes you feel like grist in the corporate machine. £75 meal for two with one drink. Part of order arrived, part didn't, difficult to find anyone except when selling more. Ended up eating at separate times. Tap water never arrived. Service charge "optional" but included in total and card reader brusquely presented... Basically charging a different price than the menu.

After reading the menu and opting for spaghetti with a ‘generous portion of Cornish Crab’ I ended up with a bowl of spaghetti! After hunting around my plate for sight of anything resembling crab, I was told by the waitress that it’s mushed up in the sauce! There was a liquid in the bottom of the bowl that was definitely not a sauce and the spaghetti tasted completely bland. As I was not prepared to pay £18 for a bowl of plain spaghetti, the Manager asked if I wanted something else, so I ended up with pizza. Overpriced and a complete rip off.

Service was very good our waitress was very polite and courteous the food was amazing portions we're massive definitely worth the money we had dessert another massive portion but I did manage to finish it 🤣two glasses of prosecco 🥂 a little on the dear side for the size of glass but it was very nice for an afternoon treat with friends it was definitely worth it would visit again if I'm in the area

Very, very good Italian food. Biggest gripe with London outside of prices was that food really had no taste, everything was bland. This place was not. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. Which is surprising considering its a chain. We highly recommend.

Good venue for a colleague leaving party. Good low carb options.

We had a catch-up with work colleagues, and the area was the most convenient. We were spoilt for choice on which restaurant to have our lunch. We ended up here. We were accommodated and were not disappointed. Staff were all nice and helpful. We had a fantastic time. We paid very reasonable prices and will certainly be back.

3 adults and a child. Started well (greeted us with a smile, drink orders ok) but we had to ask for the kids menu (not important but the waitress was realy not attentive to us all along) waiters did not check on us, did take empty starters plate off the table. We Said yes for desert menu but the waitress never came back. She was at the bar with other members of staff, talking… we had to ask another waitress for the menu and our deserts. Got the feeling we were bothering them.

De ontvangst was hartelijk en de service vriendelijk, efficiënt en snel. De kwaliteit van twee van de vier gerechten was echter beneden alle peil. Nog nooit zo een fletse spaghetti carbonara gegeten. Saus zonder smaak en de stukjes vlees waren op 2 handen te tellen. Zelfde probleem bij de garnalen met gnocchi: niets van smaak te bespeuren. De andere schotels ( een salade en een hamburger) waren OK. Alles bij elkaar een spijtige, te dure ervaring.

Popped in here after train delays as hungry, we're fans of Prezzo never had a bad experience until now.. seated quickly, everything (inc toilets) very clean. Quick and polite service throughout impressive considering full restaurant and turnover (many people catching trains etc I guess). Now the food... I understand the holding company had closed many sites (inc our local) but seems as if they are cutting back on the quality of food? it was poor... very poor. Calamari was more crispy than content, mains salmon tasted like it was fresh out of a tin and the veg was not the greatest., the sea bass tasted old and was chewy, the tomato sauce with seabass was sharp and vinegary to the point it was inedible so left it. Then the bill... crikey... even allowing for the position of the restaurant wow.. yes we had a bottle of white wine, two starters, two mains (mostly left) and I know it all priced up before ordering but we were shocked... £100.54!!! This is Prezzo not Cote Brasserie (excellent food btw)... its a pizza / pasta joint. I know the holding company has it tough but closing sites, dumbing down the food, pushing prices up??? nah... you are just alienating loyal customers. No, I didn't complain (typically British) as the waiting staff worked so incredibly hard and consciously is wouldn't be fair, we just won't go back again here or maybe any site... sorry. Sad state of affairs..

I ordered vegan pasta, as I am vegan, whilst others at our table were not. Soon the waiter arrived announcing the pasta dish he brought as vegan and it was passed on to me. However, after trying it a bit I realised it actually tastes suspicios and recalled that my pasta was supposed to be with chilli which was not the case. Shortly after my realisation the actually vegan pasta dish arrived. We returned the pasta I started eating and my collegue whose pasta it was received her dish. Personally I found this experience quite distressing and on the border of being offensive, while I understand that it was just a mistake by the waiter who didn't think much of it. However, I am never going back to this place and do not recommend others to go if you are a vegan/ veggie or have an allergy, you meal can be swapped.

This restaurant is in a brilliant location, only a minute’s walk from the bustle of Euston Station. We visited three times during our recent stay in London. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and there is a much more relaxed atmosphere than in the eating places inside the nearby station. The food and service were excellent- a special mention to our fantastic waitress Angela who was friendly, efficient and attentive. Highly recommended.

We had an okay meal here. Food was nice but quite expensive for what it is. Very close to Kings Cross, Euston and St Pancras stations so expected it to be a bit of a premium. A mistake on our bill led to us being overcharged we and had to dig our heels in a bit to get a refund.

Great service, cocktails and food. Lighting a bit stark for my tastes, and very echoey/noisy space could do with acoustic treatment on walls and ceiling.

The food is excellent but my son ordered calzone which hadn't been served 10 minutes after everyone else's order had been served. We queried it and it was still another 10 minutes at least before it arrived. Mistakes happen but the waitress insisted there was none. No apology. So apparently it is acceptable to serve one person 20+ minutes after everyone else.

Pasta carbonara- it is not a real carbonara too much cream no eggs, its not right and im not happy i paid 18 p for it

Emptier than expected on a Friday at around 4pm but that was a bonus! Plenty of seating, service was fast. Good variety in food so if you're vegetarian or vegan, or gluten free, you have a few options. First time I've gone to a main chain for pizza and they've given the option for vegan meat on your food, which was nice. You can scan a qr code on the table to pay the final bill, or split it, if you prefer. Location is about a 3-5 minute walk from Euston Station, in a very central location.

Food tasted great, special kids menu which offered great choice and value for money. Location perfect (facing Euston Station) and very friendly staff. Wish we could eat here every evening!!! We loved it!

Second time we visit. Last time was great but the Second worse. Maybe the vegetables wasn't fresh in the bolonse and the fish. But the waiter brought us a nice cheese cage. So we end with a good taste. The salad was also fine.

Food was fine but bad service. I saw 2 tables who had arrived after me have their order taken 1st. I had to flag a waiter down after about 10 minutes and there was no apology. When food came it was placed down across me and there was no checking everything was ok. Waiter was more interested in chatting to other staff. I did not appreciate that a service charge was automatically added as I would not have tipped if given the choice.

I would like to start by saying Tatiana the manager on duty handled the situation brilliantly. However the service by the waiter at the beginning, and the plastic in my food. It was honestly the worst experience I've had in a prezzo

A nice pre-travel meal close to both my hotel and the train station. I got an aperol spritz and the spaghetti carbonara and both were delicious. Good service, just a little hard to flag down to grab the check. Definitely best if you’re nearby and/or traveling, not someplace I would go out of my way to visit. Cin cin!

If i could give this restraunt 0 stars, I would. Firstly the customer service was absolutely terrible and took a very very long time to come and take our order. They wouldn't let me order from the kids menu, even though i disclosed that I had diabetes and it doesn't make any difference as i'm paying the same price for less food. The manager Nick was very rude and wouldn't at all listen to our concern or hear anything we were saying. If you want a nice dining experience I absolutely would not recommend.

As soon as we sat down, the waiter appeared to have an odd attitude and I merely asked if it was possible if our 2 year could have his food come out first. The waiter shrugged and said it gets cooked when it gets cooked! We then asked for a jug of water and he appeared with 2 small glasses of water. We ordered and when the food arrived he simply placed the food on the table with no conversation, not asking us if we needed anything or any drinks. This rude individual then decided to just hang out with his colleagues and they all just sat around having a social between themselves! At no point in the meal did anyone ask us if we needed anything or how the meal was. We had to essentially shout across to get their attention so we could ask for a dessert for our toddler. The person who came across was advised that the service was awful and we would not be paying any service charge. His attitude was unbelievable – he claimed he was the manager and that a service charge wasn’t added to the bill rather than ask what the issue was or even apologise. This apparent manager had an extremely bad attitude and couldn’t care less. The waiter and this manager then sat around talking in a foreign language which made us even more comfortable. The complete lack of service completely ruined our meal and the atmosphere felt awful. Not what you expect when going out for meal. This must be the worse experience ever. We are a gay male couple with 2 young boys and can’t think of any reason for the complete lack of service and attitude other than homophobic staff. We immediately complained to the CEO email but surprise, surprise no response despite the email being delivered. Prezzo obviously have no regard to customer complaints.

Rigatoni with smoked salmon & cream sauce was smothered in hot pepper. There are foods that works with, but not so much with salmon.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendliness, attention, and precision. Our server asked about allergies right away too, so while this wasn't an issue for our family, it was a pleasant surprise that they asked. The food was delicious, and there was no wait. Rigatoni Alla Rusticana was amazing! This place is fantastic!

Hacía estado en esta misma pizzería hacia unos tres años y la experiencia fue muy buena. Por eso este año cuando vivimos a Londres decidimos cenar allí. No me apetecía pizza y pedí ensalada césar, que fue lo que hacía pedido la última vez y me había encantado. Pero no tenían, así que me pedí la otra ensalada que tenían en la carta, con aguacate y bacon. No me gustó nada, solo tenía lechuga, casi nada de aguacate y el bacon todavía lo estoy buscando. He de decir que mis compañeros comieron pizza y todas estaban buenísimas. Pedimos una botella de vino tinto, y estaba malísimo. Con respecto al personal, la verdad es que eran muy amables, pero cuando se acercó la hora de cerrar empezaron a retirar las cosas de la mesa, y se acercaban por el lado de la compañera que aún seguía comiendo, dándole a entender que tenía que terminar. Como colofón final, nos apagaron las luces.

Went here to use a gift voucher I was given. Very disappointed. £21.95 (😳) for 1 mediocre pizza. Hardly any topping, Pepperoni was hard and chewy with not much else on the top except for lots of rocket. Actually shocked at the poor quality considering the price. Starter too at £9.95 was 7 bits of chewy calamari. It is no wonder so many branches have closed. Won't ever be going again.

I have come to London many times and I find all waiters very friendly and courteous, but not in this restaurant. No one smiles and just point at the table you can sit at. I ordered the lasagne and was told it was not available by a waiter who shrugged his shoulders when I told him i was disappointed. The plates of ravioli my husband and I chose were rather skimpy so we added a pizza to share and asked for an extra plate. We were given a salad one. My cousin cannot do stairs but does not speak English and could not explained that so she was not allowed to use the disabled washroom and that is appalling.

My husband and I came here for dinner twice, and were very happy with our meals ( mushroom pizza, chicken avocado salad, rigatoni, garlic bread. The staff were friendly and attentive, and also very helpful.

Adore pretty much everything on the Prezzo menu. Delicious pizza's and pasta's with so much flavour. Something for everyone

I walked in and ordered a pepperoni pizza. I walked all the way back to my hotel to find out they gave me just a cheese pizza. I called the store to have them refund my order or deliver a pizza to my hotel and they said they didn’t deliver and could only refund my card if I walked back to the restaurant. I was also offered “a discount” on another pizza which isn’t helpful when leaving London early in the morning. They are rubbish and incompetent. Avoid them. Go to Pizza Express down the street instead. Wish I had.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We have been given a voucher from our friend for a dinner for 2. We checked which restaurants honour the voucher and pre booked our visit in advance. On arrival we have been informed by a manager that they are not working with by a gift (company which issued voucher)anymore. I told him that I was able to book a table and I was issued with the code on the prezzo website. He said he can offer us a discount. This company is a scam. I will never ever go there again. Avoid at any cost!!! I’m going to contact voucher provider for a refund. Overally the worst experience ever!!!

Service was great but I wasn't a huge fan of the caesar salad - it was quite plain. The truffle fries were nice and the pasta is usually not bad.

A lovely Prezzo restaurant really close to Euston and Cartwright Gardens. Great service, the usual good food and they accepted the O2 Priority discount. A nice place to eat & drink before/after catching the train.

Good food at reasonable prices, close enough to Euston to make it with your luggage and retreat from the transient hubbub of dining within the station.

I was keen to have an Italian dinner near my place of residence. This restaurant was literally five minutes away. I was being shown to a table where I would have been squeezed between two other tables. I told the maitre d' that I was not too happy, and could he do something better; which he did. It was a toss between the spaghetti or the pizza and the pizza won! I had a ham, mushroom and marscapone pizza with roasted olives. It was about 12 inches and it was absolutely delicious. I had the house red wine, which was Sangiovese Emilia Romagna. Divine. Dry and just the right taste. For dessert, I wanted to try the Sicilian lemon meringue but the maestro, whose name is Mitro, said I should try the Biscoff cheesecake with banana. Frankly, i found it tooo dry! Mitro in my language means friends ( Hindi) . I must say that he is an excellent host with a good understanding of his customer's needs. He hails from Albania originally, but basically is half Greek & half Albanian. I am sure that he will carve out a great career for himself. My spaghetti and the lemon meringue are still pending. So hopefully I shall have them before I depart from London.

We were seated pretty quickly and our mains were delivered within 15 mins of being seated which was great. They didn’t bother bringing us the starter we ordered though for some reason. We seemed to be in a black hole where nobody was really looking after our table, we waited at least 15 mins for anybody to offer us dessert. When it came it was massively disappointing, almost £8 for a “sundae” which consisted of 2 scoops of ice cream, a little bit of squirty cream and 3 cherries. We then waited a further 25 mins for the bill, as once again nobody was looking after the table. When the server asked if everything was ok, we fed back the service was a little slow, to which he seemed to sulk and didn’t say anything else or even apologise. This poor value and service probably explains why they are having to close stores.

First off, let me compliment our server Soraia, politely taking or order, attentive when serving, ensuring all was good, most pleasant, an asset to the company. Our food was served hot and was delicious, including 2 drinks the cost for London was very reasonable 👌

Great food and service, portions on the small size mind!

Staff were unhelpful and came across as judgmental as my fiancée told them about her dietary requirements (gluten and dairy free). We were told that they couldn’t say for sure what any of the ingredients in the dishes were as they’d thrown away the packaging. We were only handed a scrappy old piece of paper with very vague outlines on what was available which amounted to basically nothing. After we’d made it clear that there was nothing she could eat they had the balls to ask me what I would like as if I’m going to sit there and eat without her! Needless to say we finished our drinks and went to Nandos.

Attended for a family evening meal with young kids. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Food was good, vegan pepperoni pizza was a little cooler than I would expect but nothing to really moan about. Kids meals were really good and everything came out quickly. We would recommend eating here to anyone wanting a Prezzo experience near to King's Cross.
