Absolutely the most delicious food and fresh, well cooked and best Italian restaurant i've been to. A LOT of food options that i didn't know what to pick! I would definitely try them next time. The atmosphere was really great and the relaxing music fit well with the vibe there. It was quiet and talking was easy. The service was also really fast and friendly, we didn't have to wait long for our food. The waitress kept checking on us to see we have water and everything is good. Overall me and my partner left with a very good first impression. We enjoyed our night very much and we will definitely come here again!

We have a nice meal in here after visiting the British museum which is not far from here. The meal set is good we have pasta and pizza and salad and wine, beautiful decorations and cosy atmosphere

Goksen was our waiter. Very attentive. Just mentioned it was my cousins birthday and he prepared a pudding plate with candle and birthday song! Sphag Bol and salad good.

Service was on point even though they were busy! The Caprwse salad was refreshing and the Margarita pizza hit the spot.

Beautiful place but no music. Food is average and price is extortionate. Wait time was okay. Only 1 toilet and 1 disabled toilet in the whole restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend personally.

Fabulous traditional Italian. We had a slight mishap on arrival (accidental spillage) but it was dealt with brilliantly. Tiramisu to die for!

we had pasta and pizza but does not taste good at all! pasta was super very dry and pizza was as hard as cookies, not worth paying it is just expensive.

Looks like a lovely restaurant which we booked for a Friday evening. Unfortunately we got stuck in unexpected traffic and tried to ring the restaurant to explain we would be 15 minutes late but despite not answering our call they gave our table away 10 mins after our booking time. I could understand if we were more than 15 minutes late but we weren’t and our call wasn’t answered despite having our phone number with the booking.

The pasta aribiata and chicken Kiev were very good. Was waiting a while for our table. Focaccia was just pizza bread with rosmary and oil. Calimari overcooked. Overall, underwhelming but close to theatre which was handy.

Excellent food and service. Not very full so detracted from atmosphere but sure it would have a buzz when more customers.

I have never been to a restaurant that has brought the bill to the table before being asked. Abruptly plonked on the table, then returned with the card machine. Very rude as we had not been at the table barely an hour. Obviously wanted the table? Perhaps we didn’t order enough? Mediocre food anyway & very over priced. Certainly won’t be eating there again. Good manners cost nothing & that’s what I’d like to have paid!!

It’s fine. 5 stars is world class, 4 stars is really good, go to Italian restaurant that you brag and recommend, 3 stars is a place you leave satisfied but not impressed… I asked for best dish and the waiter haphazardly recommended chicken Milanese. It came out quick and was cooked well but not overly complex nor tasty, just lemon juice on the side. the chips were crispy but lacked seasoning and flavor. I noticed this was a pattern during or London stay, maybe it’s the type of potato they use? My wife order seafood pasta and the pasta was tasty though the seafood was small portions. Chopped up baby octopus and small mussels, two shrimps. Probably frozen. Not as fresh as we had two nights before somewhere else. She liked it but said she wouldn’t come back or recommend. Service was limited to just the order and the check, they left us alone. Tables are close together, the 3 generations of women next to us discussed the granddaughters plans for magic Mike shows lol.

Nice cosy Italian restaurant near Tottenham Court Road- would recommend the spaghetti bolognese. The service was quick and I think it's a good choice for a pre theatre dinner

The food was very good but the service was very peremptory and impersonal. We had booked for Valentine's day in the early evening and were told in no uncertain terms that we only had the table for 90 minutes. Shan't bother to go back.

Es bastante asqueroso cuando su hija de 5 años pide pasta simple y se le cobra £ 17. 95 ! Lo malo también es el servicio. Tuvimos que pedir a alguien para tomar nuestra bebida / comida y nadie vino a preguntarnos cómo era nuestra comida. También había un especial, pero solo vi esto cuando me fui y no me dijeron al respecto cuando pedí - mal servicio al cliente.

The food is just average...but not tasteless. However, it is a waste to pay that money to eat it. The service is not good haha I pour water and charge a service fee. Anyway, the atmosphere isn't that great either.

I had salmon pasta which was nicely done. The service was good and friendly. The ambience of the place was fresh with plant walls and ambient music. What made me a little conscious about my eating was the constant hoovering around of waiters trying to move tables here and there. I was also told to leave after an hour, but at least no one came to rush me. This was informed only after I was seated. Overall a fine experience.

Food was excellent, service initially great, then the second we put down our cutlery they bought over the bill, i still had a glass of wine to drink and then we were hounded every minute until we paid the bill and were asked to leave. Such a shame as really spoilt our evening, the prices are fairly high for a pizza/pasta and to be treated so badly is not acceptable.

Food is well prepared, hot and tasty. Floor staff are attentive but not intrusive. Cosy atmosphere and the visible bustle outside seems a million away.

Food is well overpriced for what it is, staff were nice and meant well but really weren't on it or sharp; bringing our food over and asking "If we ordered" or "is this yours?!", rather than stating the name of the dishes they brought. Good wait skills don't take much, but when they're bad they're all you can notice! Service charge of around 12% (which didn't look optional) was a bit rich considering. Decor is nice, but probably not on the agenda a second time.

Leer los comentarios antes de reservar este restaurante, sinceramente nos sentimos como un restaurante de comida rápida, llegamos a las 5 y no estaba muy ocupado, así que pensamos en relajarnos con una bebida y navegar por el menú, 4 veces la camarera nos preguntó si estábamos listos en menos de 5 minutos, finalmente pedimos y nuestros entrantes salieron en cuestión de segundos, sin condimento o aderezo, así que tuvimos que pedir eso, mientras seguía comiendo ( tenía mi cuchillo y tenedor en mis manos ) la camarera trató de despejarnos, dos veces dije que no había terminado y ella todavía compró nuestra comida principal y la colocó en la mesa se alejó y no dejó cubiertos, la llamé de vuelta ella simplemente se encogió de hombros y se alejó, un camarero finalmente nos compró cubiertos La comida era mediocre, lo mejor eran las verduras frescas 30 minutos después habíamos pagado y estábamos en camino, no es una comida muy relajante en absoluto y el personal definitivamente necesita formación, gerente estaba sentado en la ventana haciendo papeleo y parecía que no podía ser molestado! Piensa que solo porque están en una posición privilegiada en Londres no tienen que preocuparse porque no verán la misma cara dos veces, una pena y un desperdicio de mi dinero ganado con tanto esfuerzo.

Had a lovely meal - visited on a Tuesday prior to the theatre. We had no reservation but got the last table in the restaurant! The service was very good, attentive but not intrusive. Food was delicious. Would highly recommend.

I booked a table for 13 for tonight over 2 weeks ago. This is an annual family trip to the theatre where we only get together once a year. Giotto canceled our booking at lunchtime today, even after I confirmed it yesterday. They offered me “private dining” in their sister restaurant (savour faire). If I’d wanted to book a “French” restaurant I would have done. We were put in the basement, the toilets are dirty and damp, cardboard on the floor, the food was barely average and the only positive was the nice waiter. Lots of verbal apologies but nothing offered for free or discounts. Furious 😡

I booked a table for four at this restaurant, but just four hours before our reservation, I received an email informing me that our booking had been cancelled due to a lack of available tables. This is both outrageous and unacceptable, especially given the short notice and the fact that they chose to email rather than call. We could easily have missed the email and arrived at the restaurant expecting a meal, only to be met with disappointment and frustration. I do not recommend this place.

We had booked here before going to the theatre. Got there and had to wait 35 minutes past the booking time to get seated, even then they put us in two tables in different parts of the restaurant as they couldn't fit us in (there were only 5 of us so not a huge group). A group after us had the same issue. Looking at their TripAdvisor reviews this is a common issue. My pizza arrived on a cold plate, luke warm, you'd get better at pizza express. My families pasta dishes all looked pretty basic (cold plates too) Rip off place aimed at less informed tourists, given it's London you have far better choice virtually everywhere!

Lovely Italian restaurant. Classic menu. Delicious pizzas. Quick service and only 5 minute walk from the Dominion Theatre. A little pricey, £60 for 2 pizzas, 2 cokes and 2 teas! Pizza was yummy though!

Service was a bit poor, was really difficult to get anyone's attention so we could order anything so slow service and then we were told we had to be out within an hour as the table was booked for after us. Understandable but didn't really feel like that was our fault. Carbonara was poor. The price that you're paying for the portion size and the quality is insane. Came out luke warm, it was so dry and bland like they forgot the sauce. Was just disappointing for almost £20. I will say the decor and atmosphere was nice, and in a good location. Red wine also good.

Lovely meal with good service and a nice relaxed atmosphere. I'd read other reviews about people feeling like they were being rushed for their table, and I can see why as there was a queue as we left, but we didn't experience this feeling ourselves. A bit expensive, but that's central London. Would definitely visit again.

Despite the correct decoration, the atmosphere, the service and the food are much too expensive, the value for money is not there at all, despite the reservation, they still separated us and made two different tables, I do not advise you not this place at all.

My only criticism is that the bill was brought to us whilst we were still finishing our drink. We only had a main meal and were there for just over an hour & felt hurried and pushed out. There were still plenty of tables free. For that reason I wouldn’t go again !

Considering the food came out all at once which was not requested, Arrya who i believe is a team leader was fantastic he immediately understood and showed gratitude. This would have been our 4th visit and if not for Arrya it would probably would have been our last. We will be back again.
