Pizza Express in Camden

There was only one table occupied, yet they didn't let us sit at the small table by the armchair, but they did let us sit at the one in front. As we were leaving, they did let others sit there, even though it wasn't reserved. We paid £60 for two pizzas and two beers, which was very expensive for what you get, but not for London. The pizzas were delicious, and we really enjoyed eating. The staff was a bit pushy; from the moment we sat down until we got up, they came to our table eight times in half an hour.

A nuestra hija de 7 años le encantó la comida de la niña, especialmente las bolas de masa con hummus, que terminamos pidiéndole más. Ella encontró el postre de brownie de chocolate "demasiado chocolate", que estaba bien para mí, ya que había más para los padres. Intentamos pedir el Bruno, pero estaba agotado, pero realmente disfrutamos del Hot American y lo recomendaría encarecidamente. deliciosa pizza combinada con una buena carta de vinos y cervezas, comida que satisfizo a nuestro a veces - altamente crítico - niño, y gran personal? ¡Es una victoria para nosotros, volveremos!

Really good service from our waiter, unfortunately can't remember the name! However, the manager Pedro was kind to us and made sure everything went well for us. We were a table of 16 so they did very well and got everything right. If the name of our waiter could be mentioned please do as he was really good!

Second time in Pizza Express, and they haven't disappointed us. They are not like the normal chain restaurants. Their service is top of the class.

You should be ashamed to have low cleaning standards. For £18 a basic pizza, customer should have clean loos.

Pizza was okay. Two identical cocktails for 10 pounds were great. Waiter very attentive and has his area under control. Met again by chance in the pub and waved. Facilities and ambience are more like a fast food chain. In Richmond it's classier and not so worn out. But of course it also has a higher number of visitors. Highly recommended

Cada vez que llegamos a este expreso de pizza tenemos el peor servicio. Las camareras son groseras y nuestra comida siempre viene fría o estamos esperando 45 minutos para empezar. Incluso nos quedamos esperando para conseguir una mesa durante 10 minutos cuando está vacía. No soy de los que dejan comentarios, pero este es el mal servicio más consistente que he recibido. Reservamos el día anterior y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no nos servirían comida durante 45 minutos.

Price is double that of a pizza in Italy, and the “classic pizza” comes in at half the size of a normal traditional one. The dough felt industrial, as the other ingredients did. Didn’t expect an outstanding meal when I went in, but nonetheless I was very disappointed.

Enjoyed pizzas (meatball was good!) and salads (Caesar and Nicoise) as well as the dough bites for a starter. Quite good. Even finished with tiramisu and coffee. Service was impeccable!

Close to Kings Cross station, this is a good place to grab lunch whilst you wait for a train. Staff are really friendly with an extensive menu.

We had a very lovely evening! The food was delicious, as always, and our server Astro was extremely friendly and helpful. He took his time to make sure we were happy with our food, which was very appreciated. We would most definitely go back to this store again!

You know what you're getting with Pizza Express and this didn't disappoint. We enjoyed our meal but weren't so keen on London prices.

Food was delivered 1 and half hours after I ordered and is completely cold.

The service was awful. We asked to split the bill and the waiter was very unhappy, and then proceeded to complain to his colleague a few feet away from us. The pizza was smothered in oil and had no flavour. And so expensive! For what?

Accueil médiocre pour les Français, nous avons pour dîner, pris 2 pizzas et un plat de pâtes. La pâte de la pizza est caoutchouteuse, vous avez besoin de demander une roulette pour la découper... Le plat de pâte trop de sauce assez moyen . Les boissons coca en canette, dommage. Un restaurant qui peut dépanner pour manger. Rien d extraordinaire.

Pleased to get a table at 5:30 on a Thursday without booking. Pizza was good but Caesar salad had brown gone off lettuce. When the guy asked if everything was alright, we showed him and he insisted it was fresh - not the answer expected - obviously training doesn’t account for any other response than “fine, thanks.” Pretty expensive for what it is tbh.

Food was great. Had the meatball pizza. Highly recommend this joint for a laid back evening. Was very reasonable

Este es un restaurante ocupado, ruidoso y bastante cansado en Euston Road. Comimos un sábado por la noche y nos sentamos fácilmente a pesar de no tener reserva. Hay la opción habitual que se obtiene en todos los restaurantes Pizza Express. Teníamos bolas de masa doppio (es para dos para compartir) , dos pizzas regulares, dos rodajas de crema de panal y dos cervezas. El servicio fue eficiente. Toda la comida era sabrosa y terminamos el lote. Pero los pudines llegaron sin el helado que debería haber sido incluido: el servidor pronto rectificó esto llevándonos cada uno una cucharada de helado en un pequeño platillo - pero no hubo disculpas! Disfrutamos de la comida y este lugar es bueno para una solución rápida, pero caro en más de £ 80.

Solía ir a Pizza Express regularmente cuando vivía y trabajaba en el centro de Londres. Después de un día en la Biblioteca Británica decidí ir a esta sucursal al otro lado de la calle. Fue terriblemente decepcionante, quizás la primera vez en los últimos 30 años que me arrepentí de estar en Pizza Express. El primer shock fue el precio, me quedé asombrado de que una pizza costara más de dos platos en una conocida cadena de bistrós franceses. El segundo choque fue la calidad de la propia base de pizza: empapada, sin sabor, no comestible. El servidor era agradable, el servicio eficiente. Pero cuando me fui decidí que tendría que estar bastante desesperado por ir a Pizza Express de nuevo, mejor recordar cuánto solía disfrutar de sus pizzas confiablemente buenas, agradables y a un precio razonable.

Tuve un día difícil y fue una experiencia maravillosa ir a este lugar familiar que he visitado muchas veces en los últimos veinte años. La calidad de la comida es genial, los cócteles eran perfectos y la mejor parte era la tarta de queso. El personal es muy agradable, profesional, acogedor, amable y amable con los discapacitados. Me impresionó mucho, ya que es muy difícil mantener un estándar muy alto durante un largo período de tiempo y Pizza Express lo hace (en cada lugar en el que he estado en muchas ciudades del Reino Unido a lo largo de los años). Gracias por hacerme sentir mejor después de una mañana dura. ¡Todos ustedes son increíbles!

Tanya was our server and she handled our group of 15 loud librarians with military precision, which wasn't an easy task at all. And she made chef make me a Soho pizza, which isn't on a menu. Highly recommended, especially for a large group, just ask for Tanya :-)

Yes, we already know that it is a pizzeria. But evaluating what it is to eat in London within what we (Spanish) understand as "fast food", there is no other way than to recognize this place as GOOD. Delicious pizza and pasta; Very good service and quite balanced quality/price ratio for what London is. I would return without a doubt.

Excellent pizza, gourmet dishes. Great family time. The service is very good with attentive staff, at least the waiter who served us. I recommend. The only downside is that the pizzas are cooked with gas and not with a wood fire.

We had an utterly splendid time here, didn't even know there WAS a Pizza Express in Kings Cross, perfect for a visit, as it is opposite Kings Cross and Euston train station and Eurostar at St Pancras. The restaurant is nice and big, so great for families with children or couples, we had a lovely romantic time. I can't really understand the bad reviews, it's the usual brilliant Pizza Express, spotlessly clean, delicious food, dough balls were piping hot with loads of garlic butter. I asked for the retro Four Seasons pizza, which was not on the menu but happily supplied-hurrah! The tiramisu was not only delicious but enormous! Top marks to the chef! What made our visit so wonderful was our charming waiter Cristian, he greeted us warmly and was friendly and super attentive. We really couldn't have asked for better service and it certainly did make for a lovely experience, he served us throughout the whole evening and made us feel very looked-after and special. The old-fashioned ways are still alive and well here, he asked if we wanted to taste the wine (Montepulciano-perfect temperature and delicious) then poured it, getting a bit sick of restaurants who just plonk the wine on the table...... A huge thank you to Cristian for the outstanding service.

Excellent restaurant! We opened the door of the restaurant and were very well received with a big smile! We were comfortably seated and the waitress was very pleasant and helpful. The pizzas were generous and delicious! We highly recommend this restaurant to share a good pizza in a warm setting!

Popped in after a day out for my friend's son's 12th birthday. 4 adults & 2 kids - they were visiting from Australia. We hadn't booked but they found space for us. The kids menus contained hats and puzzles etc which occupied the younger ones well. Our waitress was Tanya - she was extremely friendly and efficient. When she found out it was my friend's son's birthday she arranged for his dessert to come out with a candle and Pedro ( manager?) got the attention of the whole restaurant to announce the birthday and got everyone singing and clapping. The birthday boy was completely overwhelmed with happiness and his mum was in tears. Everyone went over and above and completely exceeded our expectations in a large busy London restaurant which you'd expect to be a bit impersonal. Thanks to the whole team for a memory that one little boy will treasure! The food was great too!

Första intrycket var faktiskt bra men efter tag fick man ändra uppfattning. Det verkade som det saknades struktur bland personalen. Men vi fick in det vi hade beställt. Det blev lite olika recensioner av maten i sällskapet. Det var absolut ingen katastrof men ingen höjdare heller… Antagligen kommer vi inte återkomma till detta ställe

Looks huge but easily finished it because it was 😚👌 delicious. Thin crust the way I like it. Interestingly you can get it smaller but thicker base. So same amount of dough but they stretch it out for thin crust lovers and make it thicker for idiots JK.

The pizza was great for a great price. The service was quick and the staff members were all very kind. Xina, our server, was very friendly, and even when our student discount code was not working, he went out of his way to make sure we received a discount.

Terrible value for the too good to go listing. It says a main or 3 sides and I got a garlic bread and a box of dough balls. Unless two tiny containers of garlic butter counts as a side? Had to wait 20 minutes for this as well, past the collection time even though I arrived at the start of the collection time.
