All as you'd expect from a chain like pizza express, but the floor of the place feels like it's about to cave in. The whole place feels run down and a bit unsafe in that aspect

Looks huge but easily finished it because it was 😚👌 delicious. Thin crust the way I like it. Interestingly you can get it smaller but thicker base. So same amount of dough but they stretch it out for thin crust lovers and make it thicker for idiots JK.

The pizza was great for a great price. The service was quick and the staff members were all very kind. Xina, our server, was very friendly, and even when our student discount code was not working, he went out of his way to make sure we received a discount.

Terrible value for the too good to go listing. It says a main or 3 sides and I got a garlic bread and a box of dough balls. Unless two tiny containers of garlic butter counts as a side? Had to wait 20 minutes for this as well, past the collection time even though I arrived at the start of the collection time.

Good pizza if a bit overpriced.

This outlet is one of the chain of Pizza Express but we found it really good - great food and service and so convenient to the various hotels around Euston. Special thanks to Xina and his colleagues who looked after us. The pizzas are really good with great crusts and bases plus generous toppings, the drinks list is good and prices reasonable. One of the better pizza outlets in London, their calamari and other dishes were also tasty and enjoyable.

Actually a sainsbury’s buy but their site is down. I have loved Hawaiian Pizza for over 40 years, despite my family laughing at me. Out cook at home pizza choice is Pizza Express. So my husband thought he was treating me when he saw it for sale. Wish he had forgotten his glasses. As has become normal tiny pieces of pineapple only. Crust too thick. Worst was the seasoning far too many herbs for this particular pizza. Was it to cover up the preservatives. So sad .

We stopped in to Pizza Express on Euston Road hoping to get a quick meal. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza and the side salad. We ordered the thin crust mushroom which was very tasty. Really thin crust topped with just the right amount of mushrooms, sauce and cheese. Side salad was fresh and dressed. The house classic GnT was excellent too.

Cold. Impressively, despite being just round the corner (OK, lazy me but let's put that aside), they managed to bring to colds pizzas and they were both sparsely garnished. Poor.

Lovely restaurant . Always friendly and welcoming staff when we visit . Food is delicious & the tables are nicely separated - you didn’t feel hemmed in . Would recommend if using one of the main nearby train stations .

HOW ON EARTH DO YOU BURN A PLATE OF PASTA!?? Speechless

So came here for a lunch and was trying pizza express for the first time in London! Probably the worst experience I have ever had at an Italian restaurant. Mushroom Aranchini was fried risotto balls with filling of mushrooms and molten cheese. So it wasn’t made fresh but precooked and was warmed up in oven probably till the level that the cheese inside was still solid and not melt. It tasted like Mcanes cheese balls when not fried properly with low heat. Worst Aranchini I ever had. Another dish was Chicken parmigiana supposed to be served hot but was served cold. Third was Hot American, a pepperoni pizza with either hot green chilli or jalapeños, which was supposed to be hot but I couldn’t taste chilli at all. Service was slow. I would give 1 star for the overall experience.

The arincini at pizza express are fantastic, also the nduja doughballs, the pizza was alright but as for the small plates I loved. 10/10 would recommend the arincini and order it again.

We were running short on time to get food before we had to get our train, we told the waitress this and she understood and got our food out in record time.

Excellent food and service. Fast service will kind and friendly staff to help with any dietary requirements as well as allergies. I would highly recommend making the commute to this restaurant.

Food was awful. Couldn't even be bothered complaining. It wasn't like it was a bit salty or too cold. The standard and quality was just rubbish. The guy who served us was lovely ..you could tell he was embarrassed too. Total meal was 60 quid....and we didn't even eat it.

Gluten-free pizza nothing special... Small and thin, it was difficult to cut it, the base was so hard. The other pizzas are good but for the high cost it's not worth it for us celiacs there is better.

Great Saturday night at PE. We hadn't booked but turned up at 7.30 and they were able to find a table for us. Charming waiter. Lovely pizzas and salad. As good as we remember. Desserts utterly delicious!

Very nice restaurant. Suitcases and buggies can be left. There is an extra children's menu and high chairs. The price is higher, but pizza tastes very good. However, the floor is very thin, so it cools down quickly. In general, the restaurant is (too) well air-conditioned. Toilets clean, changing table available. Very nice service.

Really enjoyed this trip to Euston Road. Despite clearly being one of the busier restaurants, the food and service was great and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves (including the staff-or they gave a good impression of it).

Went 2 nights in a row for easy meals after long days of traveling. The food was great for gluten free and picky kids!

We like to visit this pizza chain especially when on holiday chose this one for it's location to King's Cross station. It was noisy, manic an unpleasant experience not the relaxing one after a busy day sightseeing. We were quickly ushered to our table & orders taken promptly we ordered pollo pasta & a gluten free american pizza but they came back to say there was no gluten free dough i was going to share with my daughter so just ordered the regular one. The food arrived quickly the pizza wasnt sliced & no pizza cutter, no offer of parmesan or black pepper. The food was ok but the atmosphere noisy & manic. We couldn't wait to leave.

We walked in here around 6pm and got seated right away. Nice homey feeling. Service very friendly and quick. Food was delicious - might be that we were super jet-lagged and starving, but everything hit the right spot! They have options to make a split pizza with any flavours on the menu, so you can share with someone else. I would highly recommend, especially with kids.

We came hungry several minutes before the scheduled closing time and the staff did not refuse to serve us and give us a table. Pizza and service excellent, prices affordable for central London. If we are in the area next time, we will be happy to come back to you.

We were met by a woman who didnt even say hello, just asked "How many?". she pointed to a table and walked away. She was miserable and surly throughout. When she eventually took our order we felt like we were an inconvenience to her. Im sure if she could have thrown our pizzas to us at the table she would have . The Pizzas were lovely when they did arrive after half an hour. The place wasn't busy so I don't know why there was such a long wait. The only time The woman smiled was when we paid and she was hoping for a tip. (No Chance). We will never be returning.

Came to this Pizza Express after a long day thinking this would be a reliable dinner. We were NOT pleasantly surprised. After taking our order, we received dough balls quite quickly (the only thing they got right), we then proceded to wait 45 minutes for our mains (in my opinion, for pizza express, its a tad long). It was not worth the wait. I was served Prawn peperonata. This was burnt and dry, the prawns and pasta chewy. I'm not the best chef or particularly a food connoisseur however I'm pretty sure this is not how pasta is meant to be. The pasta served in primary school was better. Perhaps it was because the main specialty of pizza express is pizza but if you can't cook it, don't include it to the menu. The glasses were also dirty. Thank you pizza express, we had a good run.

Went to the Clifton House, Euston Rd, Pizza Express, last night (early evening, mid week, June '24) for a no-nonsense, "please feed us", for four diners. The service was excellent, the restaurant was vibrant and the temperature was comfortable, ... and this is mentioned since it was very warm in London that day. The pizzeria was moderately busy. The delivery time was "spot on, about right". The food was on par, for Pizza Express. Thank you.

We went last week and found the service and food wasn’t up to par. The starters we ordered were expensive and incredibly small portions. Our mains arrived after 45 mins, which were Caesar salads - I’ve seen fresher, and bigger portions in the Tesco meal deal isle: old lettuce, cold chicken (possible out of a packet), and no sauce. We asked for a refund and went elsewhere. Do not recommend.

We were a group of 8 people and they were very kind to accommodate us all even though I had booked for fewer people. Lovely service from the staff too, polite, friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Marinela who looked after us and provided excellent service.

Marinela was the best staff member who was very helpful and kind. She was very professional. I would definitely visit this branch again. I had the prawn pasta dish, and it was delicious. I also had a lovely chocolate fondant dessert.

If I could of left a zero star I would have done. Probably the worse Pizza Express I have ever been too. The takeaway pizza and cheesy garlic bread was awful. The pizza was so burnt and underneath the pizza was just black where it was burnt so much. The garlic bread was the same just thrown together and chucked in a box. I had a bad feeling when I walked in. The staff were rude, miserable and just lacked customer service. The pizza ended up in the bin. Anybody that reads this review and were thinking of going to this restaurant I would literally avoid like the plague!
