I had a great experience at Pizza Express. I ordered the American pizza, and it was delicious – perfectly cooked with a great balance of flavors. The service was excellent too. Stefano and Guilherme were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was spot on. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Great server, dealt with us in a friendly and prompt manner. Think the server was Stefano and helped by Guilherme.These guys are a great advert for your company.Thank you for great lunch.

Lo que ha moderado esta revisión es que cuando recibí mi factura y pagué me perdí que habían añadido un 12. 5% de cargo por servicio sin mi conocimiento, a pesar de que el pequeño punto en el recibo indica claramente un cargo por servicio opcional solo se agrega a las tablas de 7 o más. Ladrones totales. A pesar de ponerse en contacto con Pizza Express y también hablar con esta sucursal todavía no ha habido reembolso. Absolutamente vergonzoso.

What a great evening my husband and I had at the Briana Corrigan live at Pizza Express. The staff were great especially Deborah, front of house, she was very attentive… we will definitely return.

Avoid! The management at High Holborn are rude and disrespectful. I just went there with my children after booking a table on Sunday via the app for tonight at 5pm. I was abruptly shown the door and told the place was full and that my table reservation for 5pm wasn’t on her list. 2nd time I’ve been disrespected at the same branch. Won’t be back.

Very friendly 🕺 staff (Bruno, Rodrigo) and very delicious food! Highly recommended if you are around! I couldn't go into the jazz club in the basement because I didn't reserve a ticket in advance, but if you plan to come later, I recommend booking a ticket in advance.

The pizza and drinks were delicious! ! Bruno, the store clerk, was very kind!

Over all a fantabulocious night. Food was fresh and Clean. Sy Smiths performance was superb & then Layla Hathaway and her crew entered the building and stunned the audience with snippets of their stellar performances.

Good pizza Romana. Fast service. Dinner show. Often shows at lunchtime and in the evening in the Live section in the basement.

If I can "keep it a buck", this Stefano guy is an all star. I haven't seen someone so locked in since prime MJ (Michael Jordan for the uninitiated). The chefs were like Scottie Pippin the way the set up my boy to layup the finest of dishes upon our table. Truly a night to remember.

My friends and me went to grab a slice of pizza the employee there was so rude to us he asked us to go back to the door he shouted at us in front of other customers he told we have to come in when he tells us ok v just left from there We love pizza express pizza but this made me never to go back there again Really bad and insulting situation as a girl I felt very insulted I was on the verge to cry He was wearing a orange beach shirt He destroyed PizzaExpress brand for me

Another brilliant evening at High Holborn Jazz Club. The food was excellent and the live music fantastic. We were looked after superbly by Deborah and her staff, special mention to Bruno too. We have visited many times and cannot speak highly enough of the warm welcome we always get from Deborah and all her staff. Thank you.

Fantastic experience at the Icicle Works gig last night! This is an amazing venue to see an artist up close and personal. Deborah on front of house is an incredible host! She did an amazing job of making sure everyone had a great time - uber professional and nothing was too much trouble for her! Highly recommend this place!

Ian and I attended this venue for the first time to see our fav Ian Mcnabb. We found the food atmosphere and service absolutely amazing, Deborah and her colleagues worked so hard a great experience.

Great night and thanks to Deborah who was very helpful and for sorting out the seating at the venue and generally making it a great night. Good and service all great too. Ian Mcnabb and Chris Layhe music was superb.

We had wonderful time there! The service was amazing and our waiter was very nice! The pizza was also amazing there — we ordered two Quattro formage pizzas and it was so tasty!! There was a lot of cheese on that pasta and we truly enjoyed it!! We spent around an hour there! I would say that it’s one of my favourite pizza express and I would definitely return there!

Decided to get a lasagne for a change as in any pizza place the pizza always tends to come a little cold. Luckily the lasagne was super hot and very enjoyable!

Stefano was very friendly, helpful and kind. Definitely recommend!

Pizza Express Live in Holborn is a great place to go for live music and a wonderful armosphere. Deborah is an incomparable 'Maitre di' and makes everyone feel really welcome, and so helpful. She is truly the 'queen' of Holborn.

Loved the vibe in the pizza express and how clean and neat it was. Also the staff were so friendly and charismatic. Especially Chalika, Mr. Colombo, and Rodrigo. Love to go back again soon.

Deborah is an absolute delight! We came to see Jaki Graham and from the moment she met us at the door and took us to our table she was really nice and professional ,absolutely Fabulous! The place is beautiful, clean, calm and comfortable. Anna, who served us, was super attentive, literally like a mother, helping us with the food options. I have a sore throat and she brought me hot water with lemon, she was so caring, excellent service, with me and with all the customers at the place. I highly recommend Pizza Express High Holborn <3

My friend and I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! We both ordered the pasta, and it was absolutely delicious - the flavores were rich and perfectly cooked. Very poor service at this Pizza express. Sticky toffee pudding was cold. As a club member would have expected the food to be better ! Disappointing restaurant.

Great place, offers excellent gluten-free food. Food was a bit non-express while I was here, but there was a big holiday party and I thought they did damn well under the circumstances. I’ll be back!

Awesome place, awesome atmosphere. Deborah from front of house literally made my entire trip to London magical with her kindness. I will look back on this location fondly for the rest of my life. The live venue downstairs was so intimate, I’ll be keeping an eye out for future shows there. Truly the best venue I’ve ever visited.

Great friendly staff however there was an event on downstairs which was far too loud to the point we couldn't enjoy a conversation at our table.

My pizza would be forgotten and only made again when asked. So you have to eat separately. Happened. But what on the house for that? None. Too bad. A little too loud for a conversation for my taste. Food very good!

It’s not a Michelin-hatted restaurant, but it’s clean and the food is consistent (and there are dough balls!). We had a great meal with fast and efficient service. Why do other venues not make the leggera pizzas? I think they are excellent.

Honestly, this is a chain and the food kinda tastes like random frozen pizza/pasta you get in a grocery store. Considering it’s £50 for two people with an entree and drink, it’s really not worth it haha. This location had really nice staff tho and it’s not in their control

Came to the Holborn branch for a live show in the downstairs part. Greeted by Deborah who was very pleasant, and helpful. She found an extra place for us as we arrived with an extra unexpected friend for a show that was almost sold out. Good on her. I’ve been to this venue many times, it’s great for entertainment and there’s nowhere in there you get a poor view of the performers. Deborah is often there and seems very capable and efficient.

We had lunch at the High Holborn branch ahead of my son's hospital appointment. Bruno looked after us and was very attentive and polite and was super careful with my son's allergies. Thank you Bruno! We'll be back again soon!

Deborah, the host for the Three Degrees live music concert/event was absolutely amazing. We felt extremely well accommodated and the venue and staff went out of their way to facilitate us and everyone else enjoy the event. The artists were absolutely amazing and it was a night for the memory books. Thank you Pizza Express team!

Arrived on a Thursday night having booked a table for 6pm. Restaurant was half full on arrival and the server was quite ubrupt when we asked for a booth. He reluctantly cleaned the booth without cleaning the seats that were full of crumbs. The restaurant only had two staff front of house that were having to provide drinks, serve food & showing customers to their tables. The service unsurprisingly was very slow and we received our main courses before our drinks arrived without apology. The three of us ordered pizza and disappointingly were only luke warm ( I can only assume sitting on the pass for too long.) My wife ordered the American hot which I found ironic. I was considering suggesting to the staff to change the name to American cold! Run of the mill average and definitely wouldn't return. ( one young staff member had a terrible attitude) this is either due to poor recruitment or pizza express not looking after their staff. My beer was warm similar temperature to my pizza.

Really, really poor service. Waited nearly 5 mins to be seated and then over 15 mins before anyone waited our table. This only happened because I had to ask someone to serve us. Awful because the restaurant was only about 20% full. Then our bill got mixed up with another tables - no apology! I then had to ask a couple of staff to sort this out that took nearly 30 minutes, due to manager hiding in the toilets for 10 of them, and they looked offended at lack of tip. Overall really poor service.

It's maybe just a modern complex and not really in a community but food was really good, when busy the service is super slow, when you finish your left chasing to pay the bill, which sadly always is a bit soar when a restaurant does that otherwise good food.

We come for lunch regularly on Thursdays are often served by Matt. He is always smiling, is very attentive and efficient! We write a new review almost every time as we know the waiters need to get feedback - I hope they are recognised for their work!
