Food constantly missing (literally every order) poor quality food, they can’t even make the pizzas and sides with the correct ingredients (assuming you get them!)

Disgusting. Is not the first time I received my food with missing items from the order or the pizza however today they toke it to another level. Absolutely disgusting. Order pizza come with very little toppings

App does not give much clarity on delivery time. Come on Papa John's all the delivery apps give you accurate tracking and eta. One item was not made to order. Unable to contact anybody at the branch to rectify l as phone calls weren't being accepted.

We was actually disgusted being told on the phone if we came to store we was not allowed to pay cash or cash on delivery

I ordered a delivery last night & was handed a £2.50 delivery charge for a £17.98 order. This delivery charge is more than 10% of the actual order which is steep. My house is roughly 1.5 miles away & a 5 minute drive. That £2.50 charge can’t be justifiable for a relative short distance. Dominos never used to charge for deliveries. Also the minimum order for a delivery is now at £17.00 I think. Firstly for a single person that is too much & than a £2.50 delivery charge on top of that is excessive. In the past I would tip the drivers but that delivery charge puts me off from doing this. I hope the company puts some of that delivery charge into the pockets of the drivers rather than keeping it for themselves. I won’t be ordering a delivery again. This has annoyed me & put me off.

A funny one really this visit , food lovely waitress was great until we paid with some vouchers , the cost was over the vouchers and we left a generous cash tip but she was distinctly cold from the point of being shown £60 worth of vouchers even saying goodbye as we left !!!! Not sure we will go there again which is a shame as we go there every few months ……..

Tastes weird. The base tastes weird and not very nice. I had to double check that I didn’t order gluten free or something by accident. Why didn’t I just get a Pizza Hut like usual. Never again.

Had a gorgeous meal at this Prezzo restaurant and the staff were perfectly attentive. We were told a refurb is taking place in June so it will be even more enjoyable when it reopens in July.

Called in with friends. Food is always good here and we had very good service too. Located at the end of the high street it's ideally situated near both bus stops and train station if you arrive by either of these transports. Moderately busy when we were there. We felt slightly pricey but otherwise great experience.

Visited on Saturday night for the first time in a few years . Food was really well presented and was really tasty . Our meal was great value for money and our waiter James was both charismatic and professional. We really enjoyed it and feel that this restaurant has really upped its game.

Pizzas taste nice just wondering is it really that hard to cook them properly? You order pizza for takaway to eat it straight away not to put it in the oven and cook longer as they are undercooked.

Had a fabulous lunch. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive but not too much. Food was fantastic and service very fast.

Visited this restaurant a couple of weekend's ago with a friend for a last-minute bite to eat and a catch-up. Both of us ordered pasta dishes and were thouroughly enjoyable. The service was great with the only downside trying to get the bill at the end of the meal took us a while to get the servers attention.

Prezzo in Billericay was one of the last restaurants locally to re-open after lockdown and we finally retrurned last week. We were pleased to see a slightly refreshed menu. We used to visit Prezzo as a family and as a couple, regularly, but we found the menu needed a change and as a result we hadn't visited for a number of years. There were still a lot of the very familiar dishes, but at last some new ones added too. We shared a Garlic Bread with Balsamic Onions & Mozzarella (sharing size which is basically the size of a regular pizza). This was previously know as their Pane con cipolla. It is a family favourite of ours. I then had spaghetti carbonara al forno (with added chicken £2). There was lots of chicken and it was really well seasoned with a flame grilled taste. It was excellent. However, I was surprised I was not offered a spoon (to use with my fork) to eat spaghetti properly in an Italian restaurant. My wife had the Penne arriabbieta light (a smaller lunch time version served with salad). Note to Prezzo it would be a good idea to ask how much dressing the customer would like as there was too much for my wife (who described the salad as swimming in dressing). Service was good and all staff were wearing masks. Some of the tables (for two) were rather close to each other, but you were seated back to back in a line. Overall, good service, good quality food and good value especially if you put your Tesco Reward vouchers towards the meal.

Visited woth my husband and niece of 7 yesrs. The best bruschetta I've ever had! Childs fixed menu went down very well with my niece. Service was superb by our waiter Ayman who was friendly helpful and professional! We'll be returning soon!

We went to Prezzo as we had a buy a gift voucher as a Christmas gift and obviously due to Covid-19 we’ve only recently been able to use it for a sit down meal. Service was okay until the end where we were just left handing about and had to grab someone to say we wanted to leave and give the voucher code. My starter had to go back as the meatballs were rock hard, again the staff all disappeared at this moment and it wasn’t until after my fiancée had finished her starter and they came to clear the table that the lady said “are you finished and didn’t you like?” I mean the meatballs were so hard I could’ve knocked someone out with one! They must’ve been microwaved, they were hard and dry inside too. Either microwaved or frozen and heated too much. To Prezzo’s credit she got me a new starter which I said I’d just have with my main and as much as I wanted meatballs I was nervous they’d come the same so I had the garlic bread which my fiancée had and she said it was delicious and she wasn’t wrong! Both our mains were great and our desserts were also lovely! Our voucher also included a glass of wine each which we had and it was nice. We won’t be rushing back, but it hasn’t put us off either. Staff we nice and friendly although I felt awkward about complaining and sending the food back as I had to wait so long to do it. They weren’t anywhere near full capacity and especially for a Saturday night they shouldn’t have messed up, but I know due to COVID they can’t have a full house and they were busy doing lots of takeaways. Not an excuse though. I wouldn’t expect microwaved meatballs in an Italian restaurant either.

We had a good meal, staff was friendly and serve us with special attention. Good atmosphere and good food.

Absolutely terrible! If I could give this a 0 star rating I would! I don't know who Is making the pizzas here; but it's awful I don't know how they can charge £20 for one!! It arrived cold and I had to to put extra toppings on my pizza as there was none! I never thought Domino's was that great but this Domino's store is the worst I've been to! Never would I order from here again, Domino's is so overrated If I was you I'd save my money or go elsewhere

Ordered from them on 2 occasions, both times the order was wrong. The first time we had to wait over an hour to get the correct pizza delivered. The second time one of the pizzas was wrong, rang up after waiting for an hour for the wrong one and was told they would send correct one out. Two and a half hours later still waiting and they offered a refund which they never actually gave.

I have never had such a well prepared pizza from any of the other branches as I did from Billericay’s Dominos. It was so generous in the ingredients and tasty. The delivery was very fast and efficient!

Family celebration meal for 8 including children Pointed out from the start that we were using the Taste Card Offer. General service was poor and slow despite the Restaurant being best part empty, in the late afternoon, only saw two members of staff. Food wasn’t great, the wait for ordering deserts was dire, and we nearly left. Having eventually finished the meal the Bill was incorrect and needed to be altered, even then on closer inspection the next day we had still been overcharged. We didn’t bother going back to get it corrected .... but won’t be eating there again.

My family and I visited the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. We received a warm welcome from the Manager and the waiter was too very welcoming. The restaurant was quiet, but the conversation from both staff made us feel relaxed and the experience enjoyable. Our son can be a bit fussy, but the manager recommended some food for us and our son really enjoyed his food. The starters , main and sweet was really good and the chef did a good job with how the food tasted, portion size and timing of when the food came. Its not easy to get everything right, but all staff were fantastic and we would certain recommend and come again -thank you to you all

Had a late lunch here today (28th January) with my daughter. The service was very good and the staff were very efficient. All of our courses were well put together and tasty. Our starters of garlic bread topped with balsamic onions and mozzarella were delicious. Our mains of mushroom risotto and salmon and vegetables were equally as good. We enjoyed our desserts too. All drinks and courses were served quickly and we had no problems at all. We used a Prezzo voucher to get 40% off our food bill. We had a very enjoyable visit.

So...haven’t been out for a while and looked forward to our night at Prezzo in Billericay... Chose them as have a better Gluten Free options than other restaurants and have enjoyed previous visits to other Prezzo’s Thank god we used our Tesco Clubcard as wouldn’t have paid unfortunately Starter stuffed mushrooms...no flavour Wanted prawns with Gluten Free spaghetti ...ordered fine then told not available (it was a Sunday night with minimal customers and wasn’t told it was off the menu when ordering) So ordered gluten free pizza...base was like rock and made an indent on my finger just trying to cut through it...It was over cooked..not enjoyable Also had to ask for cutlery and napkins Ordered 2 deserts...got one...and had to ask for the 2nd after waiting to long Side note (not good seeing your desert carried across from the kitchen in a white plastic microwaveable tub) So all in all...have sadly been disappointed on our night out...with so few people in the restaurant, you could have expected a better service and food to be fair

The building is a bit cold for January lunch. We had two courses for which Meerkat meals didn't work when it should but they applied a 30% discount.The pizza was very good. It's a national chain offering but better than Pizza Express.Service very good

We took our little girl there for lunch on her 3rd birthday. The food was good but the service was on a different level. The fuss they made over my daughter was amazing. From start to finish they interacted with both my children making the meal enjoyable for everyone. I didn’t get their names but I hope they see this and appreciate how much my daughter enjoyed herself. Thanks again!

How can you get a two topping order wrong on more than one occasion

Rude staff had to wait 5 minutes for the to even acknowledge me and take my order then I had to wait another 35 minutes for the smallest pizza on the menu. Don’t go here save your money and time and go Pizza Hut.

Apart from the below average food, the service was ridiculously bad. Perhaps there was something interesting on the floor that stopped the staff looking our way.Some of our party of 10 had finished eating before our Birthday Boy even got his. Wasn’t expecting it to be great, but come on, how can anyone run a restaurant as bad as this????

My son and I had a lovely meal here Saturday Vesuvius pizza 🍕 but before that a superb garlic bread pizza with caramel onions on it for pudding we had cheesecake with latte coffees .... v v nice indeed pleasant waiting staff as well- recommenced

empty at 2pm on a saturday which didnt bode well, everywhere else in billericay was busy, Food was very belwo par. If you want a decent pizza and a decent selection of vegan food (which was what we wanted) then go to pizza express, its far superior in every way. We won't be going back.

We’ve just returned from a visit to prezzo for Father’s Day. The children were v excited to be going but I have to say the waiter completely ruined it. He was rude, accused us of lying about our order & charged us the incorrect amount. He was miserable throughout the meal. Not the level of service I would expect & we shall not be returning.

Ordered on the app, currently been over an hour and a half and still no pizza. They don't answer their phones after midnight so you can't chase your order. Absolutely the worst service from any dominos I've ever used.

Delighted to return as had been diagnosed with IBS which meant no more Prezzo but now they have a gluten free menu I'm back and it's so tasty had goats cheese and red pepper pmthin based pizza and yeah gluten free honeycomb cheese cake is now also gluten free woo hoo

We visited this restaurant the other day for a family catch up, we had a great time. the food was really nice I had the Tropicana pizza and thoroughly enjoyed it. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Will definatly be back and would recommend.

1 of my sons booked a table for 8 people yesterday, Mother’s Day, for 6.45. Four of our party arrived at 6.40 & were told there would be a 15 minute delay & offered a complimentary drink. The rest of arrived at 6.45. There was a queue of people at the bar area & the whole restaurant was packed. At 7 o’clock, 1 of our party asked a member of staff if the 4 of us who had not been offered a drink could now have 1. We were then sat down at 7.15. We were given menus & just 1 special ‘Mothers Day’ menu which listed offers of 2 or 3 courses plus a glass of Prosecco. We had to ask for further copies of this menu, which seemed odd considering the day? The 7 adults proceeded to order from the specials & the child in our party chose from the standard menu. The wait for starters & further drinks was very, very long (& 1drink arrived with a bottle top sitting among the ice cubes....quite dangerous as well as unpleasant to see) Once we had eaten the starters we asked when the Prosecco would be served. It eventually arrived. Mains also eventually arrived.A few of us had ordered the chicken breast in marsala sauce. The chicken arrived covered with mushrooms but no sauce. Though we had originally decided on the 3 courses offer, we had by then become so disappointed with the food & service that we asked for the bill. The time on the bill was 21.39. That is 3 hours for 2 courses. We had mentioned during the evening that we were waiting far too long for service. I visited Prezzo earlier today to speak to someone to ask what had gone wrong. I was told that at around 7pm last night it had become very busy & food was delayed. But I was given no reason why?

Visited this Prezzo again as I always have had amazing experience here. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the food is always good.

Only occasionally takes less than an hour to deliver and rarely hot. Currently waiting almost 2 hours.

Positive experiences previously but will never go back. 8 of us for Mum's birthday. Waitress attentive and efficient, but after starters she went off shift. Only 2 staff remained and the rest was hell! Waiter didn't know what the dishes were, no cutlery replaced, no parmesan offered, one meal 10 mins after rest(had been told 2mins). No further drinks offered and when we asked we only got half the order. Food not up to previous standard and absolutely NO service. A heavily reduced bill went a little way to help, but a totally spoilt and upsetting evening. The staffing levels, attitude and training need sorting. SHAME

An enjoyable visit. Warm & tasty food...good , helpful service from our waiter. With voucher, good value .Now some suggestions... It is unclear that there is a lift upstairs to toilets....felt this needed to be more obvious as we had several youngsters in our group that have some disability.

I eat in this restaurant regularly. Unfortunately my visit last night was not up to the usual standard mainly due to the man serving. The young female waitress was very nice, but the man was miserable and not terribly helpful, even though there were only a handful of diners. It became very apparent to us that they wanted us to leave, even though it was only 9.40 pm., probably because the other diners had left.

We visited the restaurant on Sunday evening. Food was ok, but for two pastas we waited ages to be honest. Shocking part was service - there was only one waitress for the whole restaurant, no manager available.

Visited prezzo thrursday night at roughly 17:00. I am usually not a massive fan of chain restaurants, but this visit was excelllent. Staff friendly. Food was perfect especially the dessert. Decent price too.

Went out with the work team for Lunch after a long gap since the last visit ... Its been refurbished and the restaurant was warm last time couple of times it was very cold in there .. It was lovely excellent food very tasty well presented and a nice warm atmosphere will be def returning

We visit Billericay branch quite regularly and we are never disappointed. Always receive a warm welcome, food is always lovely, and always receive service with a smile. By far our favourite restaurant!

Went for lunch with a friend on a Saturday afternoon: tasty food, excellent cocktails and attentive staff.

My wife and I came here with a friend. I had not been before but they both had. Outside is being renovated so covered in scaffolding. Inside was bright and modern. Fairly busy for a Tuesday evening but offered a nice table. We ordered a bottle of merlot from an efficient server. A good menu to peruse. For starters my wife and friend went for the stuffed mushrooms which were large and tasty. I had the chilli King Prawns which had a nice flavour and kick. For mains our friend and I had chicken and mushroom with truffle infused chips and roast veg. A great choice. My wife had the Lobster and Crab tortellini which she loved. For puddings wife and friend had pannacottas. I went for my favourite of sticky toffee pud and it came whopper sized- brilliant. Finished with coffee for self. Overall a great evening and menu. Good service. Will be back for sure.

We are regular visitors to the Billericay restaurant and always have an excellent time. Having missed a few weeks due to getting married we returned this week. As ever, food and drink were excellent and the staff charming and attentive. To top it all, our meal was "on the house" as a very special post wedding treat. What a lovely gesture and a complete surprisentropic. Thank you Prezzo Billericay.....it made our evening!

Enjoyed our dinner last week at our local Prezzos and Just wanted to thank the staff there who are always smiling even in the heatwave they were cheerful efficient helpful as always oh and the food was good as well ! Well done everyone see you again soon.

Food & Service is great. would be brilliant if there was a bigger choice of meat on the menu. The place is very clean but the chairs are hard & uncomfortable so have only every managed one coarse before I get cramp in my legs.

People in there were so nice , even late at night and had a general good service and atmosphere.

I am not a great lover of chain restaurants - I am not certain all the items on the menu are cooked to order.

King prawn and pasta was great! It was hot when I got it and it had just enough chili in it to be comfortable when eating. Great starters and wine was good as well.

Had a lovely flatbread pizza, with artichokes. Very tasty. Didn’t try the pastas because they looked overpriced. Overall, I think the food is quite good, if you can make peace with the prices.

This prezzo has always been particularly decent. Good service, good food and large enough that you can easily get a table. I mainly go during the week and can’t recall ever having a bad experience the whole time it’s been open!

I came back to this restaurant with my friends and we really enjoyed it . Service was just perfect and the food was delicious . I am really happy they not going to close down our favourite prezzo in Billericay .

First time visit . Had to wait 20 min for a drink . Then 30 min for a starter . Then another 30 min for mains . Finished mains plates taken after another long wait and not offered a dessert . At this point gave up and left . Service so slow and almost rude. Food just ok . Will not go back again. .

We often go to this Prezzo and it never disappoints. The food is great and fresh tasting and lots of choices for kids as well. And the staff is always friendly and welcoming!

Sadly was very disappointed. Firstly we asked for the two courses for £12 menu.. We was told by a waitress...

3 star review because pizza took 2 hours to arrive, however spoke to Shaun on the phone and he couldn't be more helpful. He made us a whole new order, credited our account and gave us complimentary ben and jerrys and a large bottle of drink. Shaun and the lady who delivered were lovely. Tbh the pizza was really good 👌 4 star review it is!

Good service and and great hot pizza

Came here on a very quiet Monday evening...only four tables taken but it was a cold night. Surprisingly, the restaurant appeared to have its air conditioning on and it was quite chilly inside, despite sitting downstairs away from the door. I ordered the baked mushrooms to start followed by mushroom risotto. My other companions had the antipasti to share as a starter and the risotto and the penne alla rusticana for the main dishes. The baked mushrooms were dry and unremarkable however the antipasti was a generous serving and I am told was very tasty. The mushroom risotto was very stodgy and uninteresting, in fact I left some of mine. My husband’s penne was decidedly lukewarm. Prezzo is not cheap with its prices and these dishes on this occasion were not worthy of their price tag. There is no excuse for serving lukewarm food. We finished the meal with tiramisu which was sweet and as expected. We have dined here before but this time feel we won’t be rushing back. Also, two of the three toilets had no loo roll at 7pm in the evening. Poor show Prezzo.

We had a tabled pre booked on 15th Feb. We had been treated to a meal out by friends for Christmas. Sadly when we arrived at the restaurant, it took well over five minutes for someone to greet us even though we were stood next to the bar where someone was cleaning glasses. Then they did say someone would be with us.....they then did not appear so the lady at the bar grudgingly took us to a table. I would also point out this was not a busy night.

Awful place. Last order was for delivery. Took 2hrs 15mins. Didnt want to chance it this time round. Order for collection, onky for the ordwr to be messed up when i got here and had to wait anyway

We dropped in at lunchtime for what was meant to be a relaxing family meal. Things started well as there was a good selection of Gluten Free dishes to keep one of our party happy and the starters of calamari, baked mushrooms, king prawns and garlic bread were all hot and tasty. Then came the wait for the mains. It was so long that we eventually had to give up on staying for dessert and coffee as we were in danger of getting a parking ticket. There was no explanation and we left it a long time before asking when it would be ready. I can only assume that they were understaffed after the holiday period.
