First vegan pizza we have found on takeout and I would give it 10/10 amazing will definitely be ordering again

delivery due 7.45 - 8.05, at 8.15 I questioned where my pizza was, told it was out for delivery at 8.18, with delivery due 8.30, requested refund at 8.35 as Pizza still not delivered, called restaurant at 8.46, told should be delivered in next 5 minutes as only left restaurant 10mins ago. Pizza delivered at 9pm, like warm and not cooked enough

They also forgot a cookie and I had the wrong pasta as well !!

Ordered a pepperoni & jalapeno pizza and crispy chicken with hot honey for delivery. Both were delicious!! Pizza dough was thin and tasty. Arrived before due time as well. Could have been hotter as lukewarm when arrived but definitely will order again. (No atmosphere score as takeaway). Thank you!

Ordered food for my sisters birthday and we both said it was the best pizza we've had for a long time. Disappointed in how late food was as original time was 18.25 and it arrived finally at 19.10! Will definitely order from you again.

not only was out food over an hour late my chicken wings were barely warm and my son's vegan chicken strips were so cold he had to heat them up in the air fryer we rang the shop on 3 occasions to find out where our food was and got told every time it would be 10 mins I won't be ordering from here again

Not fussed it was later because of the weather but as usual, the food was amazing. Consistency is everything you want and I always get the pizza perfectly prepared and cooked. Never lets me down. Five stars. 🤩

delivered late and cold, food was fine apart from that really.

Chocolate fudge cake and cheesecake were frozen solid! The so called Chocolate fudge cake was more of a millionaires cheesecake and the Cheesecake was a cake with jam and cream! also frozen solid! I also ordered a nutella pizza which was not nutella and covered in chocolate sprinkles and mini marshmallows which was not in the description of this item as there was no description or picture!

Food quality good as always, however arrived luke warm 45 minutes late.

deliverybover an hour late, food cold, chicken not in a hot bag, ice-cream totally melted , dips warm, coke warm. absolute waste of £40. restaurant not willing to cancel order or give refund.

Don't get the carbonara! It's a tiny little pot, smaller than a ready meal for one. And they only half-filled it too! Cost a tenner, took me two minutes to eat and I'm still starving. Might as well just thrown money in the bin, don't do it.

for me is it the best Pizza place very good tasting pizza not dried out and soggy and it is enough on it and there Shakes are very good too

Yet another fabulous meal. We had the avocado salad (delicious) hot and spicy chicken strips (yummy) and a Hawaiian 12” pizza. Still hot even after a probably longer than usual delivery (we live out in the countryside) Well done guys!

Barley any strawberries no lotus and not allot of Nutella

The food quality itself was delicious, 9/10. However the portion size let it down massively, for the price I did expect the tub to be full, not barely half filled. It was piping hot and service with a smile, if the portion size didn't leave me feeling deflated I would rate them 10/10 for my experience.

We live, I would say, 8 miles from the shop. We ordered 2 pizzas and an avocado salad. It came on time and was piping hot (I don’t know how they did it?) We will definitely order again in the future. Thank you! (I really didn’t want to cook tonight and you made my day!)

The pizzas not fully cooked I ordered an extra dip and a drink which hasn’t arrived, disappointed usually get Fireaway and it’s good but this time you’ve missed the dip and the drink plus the pizzas not properly cooked the base is still dough

1 hour 30 minutes from ordering till it was delivered. No apology or offer of a discount to compensate. Customer lost will never order again

Food hot and tasty, friendly driver

Our food was over an hour and a half late, rang the restaurant twice and said they were running 10 minutes late and then when food arrived there were hardly any strawberries in my pot, my milkshake tasted like chemicals and my coke was wrong

halloumi was stone cold and burnt, what a combo! the salads was literally just pots of olives for £7.50! and the pizza was undercooked we couldn't even pick it up we had to use a knife and fork to eat it. always had great food from here but this was shocking this time :(

Nearly 2hrs late. Not much added topping, so not worth the extra money. Not a great experience, food was lukewarm when it did turn up.

Some of the pizza was missing and they had made a crater in the pizza with the garlic and herb dip

We always have such great pizzas from Fireaway. They come super fresh, hot and full of flavour. The vegan stripes are insane. Pesto pizza is just the best. Great service too

The food got here cold and the pizzas were burnt, olives in the salad were old and anaemic, quality has dropped in the last few months.

Excellent service. They forgot to deliver one of the item that we ordered then we called them and it arrived not long after with complementary can of drink and food tasted amazing. We will definitely recommend and order again from these guys. Thank you for brilliant service.

food was good unfortunately didn't have the cookie's for the order so we had no dessert.I did ask for some sort of dessert as a replacement but they gave me a vegetarian pizza instead. bit gutted

Absolutely spot on, from Fire Away Barnstaple, delivered my pizza on time to the middle of no where in a random field that I was in, brilliant!!!!

Didn’t receive chicken on my pizza or tomatoes in my side.

Said that my pizza was delivered when no one turned up. Now I have no food and out of pocket waiting for a refund.

Pizza is always brilliant here! Good, solid base with lovely toppings. Dough is nice and light, and cooked to perfection. Customer service is excellent too, some very nice people!

Be nice to identify different pizza orders on the box somehow. My missus got my calzone with added chillies and she can not take chillies nothing different on the boxes to let us know.

2 milkshakes out for delivery for 30 minutes turned up melted . Raised with the driver he did not give 2 shats . Just said I had other deliveries to make before you . I get that but dairy products, come on have a little bit of common sense. Won’t be ordering again . Strongly advise others to avoid , if they are not worried about dairy products sitting in a hot car for 30 minutes then what goes on in the kitchen ?
