Barley any strawberries no lotus and not allot of Nutella

The food quality itself was delicious, 9/10. However the portion size let it down massively, for the price I did expect the tub to be full, not barely half filled. It was piping hot and service with a smile, if the portion size didn't leave me feeling deflated I would rate them 10/10 for my experience.

We live, I would say, 8 miles from the shop. We ordered 2 pizzas and an avocado salad. It came on time and was piping hot (I don’t know how they did it?) We will definitely order again in the future. Thank you! (I really didn’t want to cook tonight and you made my day!)

The pizzas not fully cooked I ordered an extra dip and a drink which hasn’t arrived, disappointed usually get Fireaway and it’s good but this time you’ve missed the dip and the drink plus the pizzas not properly cooked the base is still dough

1 hour 30 minutes from ordering till it was delivered. No apology or offer of a discount to compensate. Customer lost will never order again

Food hot and tasty, friendly driver

Our food was over an hour and a half late, rang the restaurant twice and said they were running 10 minutes late and then when food arrived there were hardly any strawberries in my pot, my milkshake tasted like chemicals and my coke was wrong

halloumi was stone cold and burnt, what a combo! the salads was literally just pots of olives for £7.50! and the pizza was undercooked we couldn't even pick it up we had to use a knife and fork to eat it. always had great food from here but this was shocking this time :(

Nearly 2hrs late. Not much added topping, so not worth the extra money. Not a great experience, food was lukewarm when it did turn up.

We always have such great pizzas from Fireaway. They come super fresh, hot and full of flavour. The vegan stripes are insane. Pesto pizza is just the best. Great service too

Excellent service. They forgot to deliver one of the item that we ordered then we called them and it arrived not long after with complementary can of drink and food tasted amazing. We will definitely recommend and order again from these guys. Thank you for brilliant service.

food was good unfortunately didn't have the cookie's for the order so we had no dessert.I did ask for some sort of dessert as a replacement but they gave me a vegetarian pizza instead. bit gutted

Absolutely spot on, from Fire Away Barnstaple, delivered my pizza on time to the middle of no where in a random field that I was in, brilliant!!!!

Didn’t receive chicken on my pizza or tomatoes in my side.

Said that my pizza was delivered when no one turned up. Now I have no food and out of pocket waiting for a refund.

Pizza is always brilliant here! Good, solid base with lovely toppings. Dough is nice and light, and cooked to perfection. Customer service is excellent too, some very nice people!

Be nice to identify different pizza orders on the box somehow. My missus got my calzone with added chillies and she can not take chillies nothing different on the boxes to let us know.

2 milkshakes out for delivery for 30 minutes turned up melted . Raised with the driver he did not give 2 shats . Just said I had other deliveries to make before you . I get that but dairy products, come on have a little bit of common sense. Won’t be ordering again . Strongly advise others to avoid , if they are not worried about dairy products sitting in a hot car for 30 minutes then what goes on in the kitchen ?

Our favourite takeaway in the area! The pizza is so fresh and is never greasy! Sides are always a huge hit and the delivery drivers are fantastic. Not found 1 thing we dislike.

Totally useless waited 1.5 hrs for order then got told that they would credit my order back but they haven’t and lied about the time they delivered it they said keep the food but was cold and went in the bin

I ordered two pizzas at 20:07 on Uber eats, it said it would be delivered between 2020-2045, I rang at 2110 to ask where it was and was informed it was five minutes away. I rang again at 2148 as still no pizza! I was told they would cancel the order and I would be refunded and the pizza would be sent shortly. It arrived cold at 2200! I messaged Uber eats to confirm I wouldn’t be charged and they said I definitely wouldn’t be. They were both wrong and I have been charged for two cold pizzas that I didn’t want to eat at 10pm at night!

i bright the chocolate strawberry’s and the strawberries were off and not worth the money at all the service with restaurant was shocking but driver was really sweet. don’t recommend this place at all

This was the worst experience from fireaway we’ve ever had! The pizza took 1.5hrs!! (ordered around 7pm & didn’t get our pizza until 8:40pm! The delivery guy apparently got lost, driving around with the pizzas for nearly 45min + !! We order from fireaway at least once per month, via their main app but this time used Just Eat and the food was stone cold!! We had to reheat but it so so incredibly dry-it was just disgusting. Not only that I tried the meat pizza, the meatballs were awful! Avoid!

As a pizza chef myself I have to admit I am impressed, fast delivery and cooked to perfection

The pizza was slightly undercooked and the plain chicken wings were over cooked

I ordered added pineapple on 2 of the pizzas and did not receive it on either and ordered tomatoes on the other pizza and did not receive that either, I paid extra for those and got nothing, wasted money on toppings I didn't get not too happy.

The pizzas were incredible! They were piping hot when they arrived and tasted amazing, my fiancé loved the wedges too! Great start to our holiday!

Food wasn’t great, the chicken was hardly seasoned normally alot better. The wedges has no seasoning at all, they tasted like they were microwaved and not fresh at all and “supposed” parmesan on top. The calzone was okay, quite watery though. All in all, very disappointing for not a cheap order!

This food has actually made me unwell and have never had a problem with fireaway. I will be calling later for a refund that for sure!!
