Nice little cafe, coffee and cake is very good. Although the last time I went in (this might have changed) they play music out of a phone at the front of the cafe it just sounds awful. I rather no music playing at all !

This place was rather busy due to a sudden influx just before we got here. There was a minor mistake with our order, but the carrot cake was so good, I could've forgiven them almost anything!

Always a pleasure to visit this lovely little cafe. The coffee is always excellent and on this visit I treated myself to the most gorgeous scone served with homemade jam and cream. It is such a fascinating shop, where I never fail to be inspired by the range of beautiful and useful stock. I find it is an ideal place to meet up with friends or family for a good friendly service and there is always a great selection of homemade cakes!

We only wanted a coffee and we certainly were not disappointed. They had a very appertizing array of cakes and their light lunches looked interesting so we would certainly return if we were in the area.

Popped in for a coffee, honestly the best I’ve tasted in a long time. Wouldn’t normally leave a review about a cup of coffee but this truly is worth it. Lovely shop & surrounds too, will definitely make it a regular stop.

Great coffee, fab cheese scones and a lovely shop to browse in too! We love coffee here, it is friendly, small and always our first choice. The shop is a cornucopia of loveliness, so many delights in one space - add great coffee and cake and how can it not be a winner!

Whilst house hunting in the Corsham area we must have tried all the local cafes, then we stumbled on Previous. It is situated upstairs above Previous Homewares which sells such interesting Vintage and Retro items. It's the perfect place to get presents. Then pop upstairs for Cheese scones to die for and excellent cakes such as Lemon and Blueberry or Carrot Cake. Lovely helpful staff too.

I’ve been meaning to visit for a while but popped in for a couple of takeaway cakes. They packed them in individual boxes and when I got them home my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed them. One was a vegan chocolate cake and the other a gluten free cake. I will definitely come back for some more soon.

We don’t often go out for coffee and cake, as it can be difficult to get both right it would seem, but Previous manage this on both accounts. The coffee is of a really good quality, strong and tasty. And the cakes....well... too delicious. On the couple of occasions we have been in, between us we have tried the Clementine cake, carrot cake and the apple and caramel cake. All were so fresh, moist and tasty. Clearly home made. A great cafe, we are lucky to have it in Corsham.

Friends met up for lunch as we do once a month. We like to support local businesses and having read some very good reports thought we would try previous cafe. I don't want to dwell too much but very disappointing. The quiche for one of us was inedible the other tried to eat it but gave up. It was tasteless and the filling felt not quite cooked. It was neither hot nor cold just tepid. One of party had a cheese scone which was said to be quite stodgy although it had looked very nice. We felt staff were more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than checking on their customers. Sorry ladies but will not be returning.

Great shop with super cafe upstairs. We learned that everything is home-made, seasonal and often home-grown. Always at least one vegetarian option. Everything is under £5, so really good value. Coffee is locally roasted and very good. Teas are from local producer Iford Manor. All sorts of milk alternatives. Granola with greek yoghurt and fruit compote, quiches, sausage rolls, sandwiches, soups and a great range of cakes - including vegan and gluten-free options. Lovely airy double-height space, plus a table outside in good weather, dog friendly. Money off hot drinks if you bring your own cup. Take-outs no problem. My wife bought all her Christmas stocking requirements for downstairs!

Had a quick lunch of soup - tomato and pepper for my friend, butternut squash and ginger for me. A couple of small slices of sourdough bread on the side. Perfectly tasty and not too hot. We then had a hot drink to finish. Lots of tempting looking cakes. Friendly staff. Gentle background music. Lots of things to look at whilst you are waiting. I would return to try the cakes!

Fabulous, quirky shop with a lovely café upstairs. I have visited a few times and loved their homemade cake and recently enjoyed a fantastic mozzarella, serrano ham and pesto sandwich; great quality bread, fresh ingredients and utterly delicious. I will definitely be visiting regularly. I do however hope they will get some more gluten free options so I can enjoy lunch with my family.

You might not realise there's a gorgeous little cafe in Previous - it's tucked away upstairs amongst the homewares but if you're in Corsham and fancy a coffee and a slice of cake, or a tasty lunchtime soup it 's definitely worth exploring. The food is delicious - all home made and freshly prepared, the staff are always very friendly and there's a cosy atmosphere. It's also very reasonably priced. I'd definitely recommend it!

Food was lovely, my boyfriend and I haven’t enjoyed a meal as much as that in a while. Food and drinks are low price, especially considering the portion size. Service was good; they were fast and they made sure everything was okay. Definitely coming back☺️
