Pret’s coffee was the perfect pick-me-up during a quick stop before a client meeting. Its convenient location, close to the station, made it an ideal spot to take a moment and relax during my commute. This place is on one of the busiest corners of London, and the folks that work here are always friendly and efficient. I've never seen this place empty, and I've never waited more than a few minutes for coffee either, even when it is packed.

What have they done to their coffee? Tasteless. They have got rid of their proper espresso machines to auto dispensing machines which now make terrible coffee. Won’t return until they get their coffee back to how it was before.

Great for a quick lunch for £5/10 I recommend a sandwich with tuna and cucumbers

Not the staff's fault. The company is good, too. BUT: too many people in burkhas, too many shouting in foreign languages, v few customers speaking English. Often a scrum. It's just not a v pleasant place to come to.

The butter croissant was absolutely awesome, first time I didn’t have to ask for butter and jam for a croissant, I kid you not. The cappuccino taste different from Malaysia, but good all the same ♥️

Came for a quick snack and hot drink, the tea wasn’t strained properly and tasted like bath water and the hoisin duck wrap was dry and tasteless. Staff need to know how to make drinks properly.

Awful, rushed service. Staff don't listen. My drink was given away to a customer who ordered after me, then when I had to remind the barista about my drink, another member of staff took my toastie and tried to give it to another customer. I had to remind them of my order 3 times in the end. Then the toastie was burnt and the coffees tasted awful. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The easiest place to drop by if you're a little hungry, need breakfast, or just have some on the go and want to eat healthy. Ok prices and super sweet service.

The staff was uncooperative and did not provide any service to the customers properly. There was no toilet, and the place was not clean. I waited for more than half an hour. I suggest the change manager and change the management of the place in a way that suits him.☺️

Now, we all know Pret is not renowned for its coffee… but my gosh! Sebastian was a beautiful surprise today!! By FAR Sebastian is the best Pret barista I have ever encountered (I’ve been on subscription for a couple of years now). I got the smoothest flat white, complete with coffee art and a very friendly demeanour ❤️ Now that Pret are getting rid of the subscription you best hope and pray you get Sebastian to make your coffee worth it - he is the only Pret barista worth paying full price for!

I ordered a cappuccino just now and they brought it with chocolate powder. I thought it was hot chocolate but the guy wearing black with headsets is so rude for talking down on me and telling me that I should know the difference and order white chocolate next time. Their menu doesn’t state that and never have I been to a place where I have to mention white cappuccino. My issue wasn’t with having chocolate powder, it was I thought it was hot chocolate but the guy decided to act like a child. Don’t worry. Just filed a complaint against you.

Their sandwiches are always delicious and fresh, and the coffee comes from them But I came to them today and bought a special one so I could sit and rest, but they said we were closed, there was only take-away, even though there were two hours left until they closed. Look, a duck hoisin wrap, is meant to have hoisin sauce, you know it’s in the name, not blaming the staff, they were lovely and as a Brit I’m too socially awkward to complain, I just tut. The scone was alright but the price, ouch, I needed to take out a loan from the bank

Quite healthy food for a really decent price. There is also quite acceptable seating on the first floor.

I liked their coffee very much, it tastes better than the coffees served in places in Turkey, and I also recommend the double berry muffin. It has a great taste.

Jag tycker att det var helt utmärkt! De har mat / tilltugg som passa alla tider på dygnet. Personligen så har jag ingenting att klaga på över huvud taget. Det var jättebra och de har god variation på sina varor.

A bad cafe in terms of employees, especially the employee whose name is Christina. She does not know how to treat customers and her behavior is bad, even though the mistake was basically her fault, but she refused to apologize and was very rude and disrespectful in the way she responded.

A nice organic coffee shop and fresh organic foods you can find. Near the hyde park, under cumberland hotel just at the corner. Marble arch underground is 1 mşn walk away.

The chick with the pasty white skin and red hair clearly hates her job at pret. Getting phrases like “hi” “hello” “please” and “thank you” would be like drawing blood from a stone. I asked if I could please have a fork to which she just sign languaged a finger pointed in the general direction of a counter. Maybe she’s mute? Average food with atrocious customer service. Edit: now looking at other reviews which seem consistent. Maybe it’s part of the interview process. Absolute troll of a human being? tick.

Got pretty good coffee here on Monday. Slightly overpriced. Nice clean atmosphere. Kinda busy so we had to wait a bit. No toilets available but overall recommend for a quick coffee stop.

Popped in yesterday (16/6) for breakfast and had awful service from the grumpiest middle aged man. He didn’t say hi, didn’t say a word whilst he served me and then proceeded to point at the card reader instead of telling me how much my food cost. Didn’t bother to offer honey for porridge either since he literally didn’t say 1 word. Disappointing since Pret is usually pretty good elsewhere!

I had the usual simple British toast for breakfast and a cup of latte to people-watch. Comfortable and clean dining area on 1st floor with nice view of Oxford street and marble arch. Highly recommended.

Absolutely atrocious customer service from what appeared to be the manager in a black shirt. I ordered 2 lattes and was waiting for quite some time for my order. Customers after me all picked up their orders and went off, I'm still waiting. Then I see 2 cups being made, I think great, their mine, but the manager gives them to another customer who came after me. By this time, the guy who served me noticed that I still haven't received my order, he has a word with the batista, she makes one latte and the guy says that's yours, the other is coming. I'm still waiting for the second cup, and the batista is making drinks for other customers. Quite clearly either my coffees were given to someone else or they were forgotten about (the barista is making my order in between other orders). By this time the manager asks ,are u still waiting? I said yes, my second cup, and the guy who served me by this time brings it. So as the manager is talking to me, I took this opportunity to tell him that it took quite some time for the coffees. He then turns to me and starts having a go at me telling me how busy they are and starts pointing at the queue. I explained that all the customers that came AFTER me have gone, I've been waiting ages and before all these people in the queue. He still continued to berate me in an extremely condescending manner. I'd suggest you give this manager some training in customer service, it's beyond me how he made manager. All it would have taken is "Sorry about the wait, I do apologise". No problem, I would have moved on. But his attitude was beyond terrible!

The worst shop ever it’s sad how some staff can turn a shop in a bad way and because of this you avoid the place as you use to go the manager give a bad impression of the shop and because of that I’m not going anymore Look at this picture it’s not a perfect picture ! This is a drink with burn milk no taste and a lot of foam when you ask for wet they don’t know so they are not baristas for me I can just recommend MCDONALD 1,99£ a latte and it will be just perfect im telling you

No bathroom in here which is odd sind there are plenty of tables and booths to sit and eat your meal at. Not a fan of having no bathroom for paying customers. The food and drinks were fine here!

I've ordered a chai latte, came tepid and tasting just like milk, I immediately ask if this was a chai latte and the waitress said yes... I just need to stir ir a little bit.. which I did....same taste milk with a hint of cinnamon nothing else. I've returned the product and no apologies therefore I said leave as it is. The store was not packed...the staff was anything by welcoming and this is not the first time I have a negative experience in a Pret a Manger branch...again wrong order served and waitress with an attitude. I am a paying customer and I do not get drinks for free...but after this... I'm done with Pret..overpriced..staff with no skills or knowledge on customer service. The worst branch, unfortunately, I spoke with a person who says he is Muhammad Islam, unfortunately he does not respect the customer. He's arrogant. I asked him about something. He left me talking to myself and did not answer me. This is the worst experience I have ever had. This is a large company that should be careful to choose people who care about customers first and foremost. Unfortunately, he told me that he is the head of the branch. This is the biggest disaster. If the official is like this, how will the employees be? 0 service 👎🏻

To the manager: Please be aware at about 5:15 pm I got a capuccino at your store and the milk had gone off. I had to throw it away.

I went to Pret last weekend with 3 of my friends. We ordered Caramel Blondie and classic chocolate which is clubbed under Pret Shakers. All shakes were unbelievably poor. Caramel Blondie had only ice cubes and I had to open the cap and drink it as straw couldn't fit in. I suggest the management to seriously analyze the way this shop is operating.

Pret has increased their prices by 90 percent since 2020, and their operating profit has gone through the roof. I won't be gang raided I to joining there so called club this time. I did in the past, and they cancelled the smoothies.

Staff were so rude telling customers to wait while they replenished half full shelves. one employee even pushed a food trolley into another employee filling an adjoining fridge. customers waiting upto 5 minutes for pick up and go items. Manager was clueless and tables filthy. Not sure customer service is priority. Would never go Pret again, rather go to Black Sheep Coffee or Soho Coffee. In the end left without anything!

Store opens at 6 but when entered they said they wasn't open for 10 mins so nowstanding outside for 10 mins apparently store opens at 6 18. Not 6.00 edit it's now 6 15 standing in the cold if It said 6 15 I would not of came.as I'm now running late for worj

No matter where you are in London you can easily find one of these fast food restaurants. The sandwiches are all good and they are made fresh daily and they have a large selection, along with different soups and salads They even have a seating area to eat your food. And the prices are very reasonable.

Horrible customer service at front desk

They closed the toilet because of the march. They didn't close the shop for the money people are spending on every march. It's shame. I hope people will stop going during the march and affect your business.

Unlike every NYC Pret I've ever been to, be warned this place is NOT vegan friendly! We bought 2 oatmeals and then realized they were made with cow's milk. Practically had to beg the check-out person for napkins and toppings. I hope the homeless person we gave the food to enjoyed it. A complete disappointment. We went down the street to Blank Street Coffee and had a vegan cinnamon bun instead.

The food is very good and the staff is very kind. The best quality-price ratio we found in London.

I visited this cafe on Friday, October 20th, around 8-9 PM, and it pains me to leave a negative review, as I've been a loyal customer of this chain for the four years I've lived in London. However, on this particular visit, I encountered an unpleasant rudeness. I came in, as usual, to order my favourite coconut matcha latte. Upon receiving my drink, I quickly realised it was scalding hot to the touch and impossible to hold. I politely approached one of the staff, a tall, dark-haired young man with slightly curly hair, and requested a small additional cup to pour the tea into, hoping it would cool down faster. Even though I knew this wasn't standard procedure for preparing matcha lattes, it was boiling. To my surprise, this particular staff member, whose name I didn't catch, made it very clear that he was from Ukraine and flatly refused to provide me with a separate cup. When I asked why this refusal was, he responded rudely, stating that they couldn't afford to hand out cups to customers like me every time, insinuating that I was a repeat offender. What does "customers like me" even mean? Is this the new communication style adopted by your cafe? Subsequently, I asked for a coffee stirrer, and he was equally reluctant and made a disgusted face when I, flustered by the encounter, momentarily forgot the English word for "straw." Are you serious? The city of emigrants and I will be humiliated for the incorrect pronunciation of English words? However, what baffled me the most was that while I stood aside, attempting to cool my beverage, another customer, a young man, approached the counter and asked for two cups without any issue. This blatant double standard and unequal treatment left me bewildered. I came to your establishment seeking a pleasant experience but received rudeness and disappointment. This is not the service I have come to expect from a brand I have been loyal to for so long. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for improving the customer experience at your cafe.

I will never understand how a place can be allowed to sell food and drinks without having customers toilets in the premises

I love Pert so much I can't even start my day without a latte from Pert! Every branch I’ve been to has the nicest staff and manager ever Unfortunately, in this branch the manager (who dont have his name tag on) was “managing the cafe” by harassing customers! He kept yelling on everyone ! as if we were in a military?! a cafe is a place for people to relax and unwind for a bit not to get yelled at! In our case my sister got her latte first and wanted to add some sugar and get some napkins so we head to the sugar table and we place our croissant on the table just for one minute and then they call for the 2nd cup. I went to grab it then the manager came and yell at my sister telling her that this is not a place to eat that she needs to move her stuff. My sister quickly moved her stuff and we went to the stand on Table, to have him coming over again disturbing our coffee break as he wanted us to stand in line to leave space even tho we were the only one standing no one was around he wants us to move like an army! Its a coffee place for god sake and i turned to my sister telling her that i just want to have my coffee and he came back with attack mood asking what?! he wanted to pick up a fight with a customer!! And i told him that he kept asking us to move. I was trying to have some coffee! He kept talking back to me and being very rude, so I started packing my stuff to leave and I told him to stop being rude. He followed me and said no I’m not rude instead of apologizing. Unfortunately, I’ve seen so many comments on the same Manager. I really hope that Pert’s management do something about it because he Ruining pert’s image.

Don’t state you open at 6am if your not open at 6am.

Is advertised online to be open at 0600, my bus was due at 0619 and the shop was still not open by 0616. There is no signage on the shop window to show that the opening times for the store either.

Left the shop just now, after spending £12 pounds in food, Mohammed the shop manager(with no ID on him) approached me in a very confrontational away asking me if I payed for my food, while I was leaving the shop. I wonder if he did what he did because I’ve got the Mediterranean/dark beard look!? He approached me outside on the street, 7m away from the shop door while I was unlocking my bicycle and said his colleague told him I didn’t pay for my food. This is a disgusting and wrong attitude… all this while he followed me outside with another colleague to intimidate me. I’ll be send an official complain as I felt racially profiled in the Pret brunch. Plus no one offered the option of a receipt or even had a proper customer facing attitude while I was paying for it on the counter, perhaps that’s why his colleagues wouldn’t remember me because he did an awful customer service job. What an horrible experience….

Out of all the prets I visit, this is the most efficient one. During rush hour, I get my coffee in 3mins! They get the job done and are friendly. Coffee is pretty much perfect all of the time :)

Very good branch. Location is great next to marble arch. Good place to drink coffee and have a break while Roaming in London. Needs a bit of extra worker to keep the place clean.
