Just came here for a timely shopping break. The coffee, tea, cake and cookie were all nice in a clean seating area. Luckily we were not in a rush as were the staff!!!

Initially staff did not serve the small queue in order and I was missed although stood at the counter. Then my two take away coffees were brought separately and the barista seemed to not know they were ordered together. Coffee okay, service disinterested and not engaged.

Always get a decent coffee and food here. Top service too! But when are you going to increase the size or move to your own place? Today we spent our break sat in the middle aisle of seats getting banged by shopping bags or assisting with pram manoeuvres. (Sadly no other seats available at this time). I’m sure it will still be as busy if you had your own place.

This Pret in the Selfridges is quite small, compact even but once we located 6 seats together we were very comfortable. The food choice was great, totally fresh as always and healthy. Fruit juices really tangy. Another great Pret experience

Just a little stop before the Trafford Centre opens @ 12. Arrived as the doors were being opened , asked for stay in got a take away cup , great start . But for reference if you get a takeaway cup it holds more than the cup see photo as I watched them pour about 90% of the coffee in , the rest in the bin . Anyways got to my seat and maybe a cloth and brush could of made it to my table and it's surrounding area . It's just opened so ? No excuse .Coffee great but cleanliness well could go better .

Pop in for some lunch and a latte, the staff were quite dismissive. Disappointing as Pret have a good reputation of being friendly and having good customer services. Food and drink was good hence the 3 stars

I popped in for my lunch as I often do and when asked how my day was I answered honestly - ‘a bit rubbish’. Not what the lovely man expected and said tongue in cheek but he offered me a free cup of coffee to cheer me up and it worked. Thank you Pret a Manger for a lovely gesture.

Stopped here for a sandwich whilst out shopping, was very well made and tasty, little expensive for what it was but very nice none the less. Better places to eat in the Trafford Centre but if you need something to eat quickly, worth a visit.

The Coffee and Pain au Raisin here are excellent. We have visited many times and always enjoyed the drinks, pastries and sandwiches. On this occasion I asked a member of staff (who it transpired was the manager) if they had any sandwiches or wraps that were free from diary or onions. He apologised and said they did not. When I came to pay, the person at the counter informed me that there was no charge for the drinks and food. This was a fantastic and kind gesture by the manager. One thing of note worth mentioning is the reduced seating area for customer which is very cramped.

Ideal break from all the Christmas shopping!Welcoming and courteous staff and good value as usual.Only downside was all the noise in the area. The loud sounds were not from Pret a Manger itself, but from the surrounding area as it is open plan.Nevertheless the visit was a most welcome break and both the snack and coffee were very tasty.

Great food. But, you seriously need to address the seating area as it is useless. Especially at busy times. I am sure Pret could have a standalone shop like the other coffee shops in the Trafford Centre. At least then you wouldn't have the seating issues you currently have! On this occasion we had to abandon waiting for a table and eat elsewhere.

When we visit Pret A Manger we always like to go for a coffee and at times a croissant. I had the almond one and my husband the chocolate version. Tasted warm, fresh and delicious!

Always love to go the the Pret as they serve great coffee (unfortunately not Lacto-free) nice snacks and food and the staff is friendly. All of that is true for the Pret at Trafford, where the staff is especially friendly.

Stopped for a sandwich and coffee for lunch. The sandwich was good but the coffee was warm not hot. Returned the coffees and had them replaced with hot coffee. Disappointed that the staff didn't even apologise. The replacements came in paper cups and not the pot ones. The place was not busy.. so no excuses and not up to their usual high standards.

I needed two tasty lunches. Being genetically pre disposed to being lazy, I was ambling around M&S; in Trafford centre and spotted two likely candidates but I didn't want to walk around the centre carrying them so I didn't bite right away. I needed to go into Selfridges but I hadn't thought of Pret. Coincidentally I accidentally happened to be the very first customer when Pret opened its first store at Victoria, London half a lifetime ago in July 1986. I was genetically pre disposed to seeking out a tasty lazy lunch that day near 31 years ago too. As I entered Selfridges I was immediately struck by the brightly lit well stocked Pret. As I froze, a friendly voice from behind the counter said 'coffee, sir.?' I declined and immediately targeted the lunches and there it was - a crayfish salad with a half a peeled avocado. My sort of lazy lunch. I got my wife a duck and hoi sin sauce wrap. I went to pay to be greeted by another friendly face. Food bagged up and I used a card that you just touch on a screen so the transaction took seconds - the food was around £8. The verdict great tasty lazy lunches just as good 31 years apart.

A great venue for lunch or just a stop off for a coffee. Full selection of foods and drinks on offer. This visit we just had coffee and cake. An added bonus is that dogs are allowed too

Not been to the pub in years but great to see it has not changed... It was late Sunday afternoon so it was relatively quiet. Would Definitely recommend 😁

Food is pre-made & assembled to order. I enjoyed a wrap comprising of a cut up plant-based chicken burger served with a salad & sweet chilli dressing. It was a decent sized portion. Tables outside as well as inside. Great to see a number of options for vegans. Enjoyable through the plant based chicken burger will not be low in fat or calories. If this doesn’t bother you, it’s well worth trying. Offers a breakfast menu at 8am daily & throughout the day serves box meals, wraps, burgers (both meat & vegan), felafel, a salad bar & range of smoothies. Closes at 5pm daily.

What a welcoming pub! We were spending the week in Dunham Massey and just had to try the local pub. We were not disappointed. The Vine Inn welcomed our large group, including three young children, enthusiastically. Emily couldn’t have done more to make us feel comfortable and at ease, and she engaged brilliantly with the kids. Mark in the kitchen cooked up a storm and the plates were polished clean. Classic pub options and vegetarian/vegan options too. We were stuffed. And the pub will forever affectionately be known to us as “Emily’s Pub”, thanks to my three year old. (Note, as a Sam Smith pub there are no electronic devices allowed, which suited us down to the ground. Who doesn’t need a night off the grid?!)

Absolutely fantastic place. Chris has turned this place around for the better and a credit to him and his team. Food is fantastic and the staff, especially Alex and Chloe are very friendly. Highly recommend a visit.
