Pret a Manger London Notting Hill Gate W11 branch in Kensington and Chelsea

I love Notting Hill Gate, but unfortunately, the manager of Pret A Manger is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I have had more than three arguments with him. Unfortunately, he has very poor communication skills and does not behave in a professional and respectful manner. His attitude towards customers is problematic. I do not recommend anyone to have coffee there, as he creates problems rather than resolving them.

Horrible service! Barrister named Kevin with pony tail and glasses was very rude! As a paying customer you would thinks he paying for me! Man needs to be fired! So many people who want a job and yet someone like him is being employed!

The worst coffee shop ever ,staff are rude in special de manager of nothing hill. the toilets always broken!!!! They invite me to go to next door coffee shop to use the toilets ,Disgusting.I been visiting this pret for more than two years and the toilet always broken,they have to have by law open it’s Not a Take way coffe shop the people have their lunch,breakfast etc food in the shop . In fact they charge you more if you are having your food in . But if you need the toilet go to other place !! Please could some one investigate if this is legal .

I had that one guy today who seemed irritated at me because I ordered an extra hot drink. "We make them at 65 degrees, how hot do you want it?" 😏 I replied I like my drink really hot & so it lasts a bit longer. His reply was it's cold outside it will get cold anyway 🤷. Based on today's servicei give it a poor rating.

Extremely rude, ignorant and rude supervisor. Not to mention there's nothing to drink in stock, just coffee. And they don't know how to communicate.

Un buon posto per una pranzo veloce - ( panino, frutta, una bevanda..un caffè ) o per una colazione. Buon rapporto prezzo qualità. Locale pulito, personale giovane e gentile. A Londra e, più in generale nel Regno Unito, si trovano Pret A Manger in molte zone...quindi è una catena da tenere in considerazione !

Always a busy branch. I had a take away. The mango and banana sunshine bowl was good. One of my favourite breakfast bowls. Staff are pleasant and service was good.

We came here just before closing time and Daniel was amazing in helping us out. Hot food, well served and a great help. He is a real asset to Pret and they would be hard pressed to find a more attentive and friendly barista. Well done and we will be dropping by more often!

I love this Pret! Great staff, good selection and quick drinks. There is one member of the team, Danial (i think that’s how his name is spelt!) who is particularly incredible. He’s always smiling, always kind, always chats to you and brightens my morning everyday.

Every time I purchase a coffee (even on Boxing Day), the Barista Danial is very friendly and attentive. On my last visit, I was unsure which drink to choose; Danial recommended one which I had never tried before and loved! Thank you for being so kind; especially during this difficult time.

Daniel was very friendly and his customer service was top notch. The staff made one of the best Chai Lattes my partner has had.

I understand that you guys are busy and stressed due to covid restrictions, however this branch desperately needs some better management. There is plenty of space on the side where you had seating previously to have a designated waiting area for people who have already ordered. At the moment everyone is crowded together in the same area so you don’t know when people are actually waiting to order. Shouting “no smoothies no frappes” so bluntly in peoples faces at 8 in the morning is rude, it also gave me the impression that you haven’t run out, you just don’t want to make blended drinks because they take longer - this is awful practice. Hot chocolate I got instead was not mixed properly, was watery until the end when I choked on the chocolate. I’ll be cancelling my drink subscription after this experience!

Siempre voy al pret a tomar un café y a trabajar por la tarde y uno de los abogados es muy agradable y anima a todo el lugar, se llama Danial. Es súper amable y lleva toda la tienda para que los clientes puedan disfrutar de su tiempo allí por mucho tiempo o poco. Definitivamente recomendaría ir a este pret ya que él y el resto de la tripulación son muy serviciales.

I love this Pret, Daniel and Co work tirelessly - always polite, smiling and thoughtful when making my beverage. It really makes a difference. Does Daniel run the entire shop because I constantly see him bouncing from one position to the next? He does and amazing job. Poor fella has a hand in everything and works like a machine but is clearly overworked - Pret, can you please hire another person as they are woefully understaffed and need another person.

In this difficult period of pandemic Pret a Manger in Notting Hill Gate has been a blessing to the area for anybody you enjoys having a relaxing beverage or meal outside. The place is spacious, well ventilated always impeccably clean and properly disinfected continuously that is most important and reassuring to customers in this period. Like all Pret a Manger it offers a good selection of tasty snacks and provides first class quick service. Everyday, when not from the others, I’m regularly served with a big smile and lots of attention by a Mr Danial who is very popular with customers for his helpfulness and agreeableness. As a former advisor to restaurants I’ve always rated the service and interaction of serving staff with customers to be of the utmost importance and Mr Danial is an excellent example of it. One great thing about all Pret a Manger is how well trained and competent their staff are and I’m sure that with such attitude and the help of serving personnel like Mr Danial Pret a Manger will survive and thrive though this difficult period.

Used to go to the pret in Queensway but came here for the first time and I’ll never look back! Danial is a legend.

I was there at the weekend and while I was choosing I realised that these people had let in more than 15+ people against the rule of 6-8 at the same time. When I realised I ran out, I am shocked nobody working there said to them they had to wait outside. This is illegal, never coming back in and likely avoiding Pret in general.

it’s just convenient and boring and it’s not fresh because it’s all made before and they just put it together in each shop each day and that’s why they call it fresh

Mi sono imbattuta per la prima volta in questa catena a Notting Hill un sabato mattina, quando ero ormai scoraggiata per gli schifosissimi caffè presi a Londra nei giorni precedenti. Qui, invece, il caffè non è affatto male e hanno un'ampia scelta di dolci per la colazione. Ci siamo ritornate all'aeroporto di Stansted prima del nostro volo di ritorno. Consigliato!

Quando andiamo a Portobello cerchiamo sempre di mangiare in questo locale, secondo me tra le varie catene, quella con più varietà di scelta e cibi genuini. però spesso non troviamo posto perchè è sempre affollatissimo. A Marzo scorso ci è andata bene ed abbiamo preso i soliti tramezzini con succo di arancia e frutta, non si sbaglia mai, basta non prendere il caffè, non bevibile per noi italiani

I really appreciate how easy it is to get a vegan lunch at Pret - there are always some tasty options available (of course I would love to have more choice but it's still sufficient). The staff was really helpful as well.

Pret used to be my breakfast every morning until I moved out of London. Great choice of food, prompt service and a smile before you start a work. I would mainly shop in Charring Cross or the one next to Leicester Square. Visiting Notting Hill was like going to soup kitchen. Did not take a photo of the place because an angry man sat in front of me. Most tables were empty and every table apart from comunity table was occupied. What I found most disappointing (rather than management not getting involved in the presence of people seemingly unstable mentally), was the choice of food. I’m normally standing in front of the shelves with a dilema what to choose as opposed to find one and stomach it. I do hope you are not going out of business, because I do like your food in general. And, if I decided to have a sandwich but not a tea or coffee because I had plenty of those while travelling, just sell me a sandwich without being judgmental. When you start to sell wine I might order a drink, but so far I only enjoy your ginger shots. Not everyone is Tea&Cofee

Mis amigos aman a Pret, nosotros caemos en las noches, típicamente 8. 30 pm a 9 pm. Cada vez que los baños están cerrados. Siguen vendiendo las bebidas caras, pero no quieren la molestia de limpiar los retretes. En mi última visita, el chico se quejó de que los clientes "los arruinan". Bueno, estoy seguro de que algunos lo hacen y la mayoría no. También molesto - sólo uno hasta abrir. Larga cola. 2 empleados en el taller - uno se ofreció para hacer cafés pero no pudo abrir una caja extra porque están cerrados. Corre por la conveniencia del personal en lugar del. . . . er. . . La conveniencia pública.

Locale che abbiamo provato varie volte durante il nostro soggiorno a Londra, ce ne sono ad ogni angolo nella città, alcuni hanno molti posti a sedere, altri no, hanno tutti le stesse pietanze a prezzi economici. È tutto imbustato singolarmente, c'è la zona con cibi caldi e quella con freddi, dolci e frutta e poi il bar con brioche e la possibilità di caffè,te ecc.. noi abbiamo preso sempre baguette farcite, tramezzini e cose di questo genere, la materia prima è di qualità, molto generoso nei condimenti e hanno una parte con le porzioni piccoline che mi hanno fatto comodo per la bambina.

Stopped off to grab a cheap sandwich and drinkable lunch but ended up getting a chocolate croissant and hit chocolate for breafast on a cold rainy morning. So delicious and very helpful Andre friendly staff. Ended up on having breakfast at a different Pret-A-Manger every morning in London. So delicious and prices better than expected.

Perfect stop for a coffee. We saw many Pret a Manger during our visit. The lunch we had was fresh and delicious. We are going again for a specialty coffee! Very clean. Pleasant staff. Unisex toilets which was odd for us but makes sense :)

Quando veniamo a Londra passiamo sempre di qui per pranzo o spuntino . Si trovano sempre panini e sandwich di tanti tipi . Bevande calde . Certo non si può prenderne di più . Però abbastanza economico e veloce .

Me parece que es muy agradable tener la oportunidad de tener un lugar como este útil en este entorno hill. destacar Hay una buena variedad de aperitivos y cafés y bebidas suaves. Me encanta el zumo de zanahoria para exple y café expreso. El lugar está siempre lleno wwhich es un muy señal a mí. Esto significa personas como el lugar y el stock gira muy rápidamente, entonces s fresco en todo momento.

Muy buena comida a precios razonables. Tienen bebidas orgánicas, que es un paso en la dirección correcta. Bonito y moderno.

Sono stata a Londra per le festività natalizie con il mio fidanzato è appena usciti dalla stazione ci siamo imbattuti in un locale di questa catena. Il cibo è gustoso e salutare, usano prodotti tipici, ci sono opzioni vegetariane, vegane e tante insalate e piatti caldi senza glutine. Le zuppe già calde sono ottime se si visita Londra in inverno, si cammina tanto e non si vuole il solito panino ( anche se anche i panini sono ottimi e mai banali) senza spendere una follia. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile. In più sono impegnati nell' ambito della beneficienza e per ogni prodotto acquistato una percentuale viene donata ad una associazione da loro fondata.

En nuestra visita al barrio de Notting Hill, paseamos por sus calles, recorrimos el hermoso mercado allí existente y almorzamos en este restaurant que ofrece comida muy rica y sana, es autoservicio, en la caja de cobran y puedes pedir el café, tienen lugar para comer en el salón o te lo puedes llevar para comer afuera. Muy recomendable.

Great tasting, freshly made and already wrapped sandwiches and salads, and very reasonably priced. I had a "Greens, grains & chicken salad" that was so delicious. My friend enjoyed her Italian Chicken Salad too. The only annoying thing is that they charge extra for dine-in, and all they do is put your food on a silver tray. They're conveniently just outside Notting Hill Gate tube station.

Ils se trompent et vous font payer le prix du déjeuner sur place quand vous prenez à emporter. 6 livres de différences sur une facture de 36 livres. Et ils ne comprennent rien aux calculs quand vous leur expliquez !

My family loves Pret. This one is our favourite, as freshness and quality of foods and great organic espresso coffee.Very busy at peak times, but quick service and nice working hard.Italian prosciutto baguette is my personal favourite, and my daughter's. Lovely granola yoghurt, pretzels.

I love Pret a Manger in my home city of Cardiff so I was very pleased to see this one nearby to my hotel. Staff very, very friendly and helpful. I have a disability and they brought my tray to the table for me.Excellent coffee as always at Pret. Wifi available. I visited 3 times over the 2 days I was there. Consistently friendly staff all cheerful and friendly.

First of all l have to puntualise that if l have to go out to drink a coffee l only go to pret a manger because is the only coffee l like.Also as it is a chain everywhere you go the service should be the same.I used to be regular in the one in Marble Arch, and there the service and the way the coffee is made is always been up to the standard.... but now unfortunately because of my work place the closest one l have is in Notting Hill Gate. Every time l go always something wrong...the way you are served is not accurate like it should be ... l am always think maybe is just today, but is not! Is every time l go ! Once the barman even told that if l wanted to have a coffee l should have to wait 5 minutes as one of their machine was broken... today l did not get a cup holder even if l have been asked if it was a take away.The capuccino is not made in the same way as the other branches!I don' t think l will ever go again in that one.I suggest the manager to train his staff again.
