Pret a Manger in Reigate and Banstead

Was here today prior to flying to Ireland. I had a falafel Avo & chipotle salad wrap. Very tasty! Also a latte. Good value at just under £9. It’s spacious and comfortable here. Pret is always good!

My daughter and I went to Pret at the South terminal to buy some drinks and lunch for takeaway. We were served by a young, rather miserable, lady who doesn't bother to say ‘hello’ ‘please’ nor ‘thank you’. I even had to repeat the order as she didn't pay any attention to what I was saying. The last straw was when she pointed her finger at me without saying a word after the drinks were ready for collection. I was standing there close to the counter, that was definitely unnecessary! It appeared even another customer got appalled by that behaviour and made a comment. This kind of attitude is unacceptable! I was polite to her, and there was absolutely no reason to be treated like this. In some countries, pointing a finger at someone, especially if they are in close proximity to them, is considered rude! My 11-year-old daughter said how extremely rude that person was. You have spoilt my morning young lady, learn some manners!! This is to you Aazeen K at Pret in South terminal. Pret, customer service training is overdue.

Only went in for a takeaway early in the morning pre-flight. Not the usual choice of wraps unfortunately. We also bought coffee and it was quite disappointing and weak. It used to taste far better! Also it was expensive. However, staff were as always quick, friendly and professional.

We were in London for a month and found that the coffee and food at Pretty were pretty good and consistent among the many stores in the area. when we were looking for a cup of coffee and a sandwich or quick lunch, Pretty was a good option.

Between flights from Malaga, Spain April 2019 heading back home Dallas, Texas USA. I wanted something to eat. I only had 4 hours wait. Suddenly I spotted Pret A Manger. The name threw me off but WOW! Loved the fresh food. Lemon cake dessert was to die for and I still salivate at the thought of that dessert!

Pret A Manger is on the first floor of the departure lounge in South Terminal. It’s a very large restaurant, with seating and tables. There are the usual selection of hot and cold drinks and hot and cold snacks such as sandwiches, bacon rolls etc. It can get busy, but the service was quick and efficient. Average prices for the airport. Toilets nearby and selection of shops

The staff is really unhelpful, impatient and despicable. Do not go there. The food might be good but the staff will make you hate it.

si no tiene tiempo para visitar otro restaurante de la terminal sur, puede gozar de la rapidez del Pret, pero no espere la misma calidad. Es simplemente comida rápida distinta de las famosas hamburgueserías.

Pret A Manger was consistently busy during our visit which is a good sign. Food is fresh just really expensive (I suppose you expect that for airports) All in all it’s good

Quick and efficient way to grab a bite to eat and that all important first coffee of the day! Clean place, friendly staff and plenty of places to sit. Food was good. No complaints.

It's a pleasant change to go somewhere where can you get good allergen advice..and at reasonable prices in an airport! Well done Pret.. PS Make sure you buy something to take on the plane, fair better than any airline food and half the price!

Me pedí un latte, pero me pareció muy fuerte y terminé descompuesta, por lo tanto no me gustó y no lo volvería a tomar, una por ese motivo y además por la mitad de precio puedo tomarlo en otros lados y más rico y suave. La atención fue buena.

Regular American-style coffee for 99p!! A pretty good deal. Also, very fast lines, fresh pre-made salads and sandwiches, etc. Quite decent for airport food.

Good variety of food here, not too expensive, great choices for breakfast. Service is quite fast although we received a few wrong orders! Decent place to visit whilst waiting to board.

Good to have a Pret at the airport so we can buy food for the plane journey. The Takeaway food was fine.

I decided to go here for my pre-flight lunch and was very pleasantly surprised - very good value backed by friendly happy service. That’s all that is needed!

We visited at around 6am when we arrived at the airport and had breakfast, there wasn't much stock on the shelves unless you wanted a sandwich, most of the breakfast items had been eaten, I managed to get the last almond croissant for my daughter though.

Came here for a quick bite before our flight to New York. Ordered 4 coffees and sandwiches and finally found a seat, in a very crowded restaurant. It was probably around 12pm, but I imagine it's always pretty busy!

This might be an unusual review for an airport coffee shop, but I really feel like some good words must be spent about it.

Popped in for an early morning coffee and pastry before flying to Bilbao. I asked for 2 pain au raisons and received two croissants (is it my soft Scottish accent) and I had to go back and ask for a holder for the hot coffee, even though I had confirmed it was to go.

During a short layover, we were pleased with the veg choices here, the falafel spinach and beet wrap is fresh and tasty.

We stopped to get food to take on our plane. Sandwiches and cakes at sensible prices. We both enjoyed our food and the value was ok for an airport.

Un locale diffuso negli aeroporti di tuto il mondo. Offre piatti pronti già confezionati o serviti al momento, che rispecchiano la cucina europea. Prezzi giusti prodotti freschi. Ottimo anche da asporto.

Went for a sandwhich. What a whole lot of fun these guys were. It was my 60th birthday and they treated me so kind. All places should have staff like this. Well done for making your customers feel really welcome. The food was good too.

Had a quick bite breakfast here, brioche bun with egg and sausage. have to say better than my expectation, I really enjoyed it and would recommend it. Had a white coffee to which was ok, neither too expensive.

Bought two takeout wraps from this Pret, but the hoisin sauce and duck wrap was a disaster.

Pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got served, given how busy the airport and this cafe was. Otherwise, this was the typical coffee shop big chain experience. The coffee was reasonably good and there was a wide range of food options. Inevitably the seating is crammed together without really giving enough room for travellers’ hand luggage.

We called in here for an early morning pre-flight snack. The service was friendly and efficient. Our food was very nice and much better value and quality than what we would have had on our short haul flight to Malaga. What a pity customers cannot be bothered to take their rubbish from the tables and put it in thew bins that are provided provided!

Since the meal options on our incoming flight were poor, my wife decided that she would buy something for our return flight to the US. It was a good thing that she did since the British Airways meal choices were once again poor on the return flight.

When you are up early, you want what you ask for. A flat white is not a smaller white coffee, unless you are Pret! A McDonald’s machine is better than this stuff

Came here the over day and boy was it busy! But got served very quickly and didn’t wait long at all, they have just the right amount of staff on to make your time at the till go quick, the latte was lovely and I had the egg mayo and bacon baguette, all was very nice, I would have given it a full 5 stars if a lot of the tables weren’t so messy with peoples rubbish and old cups etc.

A busy place but service is quick and good is pretty good with several vegan and vegetarian offerings.

We found this joint when traveling to Italy. They have grab and go format which huge variety of healthy items. Right when you enter look at your right for cold items like: salad, falafel, sandwiches, at this same side you will find hot items, healthy drinks, nutritional juices and more. A must go for travelers on a budget.

This restaurant offers some organic coffee and juices, pastries and sandwiches which are very good for fast food. There is a wait in que and seating can be limited. Allow 15-30 minutes.

A great place to get some healthy food from a large selection. Service is quick and efficient. The only problem might be that the place is busy and seating might be difficult to find.

I like Pret - you are guaranteed a good coffee and pastry and the apple and ginger shots are amazing - this is always my first choice when given a selection of coffee places to stop by at !!

The food here is sub par and the choices are very limited. The coffee was just okay. You are better off bringing a sandwich or pastries with you if possible.

We went here to choose some sandwiches and cakes. There was a good choice, at reasonable prices, and we were served quickly.

Since the McDonald’s closed at Gatwick south your breakfast options are either pricey restaurants or join the drinkers in the weatherspoons. Neither appealed so we selected two off the shelf sandwiches and had to queue behind people who were ordering coffees to be made or hot food. Who enjoys a 10 minute wait to but a sandwich?

Always consistent in food and drink standards, Pret is one of my ‘go to’ options when traveling. This is a large site, often busy, though staff are friendly and efficient and keep the lines moving and place clean & tidy. Good value, decent food

Picked up some sandwiches here. Good range and some not fussily filled ones suitable for children too. A good range of food on offer.

Nice to back on terra ferma and have a great cup of coffee and fresh snacks. Place was clean and plenty of seats and tables.

This chain of food stores has it all. Espresso, American coffee, sandwiches, salads, drinks, desserts, fruit, all for the person or tourist on the go. The prices are extremely reasonable given the great locations we found them in. They're at train & bus stations, attractions, and bust street corners. I should probably look into this company's stock. Try it and I'm sure you'll find what I found, great, reliable food at great prices.

Wednesday 6th June, around midday and we were in South Terminal at Gatwick awaiting the departure of our Thomas Cook flight to Rhodes. As we had not prebooked a meal for the flight, not really a big fan of holiday airline food, we decided to purchase some food in the Terminal to bring on board

Prior to our flight we had time for breakfast and knowing that with Pret you get good quality we ordered two coffees and two granola pots to take out. Cost was just over £8 which we thought was fine.

The food was upto the usual good standard of Pret and the staff were friendly and efficient. I know it was a busy day at Gatwick, but maybe getting a few extra staff to help with cleaning would’ve been a good idea

This Pret A Manger is situated on the first floor in South Terminal Gatwick Airport . It is quite large and clean with plenty of seating both inside and out.

Very well organised and not expensive like usual. Always my choice at the airport. Croissants are great. Prepare for a queue.

Great coffee, warm delicious almond croissant and the ginger shot just hit the spot - found a nice table in the corner with comfy seats and made use of the Gatwick Wi-fi .

The bacon butty was tiny but nice. The almond croissant tastes really chemically and fake - not worth it.

If you want the cheapest coffee inn whole of the airport try this place. I came here early morning other place is £2 to £3. But, Pret only 99p for hot coffee.

Prêt à manger est vraiment une excellente adresse ! Salades succulentes et sandwichs très variés réalisés avec des ingrédients BIO et « préparés avec Amour »... en tout cas c’est pratique, sain et délicieux !

There's a great choice of food here, particularly useful if you want to avoid airline food and bring your own. Not surprising that the place was very busy as it was half term - the staff were very organised and coped!

On top concourse in Gatwick north departures. Hot options weren’t warm, limited seating but considering what other food options are nearby it’s ok for a quick bite/drink.

It's the first place where i asked for a Chai Latte with coconut milk (that they have it) and they said no. I went to buy it at Starbucks. Fiid the dairy free coconut yoghurt and the almond croissant.

We were over laid 5 hours, and after a full Brit Breakfast wasn't really hungry to eat till we would be in the plane. For 15 pounds we were fine for a nine hour flight, nifty bag, very good quality sandwiches, salads, juices. DEFINITELY will go back. Don't know if they exist in Toronto, but are needed.

Best place to get a decent last cup of tea before flying to places who have no idea how to make it! We always make a point of having 2 cups before boarding. Staff are always cheerful and polite.

I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. It was incredibly busy even early in the morning, but the staff made us welcome and we enjoyed the food and coffees.

Always pop into Pret when I’m at the airport. Cappuccino goes down well after the journey and getting through security. It’s always busy but plenty of staff to take payment. Generally buy a sandwich or baguette, crisps, juice and a sweet treat to take onboard my EasyJet flight as these are the best by far....I’m fussy with sandwiches and all other competitors offerings are tasteless in my view. Probably due to the fact they’re made en mass in a factory and chilled for a couple of days...

Its a bit of a ritual to have a bacon roll and coffee for breakfast when flying from Gatwick. That is when I feel the holiday starts!!!

Great place to grap a Healy option before getting on the plane. Always busy though, just leave enough time!

Busy but quick service location on upper level of Gatwick South. Good range of sandwiches, pastries, snacks and drinks on offer. The quality is consistently good and prices are very reasonable. Perfect location for a pre-flight bite to eat, with something for everyone.

Relieve there was a Pret at Gatwick South as the other options were Starbucks which is grim.

We were at the airport very early so needed to refuel.... the bacon rolls are great, well filled and tasty and the coffee in Pret is always good. It is fairly difficult to get a seat at busy times, as some people stay for a long time waiting for their gate...

I like Pret a Manger very much, because it is well organized by the duty manager who will direct you to your seat. The food is very good, and the service is efficient. The problem is, its always very busy, and sometimes you have to wait to be seated.

Plenty of choice now in Gatwick south but pret is the quickest and by far the tastiest sandwiches lien the fact they are monitoring the queues and the replenishment was excellent with everything full. Plenty of staff. They are well geared up for a busy morning.

Using Gatwick South, but with little time to spare we popped into Pret. All the usual products are stocked. The staff are friendly and efficient and we were able to eat well and healthily before our flight. Particularly good range of sandwiches.

As usual with Pret, the food choice is excellent and the quality spot on. However, staff seem to make zero attempt to keep the restaurant clean & tidy; with dirty tables & chairs. Management also needs to take a long, hard look at furnishings at this venue, because a totally ripped bench seat with contents spilling out is disgraceful.

Needing a quick breakfast without paying over the odds, chose here due to the range on offer. Great value

Really surprised by the breakfast and yes it was expensive but all airport food is! Just what I needed before my BA flight!

Always very good value no matter where the Pret is situated. Good selection of breakfast fare, sandwiches and salads. Very clean and good seating.

Quick visit after lunch for a tea and dessert. Pret quality is pretty consistent, tea isn't bad, bakewell slice is very tasty and grabbed a choc bar for munchies on my flight. Tasty and decent value.

A fab breakfast, quick and easy. Very Very Busy at breakfast time, so don't leave it til they call your gate number as you may miss out.

Efter att ha gått shoppingrundan så kände vi att vi behövde stärka oss med en kopp kaffe. Då fann vi denna pärla på Gatwick. Ett ekologiskt café med massor av god mat. Vi tog en cappuccino och en god bulle. Lite bullrig miljö, som det är på en flygplats, men ett väldigt gott fika.

Después de haber visto todas las diferentes opciones para cenar en el aeropuerto mi hermana y yo quedamos pret ya que no estaba muy lleno y sabíamos que podíamos conseguir algo bueno para comer. Pret siempre impresiona con su selección de sándwiches y bocadillos, mi hermana disfrutamos especialmente del chocolate brownie con ella por el desierto. Una buena elección si quieres algo rápido, fresco y relativamente saludable

Si no quieres gastar mucho y comer bien, esta cadena de comida preparada puede ser una buena opción. Buenas ensaladas, pasta y especialmente sandwiches, en un local sencillo para hacer una parada en tu visita a Londres.

Como cabe esperar en un aeropuerto es una rama muy concurrida y a pesar de no ser tan grandes, tienen una amplia variedad de comida, incluyendo varias opciones para vegetarianos (bocadillos, etc). Tenían un montón de personal así que a pesar de las multitudes, se sirven rápidamente. Comida menos de lo que hubiera pagado en el avión, así que estaba contento.
