Pret a Manger in Islington

No working restroom for customers to wash hands… not ideal after a long flight after having touched the banisters on the tube

I popped in just to get a late breakfast. Busy branch but not like some of the city branches. Had a nice atmosphere. Reasonable selection of products. Clean. I wanted the bircher muesli bowl which they had but all the bowls were half full. I didn't want to pay for half a bowl. If they didn't have ingredients, it would be better to make fewer bowls that were full! I had the five berry granola bowl in the end which was more generous. It was nice but nothing amazing. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Service was good.

Came here for a take away for my journey home. Decent range of food on offer. Friendly staff. Nice visit overall.

Grabbing a lunch or meeting a friend for a chat, this was the best choice to be within a warm place.

Used to stop here at between 8 and 9 on a Saturday morning to have breakfast in and to buy lunch to take out. Waste of time now though...seeds often unavailable to go with the porridge and rarely much of a selection of food for lunch to take away. Not sure why this one has gone off now but clearly something is wrong!

Food and drinks quality are consistent with pret standards. However staff is what makes it the best in the area. Everyone is always smiling and in a good mood.

Please don't go here if you are expecting good service Went for tea and coffee for my partner and I was given 2 teas and 1 coffee. I asked for a refund but they tried to offer a pastry instead., then I was told to wait. I waited then eventually got my refund. Sat down wanting to put the experience behind me but a sign that was supposed to be fixed to the wall fell on my head, I took the sign and left it on the counter and told the server that the sign has just fell on my head, expecting some sort of an apology I just got an eye roll from all staff that was working that day. I have put that experience behind me so therefore i won't visit again, but I do wonder if all staff at these outlets are getting the proper training. Obviously not by today's standard's.

Vous avez des enfants ,ou pas, vous voulez limiter le temps des repas ,vos frais de voyage et enavez assez des mac do ou autres,essayez une fois vous y reviendrez salades sandwiches boissons non alcoolisées , vous prenez un panier vous choisissez dans les armoires refrigérées et vous elllez à la caisse ,c'est gouteux parfait quand on vient pour visiter . 1 plat 1 dessert 1 boisson 8/12 livres

Standard Pret restaurant when it comes to food but I love the place indoors. It has good space with ample seating as well as window seats. It’s in a popular location so you can expect getting busy during lunch time. As always two things with Pret: they have few extra people behind the counter who constantly try to reduce the queue length and Pret always believes in good indoor seating!

I stayed in the neighborhood for 10 days and visited the place regularly. Great place, cool atmosphere and great food. I liked for morning breakfast their oats porridge with nuts and dry fruits as accompaniment. Their ginger drink and orange juice with turmeric and cayenne pepper are great. During night we used to have brown rice, chicken and broccoli soup which is very good. The salads and sandwiches are fresh and tasty. The staff are efficient and friendly. We enjoyed visiting this place.

Friendly service, decent coffee, a nice sandwich and good value, in other words, a typical Pret. I would rather find an independent café, but if you are going for a chain, Pret are pretty good and always reliable. Busy when I called, so I guess other people like it as well.

The staff we engaged with were very friendly, smiling and engaging in a conversation. It showed they cared about us being happy customers. Being this place was the first we visited after having landed in London, it was a great welcome that the staff gave us, showing us the warm British hospitality. Food-wise, it's what you would expect from a sandwiches, salads and soup counter. The food was fresh, well seasoned, tasty and delicious.

Tem opções práticas e baratas para vegetarianos ou não. Existem outras similares mas o Pret a Manger é sem dúvida o melhor.

Es una cafetería que ahora tienen bastantes opciones para comer algo rápido como sopas, bocadillos, medios bocadillos, ensaladas, zumos, etc.

Jedzenie jest suche i bardzo drogie. Probowalam trzech rożnych kanaper i tortilli i niestety już tam nie wrócę. Obsługa za to szybka i miła w środku czysto.

Although on their menu staff refused do ice coffee frappe .just cause it busy in morning is mot a good excuse.

Predictable but good quality food. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Open weekends even when some city-type places were closed.

Visited this cafe twice during our stay in London and really enjoyed the produce. Their statement on the wall proudly states that the food is sourced with animal welfare in mind and I was glad to see that they do not re-sell their fresh produce the next day, but donate what's left to the charities helping the homeless. This was reflected in how fresh the food was. Lovely chain.

The leader of our tour group purchased meals for all of us from this Pret. Good choice! First time experience for most of us, and we subsequently looked for a Pret in the other places we visited.

I used to travel to London a lot on business and I just love Pret. Never pay for breakfast in a hotel, just go to Pret and get their porridge with fruit compot. Or, mango with lime. Good healthy sarnies and wraps, amazingly innovative for what's just a fast food outlet.Love you Pret.

V quiet considering its in the city, but the quintessential Pret quality. Coffee excellent. Best freshly made sandwiches. The cinnamon Danish are a must for breakfast.

I am always loathe to go for coffee as I am really fussy - in that I like my coffee weak, and I mean weak! I asked for a half shot cappucino and it was brilliant. Only gripe was the lack of gluten free food, but the coffee made up for it!

As someone who is not a huge fan of breakfast, I was staying in a near-by hotel and found this place for a light breakfast. I ordered a Free Range Egg Mayo sandwich and a latte.The sandwich was seasoned perfectly and the latte wasn't too bitter.Also, had a Very Berry muffin to go, which was yummy!Date of visit: 3rd October (approx. 9am)
