My favourite Pret in London! Rusa is my favourite worker here. She is always smiling when I walk in. A lovely warm welcome from the rest of the staff too! I highly recommend the laksa chicken soup! Very very tasty! :-)

I love studying in this place! despite is closer to the station, the place is very well cleaned and the employees are so nice and professional! I think I'll spend a lot of time here over the next months!

I grabbed lunch from Pret today, and the experience was a delight from start to finish. Aryam and Prakuti’s warm welcome instantly brightened my day. Then, I spotted a prize wheel and to my surprise, I won a ginger shot! A small but wonderful moment that made me smile. Thank you, Pret!

Very popular branch, plenty of seating and busy most of the day! Only downside is their wobbly tables. Toilets are generally always clean. Rusa is particularly lovely, friendly and welcoming. Nice spot to hang out.

This is the best Pret I frequent. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and skilled. Janus and Annamaria are excellent baristas who make delicious coffees every time. There's a real difference between professional baristas who treat coffee making as an art form, and those that are just going through the motions. These guys are definitely the former. They always remember my order too. Fibus always has a big smile on his face, and gives excellent service. All in all, a great atmosphere.

Always the guarantee of great service and the friendliest staff! Seeing Janus, Anna, and Phyvos is part of my morning routine and they’re amazing. As is everyone. Pastries are delicious and the hot chocolate is perfect. Good facilities and plenty of seating. Nice range of food: always something to choose from.

A Gem at Highbury Corner! We’ve been regulars at Pret on Highbury Corner for about five years now, and it’s safe to say my children have practically grown up here! The staff are always welcoming and have a smile on their faces, which makes every visit a delight. Mo and Rusa, in particular, are absolute stars—they feel like part of the family at this point! :-D The food is consistently great, with the chicken salad being a firm favourite, and the coffee is top-notch too. The friendly atmosphere and excellent service keep us coming back. Keep up the fantastic work, team! You’ve created something truly special here.

I visit this Pret every morning and can't say enough about the lovely staff. Everyone working there knows my daily order and they prepare it as I approach the counter - it definitely makes me feel valued. They are all friendly and super helpful, but I particularly want to mention Anna. One morning I came in and was struggling to connect to my app which holds the details of my subscription. It was quite stressful as a queue formed behind me and it clearly wasn't going to work, and Anna told me not to worry and gave me my coffee for free, PLUS she also gave me a voucher for a free sandwich during my next visit. There's lots of seating around the back of the shop and it is always nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this branch.

Today, I walked into Pret Highbury and had one of the most memorable experiences ever. I was served by a manager named Mo, and his kindness and energy were absolutely amazing. As I was ordering, he invited me to play the Pret Wheel, which was so much fun! To my surprise, I won a free coffee on the house! It completely made my day, and it was such a thoughtful and unique experience. What truly stood out was watching how Mo interacted with his team. He was passionately explaining to them the importance of being kind and attentive to every single customer. You could tell he genuinely cared about creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both customers and his team. Mo served me with a genuine smile and made me feel valued as a customer. I just want to say, thank you, Pret, for hiring people like Mo. He’s a true example of what amazing customer service should look like, and I hope to see more people like him in every Pret!

Grabbed my lunch here was served by RUSA. She was friendly and kind, great service. Will be stopping by this pret more often.

I recently purchased an avocado salad with egg and chicken from Prata, and I was very disappointed. The avocado was completely raw and inedible—I couldn’t even get a fork through it. For a place known for fresh ingredients, this was unacceptable. I hope they improve their quality control because this was far from what I expected.

This was the worst coffee I’ve had at Pret. I ordered a flat white, but it had an unpleasant burnt taste. I politely asked a staff member to remake it, but he seemed irritated. Unfortunately, the second attempt was just as bad, still tasting burnt. It’s disappointing because Pret is usually reliable with their coffee quality.

Few days ago, I swung by Pret to get my fav coffee. It's been a while since I've been here, so I was positively surprised by the new game they came up with. You spin the wheel to get a prize and that's how I get my flat white for free 🥰 I also must mention how great the stuff is. They're very kind and friendly 😊 definitely recommend

I used to go Highbury Pret a few years ago and I can see the management as well as the customer service has improved since then, by a lot. I’m pleased to say I consistently have a pleasant experience when I go. After getting my regular order recently I had a chance to participate in the new Pret wheel game. Well done to the current management 👏

They have plenty of seating, clean toilets, and a cozy atmosphere, with the temperature being just right. The staff is friendly, and the service is efficient. I’m adding this Pret to my list of the best Pret locations.

My 11 yr son and I went to Pret Highbury today and was so pleased to be given a free sandwich in a “lottery”. Was a lovely surprise and put a smile on our faces. The staff were amazing too! Thank you Highbury Pret

Ordered from Deliveroo. Received first order, cappuccino spilt all over the food. Second attempt, they sent me the same spilt cappuccino from the first delivery and did not make a new one!. So I received less than half a cup of coffee, no foam or chocolate powder. They are too lazy to make a new cappuccino so they sent the old one again half full! The Bircher Muesli is off and the apples inside are browning and taste off. The pistachios are old, stale and brown. The muesli has today’s date on it. The Posh Cheddar & Pickle Baguette bread was soggy inside. I would not recommend this place to anyone because the food was old and stale. Customers deserve to be treated better than this. Have some respect! Nearly £20 for what?

The last time I ate anything from Pret was when I lived at London Bridge, I was so violently sick the ambulance wouldn't take me to hospital because I couldn't stop vomiting. I threw up so much I started throwing up blood because I had perforated my Oesophagus. Ever since then I feel sick every time I see any Pret food or even just the wrapper, I literally can't stand in their shop. This visit was a friend grabbing coffee while I waited outside and yes I made sure they didn't buy anything to eat ...

Has many of the Prets I have visited in London music is far too loud,we going to coffe shops for food and coffe not for music,

I love Highbury’s branch the team is so friendly This shop has improved so much throughout the years. The place is always up to standard with good quality food and drinks and a clean place.The manager Mo is friendly pays attention to everything in the shop cleaning, food, his colleagues as well as every customer comes to the shop, always smiling and happy to help. His team seems to enjoy working too and improved communication with customers. As a long time customer I have never been happier to go to Pret. It’s my go too coffee shop everyday and I actually look forward to see a happy smiley faces every morning. They care about customers which you don’t see much in other local shops

Ordered a drink, Mango Sunrise, absolutely atrocious!! Drink had no flavour. Should've just ordered tap water. Had to ask the server multiple times to give me a straw, but he was too busy with his phone. He's lucky i didnt smack that phone out of his hand. Nonsense behaviour. Been to better Pret's for sure. this one needs a revamp.

Great staff..but the music is blaring and you can't escape without tripping over dogs and bicycles.

Although the staff are delightful don't go to this pret if you want to have a chat with friends, read a book or just have a quiet coffee as the music is so lou it's like being in a noisy pub. Who goes to a coffee shop to listen to LOUD music chosen by staff?? No seats outside anymore...too much trouble for staff to go outside and tidy tables.

Toilet is not working at least 3 days now.

Only had a coffee. Couldn't stay as there was 3 dogs in there, and my eyes were itching, and I started sneezing. Unless it's a support dog. I don't know why they allow animals in there when people are eating.

Ordered a cheese and ham baguette. An avocado and olive baguette was delivered. You have to be pretty brain dead to make that mistake. Tried to call but they never answer their phone. What an embarrassing level of service from this chain.

I mean what can you really say about a pret they are all pretty much the same. This however is a little bigger then most branches and has a good selection of sandwiches but for me the part that makes this place a winner is the service. Really friendly really polite and always trying to help with anything I have been a few times to get some soup a little earlier then it starts but they always accomadate and help out. So yes for a soup and sandwich it's a good place to enjoy on the go.

Yet AGAIN, my drinks have spilled all over the bag and one of my sandwiches is soaking wet with coffee!!!! Why can’t you put the coffee in a cup holder?

Really really awfull customer service. 1 particular male member of staff has no customer service as he looks high on something ??? You have a takeaway but they dont supply a bag. You have desert but they dont provide a spoon. Are people going to eat their desert with their fingers. This is despite that utensils etc are right by the till next to the relevant staff member !!!!!! W.T.F !!!!!!!! Who manages this store and are inspections carried out on their stores?????

Friendly staff, always clean. Lots of room, so you're almost guaranteed a seat. Seating outside too. Avoid just after school as it get a busy then, but is quieter after 6 pm. I wish Pret would up their game on the coffee they sell. At more than £3 a cup there is far better near by. Although you don't get the space you have in Pret.

Rubbish coffee, just order an Americano it's only a cup of hot water with little taste of coffee in it, don't waste your money, most expensive cup of hot water I paid for here.

Nice place to chill and have a warm drink and snack. Friendly staff too! Unfortunately did see a few people coming in off the street taking food from the fridges and leaving without paying, and there's not much the staff can really do to stop them.

They accepted the order although they didn't have the items. Took my money for all items even though they weren't delivered to me. Didn't bother to call me, just stole my money.

they didnt blend my milkshake they literally gave me an unblended milkshake?? just the unblended flavour and sugar with water and ice cubes and wouldnt let me refund it. As well as this, the place smells like asscheeks

Hot food was past its best. Queue of 6 people, 1 person serving. Flat white was too hot to touch and the toilets close before the shop does. I’m a Pret fan but this one is the poorest I’ve been to. Avoid. Bad management.

Wake up London pret waiting youuuu

I purchased 2 hot croissant one cheese & tomato the other ham cheese & tomato both were extremely burnt crispy Smaller than usual plus cold. It's a total waste of 8.60 they were thrown in the bin. I use Pret daily when I'm out and about but today my order was disgusting really was disappointing and not worth the money.

Good coffee get a subscription 5 coffees a day 25 a month

I’m on the subscription and I use it once a week when in the area. They make any subscription drinks really badly even if you buy something and my soy latte was so hot the milk tasted burnt, i don’t like wasting, but it was like burnt foam. I asked for another and they made it again with boiling milk, I just chucked it. Wasn’t going to wait again and really can’t stand the taste of burnt milk stick to an Americano, but something they even boil the milk they put on top which just makes it dangerously hot and taste gross. I understand some people overuse the subscription but it’s made their prices sky high and the quality too bad to drink

Good range & space, lots of seating, toilets but often out of order

They close off the toilets an hour before closing which is a disgrace. If you complain, you get bad service and they tell other staff members to give you a hard time. No other cafe or pub or restaraunt close their toilets an hour before closing time.

After ordering I was updated by restaurant and driver, delivery was on time ,delivery driver was polite and drink was hot and good quality food and service thank you.
