Pret A Manger in Islington

Only had a coffee. Couldn't stay as there was 3 dogs in there, and my eyes were itching, and I started sneezing. Unless it's a support dog. I don't know why they allow animals in there when people are eating.

I go everyday must be over 2 years now staff are great and it’s how all prets should be run. Rare these days to get service like this.

Ordered a cheese and ham baguette. An avocado and olive baguette was delivered. You have to be pretty brain dead to make that mistake. Tried to call but they never answer their phone. What an embarrassing level of service from this chain.

I mean what can you really say about a pret they are all pretty much the same. This however is a little bigger then most branches and has a good selection of sandwiches but for me the part that makes this place a winner is the service. Really friendly really polite and always trying to help with anything I have been a few times to get some soup a little earlier then it starts but they always accomadate and help out. So yes for a soup and sandwich it's a good place to enjoy on the go.

Really really awfull customer service. 1 particular male member of staff has no customer service as he looks high on something ??? You have a takeaway but they dont supply a bag. You have desert but they dont provide a spoon. Are people going to eat their desert with their fingers. This is despite that utensils etc are right by the till next to the relevant staff member !!!!!! W.T.F !!!!!!!! Who manages this store and are inspections carried out on their stores?????

Friendly staff, always clean. Lots of room, so you're almost guaranteed a seat. Seating outside too. Avoid just after school as it get a busy then, but is quieter after 6 pm. I wish Pret would up their game on the coffee they sell. At more than £3 a cup there is far better near by. Although you don't get the space you have in Pret.

A medium sized Pret store with okay service and messy areas.

Alessio provided the worst customer service. I am someone who attends to this location every day as it is close to work and this is the first time I’ve met him. He needs to work on his patience and fix his nasty face of his.

Rubbish coffee, just order an Americano it's only a cup of hot water with little taste of coffee in it, don't waste your money, most expensive cup of hot water I paid for here.

Lively atmosphere with delicious foods. The perfect weather for Pret's chicken red rice & greens broth soup.

Stopped by for a takeaway drink. Quick service.

Nice place to chill and have a warm drink and snack. Friendly staff too! Unfortunately did see a few people coming in off the street taking food from the fridges and leaving without paying, and there's not much the staff can really do to stop them.

The best pret I’ve been too, salmon sandwich better than other places as tastes fresher

they didnt blend my milkshake they literally gave me an unblended milkshake?? just the unblended flavour and sugar with water and ice cubes and wouldnt let me refund it. As well as this, the place smells like asscheeks

Hot food was past its best. Queue of 6 people, 1 person serving. Flat white was too hot to touch and the toilets close before the shop does. I’m a Pret fan but this one is the poorest I’ve been to. Avoid. Bad management.

They closed at 17:00 even though their sign on door and Google listing said 18:00. These inconsistencies and discrepancies make planning difficult.

Good coffee get a subscription 5 coffees a day 25 a month

I’m on the subscription and I use it once a week when in the area. They make any subscription drinks really badly even if you buy something and my soy latte was so hot the milk tasted burnt, i don’t like wasting, but it was like burnt foam. I asked for another and they made it again with boiling milk, I just chucked it. Wasn’t going to wait again and really can’t stand the taste of burnt milk stick to an Americano, but something they even boil the milk they put on top which just makes it dangerously hot and taste gross. I understand some people overuse the subscription but it’s made their prices sky high and the quality too bad to drink

Good range & space, lots of seating, toilets but often out of order

They close off the toilets an hour before closing which is a disgrace. If you complain, you get bad service and they tell other staff members to give you a hard time. No other cafe or pub or restaraunt close their toilets an hour before closing time.

Staff it's nice and welcoming, food looks great but toilets are disgusting.

It's OK but not clear on ingredients in there sandwiches and not a lot of choice for those who don't like salad in there sandwiches

It was lovely and clean 3 years ago but the toilets need a thoroughly good scrub, as do the walls and floors.

Nice pret, doesn't get too crowded during weekdays. Staff are fast. The only downfall is that they don't do freshly made smoothies... I have pret subscription and I'm missing out on this perk since this is my closest pret. Otherwise very good experience and service.

Roomy Pret, but coffee is always just really milky and incredibly hot.

I ordered a soya macchiato. It was one of the nastiest coffee I have ever had in London! Tasted burned and no sugar could have really saved it! It is not even busy today!

They can give you extra hot latte but you have to have your soups cold. They do not heat up the soups. I had to have my cold mushroom soup for £4.25 with small bread baguette which you have to buy for £0.85p.

A very pleasant and relaxing place to have lunch. Vegan options greatly appreciated but there could be more and each item should be labelled.

One staff stood at till without any clue to help customers in the morning of Thuraday 18 November 2021.

They forgot about my son's panini in the toaster and brunt it, wasted 8 mins waiting for it. What a shame. Very poor service.

Please barrister make sure when your friend comes in with their pet, don't start to pet them and touch thinking a quick 2 second wash of hands would suffice and then service customers with drinks and hot sandwich.

One of the best cafes in this restaurant chain. Very kind & friendly staff and a few baristas make really great coffee, which unfortunately rarely happens in this company lately..

Fresh and quick service. Can even queue with dog indoors. Outdoors seating in sunshine, lovely.

Such a beautiful Pret, the inside is stunning, so much space to sit. There is also outside seating. The staff are nice and friendly. I come here for a little morning coffee and some time alone sometimes and it’s really lovely.

Nice location with outdoor seating. In this recent weather that is by far the single most important feature of any coffee shop in my opinion, it doesn’t matter that their indoor seating is limited or if they close the upstairs.

Quick service but not much in the choice of sandwiches.

Had a coffee with a friend at 6pm the other day and even tho place was almost empty the staff refused us ceramic cups as 'they didn't have any clean ones'. Place was really quite and I doubt that was the reason. If the place is open and are still surviving, this is part of their service. As I worked in this industry before, similar response to me sounds like 'we are closing in a bit and we don't want to wash cups last minute as we want to to leave as soon as possible.. so we are going to give you plastic cups instead..'. Unacceptable! Pret and the whole industry is trying to promote people to use ceramic and reusable cups. Educating your staff and implementing this throughout the management of all your cafe chain is key! Otherwise, it all seems like a marketing campaign rather than a general company ethos. Next time this happens I would walk away and would think twice of going back to Pret.

Best customer service ever from Nicolas and the Spanish girl!!! Since this branch was opened I have been served by Nicolas and a girl with a Spanish flag on her shirt, this 2 guys always there smiling and giving both fast and high quality service!!. Also, 3 months ago I left my mobile phone really early in the morning and I went back at 10 pm of the same day, I knock the door and the person who opened the door already knew that was me. See you every morning guys as usual ; )

Emergency fuel stop only, coffee not hot enough, even when requested, and barista bickering with me. Almond Croissant not properly baked, strong almond essence flavour. Yogurt pot OK. Could do better all round

Really struggle when its moderately busy. Food went cold while waiting for a flat white.

Busy place, staff friendly and offered to help, I walk with crutches and couldn't carry items to a table. Only issue was people with prams taking up space, which made it difficult to move around. Food was hot and tasty, I had macaroni cheese lasagna, strange combination but it was very nice.
