Absolutely fantastic place for bottomless brunch. The service from the staff was amazing, so friendly, very attentive and our table of 10 didn’t feel rushed at all. Really delicious food, desserts and drinks. Highly recommend a visit here

The brunch here was a bit disappointing in terms of portion size and presentation. For the price and type of place we expected better. We had the English breakfast and vegetarian and all looked like canteen like presentation wise. It was good but felt very ordinary and simple vs the price. The decoration and vibes is great with a uniqueness that you can enjoy and see. It's the perfect place for brunching as the space is big and you can also have bottomless brunch. The staff was very nice. Though it is quite loud music wise

Tried to get in bouncers were nice but fobbed off by saying private party. Definitely not as asked people outside and they said not a private party. Dressed in black jeans,shoes and shirt. Not drunk.

Used to b one of my favourite spots but the quality has gone downhill and the prices up :( I got the breakfast and the mushroom was soggy and hard. Drinks are nice here tho.

Food was awful. Went for my mates birthday on the weekend. There were about 10 of us and everyones dish was terrible. Poached eggs might as well have been boiled eggs, the pancakes were super thick and stodgy, the bacon tasted like they cooked them the day before. No one even came close to finishing their plates. Safe to say, we won't be dinning here again.

Un brunch absolutamente fabuloso en una ubicación perfecta. Nací y crecí en la zona y muchos restaurantes han ido y venido. Esta espero que se quede. Teníamos una mezcla de platos de los huevos escalfados y salmón ahumado a las tortitas con jarabe de arce. Los cócteles Bloody Mary iban a morir. Lo visitaré una y otra vez y la relación calidad-precio era excelente.

We had a large booking for 20 people and were seated in the Greenhouse which is a perfect dining space for a large group with great ambiance and décor. The whole booking process and pre-ordering of food was seamless. The food and service on the day were both exceptional and I would have no hesitation in returning for a future event!

Such a cute and cozy place. I didn't enjoy my choice as poached eggs were overcooked, bread wasn't fresh (it tasted like it was yesterday's or smth) and the mushroom was half, not even a whole one. However, my parter's was tasted really nice and his poached eggs were well cooked.

Had my birthday dinner here. Ambiance was beautiful and good was delicious. Big thank you to our server Gigi who was so friendly and sweet.

Overpriced and not so great service. I ordered 2 eggs Benedict and the eggs were hard boiled. Really not a great experience considering I paid £16.50 for 2 eggs (boiled) on cold and hard to cut muffins with a bit of avocado e sauce. Spending total of £37 for 2 eggs, hash browns and a small bellini. Definitely the most expensive brunch I had so far. The place is cool to see and sit but I won’t go back for sure. 👍

Mi inglés completo era de £ 16 - lo máximo que he pagado por un inglés completo - y era bastante pequeño. Igualmente las hamburguesas no eran grandes y venían sin papas fritas (había que comprarlas por separado. No volveré a visitarlo a menos que aumente el tamaño de las porciones.

The vibe is great the food is not. I wish so badly this was a place I could add into the weekend rotation. The only reason to go back would be if it came under new management/ kitchen etc

We held a private party for my wife's birthday...India and the team were epic as was the venue. Really, really great time, well worth booking this venue as it's truly unique...the club downstairs...well, you'll need to see for yourself!!

The interior of this place is lovely but the food is distinctly average. £16 for a veggie breakfast which comprised of just 2 eggs, 1 piece of bread, half a mushroom, half a tomato, a couple of cubes of feta, about a teaspoon of mashed avocado and baked beans taking up most of the plate. Very unimpressed sadly.

I hosted my best friend's bridal shower here in May. Great experience overall. They were amazing with dealing with the orders of 15 people and responding to my many questions. On the night, we had a dedicated waitress, which meant we did not have to wait around to get our drinks topped up or for our food to arrive. It really added to the experience. We were there until closing, and we did not feel rushed out. Beautiful decor and calming atmosphere.

We had our daughter's wedding reception there recently for 90+ people and it was absolutely fantastic! We took over the entire building and it all looked beautiful. All our guests loved the space and the staff were professional, helpful and efficient. Great service, really delicious food and generally a wonderful happy and relaxed atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend.

1000000% the best wedding we have been to! Yes we are biased as it was our daughter’s wedding but B&H were brilliant. From the pre wedding organising with India to the reception experience headed by Matt it was fantastic. So many guests commented on how lovely the venue was how friendly and attentive the staff were and how incredible the food and wine was. We are truly grateful for all that your staff did on that day. What a rockin party we had both above ground with our band then 11-1 down in da club Would recommend without hesitation. The meal was excellent! The service was very, very friendly! The pictures promise more of the ambience as it actually is. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit.

I had been waiting to go to B&H for a while but ultimately left disappointed. The service was excellent and the bottomless brunch is good value, however it was let down considerably by the food. The food appeared pre-made and then reheated, and the portions were quite small. I won't visit again and there are far better brunches in London. Update: I did in fact visit B&H again recently for brunch, and this time was very disappointed by the service. We chose the bottomless option however the staff were very slow to top up drinks / take orders, and they started the clock from when we sat down (notwithstanding one member of our party hadn't arrived and we didn't order anything until they did). Disappointing.

We came here for Sunday brunch because of the good reviews and because we could book a table which takes the stress out of it. It was really enjoyable with good selection including a proper English breakfast. My only feedback is that the beans were spread across the whole plate. That doesn't bother me particularly but I know it's a deal breaker for lots of people!

The Garden Room was perfect for our party last night. Charlie, who looked after us throughout the evening, was brilliant and incredibly attentive, exceeding all our expectations. The manager and the rest of your team were also fantastic. All the guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves! Highly recommended!

Went for brunch as a group of 3. Start with the pros, atmosphere/ decor is cool and fun vibe. It's all downhill from there. Food was good, but not warm by the time it reached table. Bread & muffins were cool and difficult to cut.. Big issue is service. Arrived at 12, managed to get one drink order and one meal order, then we were ignored. Nobody else came to see us for nearly 2 hours. We all would have had more coffees and onto sweet treats, but after a while you sort of give up on the idea. Even getting the bill required going to the payment area and requesting. Paying service charge when you don't get service is a con. Overall disappointed, as they were not that busy!

Overall two stars because whilst the vibe and atmosphere was great the food was below average, really underwhelming menu and quality was subpar. Pricey for what your getting

We popped in for a drink. Lovely interior. The drinks were high quality and the staff are great. Would visit again. The only downside ..the WC's need a deep clean.

This venue is racist, their staff act in a disgusting manner to a wedding guest and removed him from the venue, once it was established that he was a guest they allowed him back on but did not allow him to sit down and made him stand at the back of the room for the duration of the wedding. It is a disgrace that this behaviour is still seen and people are treated this way because of the colour of their skin. This needs to be addressed by the venue.

Very nice restaurant nested in a quiet street in the heart of Clerkenwell. Food was good but own opinion is that prices are slightly steeper than other places in the same category (£5 for hashbrowns in a full English when it should already be included in there…) Service was excellent from reception to handing the bill.

The food was ok and the decor was really nice. Although the service was generally friendly, it was slightly confused with some orders being forgotten about and other things that hadn't ordered and didn't want showing up.

Beautiful stunning venue. Light airy place. Had the bottomless brunch, it was disappointing. Didn’t get our first drink for ages, had to keep calling for a refill, therefore bottomless is not worth it. The food was very average. Had the full English and it was just ok, the scrambled eggs were strangely tasteless. The pancakes were not great, tasted microwaved, not fresh fried pancake. The bill was a faff! It was so complicated, those that had no alcohol paid so much more. Please improve the food quality! It a shame that it’s such a beautiful space, but the food is a let down. Maybe some of the other dishes were better.

Really fun cocktail bar, interesting drinks plus all the classics, friendly service. Particularly enjoyed A Pear Necessity and their Old Fashioned.

The decor and vibe are really cool, but the food was mediocre at best. How can a dish with chorizo be bland? The pancakes were cakey than is expected of pancakes, just dry. The French toast had way too much caramel sauce and burnt pecans. At this price point, I expect better seasoning and flavors.

I wish I could give this exquisite dining abode the 10 stars that it’s worth instead of just the 5 allowed by google reviews. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a romantic evening with their special someone (or someones, we don’t judge). The charming atmosphere is sure to enchant your senses as much as the delectable food will delight your palate. The manager is incredibly kind and will anticipate your every need. All in all, such a big slay.

Came here for a special evening not too long ago, the warming atmosphere with the roaring fireplaces and eclectic array of plants made this destination immediately feel like home. The drinks were absolutely sublime, and the bartenders were consummate professionals. I can’t wait till the next occasion I get to return to Bourne and Hollingsworth. It’s the perfect destination for any occasion, big or small. Do yourself a favour and go for dinner, drinks, or brunch at B&H as soon as you can!

Service charge doesn’t go to staff. Which is absolutely unacceptable. Tips are not to top up wages or to go to the business owners, they are a bonus for great service which we received. Until they sort out their policy I won’t be returning. The food and service were great but I cannot return to this place until they look after their service staff better. They work long hours, and deserve to be rewarded for their hard work. Not lining the pockets of the owner.

Didn’t go inside in the end as didn’t like the vibe.

Food was okay, however they got two of our orders incorrect and gave one of our friends a food with an allergen so she had to take an antihistamine. Our friend called ahead to ensure this wouldn’t happen and spoke to staff when she got there and it still happened. This is something that could shut down a restaurant and the staff did not take this seriously. If you have an allergy I would not risk coming here. One of the waiters was lovely.

Very spacious location that is decorated lovely. The food was majorly delicious, however the deserts were not keeping up with the expectations. The service is horrible. Numerous orders were taken wrong, served delayed, and stuff doesn't seem to want to leave a good impression. Unfortunately, this left us with a disappointing birthday experience for one of my friends (group of 10).

NYE event was great, except for indoors fireworks, please never do this again :)

I booked for a birthday brunch here for a group of 10 of us. B&H offer many different brunch combination options and I was the only one in my group who chose the bottomless Bellini one, while some just had a different drink or just one Bellini. While the food and atmosphere was great, the waitress seemed overwhelmed and even mentioned she had been working a long time without a break. She appeared to input our brunch combos into the bill wrong and we had to dispute this to get it corrected. Given this and the unhurried pace regarding topping up my bottomless drink, we decided not to pay service charge. However, I would recommend coming here because the interior is lovely and the food tasty, the food did come at a fast rate and the staff were helpful when we had a query. We enjoyed our time and I appreciated the candle for my birthday! Thank you B&H Buildings

Came for the Molton Brown Brunch which we really enjoyed! The food was delicious especially the french toast and eggs Benedict. Drinks were never empty by the staff being so attentive and top it off it came with a goody bag full of Molton Brown goodies. Very cool vibe!

Celebrated our Christmas Party here and loved every second, the package was perfect for the team. Servers were attentive and friendly throughout the night, with bar staff quick and efficient. Would highly recommend events here, one of the best parties we have had in a long while!

The place looks the part, very nicely decorated, trendy. Our food was average at best. My eggs benedict were lukewarm and the sauce barely had any taste. My partner’s burger was ok fries were deepfreeze fries. Cocktails were ok. Pancakes slightly burned at the edges, my bacon tasteless and seemed like it was made the dat before.

The place is absolutely stunning and decorated with great taste. I was however disappointed by the food, which I found quite expansive and relatively basic. I had a brunch formula, and the Vegetarian English was not that exciting. I would have preferred to order a la carte instead of having to order two dishes.

Not a great experience. The waitress seemed off from the very beginning and came across rude, when asked if she was okay, she responded in a defensive manner. I then spoke to the man at the door about the experience with the waitress. He was more interested in taking people to their seats rather than talking to me about my experience. Me and my friend both felt the service was poor, unfriendly and had a long delay. Food is nice and unfortunately we won't be coming back because the service is astoundingly bad. What a shame.

We booked an Evening of Seasonal Indulgence … but didn’t get it. We got “the season’s best food and drink ingredients” although the duck was overcooked and didn’t arrive till 2 hours after the 7pm start of the evening. We also got a harpist and a choir singing between courses, but we also got a deafening level of noise from surrounding diners - the acoustics were so bad we couldn’t hold a conversation. And where was the “specifically designed fragrance to enhance the dessert course”? By 10pm we had headaches and gave up, so we probably missed the promised indoor fireworks. The final let-down was the £55 bill for 2 glasses of wine and a bottle of water.
