On January the 2d my kids and I arrived to the airport aroud 11 am our flight being cancelled, no room left in hotels around, we have no choice to sleep in the airport in order to get our plane the day after, we spend all our Time in Caffe Nero I have spent around 75£ .. at 2pm my kids and others passengers felt asleep on the chairs and sofas, normal we are human beîng.. and so tired and stress after 14 hours…I was so shocked when one of the waiters came to wake us up (even a 80 years old lady)saying this wasn’t a hotel here!! What a shame!” Is this the hospitality of Caffe Nero? This company should ensure the level of kindness from their employees.

If you go to this place here and see the man with ginger/brownish hair and beard make sure he specifically makes the coffee or hot chocolate he makes it the best way like no one else. The best especially hot chocolate

My local Caffe Nero branch is in Islington but it's closed for renovations at the moment, so I've started coming here for my free coffee (thanks Vitality!!). However I may continue to come here even when Islington re-opens. The staff are friendly, tables are clean and service is always fast. Great work team 🙌🏻

Very helpful, welcoming staff especially the chatty and decent man . He often wears a face mask. I also find that very reassuring since so many people don't. The atmosphere is chilled . The tables are clean and it's spacious. Very efficient service and good location

I thank Stevo /Stèfones and other blocke which i forgotten his name sadly when i was the shop today I told Stevo my last visit wasn't pleasant because my oat late i had wasn't not taste good as always He made me one on the house instantly taste was great as usual They both are kind , very helpful and hard working pp Hats on those kind gentlemen for great service ,carrying customer and knowing importance of the brand value . Great coffee, delectable hot chocolate, highly recommended IF you're not in a rush. Friendly staff, but they get confused with multiple orders, meaning you have to keep repeating yourself. Costa offers inferior beverages but snappier service, Nero offers far superior beverages with sluggish service. The Atmosphere in Nero is quite cosy.

Always a good coffee at Nero's. Wish I could say that about Costa, but I can't.

Every time I go in here I order a drink with a syrup shot. Every time I cannot taste the syrup whatsoever. Like not. At. All. I end up having to question it, they try and protest, then eventually they relent and give another shot of syrup... Which I can STILL barely taste?! I don't have a sweet tooth, or a cold or anything. I swear their syrups are weak af and or watered down. In other Neros this doesn't seem to happen so I don't think I'm going to come in again. Shame as its really convenient and my Mum loves popping in with her mate quite often. The staff are always fine and I don't blame them per se. The place is a little on the grubby side as well tbh. Tables seem to be often covered in crumbs and a few dried spillages long after guests leave. Toilet is also rather unpleasant and the lock can jam which isn't that fun. So... Not the best branch but they do have a fair amount of seating which is quite good if your knackered. Avoid any syrup shots as you won't notice it and you'll waste 50p.

Nothing special . The girl didn't know how to make hot chocolate she asked her colleague.

Standard food for the chain: toasts, paninis, salads, mac and cheese etc. Staff very attentive and well organised. London prices, toast+coffee about £8-9.

Friendly staff and delicious coffee

Couldn’t find The Cut branch on Tripadvisor - Exmouth Market can take the hit. Why are Caffe a Nero universally dirty and the staff are too busy chit chatting to recognise there is a queue. I wanted to sit in sunshine but decided life is too short to watch a staff member ignore queue while a customer faffs about.

Amazing service. Terrible Chai Latte. Have been to a few different locations now because it's the only available coffee shop at the time, but their chai latte is consistently awful. Will not be going to Caffe Nero anymore as chai latte is the only thing that I drink. Costa does a very good chai latte!

The venue was very pristine and presentable. You had a nice warm and inviting decor and the staff as ever was friendly. My only criticism what's that the air-con was on a little bit too and therefore chilly.

I had a brief visit of this neighborhood reminiscing my late Godsister. So, I had a chance to drink a coup of double Espresso. It was great, and the Atmosphere there was fine.

Had a coffee in Nero coffee shop Heathrow, and when finished we left our wrappers etc on table. Place had customers but not that busy. On returning to same table two hours later, same rubbish still on table as well as other used cups. Covid mustn't exist here

Nice place, looks like strange after the lockdown but coffee is great and you can sit and enjoy a little relax.

We went into the Rickmansworth branch of Nero coffee shop a couple of weeks ago during the day. There were not many customers (2or3) and my husband, who is diabetic, asked if he could use their w.c. to administer his medication. They refused: At no time during the current Covid 19 lock-down has any other coffee shop, store etc. (including major chain stores) refused this request - and their refusal meant that my husband felt quite unwell for a few hours afterwards; We will not be patronising this chain in future.

Good flavour to the coffee and reasonable price.

Drinks were good. Service was great. Decor tired and peeling. Toilets could do with updating as well.

Il miglior chailatte mai provato! Caldo e schiumoso, a differenza di quello di pret, la cannella non è troppo persistente da pizzicare la gola. Purtroppo la red velvet non era fresca di giornata e la crema al burro molto zuccherosa. Il personale è disponibile, anche se potrebbe conoscere meglio i prodotti che serve.

While we had a long wait for our plane we had coffee and pastries and I must admit both were very good. The staff who served were very friendly.

Waiting at Heathrow outside the American Airlines gate, and grabbed a quick sandwich and Cappuccino. The coffee was great, but the sandwich was decidedly average. It's all in the location.

With a few hours to go before takeoff we needed another drink and Caffe Nero was the right place to get a warm drink, good staff, good service, nice drinks.

Why do they not make iced drinks fresh? They have them festering in the fridge, might well buy a canned supermarket version for a third of the price.

Cuando fui a pasarle mi bocadillo y pedí que se tostara, me miró directamente con una actitud como si fuera totalmente invisible. ¡Finalmente, movió sus ojos hacia mí y literalmente gruñó "qué quieres"! Casi me reí de la conmoción, fue tan grosero. Llevo más de diez años trabajando en esta sucursal del café Nero. El servicio Bueno, ningún servicio ha empeorado cada vez más. Pedí hablar con el gerente para explicarle y me dijeron que no hay gerente. ¡Está fuera del trabajo! Nombre del gerente Glen Pereira Le pregunté si puedo hablar con él por teléfono y le dijeron que si él le devolvería la llamada. Me senté con mi café frío y mi sándwich frío tan decepcionado. ¡En el lado exterior de la tienda había un cartel que decía que las posiciones del gerente de turnos querían! ¿El café Nero permite, obviamente, a los proveedores de servicios no profesionales, pobres y sin capacitación, trabajar en sus cafés sin supervisión y, cuando llega una queja, no hay gerentes con quienes hablar? ¡Esto es espantoso y peligroso lo que sucede si alguien se cae o algo así! Observé a Jamison Fernandes desde mi mesa, él y otros miembros del personal claramente no han sido capacitados para brindar siquiera los aspectos básicos del servicio al cliente. ¡El reclutamiento de Café Nero claramente necesita ser visto!

Sono andata in questo bar per bere un semplice caffè ma sono rimasta basita ad aver visto che un semplice caffè costa 1.80£!

Parecchie volte sono stata in questo luogo a bere il caffè. Qui trovi l'espresso italiano anche se il prezzo non è proprio a buon mercato. Ma si sa. Londra è una città cara. Nota negativa. Più di una volta abbiamo trovato i tavolini sporchi

Volevo prendere un espresso decente e quindi ho pensato che lo si potesse avere in questa catena che si vanta di essere specializzata in prodotti italiani. Mi sbagliavo. Ho chiesto l'espresso e il barista invece di farmelo "espresso" lo ha preso da sotto il bancone dove era già preparato. Risultato una sbobba tiepida che in Italia non si da neppure agli animali. Scarsa professionalità ed attenzione al cliente. Bocciati !!

Se volete trovare un caffè decente, venite qua siete sulla strada giusta. Non è il solito caffè al volo, ma puoi comodamente sederti su poltroncine divanetti e farti una tranquilla chiacchierata davanti al tuo caffè. In più ti danno una tessera cumulativa che ti permette di prendere un caffè gratis dopo 9. Enjoy!

It's not brilliant. But that's not news, is it? The coffee is never good at any Caffè Nero (to be fair Costa Coffee, Pret a Manger, EAT, etc are generally worse). These places are more a place just to sit, or to have a little rest, perhaps meet friends and chat. They're not really geared up for savouring the taste of good coffee. In Britain, if you want good coffee go to an old-fashioned Italian restaurant/deli - or make it at home. There's not much to recommend Caffè Nero particularly but it's not worse than any of the other coffee chains - and it is an awful lot better than the truly awful Starbucks... Indeed, Caffè Neros are honest and unpretentious enough to be better than any of those horrible hipster coffee joints. You know the hipster drill, places where the broadly dishonest, middle-class owners deceive their credulous, middle-class clientele into paying good money for overpriced rubbish under the deception the product is special or superior. I'll take Caffè Nero over that nonsense any day...

full of flys..... Horrible... pastryes was fully covered with a cloud of small flys..the glass cube where muffins etc was invased by flys .. this is the 4th times since jan l have been here ,no changes..

He ido alguna vez y no deja de ser una cafetería más, tampoco es excelente pero escribo por que me parece deleznable que le hayan negado agua al perro guía de su dueño ciego. Esto me hace opinar de su café que es nivel medio, no merecía la pena el comentarlo pero ahora sí, vuestro café es bastante malo. El servicio nunca le he pedido mucho a pedir un café pero esa actitud del perro nos demuestra lo que ya veía como cliente, necesitáis renovar un personal mediocre.

After I checked in, I went with my friend Maya to Caffè Nero. The staff were so so friendly, so helpful, and just generally made me feel so happy. We sat by the window, and the whole atmosphere was nice and calm with a gentle buzz. Loved the jazz music. 10/10 would recommend. Also, shout to the very very cute puppy, love you!

Caffe Nero es uno de los mejores cafés del mundo segun yo. Me encanta su Mocha Latte y capuchino tarta de almendra y croissant, pero ojalá sus pasteles eran un bocado más húmedas. Aparte de este café es el lugar para disfrutar de su desayuno o almuerzo!

This small food service choice has just a handful of tables, some tall stools and a counter, a selection of cold drinks and some very good coffee selections. I chose the cappuccino and was very pleasantly surprised at how good it was. As I live in Vienna, the coffee capital of the world, I do appreciate a good cup of coffee. This was well made, the milk froth was some of the best I have had and I elected to have chocolate powder on top. THAT was a great choice because it was Belgian chocolate and added tremendously to this coffee taste and aroma. To snack I chose a chocolate-filled croissant which was better than average but could have had more chocolate, lol. The baker probably ate he rest of it while baking, lol. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the cafe itself needed a good cleaning: the floor was dirty, tables needed to be wiped, overall lower than average cleanliness. HOWEVER, I have no idea if they had just been hit by a large crowd or if it is always like this. Prices were fair for the airport - not outrageous. I would go again - next trip I probably will have the same thing. Guten appetit!

The place to go for burnt coffee

This is my favourite coffee place Coffee standards has improved from previous years. Right enviroment and right music. Friendly staff. Clean enought , however toilets needs more cleaning!

This a decent cafe to get a cup of decent coffee in a busy international airport terminal. Service is slowish, partly because coffee is made one service at a time. Sandwiches, sodas also available.

Drinks as expected up to usual standards. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good selection of food was available. Plenty of seats were available. Managed to tick off another three drinks from my loyalty card. Will visit more branches. Highly recommended.
