Probablemente el peor Pret que he usado. No se necesita mucho para obtener una mala crítica en este sector tan competitivo del mercado de alimentos. Imperativo es un producto y servicio básico de alta calidad, pero el personal desinteresado de este Pret logró proporcionar un café tan insípido e indiferente como su bienvenida. Cuando me enfrenté a una simple solicitud para calentar 2 croissants, me dijeron que no se podía hacer. El horno, sentado en la esquina con un aspecto muy eficiente y útil, "no fue usado". Imagine mi sorpresa cuando, 3 minutos más tarde, un nuevo lote de pasteles se puso en el horno para cocinar. No compré el cruasán frío, decidí esperar hasta llegar al centro de la ciudad, donde M&S se las arregló con genuino entusiasmo para calentarlos. El croissant caliente es algo muy diferente a la versión fría, un hecho que el personal de Pret no comprende mejor que los elementos más finos de un buen servicio.

Mi té estaba frío, mi croissant se estaba cayendo a pedazos porque estaba sobrecalentado, y ninguna de las mesas había sido limpiada en mucho tiempo. No voy a volver

Servicio excelente. . . Comida y bebida excelentes. . . El personal fue muy atento. . . Dice mucho por lo tanto outlet.

Llamó a tomar un café y fue recibido con una cálida bienvenida. El café era bueno y se sirve caliente. Pedimos un par de bocadillos y había un rango razonable para elegir. La comida era fresca, sabrosa ya un precio razonable. Vale la pena una visita

Il y a une grande variété de choix. Tout a l’air appétissant. Les produits sont frais et de bonne qualité. La possibilité de manger chaud ou froid est plaisante.

I went for an afternoon coffee and ordered a caramel macchiato. OMG when it came it was no bigger than a double shot of coffee in fact when I said to the boy that served me that this was a cortado and not what I ordered was told this is out macchiato. What he didn’t know is I’m costa barista trained so do know the difference. I left with the so called macchiato and went next door to the Starbucks and ordered the same drink and what I got was what I ordered. Well done Starbucks and Pret A Manger think u need to retrain your staff in Shandwick place what a macchiato really is. First time and last time in Pret A Manger . Service and customer service was terrible and so was my so called tepid macchiato ohhhh sorry cortado. Waste of money all round as it went down the sink and I drunk Starbucks .

PRET AT WAVERLEY TRAIN STATION: From our experience the Pret chain in Britain is by far and away the leaders in coffee and food compared to the other chains. Rather than torture ourselves with insipid, badly made coffee and average fare at ALL the other chains (NCS) we always suss out a Pret branch. They are consistently on their game and make the others look like amateurs. Today we tge large vege soup with flat bread, jam infused brioche (Austrian cornet) and posh cheese & pickke sandwich with watercress...all fresh and delicious

At first we didn't know what this establishment was. But after going inside we found good food, drinks and salads and such. Priced right ( for Edinburgh). We wind up returning another day to try other dishes.

A regular haunt this fine coffee house provides quick and friendly service and excellent coffee. You can sit in or take away.

I visited Pret A Manger with my cat for lunch. I had a macaroni pie with cheese and vegetables. It was expensive but worth every bit. I got cutlery. The staff are very nice.I would definitely reccommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I had a couple of sandwiches feom their fridge and coffee, but basically there is nothing special about their food and drinks. In fact, you might be able to save money by going to another coffee shop. Eventhough they claim their products are healthier and contain better ingredienta, they still taste the same like the rest.

First visit, was asked if I wanted milk in my americano, and then was given a full to the brim cup with no milk. The self serve area was manky and nothing had been cleared away but the staff seemed to find time to blether to each other. Second visit we went for breakfast before a road trip. Area was clean and tidy, staff were very obliging of the girls wanting hot frothy milk only, and the porridge was divine. C'mon guys - get it right all the time!!

The food is very good but otherwise this branch needs to improve. Service is dire with queues when busy and some staff chatting rather than serving. If you want to sit in,you will have to clear your table as the staff don't tidy up on a regular basis. This lets the chain down.

Avons été enchantés de déjeuner léger et sain. Légumes crus magnifiques, écrevisses de rivière ou saumon avec très bonne sauce salade, belles présentations. Nos soupes étaient réussies. Prix qualité très honorable ! Salade de fruits Mhhhh !On reviendra.

De passage près de ce restaurant on a jugé de rentrer et de cope la faim avec dès sandwich et americano avec un peu de lait accompagné de croissant au chocolat et d un gâteau au raisin !

Went to pret as we beeded something quick to eat. They had premade hot and cold sandwiches which was really handy because you didnt have to wait around for food.

Fuimos allí para comer - gran ambiente y el rumor sobre el lugar. Estándar de cosas Pret pesebre pero bien hecho. Buena relación calidad-precio/calidad del café, con una amplia selección de sándwiches. Servicio agradable con una sonrisa, mesa buena y excelente wifi gratuito.

It was our first time at Pret A Manger and we loved it. We enjoyed a great cup of coffee before doing some shopping. We will definitely go back there for some good coffee and some healty food.

When we travel in Europe we always look for the Prets since we know we can get some healthy eats at a reasonable price. We discovered this chain and tried them last year on our Europe trip. This year we had one down from our hotel in Edinburgh. So we went there many time for all 3 meals. We love the fast food, healthy concept. The coffee, sandwiches and salads are all very good. The manager at this Pret was super friendly and we feel we got to know her and a sweet regular lady customer we talked with when we went in. Pret, why don't you come to California?

Pret's are always good - reliable - great selection for lunch. This one a bit small but o.k. if you can find a seat.

Este lugar es buenísimo, para un parate en el recorrido por Edimburgo, mientras se come algún bocaillo. Todos son riquísimos, y uno a veces no sabe que elegir!!! Las sopas de este lugar son exquisitas!!! Lo elegimos en Londres, Liverpool, Chester, York, Manchester y nos alegramos al ver que también estaban eb Edimburgo!!!. Un lugar 100 % recomendable!!!.

I like this Pret. Any time I've been in, the staff have been friendly and helpful.The food is standard Pret, which I usually enjoy.

This is a large Pret, and has lovely staff. The filter coffee, even though only 99p, is better than most around. You feel like you really have stepped into a bustling street café.

I visited this Pret-a-manger cafe at around 2pm on a Bank Holiday. There was only a very limited selection of hicken, ham and crayfish sandwiches left while I always go for beef (I've been to a couple of Pret-a-Manger cafes at the railway stations and their roast beef baguettes with picked cucumber and mustard were always good!). The hot food display was totally empty except for a few mini baguettes. I asked if they had any more of the steak and philly sandwiches and was told 'it's all out there on the shelves'. So I took the last crayfish sandwich. There were no baguettes and no salads left at all. I also took a spicy apple infusion - it had no tea bag in it, but a lump of sugar and a solo floating piece of apple. I glanced at the fruit stand considering if I should buy an apple to add to it, however, both the bananas and apples there looked slightly out of date, so decided against it. There were a few other customers after me, who took away half of the remaining sandwiches. While my sandwich was ok, I was very disappointed with my apple tea infusion. The girl behind the counter commented the lemon and ginger tea would be a better choice. Since I'd already ordered and paid for my drink, that was not helpful.So I would not recommend go to this Pret-a-Manger again for food, unless you're there early in the morning when they're well stocked. Go for the traditional coffees and avoid the tea infusions.

Sadly, unlike the Prets closer to town the choice of sandwiches here is pretty limited - I think they need to do something about this.

Esta cadena siempre ofrece productos frescos, saludables y a un precio accesible. Mi favorito es el avocado wrap o el Sandwich de atún con pepino. Infaltable una ginger beer (parecido a la sprite) para acompañarlo, o un café con un muffin. Tómese el tiempo y vaya por un bocadillo

エジンバラの街中でもプレマンは何軒も有りますが、ここのチキンアボガドサンドウィッチが癖になるほど美味しいです。コーヒーは残念なお味なのでサンドだけテイクアウェイにする事が多いです。海外展開もされて海外店舗（上海・香港）の方も何度か利用していますがやはり本場が一番良いです。

We had breakfast here and enjoyed the experience. Perfectly acceptable food with lots of choice at reasonable prices.

Non conoscevo questa catena ma ad Edimburgo ci sono un po' di punti vendita: buone le brioches, i sandwiches, le insalate, la cheese cake in vasetto è ottima. Insomma buona la materia prima, come la preparano e lo staff è sempre cortese

Muito boa está rede de Fast Food, pois geralmente quando se pensa em redes de comidas rápidas pensa-se em hambúrgueres e fritas. Aqui o conceito é comida com baixa caloria e saladas. Para comer rápido, pagando pouco sem pesar no estômago para continuar a caminhada, recomendo este lugar.

can't fault pret a manager soup - always tasty and a different variety everyday with a vegetarian option. Shame it is so bloody expensive

Nice hot coffee, don't take long to serve and the pastries were lovely! Pleasant staff too. The location is great if you are shopping in Princes and George Street, or just got off the airport bus into town and are in need of breakfast!

Prêt A Manger is a favourite of mine whilst in the UK. The coffee and hot chocolate is always very good. The fresh food served there is also very good, the soups and sandwiches in particular are very nice. The WiFi is also very strong and doesn't take much work to connect to!

I LOVE Pret for breakfast. They have a lot of choices for a group. The coffee is great and the fresh fruit selection is amazing. We ate a Pret many mornings.

Da italiani è difficile trovare posti decenti dove mangiare in gran Bretagna, siamo abituati troppo bene! C'è un'alternativa a noi sconosciuta, una piccola catena chiamata pret a manger che promuove il mangiar sano. Zuppe calde eccellenti d'inverno per riscaldarsi, sandwiches di buona qualità, ambiente carino e cibo attento anche alle esigenze vegetariane e vegane. Posizione centralissima, unica pecca il wifi non sempre funzionante. Per il resto ottimo, spero che questa catena arrivi presto in Italia.
