Pret a manger has changed over the years. They used to make a brilliant breakfast sandwich. These days, the coffee and croissants are to die for, as is the yoghurt. Great place for coffee too. So convenient, they are everywhere

Standstead airport pret a manger was a really unpleasant experience; The Manager working on shift had blonder hair, blue eyes medium build , black blazer and a brash tone, stared at customers in a rude way, was curt to her staff and had a disorganised manner about the establishment. The porridge was running late, the banana's were black and rotten from the inside, the hot station shelves were empty, the croissants were cold, but not as cold as the demeanor of the manager. I've not been treated like that before at a pret. I asked for her name she barked back at me; "Why! Because I didn't show you a seat?!?" She shouted at her staff for doing their job wrong at the counter Infront of everyone and is queuing customers. Strange experience. As I frequent this airport I'm not sure I feel welcome at this pret even after years of being a customer to this brand.

Worst Pret ever. Burnt pastries, like inedible burnt and when I said they are burnt instead of apologising the rude member of staff said well some people like them like that, what a joke. They got our order wrong and became argumentative, terrible service and letting the reputation of Pret down.

Where’s the love? Undercooked baguettes Over cooked dry croissants Listless coffee A station cafe where they get little feedback from busy customers in a rush to catch a train?

It's a shame for Pret as a chain because the food/drink quality itself is absolutely fine but the staff and customer service is the worst thing I have ever witnessed. As someone who works in the area, I have witnessed particular members of Pret staff give LESS than satisfactory/friendly customer service and also experienced how rude some of these staff are whilst being served myself. A woman took my sandwich to be toasted and turned on the card machine for me to pay without asking how I was paying, when she turned around I was waiting with a note in my hand and she sighed and rolled her eyes at me and cancelled the card transaction muttering under her breath. She also was pushing drinks at customers across the counter and tutting and sighing constantly. The manager is also one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of coming across. Another person I work with has complained to Pret's head office about these issues they have also experienced. Some of these people need pulling out for a lesson in hospitality and customer service!!

I am now stopping going into pret a manger because I found it absolutely a rip off to be charged a eat in of £ 1.00 extra on a sandwich I bought. I then got up and went to pick up another sandwich as I was hungry again, and again I was charged another extra of £1.00 pound for eating in. Really? I mentioned to the person serving me that I am already sitting at the table and already paid £ 1.00 extra for a sandwich. Her responds was, you paid £ 1.00 for each item if you eat in. This s absolutely wrong and should be stopped as it's a complete rip off. Hope other people agrees with me.

Pret A Manger in Victoria Street has the usual selection of sandwiches, rolls and snacks along with teas coffee and soft drinks. Light background music was playing which was quite pleasant. The restaurant was reasonably clean and it was quite busy. It offers takeaways and eating in are available, but it costs slightly more to eat in.

I tried their brie and cranberry baguette but there was hardly any flavour to it and I couldn’t taste much. Their vegan chocolate cookie though was excellent. This chain can have very hit and miss products but is one of the freshest places to eat in on the high street.

Looking for a quick takeout prior to a theatre visit when in the Victoria area. It was so busy & chaotic when we walked in. Managed to find what we wanted & then joined the bundle of people to pay. There seemed to be no organisation to their queuing system. Pleased we weren’t eating inside as everything looked messy. Food we took away was ok.

This Pret is convenient when traveling from Victoria Station. We came in for lunch. I had a delicious luxury cheese baguette, a white coffee and some popcorn. There were not too many people so we were comfortable with the social distancing.

Rude staff, shortage of basic ingredients and not the cleanest! Management safety checks and boxes of staff stuff on our table. Disappointed as I’m a pret regular and this was a bit of a shambles!

really disappointed with the service this morning. This place supost to open 6.30 am. Never open in time, everyday I have to wait about 10 min till they decide to open (6.40am). This morning knock on glass door to ask why is stil close , a member of the staff come out and started shouting to me. She said they and not ready ant will open when they are ready. I said you got working time from 6.30am and now is 8 min after. I have been told if I don't want to wait they are so many shops around and go and buy my breakfast there. She was so rude and so unprofessional to say that kind thing to a customer. Is my fall that they can not open on time ? I will never visit this place again....

I went on this terrible store on saturday with my 13 years old Daughter and the staff was very rude becouse she was beside me atvthe cashier? ? off course I said she is my daugther there is no social distance with member of your family I said. and I have to paid her meal but he was very rude and says no serve me and I have to go...really??? was the worst experience I had have I didn't recomend this horrible store. The manager have to trainning better the staffs becouse I went on Pret a mager

Usual Pret. Nice location with plenty of seats by the window. Stopped for smoothies and cookies. Service efficient and usual Covid safety in place. Busy branch but not noisy with a few nice quiet areas to sit.

Quick service located close to Victoria station. Not the best hot chocolate I’ve tried but service was kind and quick

Estaba en Londres y quería algo de comer y cargar mi teléfono antes de llevar mi autocar a casa, así que comenzando en la estación de trenes Pret @Victoria pregunté en primer lugar si tenían un lugar donde pudiera cargar mi teléfono. Había un chico y una chica de guardia y fueron súper amables y serviciales. ¡La niña incluso sugirió que podía sentarme y cargar mi teléfono sin comprar nada! Le dije que estaba bien, que quería comer. Traje una baguette de salmón ahumado y huevo, patatas fritas, té, jugo y me quedé allí un rato cómodo porque me sentí muy bienvenido. Luego tomé un sándwich en la estación de autobuses Pret @Victoria. . Que diferencia. El servicio fue exactamente lo contrario. Me atendió una señora que no vestía uniforme, así que supongo que era gerente. Mi sándwich costó poco más de 4 libras, así que le di un billete de 10 libras y pedí que me devolvieran el cambio en 10 py dos 20 p para que pudiera usar los inodoros de pago. Ella me dio una pieza de 50 p. Dije nuevamente que no necesitaba 50 p, pero el pequeño cambio que había pedido y merecía, considerando que acababa de gastar dinero allí, y considerando también que la caja era Sigue abierto. Me gritó que podía cambiarme de baño, se dio la vuelta y salió de la caja. ¿Perdóneme? Estaba furioso . Llamado para café y pastel. Locales limpios, personal amable y eficiente. Buen café, buena zona para sentarse. Desventaja: demasiado plástico (tazas, tapas, pastel encerrado en plástico). Sin embargo, ¿no puedo soportar cuando estoy sentado a comer papeleras de reciclaje en el café que todo se sirve en plástico?

Este Pret A Manger se encuentra cerca de nuestro hotel. Fuimos allí algunas veces para tomar algo saludable. Tenían unos pasteles geniales. El lugar estaba limpio, con muchas buenas opciones, el personal era amable y servicial. Desearía que hubiera un lugar como este donde vivo en los Estados Unidos.

Really really bad food quality. Bought a ham & cheese, bacon and tomato croissant and it tasted like it was rotten. Threw it away. Waitress was so rude, she didn’t even ask if I want to take the food with me or dine in. No receipt whatsoever..

Prêt à manger est une chaîne de fast food très répandue en Angleterre, où peut se faire un bon petit repas pour pas cher ! Mais attention Prêt à manger n'est pas un fast food dans le sens malbouffe de McDo ou KFC, non c'est un fast food diététique qui sert principalement des salades, des sandwichs, des wraps, ainsi que des fruits frais en dessert. La nourriture est vraiment bonne, les salades sont excellentes(surtout la salade italienne du chef !) et les salades de fruits à tomber ! Prêt à manger propose aussi quelques pâtisseries anglaises (ou françaises) comme des cinnamon rolls, des muffins, des croissants... J'ai réussi à faire un bon repas pour à peine 10£ donc ça vaut vraiment le coup de manger là-bas ! Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus de Prêt à Manger à Paris !Par contre à Londres, il y en à chaque coin de rue ! 237 en tout ! I came here with friends for a quick lunch stop after visiting Westminster Abbey. I had the Duck Wrap rich was really good and really fresh as well as a carrot cake which was tasty. The prices are very good considering the size and the quality of the food that you’re getting. This one is close to a Tube Station as well as to the main attractions in the Westminster area so if you’re in a hurry this is a place to grab and go!

This coffee shop is in good place near the Victoria rail station the staff are nice and friendly great service bout the wc are dirty needed cleaning more often like every 15 minute

Prezzi giusti se sapete orientarvi e non scegliere quanto possa essere lontanamente riferibile a cibo italiano.

A busy, vibrant Pret just by Victoria station. There's a large upstairs room with plenty of light and a constant stream of diners. To see the staff constantly bringing fresh food to the displays is proof that this food is tasty and being eaten.

Mi pareja y yo fuimos a Londres durante unos días. La comida inglesa no nos acababa de gustar y por suerte había un pret a manger en cada esquina de la ciudad. Se come saludable, bien y hay bastante variedad. Muy recomendable!

I have been in town for a walk with my mum wich she has 64years old and as usual in this town doesn't have any public toilet so. I though As A 10years Pret manager costumer I perhaps could ask to the staffs from this brunch if me and my mum could use the toilet from that shop.

We dropped in for coffee and croissants to take away. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when I could not find the card machine right under my nose. It is mounted on the front of the cake cabinet / serving counter where it should be of course. Drinks were hot, croissant nice and warm. Normal London prices even though we were on the edge of Westminster. Predictable Pret quality; thank you.

Good grab and go before a show. Lots of options and you walk to the back of the place to pay. There were some sweets in the case back there too.

Being on a walk with London Walks, one can get Hungary in those two great hours. So, step right in and get a snack. I can recommend thesdalmon and watercress sandwich, and the egg salade sandwich. Together with some juice, it’s healthy and refreshing.

Excelente opcion para comer de paso, comidas sanas, bien envasadas, para llevar o comer en el lugar, mucha variedad y no solo opciones simples sino tambien gourmet...muy buena para lugares turisticos en donde el tiempo es corto y uno aprovecha para comer el parques o lugares publicos.... Tienen horarios super amplios y los encontras abiertos hasta tarde.... muy recomendable !!!!

Yo siempre puede confiar en pret a Manger para fresco, interesante y alimentos vegetarianos baguettes informal ensalada, wraps, etc. Esta visita estaba bien - servicio relativamente rápido teniendo en cuenta lo lleno que estaba y la baguette era delicioso. Esta empresa tiene la capacidad de hacer incluso algo tan sencillo como un buen sándwich de queso sabor.

The staff at this branch haven't got a clue what is going on..I waited ages and ages to be served whilst all the time being ignored and when they finally served me they got the order wrong...seriously!! The croissant was awful too!! Never again will I return to this branch. Train your staff here as I have been to most of the other Pret A Manger and let me tell you this branch lets the rest down.

I’ve arrived to Victoria coach station at 22:50 and went to Pret. All people were enjoying there coffee and there was quit few people buying food at the cashier. Staff were laughing and speaking some foreign language between themselves. When I stepped infront and was ready to order cofeee there was no good evening , no hello no nothing. They were still talking to each other. I said can I have large latte they said they have only small cups left and no other cups. I said this is weird then can you do two cups I am traveling all night until 11am and I needed that coffee. So okay I just took a seat and one of the staff start telling to everuone to leave because they closing, well people looked surprised, usually in pleases like this they at least give 10 minutes for people to finish food and give some sort of notice before closing. I was surprised because no one mentioned that they closing when I was buying food. I said to gentlemen sorry you haven’t mentioned that you closing let me finish quickly one coffee so I will be able at least to carry everything plus my lagguage. He went to “manager ” cant call her manager because her customer service is not acceptable at all. She came to me and not asking what happened just said you need to leave or I will call security. I was like haaaah execus me ???? I said you haven’t mentioned you closing and why you sell food then if you literally closed in 2 seconds time was 22:57. She said I sold you take away I was like you haven’t even mention that it was take away. She said I can refund you if you want. I said no thank you and left. I work myself as reception manager for few years and I can say this is wrong and leave bad impression of what type of staff pret employee. Someone seriously need to train this staff how to give quality customer service. Ruined whole evening. Already wrote a complain to head office.

Just the place if you want food in a hurry before catching the train. The food was fresh and immediately available. They keep turnover high by reducing the size of the menu. The price is reasonable for what you get.

I was in London for two weeks and stumbled upon this place after a busy night out. I can honestly say that I had the best hot chocolate of my life. It actually tasted like melted chocolate! I also ventured so far as to have a pretzel. It tasted fresh and was gorgeous. I will definitely be going back again soon and will (and have) recommend it to friends and family.

As always at Pret, we found here a good variety of handmade sandwiches, wraps, salads and desserts. Great option if you want to eat something fresh, relatively healthy and have only 20 minutes for your meal. The prices are very reasonable and we really like the fact that they give away unsold food to the homeless.

A quick stop for a rushed meal on our way to a meeting in Westminster. Excellent food, well priced ... and brilliant that Pret supply high quality left over food to homeless people in need.

My hubby and I were sightseeing, and already had a large breakfast at our hotel. We were looking for a quick lunch, not too pricey, and happened on this place. Had a duck/hoisin/greens sandwich on flatbread (we split it), orange/mango juice, chips, and a cookie. Everything was delicious and it did not take long or cost too much. We looked for these places the other two days we were in London.

Je connais cette chaine de restaurants qui s'ouvrent un peu partout dans le monde. Lors d'un week-end à Londres, on souhaitait prendre un petit déjeuner lors de notre arrivée. Nous sommes tombé sur ce restaurant. Accueil très sympathique, très grand choix de menus, boissons et autres pâtisseries, sans oublier une propreté irréprochable (élément très important pour moi).J'aime beaucoup l'ambiance de ces petits restaurants, où on a cette impression d'être comme à la maison.

We are not fast food fans at all, but stopped at Pret a Manger for a spot of lunch. We were impressed! Self serve with lots of choices from hot or cold sandwiches to salads to fruit cups to freshly made cakes and cookies. Fast food and a healthier diet at the same time! We had the macaroni and cheese with prosciutto, fresh made that day in the shop. Wonderful lunch!

Sehr zu empfehlen. Große Auswahl an Gerichten, die wirklich alle sehr gut schmecken. Auch der Kaffee schmeckt sehr gut. Wir haben hier 4 x gefrühstückt. Es gibt sogar vegetarische und vegane Gerichte.

Trevligt café med goda färdiga smörgåsar. Lite stressigt då det är mycket folk hela tiden. Drack en god kokoslatte som vi inte sett någon annanstans. Bra ställe om man vill fylla på lite snabbt och inte vill välja en klassisk snabbmatsrestaurang.

This was my first time in this branch of one of my favourite chains, it was busy but staff were friendly and service reasonably quick and sandwich and cup of tea very good as in all branches

Very convenient busy location near Victoria Station. Typical menu for a Pret a Manger. Friendly staff. Lots of seating. On our last visit, it was very hot and ducking in to buy some water (and use the restroom) was a nice respite.Lots of vegetarian selections.I would visit again.

Jut popped in for some breakfast and found it very pleasant. Good coffee and the food was nice although a brioche with egg inside in the morning is a bit weird. I would prefer a different type of roll as I found the brioche a bit too sweet for breakfast. Apart from that it's quick and quite comfortable depending on where you sit.

When you're in a hurry; they're the best at convenience food prep. Eat in or take out. From sandwiches to baguettes, from hot soup to hot wraps, you can't go wrong. Add a bottle of water and a bag of chips or maybe a fresh salad and you're good to go. You can find one of these restaurants on literally every corner in London. I visited several while I was there. They are all consistently good. There's lots of staff so you never have to wait to pay. A lot of people visit this chain so the food is turning over quickly, which means you won't find any stale food.

A must pass by on my each trip to London. Good for early morning breakfast while you are on a quick road trip, especially if you looking for fresh sandwiches of pastries. My favorite is the cheese croissant with tomato.
