Pret a Manger in Camden

This store made a minor error with my collection order and were so good at correcting it - made me a full new platter and I had free food and drink while I was waiting the short amount of time they toom to do so - excellent customer service.

Really convenient location for a coffee place and so glad they have the cold drinks back too.

My coffee pit stop shop before my 9-6. Fast and smooth service

There is a new girl at the counter (or at least I don't think I've seen her before). Blond, probably east European, I'm not sure. I guess she's new as I started seeing her from this Monday onwards. Well... where should I start? Compared to some other girls that were working there and with a constant annoyed face, she is just a breath of fresh air. She's polite, smiley and very welcoming. This morning I saw her again. She approached me with a lovely smile and a 'how are you?' and I decided to tell her how nice it was to see her smiley face. Then I ordered my matcha latte and granola pot. She smiled back and, unexpectedly, she said the coffee was on the house. I can only imagine how tiring it is to say the same things over and over, to make 3000 coffees a day or whatever crazy numbers the shop does, but that girl deserve my praise for making me start my morning with a smile and a sense of gratitude. P.s: Hire more people like her... she's a must have in customer service.

Ordered their coffee as I love their ground coffee, with the highest caffeine content after Costa (according to Which?) £2.9 large espresso was too watery but not bitter. Fast service

I took the time to write in details, because I don’t take this one-star rating lightly, and want to be factual about the experience I had earlier at this Prêt branch. This morning I had an appointment in Holborn. I decided to go early and work in a cafe. Google Maps said Prêt was going to open at 6.30. But I thought perhaps opening time were not up-to-date, so I check on the Prêt website, which confirmed opening time at 6.30am. Upon arriving in Holborn, I walked to that Prêt, and found there was a delivery truck and busy staff unloading it, so I moved on and tried to find another cafe. I passed by again about 10mins later and saw 2 men sitting outside at the tables with Prêt cardboard cups and some other Prêt items, eating and comfortably sat. I concluded the store was actually open and started to walk in. Upon entering the shop a lady told me to they were not open and I had to leave. I started saying something but she did not let me finish and said I had to leave, while walking towards me and physically giving me no choice but turn around. She didn’t say good morning or showed any form of courtesy - it was a plain proverbial “get out”. As soon as I stepped out, another staff person came to me to tell the shop was closed. By this time, the problem was not so much the fact the shop was closed (despite opening hours stated on the website and the two men sitting at the table with Prêt items), but rather the manner i was treated with. And to add insult to injury, he was plainly denying the woman had showed a complete lack of manners. I left home very early this morning on the misleading premise that Prêt shop was going to be open and I could sit down and get some work done. On top of being treated poorly, i found myself roaming the street until a cafe was going to be open, because of the misleading information on Prêt’s website. And trust me, Holborn intersection is not the nicest place to roam around at 6.30am Retrospectively, i think the two men outside that shop may have been the delivery truck drivers. They may have been treated with a Prêt breakfast after some long early morning drive, as they should. But that should’t have prevented the staff from handling a simple interaction with a customer in such a bad way. Remarkably poor experience. I’m not prêt to return to a Prêt anytime soon.

(if i could this would rate negative 10) After the really hugley embarrising and treatment and extremely poor customer service that i recieved at the High Holborn Branch of Prets (of which i am a regular customer of 5 years +) I am never going to this branch ever again. The experience has left me really stressed and appauled at how a so called Manager could treat a continued customer with such disrespect. I feel like i would like to take legal action against the coffee chain... Horrible harrassment.

Really great service and so friendly in this Pret on Saturday afternoon. My daughter really loved her warm welcome and babycino. Thanks so much!

The man serving at Pret, who I will assume also helped to prepare the sandwiches this morning, couldn’t be bothered to cover his face properly with his mask! - What precisely is the point of a mask, if you’re not going to cover your nose, mate? It’s like why even bother wearing pants if you’re going to leave your ding-a-ling dangle out over the top? I walked in, and walked straight out again without buying anything! Pret have had some SERIOUS hygiene issues for a while, now. Time to report to Head Office! If Pret ends up going bankrupt, and blames Covid-19 for the downturn, you’ll all know the truth...

This Pret just isn't any good. It's small so not much variety, but that's fine. The main issue is they just can't make sandwiches. One bite of the sandwich you get really salty and peppery chicken. The next bite it's just mayo. Then you just get avocado. YOU NEED TO MIX YOUR INGREDIENTS PROPERLY GUYS

Love Pret.. Nice organic coffee and freshly prepared food that taste way better than what you normally find in similar chains of coffee shops. Also friendly staff which for me is a bonus.

Staff could do with cheering up here. They hardly smile and it's an effort for them it seems. Very different to other branches where they are welcoming. The morning shift should be happy/welcoming people. They don't smile back. Quite disappointing.

Pret A Manger became home over the years! Super friendly staff and always an alternative choice for food when your walking around the city for work or visiting and you get that sudden need of food or coffee!! Great value with healthy alternatives to sandwiches as well! Keep it up Pret! I’m glad there’re many of it in London:)

Small shop but fast service and the staff are friendly. Sandwich and salads are to a high quality

Small place but a wide range of food, very good team, fast and smiling, filter coffe is just 99p. and good and sometime they give me for free. The place is clean and during the summer the outdoor space is nice to have lunch. The shop stay open till quite late which is very good.

Like almost every Pret the service here is phenomenal. It really makes a difference having happy and friendly staff every time you go. As a vegetarian I also love the variety and effort they go to with veggie options. Thanks all!

There are three absolutely tremendous Baristas at this Pret. Namely: Stan, Jan and Shiela. They don't just meet you with a smile but also greet you in the nicest manner possible.

As with all Pret a Manger outlets, this serves a good range of fresh and tasty sandwiches and salads. I like the fact that excess sandwiches are given to the homeless at the end of the day too. However, this outlet is a little small, and therefore options are limited, sandwiches run out quickly and there is little place to sit.
