Pret A Manger in City of London, Westminster

Very good service and price for the "Organic filter coffee". Furthermore, specifically in this location, they have very friendly employees like Gisela and Jefri, who took great care of us!

I met Pret a Manger countless times on my first trip to England! Because of my schedule, I went in to have some lunch, but the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable, so I really liked it. After that day, whenever I saw Pret a Manger, I went in and had a drink. I recommend moderately delicious food and good prices. The gingerbread served was also really delicious♡

I stopped by Pret on my walk. The staff's smiles were so warm, and the Sunshine Dhal soup was delicious.

I always get a coffee here every morning, and Giselle's friendly smile and warm welcome is reason enough to keep coming back and she makes a great coffee

Went just for kindly to ask for some tap water and ice in the hottest day of the year, they refused to give me, even though I work for pret and was with my reusable bottle. Just ice and water Why so??

Staff were friendly but forgot our order, once reminded it was made quickly and was really nice! Good atmosphere, not too busy, has iced drink selection which not all prets do.

High prices and I do not like the coffee and cookies. Coffee - slightly watery, bland and thin and little flavor. Cookie - dry and no flavor. Lady behind the counter was very friendly and funny.

The sign outside the door of the Paternoster Square Pret a Manger says open at 0630 on weekdays. I arrived at 0720 and door was locked. One of the open mouthed staff inside watched me try the door for a few seconds but gave no indication as to when they may actually open and she just turned away, presumably assuming that I should just intuitively know their revised opening hours. As I had no idea whether to wait for 2 minutes or two hours I just went elsewhere. Now today was 29/12 and I assume that there may be different opening hours in the Xmas/NY period which is fair enough but...hey....Pret a Manger management...here's a thought....why don't you get the staff to put a revised sign on the door with revised hours or indicate changed hours on your website?

Good place to eat in Paternoster Square next to St Paul's Cathedral with the usual Pret format with plenty of choice of freshly made sandwiches etc. I thought the service in this one was good with a well organized team dealing with coffee and food orders very efficiently.

Very fast paced and never have to wait long for a coffee. Staff are very friendly and there is always a good selection of food on offer. I use this shop at least twice a week and have never had a problem.

My favourite Pret in the world. Visited this location in 2010 and I'll never forget my experience.

Overall good, one of the negative aspects is that there were pigeons walking in and out.

Not a complaint, just an observation. This chain makes a great cup of coffee, but while ordering at this store and several others, I wondered what on Earth you guys are thinking with your ordering and pickup process. There seems to be no method to the madness whatsoever. If there is a correct process, or place to order, or place to stand while waiting for pickup, or a place to pick up orders, I have no idea where it is. The first in first out concept (common across the rest of the planet) is non existent. Everyone seems to queue up however and then go to whichever cashier is available, and then somehow receive their order made by either their cashier, or some other random person in the back. Honestly, I try to figure out what is happening, and I can't tell who is supposed to do what. Get in where you fit in. Again, not a complaint as the coffee is great, but how about some organization?

My favourite Pret. The manager is priceless. He always tries to make sure you are well looked after and he is never without a smile. Food is perfect for me and the salads are excellent.

Standard Pret, see reviews for other branches. Good coffee and teas. It serves sarnies, wraps, pastries, baguettes etc and some hot dishes e.g. soups. Good staff. Eat in or takeaway.

I love the chocolate croissant they just get it. the crust is not too crunchy soft and nice.

Have to pay extra to sit in at dirty tables. Biscuit was soggy and the place had no atmosphere.

Good size, great location next to St Paul Cathedral and St Pauls Station. French chain Pret café has always fresh food and a good choice of deserts, cakes, sandwiches, plenty of healthy drinks and juices, healthy salads, good coffee. Enjoyed my late lunch here after very hectic day. It was very calm & relaxing atmosphere in the late afternoon. Staff was friendly too. Take away or it in. It is usually extra cost to eat in. Located in the City, on Paternoster Square, EC4M 7DY. With plenty outdoor seating with great views of St Paul Cathedral.
