Came in for a lovely sandwich after getting soaked in a shower. The manager gave me a complimentary cup of tea. Wow! Thank you and thank you Lord!

They offer a cozy atmosphere with limited indoor seating, but there’s also outdoor seating available. And they have a toilet, which adds convenience for customers. The staff were friendly, making the visit even more pleasant. A great spot for a quick bite or coffee, whether inside or out.

Beautiful, clean and well serviced pret. Got to stop here after a long tiring day, my favorite drink is the Cappuccino. Excellent value with the subscription. Pret, I genuinely love your coffee shops.

Staff extremely kind, especially Rahel

I always go to this pret because it's very close to where I work and I always ask for the same drink. Today I went in, asked for a warm latte, they gave me a really hot one, when I asked the barista to pour a little bit more cold milk in it, he poured hot milk, after this I told him I wanted cold, not hot, he then poured out half of my coffee into the sink and filled my cup with cold milk. They all looked really stressed and I understand that you're stressed when you're busy but I would still expect a proper service. Really disappointed that I basically had to drink a glass of warm milk with barely any coffee.

A little busy but it is London, a little expensive but good food and nice atmosphere.

Lovely little pret, it would be amazing if the staff could tell the difference between hot and warm though, every time I ask my coffee to be warm and it's always piping hot. Quite disappointing.

The best staff ever I found in a place! There is an Italian girl and a Peruvian guy they rock! Also there is other girl, the barista 👏🏼 I don’t know where she came from but they are all really nice and friendly! The coffee is really good too but I truly believe that sometimes it doesn’t matter if the quality is the best or not, you always come back to a place where you are happy and where the staff treat you nicely. !!

Staff is so nice and friendly. Unless the GM/regional manager is there. She is extremely rude. They have lovely vegan and vegetarian alternatives. If you go to the gym this is an ideal spot to pickup snacks (especially if you need protein )

Pret in central london, near chancery lane so mainly office workers would go here. Nice enough and the usual pret atmosphere. However my salmon sandwich was not fresh enough, was dry bread, very surprising as i am an avid pret customer. Also does not come cheap.

Usual Pret quality, but the staff here are very friendly and helpful compared to many other locations. Can get busy at lunchtime and can sell out of things on occasion.

I often come here because i'm at the library next door. I've gotten to recognize/know a lot of the staff and they're quite friendly and quick. The manager is also quite nice. Even when there's long queues at lunchtime you rarely wait more than 5min

Quick efficient service and good English breakfast tea. Tasty ham and cheese roll. Mix of students and business people so busy over lunchtime as you'd expect.
